Wonderful and delicious food is what I have to say. We used two caterers for our low key and casual wedding party that we had for local friends and family and we went with mambos for half the food. At first I was a bit let down because they were bad at returning calls and what not but I found out later it was because they were in process of hiring an actual cater coordinator. Once the actual coordinator got in touch with me the whole contract and food tasting was set up so quick and discounts were most definitely given with my order. The food was delivered exactly on time as specified with much more food than anticipated. The large party salad was delicious and exactly as described in their menu. The empanadas, even though they are smaller than the ones sold in the restaurant they were soo good they were gone! Along with the cheese/guava pastries. The plantains were huge pieces and well let's just say they were gone in a blink of an eye. The food was demolished at the wedding. Overall we loved the food and the service was good once the catering coordinator issue was worked out. Everyone asked where a lot of our food came from and we were happy to let them know where. I'm even thinking about getting some more catering done from them in the future :-)
