Nature's Table is located on the 2nd floor of the Everbank building in downtown Jax. It's set up kinda of cafeteria style - order at the counter and wait for your name to be called. There are a few booths and tables and chairs near the windows available for customers and building employees to use. I've eaten lunch here a number of times with friends. My last visit I had the sesame thair rice bowl with chicken and brown rice. It came on top of greens and was topped with carrots, fried noodles and a dressing that was actually pretty good. I was a little unprepared for the presentation as it seemed like a rice bowl on top of salad but it was good. There are daily hot specials such as fried chicken or roast beef. There is also a case that offers quick purchase items such as desserts and various salads. They can make fresh smoothies - I had one months ago and don't remember which flavor but it was good. My friends like to have lunch here when they need fries and onion rings. I've tried both and they're pretty good although The Loop still wins my heart for awesome onion rings. I've also tried the Italian wedding soup, the Thai wrap and a few other things. Each one was tasty and fine for a workday lunch but nothing in particular knocked my socks off.

Stopped at the AT&T building for lunch as my lunch buddies wanted to try this place. Nature's Table is located on the second floor and upon entering the lighting was dim even though there was lighting everywhere and a very big windows on both side of the building. I had the Carnitas Bowl. I contained pulled pork, quinoa, brown rice, corn, guacamole, salsa and arugula. The bowl was actually pretty good and filling but not to filling. I would come back and try other dishes.

Pressed for time after a meeting and stopped on here for a quick bite. It is counter service with the standard drink line, but the menu is really healthy. I tried the Cobb Wrap and it was delicious. Seating is all over the place and clearly this used to be the Bell South cafeteria before Everbank took it over. Parking is limited, but you will most likely only go here if you are in nearby or visiting a nearby office. Would I make a special trip to eat here, probably not. But I would ask to eat hear if I had a meeting nearby.

Ordered the breakfast bowl almost every morning with bacon and extra cheese. Very yummy. Smoothies are awesome as well. A few booth along the sides and alot of table and chairs seating. You can also call and order via phone and pick up when ready.

Wow. Really? 3.5 stars? Compared to the hot dog lady across from the bus station? Maybe. But- if you want good food or service, go elsewhere. And if that's not enough, check out their health department violations? I have personally known 3 people have gotten sick from this place. No thanks, never again.
