    They never seem to have their act together on the Baskin Robins side of the business. A machine (or machines) always seems to be down or they're out of ice cream (mint chip, chocolate, cookies and cream, etc) for days at a time because the "manager hasn't ordered a truck yet". Service is slow even at night when there are few or no other customers. It's an okay and convenient spot when things are running smoothly, but go in with low expectations or you will be disappointed.

    I only order a small butter pecan iced coffee with cream and sugar and 3 times both inside and drive thru they have just added cream and sugar. Horrible customer service. Wish I had something good to say since it's close by.

    I've been fighting a craving for a banana split for a week. I've made 3 trips in the past week to fulfill my craving. The first 2 times they have been out strawberry icecream, so I left. Today's was the cherry on top when they told me they are "sold out of bananas." I'll just say I'm done trying and wasting my time. I've yet to get a banana split...Publix I'm on my wayyy!

    This is the best location in Jacksonville, they have friendly staff and fast turnaround. I prefer to ask the manager to make coffee on the sweet side. A co worker from the UK needs an extra large every day OR can't function at peak efficiency. Try the Ham Egg on Croissant or the multi grain bagel. Don't forget to bring your tablet or laptop as they have free Internet.

    Great place! Everything is fresh and the crew is super nice! My only recommendation is that this place please have sandwich catering for business' meeting. We would appreciate that.

    The customer service at the drive thru is always friendly here no matter what time of day or night you come by. I got here one night wanting frozen yogurt but the guy running the drive thru that night said that they had already shut down the fro-yo machines for the night and asked if I wanted to come in and sample their various other flavors since this Dunkin Donuts also doubles as a Baskin Robins, I responded with a polite no, as I wasn't really dressed to go in(was in my pjs, and just wanted a late night snack), so he suggested the cake batter which seamed to be a favorite, I said yes and when he came back with my order to my surprise he had a large cup of vanilla soft serve that was fresh from a couple hours earlier(apparently some other customer had changed their mind, and the other employee had put it into the ice cream freezer just in case anyone else wanted to purchase it.) This was the nicest employee, I was ready to pay for the small ice cream I ordered and the large vanilla fro-yo, but he only charged me for the small ice cream! Yay! I will definitely come back, and not just bc I scored some free fro-yo, but bc of the customer service! This is by far the best customer service I have seen at any fast food/drive thru chain:-)!

    Bad service mixed with them always being out of donuts makes then the worst DD ever. I have gone 4 times to this location because its close to my work and they are consistently out of good donuts. When I asked why, I got major attitude. Never again.

    Stop- your childhood is calling you! Not only do they want their haircut and flannel back but they offer sweet memories of time well wasted. Clean, well organized and well staffed location. Both going through the drive through and coming inside has never been a bad experience.

    This is not worth the drive when they have no vanilla ice cream and no mint chip ice cream. Who orders their ice cream at this location. They are not doing their job. I would definitely fire whoever is in charge at this location.

    I visit the store daily, 3 or 4 times a day. The past 4 days, I have received my coffee with no sweetener and it tasted very stale. The drive-thru greeters do not greet and never smile. I have been in customer service for 28 years and this is not a good way to greet your clients or run the business. I will not be coming back cuz I feel that I should be able to get the coffee the way I like it and not have to turn around and go back four times because it's horrible. I hope the drive thru window employees will be replaced and you don't lose other customers like me who used to enjoy going there because everything was right. Not anymore. I will take my business elsewhere and maybe the other Dunkin Donuts will appreciate me.

    This kid the last time I was here acted like he wanted to torch the place. The coffee drink he made was foul and they are out most good donuts. I might try again one day. Maybe if cami cakes is closed. Lol.

    One of my favorite breakfast spots in town. Love the drive thru and excellent service. A big thank you to Kevin the store manager. He is supporting The Donna Foundation and The Flip Your Wig event. Great people with big hearts and delicious food and coffee. Customer for life!!

    I like Dunkin' Donuts coffee now more than Starbucks and have stopped by here several times recently on the way to work. I don't usually write reviews for this type of place but I think it's worth noting that they do a poor job of confirming your order. I order coffee with "only cream" and try to say that as clearly as possible. Somehow I keep ending up with cream and sugar. Ugh.

    Meet my date here at least once a week for coffee. I almost always have to wipe the table down with disinfecting wipes because it is usually dirty. I have NEVER, ever seen anyone wiping the tables. If the part of the restaurant that the customers can see is dirty, it makes me wonder about the part we can't see. Service is hit or miss. Also, it stinks they charge $0.50 for a splash of almond milk. That is an insanely crazy mark up (yes, I know almond milk is expensive, but it's not that expensive). Need to find a new place to meet for coffee.
