I has great customer service. I ordered 3 pizza's which I picked up myself, I followed the order on the on line tracker and they were done exactly when the tracker said. My order was perfect. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was I thought the chicken was a bit dry. But the staff I dealt with was AWESOME!!!!

Horrible customer service. We have gotten delivery from this store several times, without fail, something is always forgotten. When we call to get something corrected is always a fight. We won't be ordering from this store again.

Absolutely horrible. Called for pizza at 8:45 from Airport Road Holiday Inn Express and was told 20-40 minutes. After 50 minutes no pizza. Called and was told pizza already delivered to a different Hotel. Pizza finally arrived at 10:30. Sadly we had the same experience at this hotel last year and assumed it was just an anomaly. Now we know it is the norm. Don't use this Dominoes! Also frustrated the hotel would continue to list them as a recommendation.

We ordered pizza and cinnastix delivered to our home. The cinnastix box had a dead bug in it. When we called Dominos to speak to a manager about it, instead of offering a refund or apology, he instead insinuated that "if" there was a bug, it most likely crawled into the box while it was in your kitchen, "because there was no way it could have happened in my store". Terrible customer service! We will never order Dominos again!

Twice in the past several months I have placed a carry out order from this location only to find out after receiving my credit card statement that an employee had added their own tip to my card after I left. This is considered theft.

Have received delivery there many times, Plus I work at a hotel near by and guest buy from this location all the time never get any complaints. I'd prefer this pizza than anything else in the area.
