Dunkin Donuts in general is slowly winning me over. Two years ago you couldnt pay me to eat anything from here. Now im in love with strawberry donuts and orange coolattas. I even tried a bacon croissant from here and it was fairly decent. This location has a worker named Angie who is the greatest. Cool spot

If I could give this DD a zero star I would. I gave this DD another go today because the last time I ordered through the drive through I just drove away after waiting so long in line. The time before that I got the wrong muffin. Today I waited over ten minutes in line for a coffee and muffin. While waiting in line the car behind me did what I have also done at this DD, just drive away. Isn't the whole point of ordering before you get to the window is that your order will be waiting for you once you get there. The woman at the window whem told that I had been waiting so ling said we are understaffed. So HIRE more people. My expectations are skewed I know because all the DD's in SNJ wher I come from are owned and staffed by the by the best people from India. They are fast and efficient. Wake up DD your service SUCKS!! Maybe the owners need to take some lessons from their competitors like Starbucks down the street.

This Dunkin is right by my work, i like to swing in for a snack and coffee, we usually get breakfast also. This stop for me is more about convenience, my taste preference rates this place as just ehh....ok...nothing is bad, but nothing is great either.

Went in for a free small iced coffee, my first one ever! I expected to see a long line with the promotion going on but only had a couple in front of me. The girl who took my order was very nice is assisting me on my decision since I am new to coffee in general, expecially iced coffee. In total I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The store was newer looking, neatly organized and clean. I also noticed the prices seem much more reasonable than Starbucks!

Drive threw was quick but I asked for an assortment of donut holes with chocolate being the majority of them ( usually you only get a few) but we ended up with all chocolate do it holes... Other then that it was good

You can't go wrong at Dunkin Donuts. Coffee and a donut make the perfect breakfast. Love the new Turbo Dunkin Dark iced coffee. If you like strong coffee this is for you. The bagels and donuts are always fresh at this location. There's usually a really long line through the drive thru in the a.m, but it seems to move pretty quickly. If you get a bunch of items, make sure to check your bag before leaving. They have been known to forget things in your order

It was raining outside thought instead of Starbucks lets go here today. Got a large coconut coffee extra shot waited for about 10 minutes. No coconut bitter and my hot drink not even warm! Go out in the rain to go inside standing there watching 8 people work not paying attention finally tell the lady what's wrong doesn't say sorry makes it again. I feel it's hot so I just say thanks and leave get in the car can't drink it think it was made extra hot so I wouldn't complain but I really can't due to 3rd degree burns on my tounge. It did taste better but took 30 minutes to cool down. First time at this location might try one more time. Today only 2 stars given due to the fact my taste buds are injured and lack of customer service and insufficient training to take care of the customer right the first time.
