I have never had a bad experience with this pizzeria whether it's delivery or pick up. The pizza, wings, and zeppole are always fresh and delicious. They have expanded with a larger seating area which made it more of a dining atmosphere. You really can't go wrong with ordering from this pizzeria, it's nothing fancy just great neighborhood pizza.

The pizza here is very good and normally service is "ok" -today it was awful. Part of my family got here long before us and we needed to talk to them. I called and asked if they could get them and give a message ( the place is small and half empty). They actually said they couldn't - too busy. That, of course was BS. would have taken less than a minute. Too bad because this place COULD be really good however I will no longer come here. There are other places that are happy to see their customers and are willing to go the extra mile. In this case, they only needed to go an extra 5 feet.

We visited this restaurant between lunch and dinner. We order wings and garlic knots. I was surprised that even without waitress the guy running the diner area was very good. Took good care of us. The wings were very good and the gatlrlic knots excellent. I have to comeback here and try the pizza. It look delicious the table next door order that is how i had a glimpse.

This is an ok Italian Restaurant, its not the best and not the worst. The positives the pizza is pretty good, the calzones good, the wraps are huge and tasty. They had a buffet when we came in around 4, it looked terrible, dried out and hardly any food on it, that was kinda off putting. But our pizza came out fresh and steaming hot.

We like the food, there. Last night, we ordered 6 desserts to finish a dinner party. All were very good, the cannoli was out of this world!

OK, so I ordered a Spinach Chicken Alfredo Pizza and it made me feel like I had never had a proper Alfredo Pizza before. I mean seriously good fresh toppings and you can tell they made the sauce from scratch. Not to mention a good deal for quality food.

I like the expanded seating area. The food has always been a good value. Especially the lunch special of 2 slices and a drink for 4.99. For us it's enough to easily share and leave satisfied. Plus sometimes they offer complimentary zeppos!

Just had this for dinner and the food is great! I had a salad, some wings and a pizza. Everything was exceptionally well. The atmosphere is what it is. They had beer specials.

I have ordered from here at least once a month for the past year and a half. I absolutely love the calzones and pizza and especially the marinara is delicious. I have always had fabulous experience until this last time which was the only bad experience I have ever had here. They were short staffed and apparently slammed with orders so the wrong order was delivered and it took 2 other times of my husband driving there to get the right order but they are still one of the best calzones I have ever had so I'll enjoy checking them out again.

Enjoyed perhaps the worst Italian family meal in my 71 years. The salad was nothing to talk about with packaged Thousand Island dressing. The Shrimp Scampi was oily and the sauce tasted like Chinese sauce. My Eggplant Parm came out with cheese un-melted and when I sent it back it came back one hot mess. Ravioli again had cold cheese on top and the Chicken Parm fried coating was strange. Even with all of that we still ordered a Calzone to go and when my son cut into it found no cheese other than mozzarella plus a very well done hard crust. Single server was slow as he as answering the phone and taking orders while waiting tables. Sorry guys fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

Great Neighborhood Family style. They are very busy on the usual Pizza nights and the place is small if you plan to eat in, so plan ahead for all of this. The Calzone is super and they will put any toppings in there for you. Also the meatballs are a favorite with the co-workers. The Salads are off the chart stuffed with all kinds of veggies and the Chicken salad has grilled chicken that is super YUMMY. I eat at the Oldfield crossing when I am at home and the SanMarco when I am at work. I have never used delivery at Oldfield but the San Marco location ROCKS it!

I was totally craving a salad yesterday but I was way to lazy to go anywhere luckily this place offers delivery and it was really fast they got to my house in about 30 minutes. As for the salad it was really good. Cold and fresh! It hit the spot like a yummy cold salad. I'll definitely be trying the other salads on the menu. I also ordered two hot Sicilian subs and they were full of bacon and they had ham and pepperoni with some tangy Dijon mustard. Pretty good my brother and boyfriend ate them right up along with my mom I was only able to get a couple bites before they devoured them. Can't wait to try them again with the rest of their menu.

Great food, Pizza, Ravioli and Calzones are excellent. Dining in or calling out for delivery I've never had a bad experience. The place is clean and always smells inviting. Best pizza joint in Mandarin!!

So I'm in Jax visiting for a wedding. Well after too much to drink at the wedding, I didn't feel like going out for Sunday dinner, so I found this carry-out menu in the lobby of my hotel for Vino's. I ordered an antipasto salad and jalapeno poppers for my friend, and jalapeno poppers and baked manicotti for myself. The manicotti comes with a salad and bread. My salad was fine. The jalapeno poppers had a strange taste to them. They were okay dipped in the marinara though. The baked manicotti left much to be desired, in my opinion. The mozzarella on top was seriously like plastic. The sauce was watery and bland. The filling for the manicotti was dry and thick. I would not order from there again and I would not be compelled to tell anyone else to order from Vino's either.

Good little pizza place. Nothing amazing. The chick that normally takes orders over the phone has screwed up my order a few times and audibly despises her job. Be sure to have her repeat your order back. Outside of that it's fine for take out. I highly recommend the antipasto salad and the stromboli.

Stuff any pasta with cheese and I am reduced into a speechless, smiling Italian carbo-induced, catatonic state. Sometimes my husband loves this! Throw a great 'Specials' dinner price on these kind of Italian eats and just slap me silly Sally, cause I am in Heaven! Vino's has a dinner special for $6.99 from 5pm-10pm!!! (Not Friday's or Saturday's though) -Manicotti -Stuffed Shells -Cheese Tortellini - ooooooh, there are no words!....... loved them! -Ravioli - Just a little more sauce next time please! -Cannelloni You get a little salad and some pretty tasty garlic bread with your dinner as well!! This location seems relatively new so the service is was pretty sharp when we grabbed our dinner special. If you are looking for a good dinner special, this location in Mandarin is worth a try! I see Vino's coupons in all kinds of circulars, so be sure to keep your eyes out for those as well.

I order from here about once every other week. Service - Sucks. Whoever picks up the phone usually sounds irritated and sometimes passes the phone over mid-order. Delivery guy comes to the business many times and still goes to the wrong building. Pizza - Great!!! Have not had bad pizza yet. Prices are great also! Definitely not over priced. Wings - Also great!!!! The BBQ wings also satisfied. In general, the service suck but the food is delicious and it definitely makes up for it!

Above average pizza and location is pretty accessible between work and home. It's a nice place to casually grab a pizza on the way home from Lowe's. Best excuse ever! I haven't been interested in their menu aside from the quick pizza, but as with some of these mom and pop places, their cooking is close to home--I could hardly be understood for my order in my watered down Arizona English accent! That's a good sign!

We found Vino's by default 4 years ago when our local dominos shut down, and have been happy ever since! The first time I tried the deluxe pizza I fell in love! Lots of veggies good meats, not greasy all on a great crust! Deliveries are always prompt, and a wonderful staff! The pasta dinners are enough for two meals each and never a disappointment! Thanks Vino's!!

For an awesome weekday lunch, this is the place to go! Whether you want a sub or some slices or a variety with the buffet, you can count on this place! Not to be confused with another place by the same name in town (not even the same owners), this place is clean, affordable, and DELISH!! I never get tired of meeting up for lunch here! Fantastic is an understatement! Order the Zeppoli for desert - you will not regret it!!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
