America's favorite donut chain, and it doesn't matter that they don't have hot donuts. Great variety of cake or yeast donuts, great breakfast sandwiches on a bagel, croissant, wrap, fold over, toast or croissant, plus summer drinks like coolattas, lemonades, & iced coffee. Speaking of coffee, consistently decent coffee & the dark roast is even better

So I have been here a few times the service is pretty quick depending on how busy it is. I've used the drive thru and normally that's a good experience. On one occasion I was redeeming my coupon and the girl said no, you can't use that. I almost freaked out but she was joking and was really nice. I'm not sure everyone can appreciate that kind of joke, as it may come off as unprofessional. I've had the small latte and man is that thing TINY. I was severely disappointed that I paid $2.99 even with a coupon for such a tiny cup. I ordered the medium iced latte and that thing is huge. I'm wondering how big the large is! Another time, I ordered a bagel and they didn't ask if I wanted it toasted or not, they just assumed I did, which I actually didn't on this occasion. That's not good to me. You should ask if I want my bagel toasted because to assume is really rude to me. Overall, this particular location is a bit cramped up and small with only about 4 tables squeezed into the location and three tables outside. This is a great location if you need to pick something up to go, but if you plan on staying you better hope no one is really in it because you might have trouble finding a seat.

This dunkin is small, but with a drive thru. I've had great service the few times I've been. They feature the usual seasonal flavors, and the inside and outside have been clean on my visits. Their iced caramel lattes are divine. I usually get the small because it is rather large for a small.. Medium is like a large at any other business. This is the only coffee place really close to my house so I frequent here when needing an afternoon pick me up. The drive through is usually really fast and the inside is small but cute. I always love the strawberry frosted or marble frosted donuts! Their bagels are just ok... I prefer other places bagels over DD.

Service is as bad as it can get at this location. I mean, really, this is not rocket science, and DD has stores everywhere, and the employees can get you in and out pretty quick. This location, however has clueless, and extremely incompetent staff. Kind of amazing that there are so many of them behind the counter and it still takes 25 minutes to get a coffee and donut. Now your thinking, how stupid are you to wait so long. Well, I really wanted a coffee and the longer I waited the more fascinated I became with the hideous incompetence.... I could not make myself leave. Note to management.... But I know you won't care... I mean you have a cash cow that enables you to be as crapy as you want and still make tons of money... Go to a NYC or Boston DD and have your employees see how it is done right!!

I only gave one star because I couldn't leave a comment with out at least one star. I would have given zero stars. This morning I purchased a bagel with cream cheese, it cost $2.29 plus tax. A plain bagel would have cost me $1.09. The cream cheese cost $1.20 for less than a table spoon of cream cheese. The receipt said it was 1.75oz. Of cream cheese. That is total poppycock. I was ripped off, but it won't happen again.
