I called to ask if they had any specials, and their answer was, "What do you mean specials?" They need to work on customer service skills. Even though their rice has good flavor, they do not clean/devein their shrimp!

This place makes low quality Chinese food like most Chinese places. It isn't bad tasting food but it's like going to McDonald's for a hamburger, it's cheap low quality but passable. Personally I prefer good quality Chinese food.

Food: POOR Customer Service: VERY POOR Facilities: Not good, but nothing particularly terrible to mention. I had ordered from here before, and didn't have a problem. However, I ordered from here today and as I was eating a piece of chicken, it tasted rancid and reminded me of the way old animal urine smells like (that's the only way I can accurately describe what it tasted like). When I called them to let them know politely that I couldn't eat the chicken because it tasted "off," I explained that I really didn't want the other food either because I lost my appetite of course and was afraid to eat anything. As soon as they realized I wanted a FULL refund and wouldn't mind returning the food, they let me know if I wanted a full refund, I would have to drive to the restaurant, and the person behind the register would have to check the food. After, debating over the phone they said it was the only way to get a full refund, but they would have to charge me for the credit card swipe and for the driver delivery. They were very rude, even though I kept a very calm demeanor. When I arrived, they checked the food and took it back to their kitchen...I don't want to know what they did with it, but I wouldn't be surprised. To be honest, if the girl on the phone had been even just a little polite or concerned in return, I would've been fine with just the refund for the chicken itself and I would've moved on. The people in this particular restaurant need a huge lesson in humility to slap them hard in the face.

ZERO Stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There are many Chinese delivery/take out places you can order from but this place is known for not keeping their food at proper temperatures. It's just not worth the risk, and the food is mediocre at best until you happen to get sick from it.

Ordered take out from this place last night. When we got home, we realized they didn't give honey garlic sauce for the over cooked dry chicken which was supposed to be honey garlic chicken. When we called, they argued with us about it. The egg rolls were burnt, the fried rice was dry and flavorless. Inside the tiny place, they had their kids running from the kitchen in and out of the front door and then back again. Disgusting food, rude employees, and just a nasty little place. Don't waste your time or money. And don't go at night, because they have little gang bangers hanging out in front.

My friend and decided to try this place tonight and to much surprise, the food was very good. The prices are not too bad, either! Very small takeout place, great for the neighborhood! Will go back again!!
