I order from here often since I live down the street. A few days back, I ordered the large pizza with two toppings and cheesy bread deal. I chose double pepperoni. Got here pretty quick, but, and I kid you not, there was literally 13 pieces of pepperoni on this large pizza. How is that double pepperoni?! It's not even single! Ridiculous! I went against my better judgement and order Parmesan bread bites, 8 piece wings and a two liter. Again, food got here quick. The delivery time has always been good. First thing I noticed was there was no two liter, just 3 personal coke bottles. He said they had no more two litters and brought me these, which are noticeably less than a two litter. Already annoyed, I decide to just eat my food and that it's not a huge deal. I open my wing box and there was only 7 wings, when there was supposed to be 8(not to mention they were soggy and inedible. Went right in the garbage.) I check the bread bites, and AGAIN, there was only 12 and it's supposed to be 16. So my conclusion on this store is that it's dishonest, cheap and simply does not care about the costumer experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere. It's utterly ridiculous to not give customers what they're paying for and was promised. Awful.

Last 2 out of 3 orders have been terrible. Either they forgot part of the order or the food was burned. Switching over to Papa John's going forward. Even if you send them a complaint, no one replies. Terrible Customer Service.

their delivery driver is pathetic. one time i ordered a coke and he brought me whatever he wanted, i think it was like fruit punch or some shit. now, i ordered from this place again and another delivery driver didn't even bring me the coke; guy said he would be back and never showed up. and the manager "alain" always fucks up my orders. i mean, i don't expect much from dominos ..... i mean it's dominos ... but to steal a $2 coke and then lie about it? how shitty are you?

I've been ordering from this place for years, it's been my neighborhood dominos. I've never had an issue, and if I did I usually got a good resolution. I received the WORSE customer service, I believe any issue can be corrected, things happen and there's usually a resolution for everything pizza related. But customer service shouldn't be one of those issues. My order came cold as can be, and an hour after. It's fixable. But when you tell your customer your too busy and the only thing you can do is give them their money when all they are asking for is for a hot or atleast warm order.. Food is order to fulfill an appetite.. What will I do with my money back? And to deny your customer the right to speak to upper management "GM" because he's busy making pizzas, should not be a response. I truly hope you higher your training standards, or listen to your screened calls, or simply have better judgement trusting who handles your business = clientele.

After spending an hour awaiting the completion of my order. I decided to go to the store to see what was the hold up...poor management and direction . This store was a mess with several people awaiting orders for well over 2 hours. They also won't deliver to my house down the street and everytime they did they would consistently forget any one of the sauces I would order.

Unbelieavable. I've had bad service before, but this has been THE WORST customer service experience EVER! We ordered and waited 1 AND A HALF hour for delivery...called them and they said they were 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later I called again, and the girl said that the order had been delivered. Obviously, it wasn't. I explained it hadn't. They proceeded to keep me on hold for 26 MINUTES!!! In the meantime, I called on 2 other lines and both lines were placed on hold as well for an eternity. They kept passing me from stupid person to stupid person. At this point we had been waiting over 2 hours for the pizza. We proceeded to go to the store ourselves. The girl at the front was useless. She didn't even apologize or talk to us. She called her manager. Her manager didn't even apologize or treated us with any kind of respect. I asked him for the daytime manager's name and he didn't give it to us. Wouldn't even look us in the eyes. We asked him to re-make our pizza and told him we were not paying but we were not leaving without it. They remade it. We waited for 25 minutes before our order was ready. In that wait, the girl that worked there (night shift, red hair) attended her friends very cordially and continued to treat us disrespectfully. There's an oven in there, the manager and her should get in there and burn themselves. They're useless pieces of pizza crust. P.s. Someone should buy them a calculator. Every few minutes the idiot girl kept asking "what is half of $14.96?" and I kid you not, she also asked "what is half of 3.99?" before letting customers know how much they owed over the phone. USELESS. BIATCH ROUND UP TO $4 AND TAKE OUT 2 CENTS!!! Glad the future of mankind does not rest on those two.

This Location is by far the worst!!! Rude staff, every time I order I get delivered cold food, mind you I am one block away from the location. When I call to get info on the delivery the call always "drop". Terrible!!

Can you Tell that we LOVE PIZZA? So my kids were with me on Monday due to the holiday and they were driving me way to crazy for me to attempt to cook. I decided to order from Dominos. However instead of having it delivered I took advantage of a GREAT offer- a large three topping take out pizza for under $8 dollars! WHOA! I would pay OVER $25 for pizza, delivery charge and tip so I was ALL OVER THIS. I was able to get my cousin to watch my minions while I ordered and picked up the pizza. IT WAS GREAT.. warm.. bubbly! TASTY! YES! I ordered half extra cheese with extra sauce and half pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. My kids were happy and ofcourse so was I!

Ordered online and went with the chicken alfredo pasta. Delivery was fast, food was perfectly heated, and the pasta was loaded with ingredients. I would buy from here again.
