A neighborhood favorite where everyone seems to know your name, this particular Dunkin Donuts is always busy and it always has a line. With that said, it is fully staffed and you are never in the store more than a few minutes. Great change of pace for Starbucks fans as this location opens up a full hour earlier than the closest Starbucks. Restrooms are clean and their is plenty of parking. Store requires some modernization but you cannot blame staff for this or gig their review for something that is out of their control. Most of the staff are bilingual. I visit this location at least three times a week during the breakfast rush and my review is consistent throughout. /s/ William E. Lewis Jr., Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida.

This dunkin donuts has a group of regulars that come here to hang out. I think they are retired and live in the nearby Carriage Hills community. My son takes music lessons in the plaza so I come once a week for my afternoon pick me up. It feels like home. Very friendly & relaxed atmosphere. There is a couch and tv where the news is always on, which sparks interesting conversations between the patrons. The employees are super nice and make the food & drinks just the way you like. Best Dunkin Donuts in town! It's small but cozy.

The food is disgusting and cold. I do not recommend coming here for a good meal. If you're short in change, in a hurry, or for any other reason I still suggest you find somewhere better to eat. Disgusting.

If you are coming to this location come here in the morning the afternoon stuff is a little lost. Especially today. The girl who took my order had no idea what she was doing and I had to help her out with making my iced latte. They do have wifi but they are not very helpful at helping you connect. They have 2 wifi's a private and a free one. It took another client to help me figure out how to connect to the wifi.

This passed weekend my boyfriend and I decided to have coffe around 4 pm sunday. There was one employee working and a full line of people but that didnt stop her she managed to make everyone happy she made my lite latte iced perfectooo!!! I live in the area so we would definitely come back ... please manager make sure you put at least two employees in a shift is too much to handle just one person : )

THE best Dunkin' Donuts in S Broward. As other review states there is usually only one employee on duty (other than the morning rush) yet somehow the service is much better--and quicker--than other DDs where drive thru customers get priority over the walk-ins. The Dunkinistas on the afternoon and evening shifts all know their regulars' preferences. A couple years ago I had one crazy visit where I was given a bagel sandwich instead of croissant. So they made me another bagel. And then another bagel. Finally I got a croissant on the fourth try--just as the guy they gave my croissant to finally realized he wasn't eating a bagel! But that's the exception that proves the rule; this is a good a place for a convenience carb-load as it gets.
