This is a great place to have raw vegan food. I stopped with my friend today for lunch and the food was amazing. Pros: Good menu, all vegan, friendly staff. Cons: Parking, location.

I love the raw taco from Live Hera although it normally comes with raw tortilla chips and this particular visit, they were out of stock. I asked for veggies sticks as a replacement because I am currently on a raw cleanse and couldn't have anything cooked. The cashier was very pleasant and called her manager for approval for the substitution, however, the manager told her she could use the bread from the pizza as a replacement but would charge me $2 extra per order. (I ordered two orders). I find this despicable. Why would you charge the customer extra for substitutions when YOU are out of the advertised option? Then offer a less tasty and less suitable option and then charge the customer more for it? I drive pretty far to get raw options and this left a very nasty taste in my mouth. NOT HAPPY.

"Over-priced!" -vegan raw burger was tasty, but definitely not worth the $12 price tag. bit.ly/1o99Kpf -potato salad was flavorful, but was tart and slightly going bad. I still ate all of it though. bit.ly/1o9a47r Its a nice little cafe in the heart of Hollywood, but not worth the price. If they are going to demand these prices at least maintain fresh food.

A little pricey than usual but all their food is raw and organic. The smoothies are delicious- I had their tropical coconut smoothie. They even heated the pizza to a certain temperature so it would still attain its nutritional value. It's a cute little place, they had bonsai trees on the tables. They have free Wifi too.

Not to sound cynical, but I really don't understand how people have had good experiences here! The owner is very sweet, but the juices are absolutely awful. Tried 3 times, and can't stomach the idea of every going again. The food in the case looked old as well. I'd steer clear of here and go to fresh squeeze or juice n Java...

Drove all the way over here to Try to eat there at 1130 today but they were closed I attached a video to another post. They advertise that they are open at 1130 but as you can see they are unprepared and that's unprofessional. I don't eat at places that don't take work seriously because if they cut corners there they probably do worse when it comes to food prep. I should have just went back to raw republic in Aventura and saved the gas.

Friendly, inviting, relatively affordable and simply delicious. The lentil burger entree was awesome. And the spring garden burger was more than we expected. We'll definitely be back!

Food so amazing. Tastey goodness. I couldn't find a veggie restaurant anywhere. My saviors. The green gorilla smoothie is the bomb. The complete sausage was magical. I would add some fries to compliment it! Thanks guys!

Always excited to find a vegan joint..especially one with raw options, but I was very disappointed by LiveHara. The staff was rushed an flushed, though the place is small and there were therefore not that many customers. The girl behind the counter couldn't answer simple questions about the menu. It would help if the items were listed so when I asked what's in the pizza she didn't just take me to the counter and show me the crust.... I also asked about the cheeses she just kept telling me they were not dairy and made of nuts. Yes, we covered that, I'm not a stranger to raw foods, I've made nut cheese myself but she also said some of them may be sunflower. I wanted to know which one was sunflower so I could order those specific ones. In the end none were, and it didn't matter. The cheese tested like processed canned cheese. The fake burger meet was some dehydrated something or other that was thin and far too salty and I couldn't tell it apart from the bread. Plus after all she had written down, she still managed to screw up my order and bring me cucumber and tomato which I asked her not to. When I went to sit down I had to bus my own table although it had sat there empty for a while before I actually sat on it, plus the few other tables around me also sat un-bussed for a bit. All of this plus and apple juice came out to $20some dollars. For lunch. Waaaaaaaaaay overpriced. There's no way I'm going back, I did not even enjoy mu lunch $10 worth.

Okay, so I read the reviews on here and it made me second guess myself about trying out this place. I am not a vegan or on a raw food diet but I do enjoy Fresh, healthy, and Great tasting food. Yes, it is pricey but for people that are vegan or eat raw food than its great. The Thai soup was REALLY good but i wish it had more veggies in it instead of just broth. The Mushroom melt was amazing. The only thing i do not like is that they do not list their prices on the chalkboard that has the sandwich and burgers. I had their special which was $10 for soup and salad or sandwich. As for customer service, the front girl is quiet but that's normal if she is new or if that's just her personality. She is nice. I honestly thought they would be worse because of the reviews. If everyone is saying the food is good then go try it even if they say customer service sucks. At least you are prepared for it. The ONLY thing i'll say is they need to add more to the food. The Thai soup is on point but its just broth. It needed veggies or tofu. and the sandwich are the size that you would make at home BUT the taste is GREAT. I just wish their was just a little more to it.

I ordered the spring veggie burger. It was very tasty, nothing amazing, but also a total rip off at $12 for just the sandwich. There are other nearby vegan restaurants that offer sandwiches AND a side salad for under $10. Smoothie menu looked good and was reasonably priced at $6.

Very thoughtful menu and competent staff. Everything is made to order so there is a wait, but the selection is delicious and well worth it. I recommend the Thai Curry soup, it is a wonderful jump start on the taste buds. The only real downside is also a redeeming quality, the small size and limited seating, which gives a novel sense of intimacy. I have been here 4 times and consistently been overwhelmed, good people & great food!

Excellent food! I recommend this place to all vegan/vegetarians. Will definitely come back here

I'm not vegan, just a healthy eater. The sushi was good but not great and there was just one role when around the corner at Nakorn you get two for the same price plus salad or Miso soup. The coffee was good, half the size of the Starbucks around the corner, more expensive and they charge you for a refill. The atmosphere was a little college like, the music was low enough so we could have a conversation and the service was just fine. I would like this place to survive but I have real doubts since I'm a pretty easy one to please. The owners need to either get some honest feedback from their customers or do a bit of eating out at the competition. I might stop in again, but not for sushi and not for coffee since there's so much better so close by.

I ordered the Portobello melt and thai soup, both were delish. Like everyone says, it is expensive, but to me, worth the price. The staff was a little quirky but they were able to tell me a lot about the menu and food, and offered to let me sample things first. I guess if you're a raw foods expert and really need to know whether the cheese is made with nuts vs. sunflower seeds, maybe you can just relax and go make your own cheese. I only give it four stars because it is pretty expensive, but I left feeling full and will definitely be back. It's also super cute and very peaceful when I went, a great place to eat and relax/read/whatever.

The food is amazing, the raw desserts are our favorite! I had the sausage last time and it was my favorite so far. I've tried almost everything in the menu at this point. I'm so excited to have them by my house!

Happy to have healthy, vegan options in Hollywood! I have visited a few times and enjoyed the lentil burger on a sprouted bun (amazing guacamole!), Thai curry soup, split pea soup, raw noodles with raw nut pesto (would have preferred this warm...) and a raw cheesecake. Three stars since it is a little pricey and the service can be slow - but so far very tasty!

this place is great, the food is phenomenally fresh and savory, yet the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place. their lentil and veggie burgers are like non-other. I will definitely return

I ordered raw Tacos my BF has a raw veggie burger. After only a few bites of my tacos I ordered another batch Togo to take for lunch tomorrow. Both meals where very good. Also the waitress was polite and helpful. I wish this place was closer because I would be eating here all the time.

overpriced with mediocre vegan food. $12 for a sausage on a bun with chips? I can buy TWO packages of sausages for that price at whole foods. At least serve it with a substantial side item! my friend ordered the portabella melt and had a hard time eating it. Very messy. The potato salad was amazing and the curry soup was tasty. I know I've lived in Oakland and NYC so I have high standards but the food here definitely wasn't worth the prices!

Super cute cafe just a block away from my apartment! Came her tonight for dinner with my mom, I got the portobello melt and it was delicious! Not sure what kind of vegan cheese they used, but it was DELICIOUS. So much flavor, it made the melt unforgettable. Prices are decent, and they have a juice bar. They even had what looked like small study tables with little free wifi stickies. Can't wait to come back!

Cute little place: thank you for being in Hollywood among steaks and burgers!!! Yes I think for LiveHAra to thrive the menu and prices need to be reorganized! 3 sizes for salad? medium is 8$? looks more like small. The thing about the greens you have to eat a lot of them, overall the portions are smaller than youd want it to be, and sometimes for 20$ you leave on an empty stomach which is ok I guess...I would add more items to the menu, chop salad leaves better, make smoothies sweeter and put more items on display, I've ordered lentil burger and a side salad and nobody bothered telling that it already came with a side salad! Tried zucchini pasta- delicious but a small portion, curry soup is good but needs something in there besides the broth and tomatoes. Also the major drawback is wait time, I've seen the waitress chat while waiting for my order for almost 40 minutes!!! Huge factor, but once corrected it should be all right!! Good luck!

New spot between Harrison and Hollywood downtown. The owner (who was there) and employees are extremely kind and believe in the food they serve and its power to nourish and heal. I had the lentil burger and the quinoa salad. Great portions, lots of veggies, super fresh and well made. Lots of raw, gluten free, non dairy options if that is your thing. My burger was delicious. I devoured it. The salads come with this great dressing. I will be back for sure. Gotta support the local businesses.

I had never had raw vegan cuisine before even though I eat mostly vegan for the past 2+ years. By the time we caught the trolley after spending the day at the beach we arrived at around 4:25 pm (the close at 5). The owner was very nice and helped my husband and I quickly chose the lentil burger, pizza and pasta dishes. We ordered 3 because I thought that 2 would not be filling enough but boy was I wrong! They were all very filling and delicious and we took one to go because they were closing and we we were too full to finish it. The only thing that was mehhh was the "dessert" smoothie. It was watery and the flavors were distinguishable but kind of bland. The girl at the counter made it and I am not sure if that is how it always is or if she just didn't care because we came when she wanted to start cleaning everything to close. Either way the owner is very nice and makes delicious food!

A really nice get a way from your average restaurant, especially if you have a strict diet to follow. this place has delicious options and a super friendly staff that will help you with your decisions. I ordered the veggie burger and pesto pasta, and let me just say it was so delicious that i had a hard time believing how healthy it was! I will definitely be coming back :D

This place is everything you could possibly want for vegan/gluten free/organic food. The pricing is very competitive for what you are getting and the location is right in downtown, plus the food is delicious.

I loved this place- cute, little, simple and delicious food! the service was very candid!. Do not go here if you are in a rush..best food always take some time :) The bakery is JUST SO YUMMY and plus its not only vegan, organic but Gluten Free! Bom Appétit!

My wife and I came here for dessert and had the homemade mango pistachio cheesecake. When we walked in, the sweet young lady behind the counter explained the menu to us (all vegan AND organic! amazingly rare in Hollywood/South Florida in general) and have us tastes of the cheesecakes, the other one was a yummy chocolate peanut butter. We sat at a cute little table by the window. We will definitely return and get actual food, not just dessert, next time! Can't wait!!!

I love the idea of this hole in the wall organic/raw cafe. The juices and smoothies taste delightful. The small treats they make themselves are rather interesting if you aren't that into raw foods. The ambiance is peaceful. If you want a study place or somewhere to sit and read a book and enjoy something light to eat, this place is the place to go. The only reason why I give it a 3(3.5) because yes, the service is okay, but like all workers everyone works differently and makes things differently. Some times the drinks are not as consistent and always have to be specific with my order and sometimes it does take a while to make drinks or food. But overall, it's a relaxing place with great vibes and shouldn't miss out on this new experience. I highly recommend the "Apple detox" drink (without foam). Or even the "blueberry bliss" smoothie (thick). Also, the "Portobello sandwich" is the best, I think!

I have been there 3 times for lunch so far and tried the lentil burger, the portobello sandwich and the pasta al pesto. Everything was prepared with extra care and I was truly surprised about the quality of the ingredients and the incredibly good taste of everything The prices are extremely reasonable for this type of quality, whoever has complained about the prices should continue going to Burger King or Mc Donalds. I'm so freacking happy that I found a great and healthy place to go for my lunch time.

It stands at a modest 3.4 stars with me, only because the prices are ridiculously high, but Hollywood needed a Vegan joint and LiveHara just happens to be the helter-skelter of downtown Hollywood, so what the heck. I ordered the Thai Curry soup (not my cup of tea, but that's personal) and a veggie sandwich of some sort (nothing impressive). Maybe I should check out the juices or other foods, but as someone who does their own cooking and juicing, it's neat to know that every once in a while I can head around my local vegan joint for a good meal when I'm too lazy to do my own -- it's just those prices, though. Your call.

I enjoyed this place and I'm not a vegetarian/vegan. The menu looked great and had to take a few minutes to decide. The Pesto Pasta, Nori Rolls and Curry Soup we're all pretty good and tasted as expected I guess. I'd stop back in when looking for a healthier option for sure.

So I get here just after 1pm for some lunch and apparently the cook left to go to Publix. Great. Front desk girl had no idea how long she would be and didn't want to call her. I really should have just decided to leave but I opted for a whoopie pie because I'm already hangry. My mom ordered a medium curry soup, which took her over 10 minutes to "make" and my mom said it was like salty water. The whoopie pie tasted like straight sugar. Not impressed so far, and for the record I am a vegan and I can make way tastier food at home.Tea, a whoopie pie and soup was over $16 already. So in the midst of writing this, the chef shows up and I went up to the cashier and asked her to tell the chef to make the lentil burger asap and I turned around to go back to the table. Her response, "are you going to pay for it?". Seriously? As if I wasn't going to? FORGET IT. Bye Felicia. Won't be back, good luck on your typical hollyweird service model.

The location is wonderful and a key spot in Hollywood Blvd. Great little restaurant with different vegan food choices from your typical vegan restaurant. The food was amazing the Vegan Pizza was delicious and a good choice for people with gluten free needs. The juices and desserts were mouth watering. The peach and blueberry cheese cake are by far the best raw dessert we have ever had for the buck. In conclusion I would recommend and persuade you yelpers to come visit and enjoy live hara restaurant because of the nice friendly atmosphere, the delicious vegan food and great employees with wonderful enthusiasm.
