You get what you pay for. At the very least I think you should. At Cici's that rule pretty much holds true. For $5 you get all you can eat, pizza, pasta, salad, and a couple dessert options. Sure, it's not the best pizza I've ever had. At the same time - I've almost never had bad pizza. The pizza here was OK, with a ton of different options, which is exactly what I was looking for on this hang over Saturday. The only thing that really keeps me from coming to a place like this more often is the location and atmosphere. It's in the middle of a really busy part of Hialeah (awful) and is full of obnoxious families and children. Tip: they do take orders - if you want any particular type of pizza all you have to do is ask - just make sure you don't fill up on whatever is available while you're waiting.

You get what you pay for. 7 dollar buffet of pizza & salad. Its always full therefore the pizza runs out as soon as it is placed on the counter. Good for if you are in a hurry & need a bite.

Eh, my daughter was dying to go to CIci's, as she had heard there was a $5 buffet. So we came, and ate, and again, nothing out of this world. In fact, we arrived right at lunch time, and they were already out of soup?! The pizzas' were actually edible, not as fake as I thought it'd be. For the price, it's ok. Would i pay more? Hell no! Hey, it made the kids happy. Not much of a selection though, and the plates were not very clean.

You get what you pay for... The pizza was okay, but the bathroom was disgusting. The location in Hialeah really needs to get their act together.

This place is a filth! I counted over 12 tables full of left overs plates stacked over more dirty plates! .... What ever happen to hiring a buss boy to clean up? The manager was more worried about her text messages than the cleanliness of the business she running. I asked her for a bowl to serve my soup in and I was instructed to use a "To Go" aluminum packaging... She promised it was better to eat out of it. The food over all was ok no issue there

Fine Waterfront Dining in Hialeah!!! . .. Ok, ok, we're more than likely not looking at organic or farm to table ingredients. The "waterfront" is the canal on Red Road / W 4th Avenue / NW 57 Ave. But when you're working late, Cici's becomes a good addition to the "Late Night Gourmet" repertoire. I came by after work, craving pasta which had lacked from my diet lately and saw the Cici's logo across the water. Pulling in through one of the culvert bridges, I came to satisfy my hunger. Pay around $7, allowing me unlimited soda refills (even Cherry Coke!), munch on a variety of elementary school cafeteria-style Acme brand pizza (but they had Hawaiian), and even enjoy dessert pizza with some sort of apple topping. Yes, the dessert snob got to play! They even had a TV showing the game on ESPN. Not bad, not bad at all!

This used to be my favorite Cici's. It was a family night spot with my son. However, since this male manager took over it has gone downhill. There is a brunette who makes pizzas that stands around talking. There have been times where there are no pizzas ready or its old and they don't replace them until it's gone. The last visit there was no ice, no pizza, and the one slice that was ready had a hair!!! I hope the owners read this and do something because as of weeks ago, this place is unfit for food service.

OMG-no. I don't care if they give me a coupon to go for free. I wouldn't go anymore. The food was horrible and I have a pretty good ability to eat just about anything. The "pasta" is a joke. Some of the pizza creations both sound and look horrible. I'm sure this goes for all Cici's and not just this one.

Haven't been to a cici's since middle school. But my little sister suggested we try to find one and this is the one that came up in my gps. The selection was limited, nothing was labeled, Pizza wasn't hot or tasty. Ugh never again!... But the staff was extremely friendly.

They always are wiling to make me BBQ chicken pizza. No matter if it's 5 minutes to closing. That is a win for me

I've been to Cici's Pizza several times and for the price it's great. It's buffet style. The buffet includes salad, pasta with different sauces, many different flavor pizzas including mac n cheese pizza which is great. They also have a dessert section with like 4 different desserts. This is greast for kids because there is even an arcade room and TV in the dining room for them. Overall this place is super cheap and pretty good. I totally recommend!

rating a joint like this is tricky, Always keeping with the notion that you get what you pay for right? Ok this location just plain sucks, the concept is great. Cheap pizza & pasta buffet for the family But at least at the hialeah location if your lucky on a busy night replenishing the provisions are very slow at best and forget about asking for a particular type of pizza as the entrance cashier suggest once you have shelled out your cash! Ice for the soft drink machines seem to be unavailable even though every 20-25 complaints will yield an employee that sort of checks out the machine and leaves after his mind control method of filling ice fails. Poor management is the problem here and probably even the employees pay due to the lack of cooperation among them noted on the night I ate there.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
