Don't bother. We sat in line at midnight (traveling and needed a bite to eat) for 20 minutes without even making it to the window. They weren't taking orders at the speaker, said to drive up but we gave up, the line didn't move. Slow doesn't begin to describe the attitude here. I personally do not eat at McDonalds, but we were on the road, it was late, we were starved and nothing was open. Luckily a horrible experience saved us from making a terrible choice.

We live right in between this McDonald's on 103rd Street and the McDonald's at the corner of Wilson and Blanding. Hubby and I differ on our preference. He prefers the one on Blanding while I prefer this one on 103rd. The only reason he prefers the other one is because, even though they are the same distance from us, he can get to the one on Blanding quicker b/c there's no traffic lights. I prefer this one because they tend to take more care with putting sandwiches together and packaging the food. I'd rather have an Egg McMuffin that is cooked properly and put together properly than one that has a burnt, torn english muffin that is slapped together and falling apart. Service here is ok. It's neither good or bad. I've always been through the drive-thru when getting food and the line moves quickly. They rarely put napkins in the bag, so make sure to ask for them. I've actually never once had my order messed up here, so I don't even bother to take the time to check it anymore (one day that may come back to bite me). I've only ever been inside the restaurant to use the Redbox. The inside looks clean; although, I have noticed on several occasions the fountain drink area could use some tending too as it seems to stay quite messy. A lot of people with their kids in here, so the noise level is quite high. I couldn't imagine dining inside because of all the noisy children. Good thing I just pop in and out for the Redbox. Just those few minutes is more than enough noise for me. This McDonald's is open 24 hours (the drive-thru, that is). They start serving breakfast at 4am. If you're traveling on 295, it's easy to pop off and back on again if you are looking for a McDonald's.

This is the Dirtiest and slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. Also I don't know how this place passes Health Inspection! This is my third time here and always looks dirty in the inside, employees don't even look motivated to work they can't even say thank you. And the soda machine needs to be cleaned it has mildew on its cap's This place needs inspection ASAP, it also needs a makeover and motivated employees to run this nut place.

I don't take my Grandsons for fast food often, and I know from past experience that the McDonald's on 103rd should be avoided. Today either I had a senior moment,or was taking a leap of faith hoping for the best, I took the boys and went to 103rd. UGHHHHHHH...consistent they are with their very poor customer service. Started with "I'll take your order" and then silence at the drive thru speaker. Not even a feeble attempt at politeness. When I finished giving my order, there was none of that pesky small talk asking about sizes,or trying to up charge the order,or even if it was complete and correct on the board, just my total and drive to the window. There I was greeted with absolute disdain and it was a quick exchange of money and on to the pick up window. At least there I was greeted with a small if some what forced smile as I was handed the Happy Meals, when I asked which meal was which, since they were different,I was told "I don't know" and that was that! I could go on about how the order was botched, and the FF not very edible but why bother. I called the local corporate phone number to voice my opinion and when asked if I could get a follow up call so that I could at least pretend that what the customer experiences matters, that was a no.They will contact the Manager and it is up to them what course of action is taken-so basically nothing. I learned again that if I want to spend my money on fast food it is worth the extra time and gas to go to Argyle for McDonalds where they appreciate their customers, or if I want to stay on 103rd then The Sheik is always a better choice.

Come again to get 14 coffee and some sandwiches for my kids school. I called ahead 5 min to let them get coffee going. They were seriously nice and friendly and boxed it up for me and offered to carry it to my car. Everyone in there was super nice. I'll be back!!

Just left this Micky Dz it's 11:00 pm went inside because the line was long in the drive through and we got rang up.she didn't, did not! go slow wile ringing us up!!!! That is why I'm giving this place 2 stars a rude immature middle aged employee with a sarcastic attitude stood behind her co-worker and said "you need to ring it up faster then that" (it's not so much what she said but the way it was said and the look in her eyes and face after ....just plain rude and discussed face) well I remember working at Starbucks and having the girl training me speak to me this rudely and how unprofessional it was infront of customers and I wish someone whould have spoke up for me so I did exactly that I told her it was unprofessional and if she wanted to talk to her about how fast she needed to work then she shouldn't have done it in front of customers might I add no one was in line inside but us (me and my boyfriend) he agreed I should have said something ...turns out it was the computer running slow not the worker after all

Remember this is a fast food restaurant. I eat here 2 to 3 times a week. Good food, courteous service, clean, they offer WiFi so it's great for business. Attentive management that quickly resolves any need. It can be "fun" to be here when Westside High let's out. Then this becomes a Teenagers hangout. The management keeps a close eye for any potential problems. I like being around young folks and enjoy conversing with them. I guess some of their youthful energy rubs off on me.

It's McDonald's ...if you let your children eat here it's almost child abuse. Be a pig who doesn't know good food when you eat it. Also, the fact that you pop a photo on the review is even more hilarious then you giving it more then one star. If I could give it a negative star I would. Enjoy your happy meal aka diabetic fat a** coma.
