Poor customer service. I ordered a ham Frisco extra ham. When i received the order it had 2 tiny slices of ham. I complained and said that at other Hardee's it doesn't generally look like this. The lady behind the counter making the food put more ham on the sandwich then said would you like more egg to. I didn't order extra egg. I turned and walked away. She had the nerve to tell me not to turn and walk away from her. I looked at her like she was stupid. Will not come back here.

First time in over five years going here. Wanted something different and that's exactly what we got!! My son got the monster burger and literally struggled to finish it. He can usually devour anything from other fast food chains, but not this time. I could only eat the majority of my burger because it was huge!! Ron is a fabulous guy with a warm sense of humor and his staff is friendly as well. Brought our order to the table and even asked if he could get refills for us. Wow!! It was fairly slow when we went in and I'm glad. Nice and quiet. We live on the Northside of town but frequent the beaches areas and will definitely be returning. Awesomeness!!!!

I have visited this location a few time over the past few month. They must have had a whole new team put into place after reading the past service reviews. Granted its Hardee's but, the service rivals a full service restaurant. Many times I had some one stop by my table to see if they could bring me anything. The food is always hot and fresh. The service sets it apart from any other fast food place I have been to. Well done!!!!

Service sucks! I have been here twice in the last week and both times all of the staff seem to love hanging out in the office area. The Food is Always goodWhich I find hard to believe since the Ice Tea was empty, Napkins are empty, etc, so apparently they should not be hanging out in the office if there are things to be done and customers to be waited on.

It's rare to give a QSR a 5 Star review but this place gets one on the combination of business savvy and courtesy alone, plus the food was actually as pictured. They were out of the cod I wanted so he (the mgr) offered me utilization of a big burger 2 for 1 coupon in meal form. I accepted. The food was outstanding and fresh on top of the service. I will return sometime.
