If I could apply negative stars to this rating I would because that is exactly what this store deserves! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich from the value menu and when I got home I saw that someone had already taken a bite from it! That is the most disgusting thing I have ever encountered with a fast food restaurant. These employees are in the business of handling people's food and obviously don't take it serious! It is one thing to make mistakes with an order but to deliberately put your mouth on a customer's food and sell it to them is outrageous! This place should be shut down for such unsanitary conditions! I called and reported it the manager, Kim who offered compensation/ replacement if I came back in. Obviously, I had no interest in receiving more food after such a gross experience but I went back to express my concerns. When I arrived a different manager was there, Deborah who was also the person who originally sold it to me! She tried to laugh it and offer excuses as to what happened. THERE IS NO EXCUSE! When she realized that I wasn't believing the story she simply told another employee to refund me $1.00 and walked off. DO NOT EAT HERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Horrible! Order a crispy chicken sandwich from the value menu and ewww! It tasted like it has been standing all day and just thrown back in the microwave to reheat. One bite and the rest went into the garbage. Just nasty! Also , person did not give a receipt , I don't know if this is a new trend but have seen it happen in a lot of Wendy's. If I pay you I want a receipt , unless you ask and I say otherwise. Fries were very salty. People can't follow orders after I said no mayo they still added mayo . I was home when I found out so couldn't go back to return . The drive thru girl has no social skills. After the order was taken under her breath ok next window. Ok don't tell me the amount I owe you so I can prefer while I wait behind the car and not hold up the people behind me trying to take out the money at the window. Later that night my stomach hurt so much I couldn't sleep all night. So people be careful they are just nasty and your tummy will end up hurting . Will never return to this place!

This is right by my house and they always take forever to get the food, I waited 15 minutes to get my food. Out of the last 4 times that i went, they were out of ketchup 3 times.

This is, without a doubt, the slowest Wendy's on the planet. Never, ever go here if you are in a hurry. I work one block from this restaurant and regardless of the time of day, I usually spend an average of 20 minutes waiting in line. Fast food my a**. There is never more than one register open and all the workers there move like they're on prozak. I had an hour for lunch and after waiting 20 minutes in line and 6 people still in front of me, I walked out. Also, the place is usually dirty and the dining area hasn't been updated since the 80s. Avoid it...or regret it!!!
