Place is not to bad , cheap when you have a coupon and food is good depending what you get, salads are very big and good. But service can be spotty at times.

So, my husband wanted salmon and knew he liked it here...the parking lot was packed but we stayed anyway. Glad we did! It's free pie Wednesday...score! I had the new bacon and cheese quesadilla, listed as a starter but I added the chicken tortilla soup (Wednesday soup of the day) and called it a meal. Delicious! They bring yeast rolls to your table (fresh from the oven!) and even gave us a to-go box to take our pie home!! Thanks to Sean, our waiter, for awesome service!

O'Charley's is not on my typical restaurant radar for a few reasons....first being that it is a chain restaurant and second being that the few times I have been there the experience was just ok at best. However, I went there for brunch yesterday with my family and I have to say that the food was way better than I expected it to be. We all ordered breakfast items off the brunch menu and I selected one of the omelettes they had ( I don't remember which one b/c they have a few different ones) and it was really really good. It was honestly way better than I expected it to be. Not to mention the portion size was huge! Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. Now to the few things that I have a problem regarding our visit...we arrived shortly after they opened and the booth that they took us to was slightly dirty. It looked as though it had been cleaned but there were still crumbs on the seat. That really irritates me, especially when we were the firs t people to sit in that booth that day. Other than that I would say they are A-Ok. Will O'Charley's be a go to spot for me in the future? Probably not. Would I recommend it to people? Yes, depending on the circumstances.

It was a pleasant surprise to run into O'Charley's as I became a fan during a business trip to TN years ago. The Mrs and I stopped in for lunch before a movie. We wanted fish and we got it!! made it for happy hour and enjoyed a Sangria and Margarita. Meals and drinks were priced right and the service was great

We ordered takeout because I just wasn't in the mood for people and their shenanigans. After our first bite of food we had some regret about driving past here and never trying it. The food was flavorful and cooked almost to perfection. We came here so long ago that I don't remember everything we ordered, but, I do remember the experience. Which means it was pretty good. The pasta was great, light in flavor with bold spice. The dessert was also pretty great, it would've been better warmed with ice cream though. My bf really wasn't feeling his steak, that and the ribs were just okay, nothing to write home about. But overall okay. If you're near Regency mall or not too far off then I'm sure that their wide variety of food and drinks will have something that pleases you. Happy Yelping...

O'Charley's was great tonight. The Hostess seated us and was very polite. Danielle, our Waitress was new, very attentive to all of our needs. We started out with some wonderful fresh brewed sweet tea, a dinner salad and some fresh yeast rolls/butter. Then on to our entrees, Ernie and I got the chicken pot pies, my side was coke slaw and both were good. Ernie got French fries and he said they were good. Then to top it all off, we had a slice of apple pie(mine)and a slice of mint chocolate pie(Ernie's), to take home with us. It was Wednesday night, free pie! The place was very warm, inviting and clean. This was my second time having the pot pie-which was very good. This location is behind Regency Square Mall, on Commerce Street.

I am a board member for a local nonprofit, and some of the other members and I had a working lunch here. It was a good choice; the food was good, the prices reasonable, and the service was that nice balance of thorough but not obtrusive. It is chain-restaurant food, so don't expect any Michelin Stars here, but definitely go if you are looking for consistent food at good prices. And, oh by the way, it is quiet enough at lunch that we were able to actually get work done. :)

One of my staff at work told me she and her husband usually head up here on NYE to have some drinks before ringing in the new year. I kept visualizing Zaxby's with a bar so I just had to come here and see it for myself. Low and behold, this place is actually like an Applebee's! I love the community feel here. You've got your typical neighborhood restaurant food here. The burger I ordered was delicious, the fries were good, and I couldn't stop eating the bread. The margarita was also quite delicious and didn't give me a headache. Best yet -- it was FREE PIE WEDNESDAY!!! Yipppppeeeee!!!! The fact that it was free and delicious has given this place it's own shining star!! :) I'll be back... on free pie Wednesday!!!

We were on our way to the movie and we was a hour early so we stopped here for drinks and desert. Our waitress Denise said were not eating. I said yes I were having desert and adult cocktails. She kind of frowned at us. I order peach cobbler and it was as cold as the ice cream. When you serve cobbler with ice cream heat it up.....

Bad service. Waitress never returns for drink refills. Have to ask several times for more napkins. Oh great, here she is..."may i have some more water?" You see the Chicken Fried Steak, that arrived 15 minutes after every other meal at the table is so dry I am about to choke. Great... Here comes the manager and asks, how is everything? Not good actually, my dinner arrived 15 minutes late, the waitress is never around, hey, he is walking off, not hearing anything I am saying, a blank look and smile on his face....wow... Will never return! Asked twice for more water and never got it.

Three words. Free. Pie. Wednesday. Now you know! All the food is good, staff is courteous. I haven't had anything on the menu that hasn't been acceptable. Not noteworthy but not horrible either.

I've been here many times and love their potato soup. The food was good, but we waited so long we filled up on bread and just tired and ready to go home. The server kept our drinks filled but the food was super slow to come out and it was just an awful experience with that. The manager was so nice and took care of us. I feel bad to give this a 2 star but tonight it was bad

Ate here on a spur-of-the-moment decision last week. It was about 8, I was greeted promptly and shown to a table, and the waitress arrived within a minute to take my drink order. Yeast rolls arrived with the water. Place my order, the salad was pretty standard fare, served cool and crisp with the dressing on the side. The dinner arrived shortly after, the steak was cooked to the correct temperature, and the chicken tenders were pretty tasty, as well as the broccoli casserole. The Hawaiian shirts are gone, by the way. This location is in an area that didn't quite develop as expected, not exactly a hotbed of dining choices. There's a Red Lobster next door, and the other neighbors are Lowe's, Home Depot, and Target. Oh, and a Steak'n'Shake across the street. A lot of hard surfaces here, so the noise level can creep up, depending on the clientele. I'd return; next time I hope I don't have to share the same air as the overly perfumed family that were seated in the next booth. I'd award another half-star if available.

Service is everything and this place has none. It is now obvious why they are closing stores all over the place! Don't do it! Don't even think about it!

I first visited O' Charley's when it first opened and I hated it. Since it was so long ago, I don't remember exactly why I hated it. I just recall greatly disliking the bizarre Hawaiian-esque shirts that the servers wore because they looked out of place in an Irish-sounding eating establishment. Luau clothes non-withstanding, I decided to give O'Charley's a second chance in the form of take-out. My girlfriend was going there for some business purpose (I learn not to ask too much) and I asked her to bring me back Cedar-planked Salmon with a Caesar salad and Broccoli Cheese Casserole and an order of Cinnamon Sugar Donuts. What she brought back was Cedar-planked Tilapia with a side of broccoli and donuts with no cinnamon sugar on them. The Caesar salad was the only thing that was correct. I can't blame the girlfriend because I actually wrote down my order and gave it to her and I'm pretty sure she can read. Anyway, the tilapia was dry and encrusted with so much lemon pepper that it tasted blackened. The broccoli... well, I have no idea what was wrong with the broccoli but it had an off, sour taste like... hmm... rotting vegetation. The donuts had no freaking' cinnamon sugar on them! I'm grateful now that I have something solid to hate O'Charley's for.

We ventured into O'Charley's after trying to get into the Red Lobster next door where some misguided soul was attempting to get a table for 15-20 without a reservation. While my friend had misgivings about the place, we attended to the dining room and proceeded to walk through the long menu. We had a very good waitress who was on top of our order and it was good to see the manager coming around to assist too. Our order of French Roast Beef and the Cowboy Steak had little errors from the kitchen, such as the bread not being toasted and the hush puppies not being good at all. The food quality was good, besides the little problems, and we had an interesting surprise later...because my friend didn't get her order done correctly, the manager took it off the bill. We still ate the sandwich, despite the imperfections, so I expected to pay for it. Apparently, some thought better of it and us. I will return to this location in the future to try other menu selections because I know they are trying and that means a lot to me.

O'Charley's is an old favorite of mine from Ohio. So, I took the family out to this location in Jacksonville. They had us on a 10 minute wait, but had tables available. We got seated after a bit and were promptly greeted. We decided on their chips and queso appetizer, which was pretty good. The rolls were hot and delicious, and made available to us before our meal arrived. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. I had the Steak and Chicken dinner, which was really good. The steak was cooked perfectly and the chicken was hot and yummy. The manager checked on us a few times, which was night. We were surprised by it being "Free Pie Night'" (Wednesdays). So we ordered 3 slices to go, on the house. Very very tasty!

ATMOSPHERE: Since they redid the place, the atmosphere is spectacular. The temperature was a little on the cold side but way better than the hot weather outside. I like the homey wallpaper and traditional American-Irish Pub feel better than the old sport bar feel. It's unique to the area and very home-style. SERVICE: The service was immaculate. Sweet waitress, very good at handling problems such as two sets of filthy silverware. She was a bit slow in terms of response, but it was Father's Day. FOOD: Arrived in a timely manner. Server was knowledgeable that the food would take a bit of extra time and warned us in advanced(we ordered the salmon and steak). The grilled salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. The sirloin steak however was tough and dry and chewy and not seasoned very well. I ordered it medium rare, however, since it didn't rest properly the juiced spilled onto the rice and all over onto the salmon and the center was cold. The waitress took it off the bill and I was only charged for a salmon dinner. OVERALL: I will return to O'Charley's. I enjoy their atmosphere and their friendly wait staff. Bravo on the new decor guys. My suggestion, learn to rest your steaks.

I like coming in for lunch. Real good menu and its all pretty good. Chicken tacos and bacon chicken sandwich especially. The steaks are surprisingly decent and they have a full bar.

Love O'Charley's! Burgers come out the way I like them(rare)! You can get broccoli instead of fries if you want and the rolls and service are awesome. Becoming my go to place for burgers!

This place has gotten worse and worse. It took the server 10 min to get to us, then another 10 min to get our drinks and it took my father in law an additional 10 min to get his coffee, so we were there for 30 min before we all got our drinks and you better order two of them because it takes them for ever to bring refills. You also need to make your order simple because they kept getting our orders wrong. I didn't know ordering a rare stake would be so hard. They forgot many of our sides and we just got to the point where we ate what we had because we figured we would be there forever waiting for them to get it right. We use to go regularly there and now we have been going less and less. After this I don't see us going back there

Slow service and poor food quality. We used to love going here 5 years ago when we lived over here in Arlington, but gave up on it when we moved to Whitehouse. Now that we have moved back to Arlington we decided to give it a another try, but never again.

I've eaten here probably 6-10 times in the last 18 months with only one bad experience which the manager remedied rather well. One thing I can rely on here is quality food for the right price. Service is typically very friendly and efficient.
