I don't even know where to start about this Moe's in River City. The food and staff here are amazing! I always feel like I'm welcome when I hear "welcome to Moe's!" as soon as I walk in the door. I usually only order the Wrong Doug stack and it is ALWAYS fresh and made perfectly. No matter how busy or packed they are, they always spend a good amount of time on your food and make sure it's made to perfection. I've never had a bad experience here and I can definitely predict that I never will! I go in at least 3 times or so a week and it is always amazing! I absolutely love the staff!

Now I'm not one for chains but I had a Mexican craving. I tried a new place today in Moe's. I have been here before and this store just opened not long ago. The place is new and spit shined let's say. The people were very nice and all Yell out "Welcome to Moe's". Today I went with some tacos two over achievers without beans n rice. I really don't like fillers in burritos and tacos. I will say that they were pretty tasty to. They added just what I wanted on them and not what I didn't want. In all a good visit and I will return when the craving hits and I'm here.

My goodness what a difference in Moes? The service in the line was adequate there were several people handling our food but it was not handled very well by any of them. The burrito bowl was haphazardly assembled which led to the picture I posted where it just fell over and out of the bowl. As you can also see the guacamole was starting to get discolored and not up to the super fresh standards that Moes is known for. I'm not sure why no one on the line nor at the end bothered to make the connection and change or clean up the mess. I was not very happy with this experience at all, and it was not busy on Wednesday evening. This location needs to tighten up!

Not sure why this place is getting such a bad rep. Moe's is awesome. It's a great alternative to Chipotle. I love getting the Nachos. Basically an open face burrito with queso and chips. Service has always been good for me. The place is new on the northside, certinaly welcomed addition, and is clean.

Im a little biased to Moes as im from ATL and have been eating there for years. I was definitely happy that they put in this location. I have never had anything but good service from the employees at this location and i come in once or twice a month.

My boyfriend and I are not people to complain, ever.. we would even eat the food at a restaurant even if they had completely messed up the order and not think about it twice, but the staff at this moe's was lazy and unfriendly and the chips were very stale which wouldnt normally have been a big deal accept my boyfriend and I both wound up very Ill for 3 days after eating here, he even had to go to the hospital. So I am guessing their laziness definitely effected how clean they keep the place or how diligent they are on keeping food at the right temperature.. I would rather get punched in the face than eat here again.

Not the best Moe's in town... I am a big fan of Moe's, and the staff are normally friendly and enthusiastic at most of the locations that I've visited over the years. The Moe's that I visited in Rivercity was HORRIBLE. Very low customer service and my burrito was ripped in half from being rolled too quickly and carelessly. She had her phone in clear site in her back pocket, and I was baffled by the lack of supervision with a staff acting that unprofessional. I was too much in a hurry to ask for a manager, but I do not plan on coming back to this Moe's location. Not impressed, at all.
