Best coffee in the world. Only down fall here is waiting in line at the drive thru. I had to wait one time for so long they gave me a half dozen donuts. At least they apologized and showed me they care about the customer.

This Dunkin was absolutely awful. I would honestly give this place half a star but I can't cause that isn't an option here. They need to teach their employees about customer service. They messed up everyone's order and played the blame game on one another. It took my order longer than an hour to get done. Customers had to repeatedly retell the staff their orders because the staff had no idea what was already given and not given to their customers. They need to work on their teamwork, big time. I understand that the staff was being given hell but that is no reason to also give their customers attitude. When we asked to speak to their manager, the guy wearing a badge with the title "Manager" under it was incredibly rude to us and his staff members told us he wasn't really the manager. He was just their "team leader", which was rather confusing. I highly recommend not going to this location. You're better off going to another location close by.

Of course the food is really good and the coffee is crap. It is DD afterall. If you're in a hurry, take my advice and go to the Publix next door, buy the ingredients, take them home, and make your meal from scratch. It will take half the time. If you order a sandwich and need it made correctly, go somewhere else.

Slow service, soda cooler not stocked and no matter how many different ways I said it, the "cook" couldn't understand what I was asking for. The bagels were a bit on the hard side but other than that the food was good.

One word for this location. TERRIBLE! Being that i work in a salon near by, we go there frequently. Everytime i go something is messed up so tonight i decided well its night crew so maybe since they arent busy thwy wont mess it up. I ordered two regular iced coffees with extra cream and sugar, a blueberry bagel with cream cheese, and a coffee muffin. We got caramel coffees, so we sent them back, and with our new ones we did not get extra cream and sugar. But i felt too nice to take them back again. Anyways, the bagel had a tiny spoonful of cream cheese and my coffee muffin was a damn blueberry swirl muffin. AND THEY WANT 10 BUCKS AN HOUR TO DO THIS?! Are you kidding? WORST DD EVER.

Went for some donuts this morning. Decided on treating myself and coworkers. Waited for 10 minutes to get serves. The workers were shouting and yelling at each other. Got a bag of donuts and when I arrived at work they were all smeared against one another, coler than room temperature, tasted stale and old. Don't waste your time at this location. This is the fourth time I have been in and it gets worse each visit.
