Went here for dinner for the first time the other day. It was very busy and was told that it could be sometime before I got my order. Was able to get a seat at the bar since I was alone. I ordered a steak and ended up waiting for an hour. And then my waitress told me they had burned my steak beyond recognition and that they are making another one for me. That's when i got up and left. I did get three beers for free though. I will not go back there even if they offered me a free meal.

Worst service. Plates and silverwares are nasty. I even asked for a clean one but they still brought dirty silverware. Never will I dine here again.

This is your normal run-of-the-mill chain restaurant. The service was acceptable. The food was acceptable. Beer was very cold and very acceptable. Price was par for the course. Convenience was very good. Although parking did suck. I think everyone in Oakleaf doesn't like to cook dinner so they say let's go to Chili's!!!! I'll probably be back it's hard to resist the mini hamburgers with the avocado on them. The name of them slips my mind.

This was not a good lunchtime experience for our party. We got a bowl of lukewarm soup that was obviously later microwaved when we asked for a new, hot bowl of soup. The salad without tomatoes came with tomatoes and had to be sent back to the kitchen where I'm pretty sure the waitress just picked them off. I'm just glad no food allergies were involved in the original request. Lastly, the waitress seemed perturbed by all of the complaints even though they were part of the original order and repeated back to us.

I sometimes eat at the location in the Oakleaf section of Jacksonville, the food is most of the time very good, but it is one of the most dangerous floors you will ever try to walk on. Kids "skate" on it.... Rainy day? Drive by.

The waitstaff are pretty nice, otherwise I'd probably give this place a lower rating. Their burgers are usually pretty good. Salads tend to be over-chopped and a bit on the soggy side. Soups are a little too salty for my taste. The kitchen is sometimes slow during non-peak hours. Unfortunately for us, our kids like this place and we get coupons for free menu items.

We visited this Chili's location again on 6/8/2015 and had a much better visit this time with no problems. The food was cooked decently and the waiter brought us new glasses full of water instead of refilling them unseen in the back. The floor also seemed less slippery and I saw the manager getting hands on working to fix an overhead pendant light that was out. I hope this location is on an upswing.

Like the menu better now, the burger was very good. Sat at the bar and got great service even though it was rather crowded.

I went to this Chilis with my girlfriend. We were seated right away. Once seated our waitress asked us what we wanted to drink we gave her out drink order. Another waiter gave us our drinks 7 minutes later. We never saw our original waitress for another 20 minutes so that we could order our food. She passed our table several times with out taking our order. After waiting that long my girlfriend and I decided to eat at another restaurant. It took us forever to find our waitress to get our bill. Once we found her she told us that there will be no charge. Then she flicked some kind of ice cream on me. We are very disappointed in this Chilis....

Nothing special about this place, when my husband and I want a quick sit down restaurant we come here. It's close to us. I really enjoy the baked potato, I prefer it with gravy.

In the world of YELP, where it's considered verboten to write reviews for chain stores, that's right, here I go again. I've reviewed Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar and it seems only fair, Chilli's gets it's due. I've eaten (drank) here some 6 times, not because I think it's great, but it has become the watering hole where certain mammals I hang with like to meet. I'd say the 2-for-1's from the bar are the major draw. Not a bad ploy on Chilli's part, but most foods are just unimpressive. We have befriended several of their wait staff to the point they almost know what we want when we arrive. Actually, one of them has no idea want I'm wanting when she takes my order, but I won't go there. Back to the eats... 1 Star- BOTTOMLESS TOSTADA CHIPS and SALSA ($2.99) - Never order this, it's complementary with drinks. A devious menu item. 3 Stars - SALSA AND CHIPS - They are FREE and the Salsa is great for the price. 1 Star - SKILLET QUESO - not a deal at $5.00. 3 Stars - SOUTHWESTERN EGG ROLLS - One of the best things here. 2 Stars - BONELESS BUFFALO WINGS - Always seem a little tough. 2 Stars - CAESAR SALAD with Spicy Garlic & Lime Grilled Shrimp. Twice, I've been served this SALAD on a HOT plate. What are the cooks thinking? But I order it because I love the shrimp. 2 Stars - BAKED POTATO SOUP - Not thick enough, too thin. 3 Stars - BABY BACKS - Not bad, but who screws them up. The Honey BBQ sauce is over the top sweet, avoid it. 3 Stars - BIG MOUTH BURGERS - They are all pretty good. 1 Star - CHICKEN CLUB TACOS - Not much meat, not tasty, the word I heard was nasty. They were sent back. 3 Stars - KIDS MENU - Good selection, but a little pricey 4 Stars - DRINKS FROM THE BAR - Somewhat inconsistent but they correct upon request. A little less expensive than Applebee's though. They call it a Bar and Grill but it's mostly a Bar to me. If you pepper in some fun when you go, it's not so bad, but I'd rather do my nibbling at other drinking holes.
