This is one of the better locations in town... The service is excellent and the food comes out hot and fresh.... Breakfast here is pretty good.... The biscuits are nice and fresh--never hard like at some fast food joints... When we come here for lunch or dinner I prefer to order the tacos and wow they are good.... This location is kept clean and the staff is friendly....

I eat breakfast at Hardee's a lot. I truly mean A LOT! This is one of the reasons why I have a list here on Yelp entitled "Fast Food Is Going To Kill Me." I just really love their biscuits... especially their ham biscuits. This particular Hardee's is the best one I've been to in Jacksonville. It's really nice and clean, and the employees are super nice and friendly. The drive-thru also moves really quickly even when they are busy. Biscuits and burgers are put together nicely.... as are their soft tacos. Not of that sloppy business going on (I so hate that). My order has always been correct and hot. If you haven't tried the tacos here, give them a shot. They are so much better than Taco Bell. When using the drive-thru, they have a credit card slider attached to the window so you slide your own card. That's pretty cool... this is the only drive-thru where I have seen that. This may seem like a minor thing, but they always remember to put straws and napkins in the bag too. Napkins in the bag make me smile! :D Yea, yea... I know... it's the little things in life. Haha

I'm not sure why this place got such bad reviews. Granted I've only ever done drive thru but I find their drive thru service is pretty good. They are always polite and it's fairly quick. They've never messed up my order and I always have plenty of napkins. Plus, I like the food at Carl's... I mean, Hardee's ;)

I have been to this location quite a few times, the staff always has a smile, they offer discounts and coupons as well. The food quality is made like the person cares a bit not just the assembly line process. That normal feeling you get of this doesn't look like what I saw on tv doesn't prevail at this location.
