Jimmy John’s Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Jimmy Johns as a franchise is alright. It's definitely better than subway and firehouse. If I were to spend money on a sub I have other choices I'd rather visit, but on the northside there isn't many choices for subs/sandwiches. Publix is pretty much the top choice. JJ's comes in a close second although I really wish they had more toppings to put on the subs. This particular location is new, and nothing is wrong with it. Not sure why it's getting such low ratings. It's just like any other JJ's in the USA. Fast and friendly service.

Are they fast YES without a doubt, but maybe slowing down a bit and paying attention to detail would get them over the hump. I ordered the Country Club it was pretty much thrown on the bread and my sandwich wasn't cut, didn't find out this great information until I got home. With Subway and Firehouse right in the area I would think they would step it up a bit.

I always order the Beach club with peppers and guacamole on 7 grain and my husband loves the gargantuan. He says it's one of the best subs he's ever had. Both sandwiches come with bread they bake themselves and sell at night for 49 cents. Mine is sliced bread, but thick. So good. His is a sub. They have a neat way to order from their ap, where you can pick and choose what you want, even put in your credit card ahead of time and walk in and it's ready without having to pay a cashier. But be sure you order from the right place on Beach Blvd since there's two. I did that once and messed up. But they were fast anyway. I wish they'd get one closer to the Normandy area. Thanks for being good AND fast.

I have heard so many awesome things about Jimmy John's and I was excited to try it out. We ordered in for a working lunch at the office. I will say the delivery was super fast. The sandwiches themselves were just ok. The meat wasn't fresh at all, the best part was the bread. I'm torn between a 2 and a 3 for this review. I decided on a 3 and I'll give it a second chance and if I'm still unimpressed then I'll have to drop it to a 2!

They are fast alright but the meats are very salty. Besides that i recommend the lettuce wraps.

Subs are kind of plain, I'd prefer subway. Only positive is that they deliver, good for work if you can't pick up.

Inconsistent is the first word that comes to mind about this location. I've had great sandwiches and not so great sandwiches here. The roast beef is rarely medium rare, it's usually well done and at least a little dry. I always ask to see the meat before ordering it. The employees are also inconsistent, although they are often less friendly. However, my most recent trip had the most friendly service. The sandwich was amazing and was ready as fast as they advertise. This was the first time that I've had their chops, the BBQ chips were the best I've had.

Came to Holiday Inn Jacksonville and ordered from the local Jimmy John's. They delivered quickly and courtiously. That is were the good ends. The sandwiches were wrong. My husband ordered two roast beef and cheese, one with Dijon only and the other with lettuce only. His had lettuce and tomato, both had no more than four slices of meat (on an eight inch bun) and two slices of cheese. The whole thing was mostly bread. The drinks were 75% ice. And no straws. A small bag of chips for $1.25 is a bit much and $1.50 per cookie, also a bit much. Not worth the money we sank into this. I realize that delivering to a hotel means we are not regulars, but that I just means service should be better.

This is what I end up with when I can't figure out what it eat in our area. It's right down the road and you can get in an out in no time. You know so fast you'll freak thing. They always have fresh bread and that's a key to a good sub. I always get what they call The Gargantuan but I call it an Italian sub. It has way more meat on it then any of their competitors. It is also made my way. I do enjoy their sandwiches and it will not be long till I'm back again.

5 star rating.... I know!!! Let me explain: I love... Love... LOVE when a business actually does what they advertise! Their speedy delivery is definitely true. This is my first time eating here and in my opinion they're better than their competitors. One would think that the sandwich would be poorly executed in a rush to stand true to their quick delivery promise, but it wasn't. I love that the sandwich was "tight" in other words I wasn't biting it, having to push the meat back in and rearranging the sandwich. I'm normally not a roast beef fan but I had this craving for roast beef and bacon... Lol weird right? I ordered the #10: Hunters Club minus the lettuce and tomatoes, adding bacon, onions and Dijon mustard. BBQ and jalapeno chips, a BIG dill pickle and a large root beer! I'M A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!! Happy Yelping....

Classic JJ therfore fast, consistent, clean & good food. Good location & good for Northside. I would like it if they had more bread choices & could add hot subs or a way to heat the subs or meat. Near the best of the sub chains but should add coupons.

This JJ location is the third one I've ever been to, and I have found myself asking why I've given it that many chances. Before calling in my order to be picked up, I did what most people do and that's look at the menu on line if it's available. I decided on the J.J.B.L.T described as "Bacon, lettuce, tomato, & mayo. (The only better BLT is mama's BLT)". A coworker placed our orders over the phone and I can clearly hear her order my BLT with light mayo and add avocado spread. She goes on to order her sandwich also and I should have known that it was going to be bad when after asking several times for the total, she finally hangs up and says, "that guy sounded like he was not all there." Our food is picked up and when I open up my bag, I find my sub wrapped in it's usual paper but there weren't any napkins. Well I unwrap my sandwich.... My sub is not cut and the bacon is just this cold mess piled in the middle... the lettuce is fine and so is the tomato and light mayo. Where's my avocado spread that I paid an extra .$75 for? Oh that would be spread between 4 pieces of provolone cheese. I am lactose intolerant! No where in the description did it say cheese and I couldn't even smear any of the avocado off because there was so little. I've given up on JJ's.... The other locations didn't have any napkins out, any utensils and don't even bother asking for salt!
