Just left & the food & service was horrible! When we first got there, their was not host to greet us! After about 10 minutes of waiting we decided to seat ourselves. We found a table near the bar which was filthy. The waitress finally came after five minutes and cleaned the table. We ordered ribs & they were the worst! The food & service was so terrible we payed the check & ran out as quickly as possible‼

It was an overall great dinner! If your looking for a quiet spot, this is definitely not the place. Just like all other Chilli's, it's very loud, and the food is average. The new menu items are, again, average and the service is exceptional. Our waitress was great, she was super attentive. It's a great spot for a relatively cheap and delicious meal!

Good ol' Chili's in Hollywood! I've been a customer here since my highschool days about 2303839 years ago. (Okay, more like 9 years ago) I've been to other locations, but this one always has fast and friendly service. It gets packed on weekends for a reason!

Went here for dinner the other night with my girlfriend and my parents. The restaurant was empty even though it was a saturday night, and there wasn't many people dining in, however the hostess said it would be about 5 minutes wait time (I should have left then). We place our appetizer (chips and guacamole) and entree orders together yet it took at least 30 minutes to get our order of CHIPS. How difficult is it to make chips and guacamole? Needless to say the service was extremely slow, even though our waitress was nice. We got our dinner about 10 minutes after that and the food was horrible. My girlfriend said her cheesesteak was cold and the rest of us were equally put off. Chilis is normally good for a quick, sit down and eat restaurant, but this experience has just left a bad taste in my mouth. 1 star.

I'm a Chili's fan so I'm biased here... I get the triple plate thing because that's just what I like... I'm usually with friends and they'll get a fajita, ooohhhh Fajitas! Or a burger, baby ribs or something... the food is ALWAYS ate and normally no complaints... The only complaint that I've ever had with my group was my DAD thought some of the food was too salty, but that's because he's had salt basically removed from his diet and yes, we Americans do eat too much salt... That's why I don't go here often... besides I would be huge because I have to get the Presidente Margaritas! LoL... So, if you like Chili's and you see this one, it's good... Go in and enjoy your time... If you aren't a Chili's or fan of chains with " 's " (AppleBee's, Denny's, etc) Then no matter what you won't like it and you shouldn't review. Staff was friendly and even though I'm an impatient person the service was quick enough for me. I'll always get a Chili's craving every few months and I will always satisfy it. :)

This Chili's is one of the better locations that I have eaten at. I have had lunch here a couple of times and they get you in and out within an hour. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and I really can't complain about any of them. The food is typical Chili's fare although the lunch specials are a nice bonus because they are fairly inexpensive. The only complaint that I can think of is that sometimes you wait a few minutes to be seated because the host/hostess is nowhere in sight. However, compared to their other locations, this is one of the better ones.

This one is a block away from our place but the service is lazy!!!!! We always wait at least 5-10 minutes for a hostess, even when it's empty, and even had a server say in a rude tone to go sit in the lounge area. If we wanted to be in the bar area, we would've done so immediately! Food is always hit or miss depending on what you order. Chips and salsa are nice since you can't really screw that up. The steaks and tacos are tricky if you have specifications cause then you're stuck on either dealing with it or wait another 10-20 minutes to remake your order. Again, we normally place takeout orders due to the convenience. But this place could've been passable if it weren't for the lack of customer service.

Came in for a quick late lunch, was very reasonable and continues to be a great place to get a quality meal.

Highly recommend the triple dipper. Great deal. I come here fairly often, usually on the fly. They are extremely accomodating with children and always sit us where the baby cart can fit. This is a renovated Chili`s with a total face lift. Not only do they have a new upgraded look, but they have also added the ziosk. The ziosk is the latest trends in restaurants allowing guests to order items from an touch screen that looks kind of like an ipod. For now you can order drinks and desserts as well as play games. Unlimited games for just .99 but if you don't want to pay be careful letting kids play with the machine. The place is pretty loud even if there aren't that many guest, but that's just fine because the little one is not always on his best behavior and he can scream his head off and no one really hears him, so no one is bothered. The food is always good and pretty flavorful. They have some pretty decent meal deals for one or two people. Sure many items pack in a ton of calories, but for those counting cals there is a whole section of the menu for you. My wife really likes the steak. They have it for less than 300 calories and is served with steamed broccoli. From the managers on down everyone is very friendly and service is generally fast.

I don't review chain restaurants but I am a little biased because I've been coming to this location for the better part of 12 years. The wait staff here is always incredibly helpful and usually on point. I come here any chance I can get. The food is good, prices reasonable, especially their happy hour. I'm guilty for coming here and abusing the happy hour pricing. You really can't beat it. Also, their sunrise margarita is THE DEAL! One of those bad boys and I'm drunk. The bartenders here know what they're doing. If you're in the area and craving a delicious meal with great staff and even better service, come to this Chili's Grill & Bar.

This is the first time I've been to this location. I came for drinks mostly and my margaritas were not up to par. I NEED MY ALCOHOL, not fruit punch . It was odd i had to notify the bartender appetizers were half off. She said "oh you should've told me that before ". Uhhh. Okay. My patron margarita was decent. I ordered wings and artichoke dip both were okay.

Not bad when you're desperate. The food in general is average. You get what you pay for.

This is a nice Chili's with good staff. I love the new and improved technology to pay and order desserts and re order drinks. I ordered the guacamole turkey burger which was great tasting however do not let the picture on the menu fool you it is zoomed up because I don't eat much and the burger did not fill me up.... The menu itself has increased with more healthy options. **thumbs up**

My office ordered takeout from here for our weekly office lunch. We were able to order online, that's pretty cool. The food was ready at the time stated, and everything was prepared as described. Except for the spinach dip didn't have chips with it. I ordered the tilapia, which was very good. I ordered a salad with it and veggies. Very good meal for the price. My boss ordered a steak, rare, which was also very good, lots of flavor and tender. I would order takeout from here again.

Let me just say I stopped coming here for awhile because I was consistently disappointed but I recently tried it again and was happy to see a major change. Staff is way better more experienced. Food is really good and fresh tasting. The New Mexican menu is really tasty. I highly recommend the pork fajitas.

I love dining at Chili's Grill & Bar! The restaurant has a very casual decor with flat screen TV's all over to catch your favorite sports game. Most of the time, Chili's is filled with lively chatter and is scented with the various foods the servers brings out of the kitchen. Chili's offers a range of American and Tex-Mex cuisine at affordable prices, and their 2 for 1 drinks are an even sweeter deal. For an appetizer, I like to eat the skillet queso and the fried cheese aka fried mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. The skillet queso is cheesy-delicious. It's a cheese dip with beans and ground beef, and it's served with warm tostada chips. I have a few favorite foods that I like to eat when I dine at Chili's, but the food that I eat quite often is the monterey chicken. It's a grilled chicken breast topped with barbecue sauce, bacon, melted monterey & cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions. The monterey chicken was served with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob...very well prepared. The food portion is sufficient in a way that if you came in hungry, you'll leave out full; and if you can't finish your food, the server gives you a container to carry the leftovers home. The servers at Chili's are warm and friendly, and they come around ever so often to make sure the food is to your liking or if you need anything like a refill on your drink or extra napkins. This is the kind of experience that keeps me coming back.

PROS: The staff is very friendly and great about filling up drinks promptly. The food tastes really great and is reasonably priced. I was very pleased with my sirloin. CONS: The facility is a little outdated and could use a renovation. The neighborhood isn't the greatest compared to Northern VA. However, I did not see any reason for customers to be concerned for safety.

Absolutely love this place. My fiancé and I come here almost every week and we've never been let down. The food is always delicious and hot. The service is very quick and they definitely take care of the customers. Plus, it's always happy hour. You can't beat their prices either.

I come here all the time and there is never, ever, EVER a host at the host station. We always have to stand around waiting for one to turn up. The lounge is kept way too cold. The table are sticky. But hey, you can't beat the 2 for $20.

Dear everybody, please read this review. I want to let all tourists of the Hollywood area to know this. I don't know was it just a bad day for the staff of this facility, or they discriminate against tourists in tourist-friendly state. Anyhow, it was the worst customer service experience in my life! July 13th, 2014. World Cup Final Germany vs. Argentina. Three of my girl friends and I (everyone is over 25) went to this place to watch the finals, to have a few drinks and just have a good time. Two of my friends were tourists visiting from abroad. The bartender (i don't know his name, the bigger guy with greasy hair in his 40s) approached us with a totally normal question: "Ladies, may I see your IDs please?" Not a problem. As I mentioned before, two of my friends were visiting from Europe, so we all showed our IDs: me and my friend - FL drivers licenses, two others - European passports - government issued IDs, using which they can travel all over the world, not just buy drinks at local bars. The bartender looked at us and said the following: "We accept US Drivers license or USA Passport only!" What???? I ve lived in FL for 7 years, never heard of any restaurant or a bar that would only accept US Passports. Foreigners can serve in US Army, but they can't drink a margarita in Chili's? Does this mean they don't serve tourists here at all? This seemed so ridiculous to me. We asked them when has the law changed, and if so can we please see a sign somewhere on the wall, where it says "Only enter if you live in the USA". We asked to speak to a manager. Again, we didn't ask for manager's name, but he was a heavier guy with bold head. He walked out of the kitchen wearing a dirty apron (he looked like a butcher, seriously). He didn't even come up to us to ask what was happening. Just yelled from the 20 ft. distance: "I am a manager, what did you want?" I was about to explain him the situation, he didn't listen to me. Just pointed at the bartender saying,, "Whatever he said is correct". Bartender: I want you all to leave right now. I was shocked!!!!!!!!!! Everybody at the bar was shocked!!!!! We had to leave. The game was on, we were at the point where our moods for a good time were spoiled, we spent 20 precious minutes of the World Cup's final game looking for a different place to go to. It was the most ridiculous experience in my life. I will never ever go back neither I will suggest anyone to visit the place! Bad!

Let me start out by saying we are huge fans of Chili's and I love their steak fajitas. We have been going to Chili's for 20 years. I have visited dozens of Chili's ALL over Florida. The staff and managers have always been extremely friendly and helpful and I always have a great experience at Chili's. Which brings me to the review of THIS particular Chili's in the Ross/Khols shopping center on Sherican/53rd. We called at 12:00pm and mentioned we were going to be a party of 15 for a Birthday celebration at 2:30pm. Mind you again we love Chili's so have done many celebration at other locations. This was the first celebration at this location but I have dined at this location many times before with 2-4 ppl. They told my sister they should have tables available. Well Strike ONE we waited 1 hour to be seated, they kept seating party after party in front of us and would not pull those same small tables together to accommodate our party. There was even a table of 8 that only needed one small table pulled over but they gave the small table closest to it to a party of 2 who came in after us. They kept saying there is a party at the large table; why if we called at 12:00pm for a table at 2:30 did they give that table away? There is NO WAY that party sat at that table for 3 and 1/2 hours. They must have given the table away even though they knew we were coming at 2:30pm. We finally were seated at two tables @ 3:25pm because we were frustrated with the hour wait. Luckily as we were being sat the large table that could accommodate us being cleaned up. Why on earth did they not say that table is going to be ready in a second. We asked the waiter "can't we have that table?" He said let me ask the manager. ??What?? Strike TWO. We grabbed our things and took the table before he returned. Now, 99% of the time I order the steak fajitas with a Cadillac side (which is rice and beans to add to your fajita soft taco) but I'm not a fan of the fragrant flavored citrus rice (it use to be a perfume flavor Jasmine rice) they give. EVERY TIME literally EVERY TIME I tell the server I love the bean but instead of the rice I ALWAYS request a handful of fried. Literally maybe 5-8 fries are given to replace the rice. Most of the times the server says I don't know if its allowed but I'll make it happen. Some of the servers say let me as the manager and again the managers have always been ok with the swap. However this time the sever did say "I'll ask the manager". Can you believe the manager came over and said "I cannot accommodate your request" I said I have NEVER been told no and I've been coming to Chili's for 20 years; she says " I've been here 2 years and never have" I told her I've been to this location and other managers did not even bat an eye to make the swap, as in MANY other locations. She continues to argue with me " the side of French fries cost 3.99" I cannot make that change. I tell her "I don't want a full side of fries just a tiny bit of fries to replace the rice". I'm bewildered at this point the FIRST manager to argue with me about this small change I have had done many many times before. I tell her "I have never had an issue with this request" mind you my entire party is upset watching our exchange. They all know I have done this many times before but THIS MANAGER is arguing with me in front of this HUGE party who waited patiently for a table for an hour. We did not even complain to her about how long wait even though we call hours in advance. She finally relented and said ok I will make the change this time but cant next time. Shocked!! I said "ok then I will simply never return to this location". She shook her head and just left. I was in complete awe of her complete lack of customer service. I will be calling corporate and complain about her and request she be retrained in TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So when your 18- you think this place is great. As I got older and wanted to eat real food, I discovered that this place is actually pretty gross. Everything from salads to appetizers include so much fat and fried food that you literally cannot order anything without feeling like a cow after. I would say the only plus are their 2 for 1 margaritas. Save your money and go anywhere else...

We always like going to Chili's. This location is not as good as the others we've been to. The food is still 4 stars. The customer service is only 2 stars worthy. They brought our order out in a fair amount of time. There were no utensils set up, and no server checked on us. They did not even refill our waters. We would go back because of the food and reasonable prices. Hopefully, the service will be much better.

Don't go here on the weekends if you are on a schedule. Service is slow and you may have to remind them of things for the table - like silverware, plates, and drinks.

We went on a Saturday night. It wasn't too busy. They have recently remodelled. It looks really good. Not as greasy and dirty. So, ordered off the 2 for $20 menu. There are two appetizers that are identical - the chips and salsa and the chips/salsa with guacamole. Exactly the same but the second one has guacamole. The salsa is watery and has no chunks of any recognizable vegetable in it at all. It actually tastes like red pickle juice. Ordered a 6 oz. steak. It was about 1/12 th of an inch thick and was about 3 X 4 in size. It didn't look like a steak, it looked like a polishing rag for shoes. I always order the quesadillas which are consistently good. My daughter ordered a bacon burger which was also quite good. Also, she ordered a mango iced tea which they call a seasonal drink. They charged us $4.97 for it. There is no free refill on this drink and so when she asked for a refill, two of those drinks cost us $10 which is quite rediculous. I ordered the two for 1 mango frozen margarita which they served in beer mugs. It was so sweet it gave me lock jaw. This restaurant is in my neighborhood and I was hoping that the remodel would improve the menu somehow but it just made the portion sizes smaller and worse. Not going here again.
