Good fast food chain. I like their breakfast special deals they run every now and then. For example, sausage, egg & cheese biscuit for 2 for $2 or 2 for $3. The burgers may pack in the calories department. But they are different then most burger joints and that is what I like. I have to drive to this seeing as they closed the Hardee's near my house. They are quick with drive-thru orders. They keep the inside clean and the customer service is always a positive.

This afternoon I purchased a paddy melt 1/3 lb. with small fries and small drink. An order placed before me contained a paddy melt 1/3lb. It was a mistake, so it was thrown back on the shelf. I stood on the customer side of the counter patiently waiting for my order for 20minutes. The lady behind the counter finally decided to put the mistake (cold) paddy melt in a bag and fries and serve it to me. I let her know the paddy melt would be cold it has been sitting there for 20 minutes. She did offer to have a fresh one made for me. Would I have to wait another 20 minutes. Don't know, don't care, won't go there again. What happened was despicable. I will go to Five Guys for my Hamburger needs. This system requires me to award at least one star to submit this review. This hardees should not be awarded any stars. But it will get one just so I can submit this reveiw.

Staff was awesome and place was clean! The food was good and hot! Ms, D with the Santa Hat was pleasant and worked hard to make sure the customers were being taken care of, even went over our to go order and everything was in the bag.

Great for any meal of the day, Yeah I know "HARDEE'S" seriously Rick? LOL But let me tell you Their Biscuits make for the best breakfast in town for the reasonable cost, their Burgers are again Wonderful without the Pocket Buster of 5 Guys...Seriously why get Mugged by 5 guys and not be afraid of Peanut Allergies, when you can come to this great place and get better burger. Chicken Tenders are Awesome, the only thing I would suggest they add on would be a Spicy chicken option. Red Burrito Option is also great if you do not want burgers. Keep your Expectations Low and Be Pleasantly surprised

I wish there was a option to subtract stars because I seriously believe that this is the worst fast food experience I've ever had!!!! The drive thru experiencing isn't the bad part it was the food all by its self! Our order: °loaded Double omelette biscuit which was old and crusty. °loaded Omelette biscuit which was so old and reheated that I didn't even take a bite of it! I just immediately started to dissect it °Sausage, bacon, egg and cheese burrito which was a step up from the crusty biscuit.... until about the third bite where I immediately started *BRIEF TMI MOMENT APPROACHING* to throw up due to the plastic taste that had filled my mouth!!! *screams into the pillow* °Sausage and cheese biscuit which didn't get eaten °Hash browns that were room temperature at best And our bag was filled with ketchup, a whole load of miscellaneous sauces and MAYONNAISE! They just threw everything about our order together! The best thing about all of this was the bottled Minute Maid orange juice!! I'm just relieved that it wasn't in a Hardee's marked cup or I'm sure they would've found some way to make that wrong too! Needless to say, we will NEVER be returning to this Hardees again!! Happy Yelping!!!

The service is extremely slow.... waiting over 20 minutes fpr food at a "fast food" restaurant is not acceptable. This is the second time this has happened to us here. Therefore, it is more than likely our last visit.
