Im not coming back. Stay away from this place. I went with my girl and we asked for 3 jr deluxe cheese burger and 1 frosty 2 med fries. 1 chili fries. And one crispy chicken. The lady "repeated" the order and mentioned everything i said. But when we got home. There was no chicken sandwich in the bag. We went back from 5 miles away and we went thru the drive thru once again and i told the lady that they forgot the sandwich and the cuban girl with black hair she was in Spanish ohhh tu solo quieres comer doble. Which means that oh you just wanna eat double. Like wth even if i do thats not even her right to say that. She should have shut the hell up and resolve the damn problem. It was her which her name is sheyla. Thats what the receipt said. And another woman called odalys. That was a really bad customer service right there. Im the store manager in a restaurant and let me tell you i would have even give the sandwich for free to the person. They made me come back from 5 miles away and they were like oh but you got to pay it. I know i got to. But it was your mistake you making me drive again here cuz your mistake. Like i said ain't coming back. Thanks

One of the worst Wendy's in Miami Dave THOMAS would be angry if he saw how bad the service is at this Wendy's Hialeah location the Baked Potato I got was as cold as the meat from Publix and it looked like poop on a plate.The staff doesn't speak English and the bathroom had a dead roach in it never coming back to this location I wish there was such thing as 0 stars

This place has the worst customer service. Cashier ignored me for a good 5 mins while he stood off to the side conversing with a friend, cursing and goofing off. As I was waiting to be attended, another customer walked up to complain that one of the burgers was cold. He joked that he was going to shove it in the microwave and reheat it. When he finally acknowledged me, I had to repeat my order three times for him to understand what I wanted. He proceeds to give me the wrong change. Manager on duty was MIO the whole time. When I finally sit down to eat, he continues his conversation with his buddy, cursing out loud. How does he still work here? This place definitely needs new management and to retrain their employees. This guy is at a complete loss.

I probably eat fast food about once every three months or so. Tuesday of this week I was visiting my mom, who was jonesing for a baconator, so I decided to go pick up some dinner for everyone in the house. When placing my order through the box at the drive through I remember speaking slowly and over-anunciating so there would be no errors. I repeated the order to be sure he heard me. "Is that all?" he asked. "Yes" I replied and drove to him to pay. When I got to the second window a woman told me to pull up a little and park because my order would take a little bit to be finished. When it came out it was completely wrong. Nothing that I ordered. Annoyed I went inside, bags-in-hand, to get what I came for. As I arrived at the counter the woman who brought it out to me asked if there was something wrong. "Pretty much all of it" I replied. She told me that the guy at the first window doesn't speak english very well and he goofed the order. (Great) So she had to go ahead and charge me again for something he forgot to add. Then she had to charge me a third time because SHE forgot to add something. Ugh! It was so annoying! I will try not to come to this location again. It took me about an hour to get everything sorted out... so much for 'fast food'. Why they have people who cannot speak english TAKING ORDERS is absurd.

English, it's a great language of use in the United States. Insert Samuel l Jackson pulp fiction line. Why setup someone at the window who doesn't comprehend and worst of all can't figure simple arithmetics( as if the computer wasn't automatically doing it for you.)
