I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!! I have tried many of the items on the menu, and I assure you, everything is delicious. I used to work near here and would frequent the restaurant. Keep in mind, it is breakfast/brunch/lunch and I believe they close at 2:30PM. Usually pretty busy, so be prepared to wait if you have to. I usually grab a seat at the breakfast bar which is first come, first serve. The service is hit or miss, with more hits than misses so don't get too bummed. The food is amazing though, so don't pass it up if you get the chance to go!

I wish I could give this place a 3.5, it's more appropriate than a measly 3 stars. I had the French toast, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. All were good, but one should know that this is a diner and not a cafe, so temper your expectations. The French toast tasted like it was prepared with as much cinnamon as possible, not my absolute favorite I can say. The bacon, though expensive, was a little floppy and the southern style potatoes were pleasant. I can't say that anything about this place really stood out to me. I've eaten at many breakfast places, and with that in mind, I would recommend this one, but only for someone on their way to a fast food alternative.

I normally don't write reviews because my fellow "yelpers" usually get it right. But not the case with Peach Valley Café. We waited 45mins. I order the Philly Steak Eggs Benedict, and my friend ordered the Steak n Eggs. Both dishes were not good at all. The flavor was just not there. Both dishes tasted very plain, and bla. Now for the good, our server Pat was great. She was very nice and helpful. She recommended the Apple Fridders which was delicious, along with the Peach Tea. But that it. Sorry, I really wanted to like this place, but it wasn't just there. Will not return.

This location used to be the ONLY spot for breakfast in Lake Mary/Heathrow. My recent visit was not what I remember. Our service was poor. We had to flag down our server to place an order, check in on our order, ask for checks, etc. Food service was also surprisingly slow. The restaurant was busy (it always is), but it shouldn't take 30+ minutes for an omelet. My Greek omelet was a little sad. A lot of egg, but not much Greek. At first I thought they forgot the feta completely, then I found a little bit sprinkled in the corner. One thing that has not changed is Peach Valley's potatoes. They are cooked to perfection and are a must for any breakfast plate. Peach Valley is always busy, but I suspect things will change once new breakfast places open in the area.

This location is right on the Seminole Wekiva Trail. Excellent food from the apple fritters to the sandwiches and their beverages. You better get here early or be ready to wait from 45 minutes to an hour to be seated. But the wait is worth it. Try any of their egg sandwiches....

After my boyfriends first experience and my second I would not have rated this place 5 stars, but after contacting a manager who really pushed us to come back and give them another shot with a gift card, i'm glad I did! Rachel K if I remember greeted us with a smile and was very attentive and sweet. She didn't treat us like college kids who were gonna rob her of a tip. The food this go around was absolutely amazing; hot and full of delicious flavors! I will be back! And when I do I will be asking for Rachel only so my experience will be just as good as this one!

Really enjoy the location, and LOVE the apple fritters. That said, service is slow and inconsistent. Some trips the food is really good, and others it's overcooked as my chicken was in the chicken and waffles dish the last two trips.

I needed a quick breakfast to go and Peach Valley met that need. I ordered a peaches and cream muffin and a peach tea. The place is called Peach Valley for a reason. They offered to grill my muffin, which I didn't know was a thing. The muffin came out split in half vertically and had grill marks on the flat side. I have to admit, grilling it made it pretty good. It was warm all the way through. There were little bits of peach throughout and the muffin itself was substantial. The peach tea was served cold and unsweetened. I asked to have it sweetened, I was handed sugar packets. Sugar doesn't dissolve well in cold beverages, so the tea was a little bit of a let down. It had a good peach flavor, but I was crunching on undissolved sugar the whole time. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they seem to do a lot of business.

The place is a bit noisy inside and outside seating has no fans or ventilation. If you are going to have outside seating in Florida you need ceiling fans or something. The food selection is great. I had the chicken and waffles. The waffle was great but they served it with chicken tenders. Am I still in the south? Chicken tenders ?!?! Ummm no. They need to serve it with some bone in, delicious, soulful chicken. It was ok but far from amazing. I would definitely go back but I wouldn't have that again. I can think of a few other breakfast spots I would revisit first but it is worth a trip.

One of the best features is that you can have lunch for breakfast. The shrimp and grits is a nicely spicy choice. Ice tea is fresh brewed and they'll bring one to go after the meal. Free coffee by the front door. If you want breakfast, the omelets are good, the grits creamy, biscuits soft and potatoes tasty. Stay inside or eat outside and watch the bikers and runners on the trail. If they had soy milk for a latte, I'd give them a 5 (but they don't complain if you bring one from Panera next door.)

Go somewhere else. Bang for buck and the atmosphere here is terrible. Waitresses took forever to deliver drinks and even take our order. We get its busy but at the same time when you offer the check make sure you have it and don't take another 20 minutes to print it out and get it.

Stopped in for breakfast. The entrees were fantastic! The Eggs Benedict was delicious- especially the Hollandaise Sauce which had really nice lemon flavor without any bitterness at all. The Peach Bellini was delightful, and a deal at just $5.

I'm not sure what everyones love fascination is with this place... We stopped and tried it on our way back to Charleston from a long weekend in Orlando based on the reviews. I got the waffles with pecans on top, they were mediocre... I think they would have tasted the same at a hotel that offers pre made batter in the lobby that you cook up yourself. My kids got kids pancakes. My kids are not HUGE eaters, but they were still hungry after finishing their breakfast, we ended up having to go to Panera next door to this and getting pastries for the car ride. My husband got the steak and eggs and said it was just downright terrible. If we lived in the area we wouldn't go back, and since we don't I am glad I don't have to have it as an option...

I was really excited to try this place because I had heard so many great things. The food was really good but I have to be honest, the service was terrible. We went on a Saturday morning which was probably a bad idea because the place was packed! We waited about 30 mins for a table for 2. Once we were seated we waited about 5 mins just to be greeted by our server (meanwhile tables that were sat after us were already being waited on). After looking at the menu for 30 minutes (while we were waiting for the table) we knew exactly what we wanted so we gave the waitress our order along with the drinks, hoping that would speed up the service. She brought our drinks out right away but then we didn't see her for another 30 minutes until our food came. We ordered more drinks and asked for napkins, she only returned with the drinks . The food wasn't really hot (I image it was sitting under the heating lamps for some time) but it was good nonetheless. We finished our food and another server cleared our plates and still no sign of our very busy server. (At this point the other two tables that sat right after us had already eaten, paid and left) Eventually I went inside to look for her to ask for our check, she was very prompt in bringing it out and even waited while I pulled out my credit card to pay. Then she disappeared for another 10 minutes. She finally came back, thanked us and gave us a half ass awkward smile. Overall, the food and mimosas were really good but I wouldn't say we had the best experience. I definitely want to go back and try it on a not so busy day but for now I'd have to rate my experience as mediocre.

The fellow yelpers weren't kidding about the wait. It was just my girlfriend and I and we waited about 25 minutes for a table at around 11:30 on a Sunday. It was definitely worth the wait though. Based on the reviews on here I went with the chicken and waffles with the side of apple fritters. Wow. I'd be satisfied if those apple fritters with the caramel dip were my last meal on earth! The chicken and waffles were delicious as well and definitely filling. Service was great too. All around great experience.

I came here for breakfast. The coffee is excellent - strong and good flavor. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. The biscuits were perfectly made, fluffy and freshly baked. The gravy was excellent. Eggs and bacon were also cooked perfectly. The only problem here is the parking is a nightmare. The cafe is in a busy shopping plaza with a tiny parking lot. All spaces were taken and there were 20 cars circling around looking for a space. After circling the place a few times, I ended up going across the street and parking at the Walgreen's and then walked over. There was plenty of parking there.

We stopped here on a Saturday morning during our travels to Daytona from Orlando thanks to the Internet reviews. Keep in mind this place gets super busy on weekend morning! Be prepared to wait for a table. Also the parking lot isn't the easiest at finding a spot, it's not big enough for the businesses around. Be sure to snag the first spot you find. We lucked out and were able to find two seats at their bar counter inside the restaurant. Our server was a very kind & polite lady, I can't remember her name but she was a great server. They offer a large menu of many delicious breakfast/lunch options. We personally ordered the Chicken and Waffles & The Philly Steak Eggs Benny, both were very tasty. The food was very good. The only problem this restaurant seems to encounter is lack of organization of the food leaving the "kitchen" which is placed in a warming window. We sat and watched food sit for well over 20 mins "dieing" in the window while the rest of the orders were made. The kitchen staff works extremely fast and the expeditor can't seem to keep up. It was great entertainment to watch while waiting for our food, I just personally felt bad watching everyone's food get cold. Also the kitchen staff seems to handle the food more than anyone should, granted they are wearing gloves but they aren't being changed. Was kind of gross to see. Other than that everything was exactly as we could need or want before getting back on the road. I am not sure if we would go out of our way to come back here but if we are nearby I don't see why not.

I don't know why I keep coming here. The service is awful. They are always busy. But that doesn't give them an excuse for poor service. They never refill the drinks. Never check on you. The food is good. But it's not SO GOOD that I'd come back despite the lack of service. I'm just not coming back here anymore. I can't believe they even advertise a bogus membership program you have to pay for. What a crock! (My gf's bacon was burnt and bits of her fried chicken. Add that to the list of foods they can't cook. Like simple toast)

    (1)
  • Sucio B.

Love this place. As for the membership comment...you pay $25 for a membership and receive a $25 gift card towards your next visit. It also gave you priority seating which is worth every penny if you've ever been here during the weekend. They have since discontinued the program. My wife and I usually get one of the benedicts and they are excellent. Their omelettes are very good as well. Service is always good and servers are very attentive. Their chicken and waffles are very good, as well. My wife enjoys the quiche. The caramel iced coffee is very refreshing. I highly recommend this place, but prepare to wait from 15-35 minutes before being seated.. The place isn't large so seating is very limited. I usually sit indoors because.......well it's Florida. The onion and pepper sauce is a must purchase!

My new favorite place for breakfast! This place is located next to the trail, which to me, is a good motivation to get your run on, then eat here for all those calories burned ;) It's a cute place, and if the weather is nice definitely take a seat outside. As for a starter, me and my boyfriend ordered the apple fritters. It felt like eating a light doughnut with bits of apple chunks inside the batter and it gets served with a strawberry yogurt to dip it with. Delicious! Definitely order this one! For my entree I ordered the biscuits and gravy and I'm a huge fan of biscuits and gravy. Let's just say that this biscuits and gravy changed my life! Sooooo good! The gravy had chunks of sausage and the biscuit was buttery and just oh so good!!! It's served with two biscuits which I could barely finish, but hey if you're that hungry go for it! Our waiter was really friendly and attentive to us. Great service, food, and location!

We had a party of 8 plus a highchair, I tried calling ahead and was told they don't accept call ahead even for large groups. We arrived and were added to the list and waited well over an hour. We were finally taken to a booth meant for 6 people at the most! Obviously trying to squeeze 8 grown adults in here was unrealistic. No apologies were made but an effort to relocate us began. About 25 minutes later we were moved to a table actually made to comfortably seat the 9 of us! Still no apologies for their attempt at sardine spacing us. Food was okay but I didn't really see much of a difference between here and a place like maitland breakfast club or ihop other than the prices! Pat our server did make sure our drinks were full and we had what we needed. I just don't get the big deal of this place. Very expensive for a pretty basic breakfast

  • Charlie N.

This place needs a different accommodation when people wait more that an hour. When they said that was 45 minutes, or suddenly have a rewards program that no one know about it they jump people ahead. Something did explain when you get in. Food is good when you can overpass the siting privileges.

My first impression was good. Everyone was friendly and that's always nice. I knew what I wanted going in by looking at yelp (thanks everyone who post pics)! The croissant eggs Benedict looked great and I absolutely love hollandaise sauce, so that was easily my first choice. I was disappointed, though, by how runny and tasteless the sauce was. The home fries was the only good part of the meal. If they fixed the sauce I'm sure everything would be great! The coffee was average. I was put off a little watching one of the cooks wipe down the counter with a rag with his gloves on then reach over and grab potatoes from the grill. I never understood the logic. Why wear gloves if you plan on doing everything with them on instead of switching them out? Still gave the place a 3 because I'm sure most restaurants have things going on in the kitchen most wouldn't want to see.

Horrible place.ordered coffee and the mug came with red lipstick smudge on it.then ordered waffles and chicken the chicken was burnt and the waffles wasn't fresh then when I complained to the waitress she didn't even apologize

Seriously, I would just come here for the view. I love outdoor seating, and watching the bikers ride by as I stuff my gut. There are a lot of healthy options here--the salads coming out of the kitchen were bright and vibrant, and looked very fresh. I opted for breakfast foods just because I love breakfast. The grits were not as warm as they could have been and looked more serious than they were. The pancakes were perfect, and that's really why I came, so I was happy. Service was friendly, and the location simply cannot be beat. Very loving outdoor seating on the patio. Just a note--I really like the hands free door in the restroom.

We were out of town visitors needing a place to eat. We chose to have Sunday brunch at the cafe around 1pm and saw the place is very popular as evidenced by the line. The wait was about 15 minutes and we were seated at an outdoor table. The server quickly offered the apple fritters, which were worth the calorie splurge. They were served hot and fresh and rolled in brown sugar in a paper bag. The service was brisk despite the full restaurant. I was glad to see healthier items on the menu and ordered an egg white omelet. Perhaps some of that health was nullified by the fried potatos, which were hard to resist in their crunchy brown goodness. The outdoor views of the cafe are pretty and we would have lingered had the sun not glared down upon us. Most of the outdoor tables had umbrellas, but unfortunately not ours.

I've been looking for a good breakfast place for a while and I think I found finally found one! Located in a plaza near the Cross Seminole Bike Trail, the inside is bright and welcoming. There is a lot of staff which is good because it seems to be a pretty popular place. We started out with a half order of fresh apple fritters! OMGee they were delish! A half order came with four fritters and it was served in a brown bag which our waiter shook up to get it all cinnamony. I wish I had gotten a full order and will be back just for those alone. Is it rude to lick your plate? I ordered a Valley Omelet with ham and provolone cheese, it came with an English muffin and potatoes. Best omelet I've had yet and I couldn't finish it all it was so filling! My friend had a Vegetable & Egg Croissant Benedict, potatoes, with fresh fruit which she greatly enjoyed. We had Oscar as our waiter and he was great. The manager Mike even kindly stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Looking around there were people of all ages and many of them seemed to be regulars. It looked like they had nice outdoor seating overlooking the trail but since it was so hot we ate inside. I'll definitely be back!

After a night out partying all you want to do is eat something to take away the hangover! New to the area our friend decided to bring us here for lunch. We were greeted and taken to our table right away. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. We ordered waters and soda right away to help with the nausea. (Never drinking again) lol Here they serve breakfast and lunch. So, not being a breakfast person I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese and French fries. I really enjoyed my sandwich and fried. Couldn't manage to eat the coleslaw but everything else was good. One thing that I notices was a hair in my water! wahhh.. gross. So I didn't drink it. Overall- the place is nice, service was fast and food was good. Not sure if I will be back but it was a good place to check out.

If you plan to go at a busy time, call-ahead seating should help. The service was attentive and knowledgeable. The portions and food quality weren't what I hoped for the price, but I may go back if friends are particularly in the mood for brunch.

The Peach Valley Cafe made for a delightful breakfast. The service was quick and friendly. The eggs over easy were cooked perfectly and the oatmeal was great. The fruit on top of the oatmeal was very fresh. Portion size was hearty. Word of warning for onion haters, the breakfast potatoes have some mixed in.

I have frequented this business in the past including several business meetings with colleagues. So needless to say, I was quite disappointed when I patronized the business on Friday July 23 with a colleague to review the implementation of new policies. The waitress who was pleasant enough takes our order. We order our meal without much fanfare. My colleague orders a chicken wrap with a salad, and I order chicken and waffles. When our meal is brought to the table, I find a long piece of hair extending from one of the chicken pieces. So I give it back to the waitress who looks at it and apologizes quickly. She brings back the food about 15 minutes later, and the majority of the food is lukewarm at best. The chicken pieces had been refried since they were unevenly cooked. I guess the kitchen decided to save on costs and to give me the same plate. The waffles were soft and, like I said, lukewarm. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the service or the quality of the food. I would have preferred that the manager came to the table to apologize and acknowledge a pretty glaring mistake. I will definitely not return. I advise those of you who do find something wrong with your food to make a different order and hopefully you will be treated with more regard than I was.

As others have said, the view from the outside seating section is really nice. However, the food itself is just ok. The apple fritters are definitely worth a try - they were the highlight of the meal. The French Toast though was just average. Also, I wouldn't recommend the Chicken and Waffles here. The chicken did have a nice spice to it, but it was very dry and the portions were kinda skimpy. Overall, with so many great breakfast options in Orlando, Peach Valley will need more than just a good view to keep me coming back.

I just returned to Florida from living in LA for the last 5 years everyone I know was ranting and raving about this Peach Valley place so I decided to eat there this past Sunday with a friend. Lets just say the only reason I am giving it two stars is because of the area and the peaceful view. It is extremely busy which is expected BUT my cups were dirty had thick build up ring around it. Also my waiter was very pushy and my food was COLD! I had the belgian waffle with turkey links and my friend and chicken and waffles which looked very disgusting and OVERCOOKED. Lets just say this place is very mediocre and I will NEVER eat here again. I have seen 20x better.

First time for lunch. While the whole staff was very friendly..VERY friendly the food was not that great. Had a Reuben and it was frankly the worst one I've had in a long while. Seemed like wheat toast with maybe a couple of teaspoons (less?) of kraut, no visible cheese and either microwaved or somehow fried in a pan corned beef. Since we had a nice breakfast previously I'll avoid lunch and stick with that I suppose...but after our lunch experience it kind of makes me less enthused. Nice, nice servers but expensive for a terrible lunch. :(

Excellent breakfast spot. Service did seem a little confused. I was brought to 3 different tables but after that the server was very attentive. I got the stuffed French toast and the apple fritters (a house specialty). It was all wonderful and very well prepared. I would like to thank the staff for a wonderful meal.

Excellent breakfast stop with fast service and healthy choices. The menu is diverse yet traditional, from chicken and waffles, salmon and bagels? Of course we go with the odd items. The salmon and bagels turns the dinner into the luckiest Alaskan bear that just had fresh catch dropped in their lap. The combo of fresh cold salmon, capers with baked hot begel brings the feel of cold water steaming off a hot rock. Absolutely awesome! This is a must try if you are ever in the area.

Arrived just before noon on a crowded Sunday morning in August. There's a really nice outdoor dining area overlooking a small courtyard and a lake on the Seminole Wekiva Trail. Our waitress Sharon is just adorable and helpful. My wife wanted the Benedict without the muffin, Sharon suggested substituting spinach, a great choice! My steak (with steak and eggs) was grilled, slightly overcooked but very tasty! The creamy grits had a surprisingly good texture and good taste. We also had a half order of apple fritters really tasty, hot n fresh. Went back for lunch a week later, another good experience. The restroom is clean and I really appreciate having the no-touch automatic door opener, because most people don't know proper handwashing technique. Overall the experiences were very positive we will return.

Been wanting to eat at this place forever and finally got a chance today. Was seated outside by the water-what a sight and it's such a gorgeous day. Started off with Bellini and mimosa with apple fritters and caramel dip. Was delish! Couldn't make up my mind amongst several dishes so our server made some suggestions and glad we made the right choice. Hubby for the skillet breakfast and I got the 2eggs with drop biscuit and breakfast potatoes. Needless to say, it was a lot of food. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food!

We eat here all the time. It's a go to place for us whenever we want a beautiful al fresco breakfast or lunch experience - especially when we go walking or riding on the Seminole-Wekiva Trail. We love that they offer their breakfast menu all day because sometimes you just want breakfast for lunch! The food is consistently good and they have a lot of servers who have been there a long time which I think speaks well for a place. So why only 4 out of 5 stars you may ask? Well, I'll tell you. Sometimes, it is too popular for it's own good. The wait can be crazy on a weekend and finding parking that is still in the same city can be a challenge. Also, occasionally when they are slammed like that, the kitchen lands in the weeds, so a long wait for a table turns into a longer wait for food. This restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch which is kind of a bummer. Their location is so nice, it's a shame you can't enjoy them for dinner too. Tip: If you are heading their way - either on the trail or by car, you can call and they will put your name down on the list. That way your wait on a busy weekend will be less. And check out their bathroom - they have handless door openers: you just wave your hand in front of the sensor to open the door when you are ready to exit. I appreciate that convenience.

Can't wait for our next visit!

Ok, are you carrying your meals in? There is no way this "diner" could rate so highly with the "food" I've eaten here. Has no one been to an actual diner? Not Denny's. But an actual chipped coffee mug, eggs 2 ways, pile of food that tastes 10 times better than it looks, diner? The kind you find in a little town on a road trip, or a holdover from the 70's, the kind your grandma would go to at 5am, something with CHARM. That's a diner. This, I don't know what this is, but it's a sticky ball of awful. The food is the bad kind of bad, not greasily delicious, just overcooked and nasty. They get a star for the location, if you get stuck eating here, at least try for a table with a view. It's one of a few spots in the city of lakes where you can actually gum something while looking at a lake.

Best breakfast I ever had, the vegetable croissant eggs Benedict are fantastic! The grilled tomato and caramelized red onions made this dish outstanding. Friendly staff, well priced and quick even on weekend mornings. And the apple fritters are a must!

Average local diner with consistent quality and a large variety of comfort food. Beware the weekend brunch crowds. You might be waiting upwards of 1 hour for a table.

Who doesn't love breakfast...I mean, like really LOVE breakfast? I like breakfast for breakfast, I like to call it brunch when I'm fancy pantsy, I like it at lunch time, dinner time, and for the times when I'm in my, "what should I eat after cocktails before I go home" time. Luckily for me, I arrived 30 min prior to closing time. They are open for breakfast and lunch only. (Weekends they are open from 7a-3:30p...this is so SAD!! I really wish they would be open longer....but I understand the whole concept of supply and demand...and labor costs...and needing to make money so you can actually stay open and in business.....FINE Peach Valley, I will get up in the morning just for you...*said in best pouty-smiley voice*) Their stuffed french toast with their own blueberry syrup was AMAZING! Two slices of texas toast, dipped, fried and bonded together by bananas, strawberries and cream cheese smothered in their blueberry syrup...that's right...cream cheese filling...this is exactly what I needed for my sweet tooth. I also had the Eggs Benedict on a Croissant. 2 paoched eggs, asparagus, tomatoes and hollandaise sauce in the middle of a light, buttery and flaky croissant. Tasted very light and fresh. Served with a side of seasoned potatoes to sop up the sauce and some fresh fruit....I couldn't be any happier. Finally, I finished off with dessert. If you're coming to a restaurant that has "Peach" in the name, you might as well order the Peach Cobbler, right?! INDEED!! I got the peach cobbler a-la-mode and couldn't help but scrape the sides of the bowl from all of the deliciousness. Can't wait to go back and try some more :)

Excellent brunch spot. The food is great, the staff is friendly and the outdoor seating has a nice view of a pond out back. The wait tends to be long and they don't take reservations, so it isn't a good choice if you're in a hurry, part of a large group or having a business lunch, as it is also a bit loud at times. Parking is also tough to find in this shopping center. Peach Valley is a brunch place, so the breakfast items are high on the list, but the Santa Fe chicken salad is a strong choice and I also like the shrimp and grits. The chicken with the chicken and waffles were not up to par with the rest, although the Belgian waffles are great. Definitely worth a visit. When you go, pay attention to the prices, because the entrees are attractively priced but the sides can get up to the $4 range, which starts to be competitive with some of the standalone menu items. I once had a banana pancake special and a side of bacon that were about the same price.

The apple fritters would be the death of me if I lived within a 100 miles of this place. I ordered the vegetable & Eggs Benedict, my husband ordered the chipped beef with the side of potatoes. We had to fight to finish it all but we sure as heck tried ...Toward the end we were taking turns shoveling in what was left of the potatoes, hoping it didn't come back up. The only thing that stopped it from getting five stars was the service. They are way too busy to be very attentive and for the same reason, getting seated, getting your order taken, being served and even getting your check all take a pretty long time. Its worth the wait, just don't go if you're in a hurry!

Nice environment for a fast casual brunch. Wait staff was kind and attentive. Had eggs Benedict and the eggs were poached correctly (half the battle!). Sausage patty is house made, delicious and definitely recommended. Great to see a brunch location open until 3:30pm on the weekends. There is a lot of competition for brunch and Peach Valley is certainly comparable to First Watch and Keke's.

If you're looking for non-chain, quality breakfast, this is the place. Friendly staff and great food. If they have the apple fritters, get them. They are so good. The chicken and waffles is out of this world. Served with blueberry butter and Cajun syrup. It's big enough to share.

The is one of the busiest places in all of Lake Mary, but the food is good and worth the wait or weight . I normally stick with breakfast items, they have huge pancakes, stuffed french toast and I really like chicken and waffles with blueberry butter. They also make amazing eggs, I really like the Philly Steak eggs benedicts and all the omelets. Make sure to go hungry, but not in a hurry and you won't be disappointed.

Familiarity breeds contempt? Maybe in my case. I couldn't live any closer to Peach Valley and I'm still frustrated with it. Every time I get food here, it is usually pretty good. Peach Valley seem to be owned by the same chain that does Stonewood Grill but the food is not nearly as expensive. The apple fritters are a great novelty...once. I always enjoy my french toast and the portion is a good size. The menu has good variety, but I always remember (too late in my case) that I have to choose a-la-carte items (which I hate) as opposed to having some pre-defined meal choices with a little of everything. Service for me is hit and miss. I always seemed to get stuck with the same brassy older woman who liked serving other tables more than mine, but my last visit was a pleasant exception. The 20 min. wait that is really closer to 45 min. makes me wonder every time I try coming here why I didn't try somewhere else. For a place that is seemingly intended to be a neighborhood hangout, they are a little too popular...it has a cult of personality but not much of a soul...Maybe it reflects the Heathrow neighborhood a little too well. I don't know why I feel so conflicted about coming here but I guess it comes down to waiting a long time for OK food...OK food that I can get lots of other places that have more of a heartbeat.

Very, very awesome food! I found this place on yelp and was very pleased with everything. I ended up ordering the croissant with melted brie and ham with a side of potato wedges that were amazing! The service was very good and the place was pretty busy but fortunately they had seating outside and the weather was nice. Very good breakfast!

I read another review that was exactly like our experience so obviously it wasn't just us. Saturday late morning, waited around 30 minutes for a table. This was our first trip to Peach Valley and I was excited to try it out. Lots of empty tables while we waited but my husband overheard a hostess tell a group of people they were waiting to seat tables to keep the kitchen from getting behind. When we finally sat we ordered some apple fritters and drinks. Drinks came out but no fritters. We ordered our food thinking fritters would come out soon. People who sat after us got their fritters. Hmmm. Still no fritters and no waitress either. 25 minutes after we ordered our food arrived by a person other than our waitress Still no fritters. Sigh. My chicken and waffles were tasty but honestly the chicken was over cooked. The skin and meat was cooked together. Also some of the boneless chicken pieces were dark meat which I didn't expect. Waffle was very good as was the fruit butter that came with it. My husbands chicken salad sandwich was chicken salad on bread. No lettuce, tomato, etc. French fries, meh. As expected. We waited quite a while for waitress to come check on us. Since we had our food, we didn't ask about the fritters. We were just ready to leave. All in all we were there almost 90 minutes. Yikes!! We hit Too Jays for some Rugelach to take home for Christmas and we both said at the same time. " We should just have had lunch here!" I was planning on purchasing a sizable gift certificate from Peach Valley for my parents for Christmas but after our experience I decided not to.

Really good breakfast/brunch/lunch place with a convenient location, a friendly staff and great service. Can get pretty crowded at times, especially on Sat./Sun. mornings. The shopping center's parking lot is pretty large, but fills up AWFULLY fast since there's also a Panera Bread in there. (Actually, it's right next door to Peach Valley.) So, on weekend - and even on many weekday - mornings, you'll find a lot of families/couples scrambling to this shopping center to get something to eat. The parking lot can get to be a madhouse, with people vying for any available parking space. If you're lucky enough to find one, though, you'll be happy going to Peach Valley. Nice outdoor seating area, great location/convenience (just off I-4 on Lake Mary Blvd.) and an enjoyable experience. There's nothing really out-of-this-world here - probably about the same type of experience you can have at First Watch, Panera, Perkins, etc. I really did enjoy sitting outside a few times, though. As at least one reviewer noted, there's a bike trail nearby, so if you live in Altamonte Springs or Longwood and have a bike, you could make a nice morning/afternoon out of going here on your bike. The trail extends from Lake Mary to at least Altamonte Springs, and likely even further. (I've rode only from Longwood to the terminus next to Peach Valley.) Recommended breakfast/brunch/lunch experience if you're in the area. Don't pull your hair out of your head trying to make it here, though, since you can have similar experiences at the aforementioned restaurants.

Very fresh! The fruits and veggies were delicious! We were so satisfied with our meals and envied all meals that passed our table. Very fair portions and excellent staff! In addition, I went there for a business lunch and they were very aware of a business lunch hour. We were in and out in 45 mintues; however, we did not feel rushed and could have stayed as long as we would have liked.

This place is incredible. I had your standard two egg breakfast with bacon, grits, and toast. I also ordered their apple fritters as an appetizer. Their food and service went way beyond my expectations. The service was friendly and warm and the food was phenomenal. You can taste the freshness in each bite. Highly recommend!!!

I was blown away by the delicious mouth watering flavors that came to me in the seemingly simple teriyaki chicken wrap + ranch dressing on the side. (Thanks to my waitress Chantel for the ranch dressing suggestion). Also if ask, they will heat up the wrap for you (because it is usually served cold) which I completely recommend. The prices were a little high for me for a lunch menu, but the portions were plentiful and the food tasty so it was worth it. I left the cafe a happy and satisfied customer.

Hostess Paulina left a very bad taste in my mouth the moment we called ahead and as we were leaving. Server and food was excellent as always (think the waffles are different though, smaller, but still good). I called ahead 15 minutes prior to arrival to be put on the list so my grandmother wouldn't have to wait as long. She asked what time we'd be there and I told her in about 15 minutes, she stated she didn't have that and it felt as if she was trying to end the conversation there. Instead of telling me what she could offer us or what she could do to accommodate us she kept telling me what she could not and would not do. As we were leaving I brought the check up there to pay, as restaurant has permitted in the past and she again berated me that she would not allow me to pay and that the server needed to do "his job" and take the check. The issue isn't that we can't call ahead and it isn't that we can't cash out up front. It's the way your hostess treats the customers, she is full of what she can't and won't do and has a terrible attitude. Why not offer us what you can do and explain it a bit more friendly.

Great Staff! Always friendly with exceptional food. This was me and m husband;s regular brunch dining place, there many times a week. We always ordered the same thing since day 1. We have emi recently moved from the area but try to return when we can. Even on "off" days, Peach Valley is always great thanks to the staff and team!

I love that this Peach Valley is right on the Seminole Wekiva Trail. We ride our bikes from Altamonte, have a nice brunch at Peach Valley then ride back. The biking takes the guilt out of the breakfast! I noticed A LOT of people were doing this very thing. Start with the apple fritters. They are cheap and come covered in sugar and cinnamon and have a strawberry yogurt dipping sauce that is delicious. I don't know that you can go wrong with their food. I had the Vegetable and Egg Croissant Benedict which was great. Filling but not so much that I couldn't bike back! Waits can be long, but this Saturday morning we waited about 10 minutes, not a big deal. Service is quick so tables turn quickly.

Might as well cook breakfast at home and eat on your back porch. Went on the weekend for a 45 minute wait. The breakfast sounds good on paper, but the bacon tasted like plastic. The pancakes were larger than the plate they arrived on, as well as dry and flat. The location is excellent and the lone bright spot for this establishment as it is located right alongside of the Seminol Wekiva Trail. It's one of few options for breakfast in the Lake Mary area, but don't fool yourself, Too Jay's and Dexter's have better everything.

We went here looking for something outside of the typical ihop/first watch for breakfast. It was a pretty busy Sunday morning but they managed to get us seated within about 20 minutes and we had a great view of the lake/courtyard area outside. Our waitress was pretty helpful with recommendations. We had these amazing apple fritters with pumpkin dip, which were simply divine. I ordered a philly cheese steak/eggs benedict combination on a croissant which was delicious. It was served with breakfast potatoes which were yummy and a small cup of fresh fruit (also yummy). They state their orange juice was fresh, I find it hard to believe, it may have been one of the fresh out of the bottle, but not freshly squeezed. It was refreshing but not-fresh refreshing. The only down side was the corned beef hash. i felt like I was eating and looking at cat food. it made me gag after the second bite. Will not be trying that again. Other than the debacle with the hash everything else was great. Food was good, came out in a pretty timely manner for how busy they were. It provided a nice alternative to the usual breakfast places and I'll definitely be back again.

I had read that the view was nice. I wanted to sit outside but my boyfriend said it was too hot, so we compromised with a booth by the window. Our server was friendly and prompt. I ordered the apple fritters as suggested by another Yelper. Bf had the French toast with a side of bacon. He said he enjoyed his French toast but the bacon was just ok. I thought the apple fritters were decent but didn't have enough apple flavor for me. They were accompanied by a small bowl of strawberry yogurt which tasted like any ol' yogurt I've ever bought at the grocery. Not yet a fan but willing to give it another go. Next time I'll try an egg dish and hopefully I can award this charming little cafe another star.

I will defiantly be here again! All the menu selections looked great! We went Sunday around brunch time. They do not have a brunch menu but they serve breakfast all day. The wait was about 25mins. to get in. If the day is beautiful defiantly sit outside. there is a great view! Once our server came, she suggested the apple fritters... It is a must! They normally come with a strawberry dip but this time of the year they have a pumpkin dip. The pumpkin dip tasted like a pumpkin pie filling. So Delish! They also had pumpkin pancakes for the season. They sounded great but I had to get the eggs benedict! I got the veggie egg benedict. It comes inside a croissant. I thought it would be open-faced but it was actually a whole croissant. I felt like it was too much bread for the amazingness that was going on inside. it had full asparagus strips in there! They do not have the mimosas on the menu but they do have them! I found out by overhearing my neighbor ordering it. Was a little disappointed i didnt know untill i was almost dont with my meal but now I know for next time. All their salads sound good so I will be back for lunch sometime.

We have a weekend breakfast/brunch tradition that we had neglected lately and so I thought I'd jump start it with a trip to Peach Valley. Located in Lake Mary and tucked in the corner of a strip mall, this cozy little spot opens up to an amazing morning view of a lake. You can sit at the bar, wait for a table or wait to be seated outside over looking a nice little lake. We were hungry and so we decided to just eat at the bar. Coming here, I had one thing on my mind and its quickly becoming a tradition for me to try this dish in a new place. French Toast!! I had intentions of gathering more info from the menu, but my sweet tooth mixed in with my infatuation with FT overcame me! So, I placed my order and a side of bacon. Looking around the location was bright, cozy and busy. We discussed the number of employees and how it seemed a little excessive. But hey, whatever they need to do in order to get the job done. Our server was polite, attentive and made us feel comfortable. The food arrived minutes later, even with a full dinning room. A+ Its hard to find places on their game with a full house. With my mouth watering and the smell of cinnamon in the air, I grab my fork......then my phone goes off! Ugh! Being on call I had to quickly box up the food and head home to take care of something at my place of employment. Fail! When we told the server we had to go, that it was an emergency, it seemed as though her feelings were hurt and she proceeded to ask if it were something they did wrong. We explained the situation and quickly headed out. But it was nice to hear that she was concerned. After finally being able to sit down and try the french toast, it was very good. I think they sprinkle a tad bit to much of cinnamon on top after its cooked, but the middle was done, the edges had a slight crisp and the batter for the bread was flavorful. They selected a typical texas toast style bread, so, I'd like to see them experiment with a challah bread. however, I enjoyed it and will be back for more!

Moving from Illinois, we have been trying various restaurants and Peach Valley is quickly becoming a favorite of ours for their fabulous breakfast. This place is so alive and busy; all around you can see happy customers and happy servers. How refreshing is that? When we first moved here in July, we lived in the Residence Inn for five weeks. This restaurant was recommended to us from the staff at the hotel. On our first visit we sat outside overlooking a lake, a ranch with horses and cows and large bike path. It was like being in the middle of a story book. What could be better than the view...Our breakfast! My husband had eggs benedict and I had a fluffy western omelet which was served with fantastic home fries. The last time we were there, we sat inside which was just as enjoyable. I had a peach Bellini which was absolutely delicious; I highly recommend this. I ordered another omelet with a drop biscuit. Our server recommended a side order of sausage gravy. OMG it was mostly sausage; not some gravy with a few sausage crumbs floating inside. If you are looking for a great breakfast with a great view and vibe, this is it.

Took my mom out to breakfast here on mothers day. The wait was absurdly long but we expected that, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for the day. Once we were seated it took 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order (who wasn't even our waitress) and another 35 minutes for our food to come out. When they finally delivered our meals I had realized they brought me the wrong dish entirely, but instead of waiting for someone to return (I figured they wouldn't) I just walked it back to the kitchen myself. Normally the service is not like this and the food comes out much better. I was disappointed yesterday but I can also sympathize with the servers because I could tell they were quite busy.

On my most recent visit to Peach Valley I strayed from my usual eggs and bacon and ordered the stuffed French toast. Holy Schmoleys, it was awesome! Classic french toast stuffed with a light cream cheese filing and various fruit, placed atop a most delicious blueberry sauce. This item was not on the menu but was recommended by our waitress. It was not overly sweet, but just sweet enough. The strawberry ones were my favorite with the peach stuffing a close second.

This is a family neighboorhood go to for a fun and yummy breakfast! Located in the Heathrow area, it has quite the following. So if you're looking to go here anytime during the weekend...get there early cause it fills up fast!!! It's not very big but it draws the crowds. They have these amazing apple fritters that they shake in a bag of cinnamon sugar and then you dip them in some yogurt concotion...ooohhh so yummy!!! I usually get a bag to go cause I know i'll be wanting more later :) Also, the windows look out onto the bike trail which is next to a horse ranch, so try to get a window booth, you might also get a view of the patrons at Panera cause it's right next door :) I think there might be outside seating but i've never done that. It's florida...it's hot!!! :) But yes, this is a great place to get a good "ome cooked"meal

After a morning of running errands a bit farther afield than we usually stray, we decided to enjoy our lunch outside at the Peach Valley Cafe located in the Shoppes at Oakmont, in Heathrow. The view from the outdoor dining area at this particular Peach Valley is the most bucolic I have found in the Orlando area. We gazed across rolling fields of grass, punctuated by occasional trees, a pond and an old shed. I believe that the property next door to Peach Valley may be the greenest place in the Orlando area! While the view was wonderful, I have to judge a restaurant on the quality of its food--not on the pastoral scenery. Fortunately, Peach Valley offers consistent breakfast fare that is much more pleasing to the palate than the more established breakfast chains offer. My party of three, plus my dog, arrived at Peach Valley at about 11:15am. That is a great time to arrive because it follows the breakfast rush and beats the lunch crowd. We had no wait for a great canopied table outdoors. Our dog was welcomed by our server plus two others and we were quickly put at ease about having our dog join us. We were also pleased that our server was eager to bring a bowl of water for our puppy to enjoy. My party included my wife, our younger son, and me. My wife ordered the New York Style Bagel, served with smoked salmon, cream cheese, chopped hard boiled egg, tomato, red onion and capers. She confirmed that the salmon was very good quality and that all of the other ingredients were fresh. My son was quick to finish anything and everything that my wife could not finish. My son ordered steak and eggs. The steak was a 7 ounce NY strip. He ordered it medium and that is how it arrived at our table. The steak was not overly fatty and eagerly devoured. Eggs, ordered sunny side up, were perfectly prepared. Breakfast potatoes were not overly heavy or fried. Unlike some chains, the Peach Valley breakfast potatoes taste like potatoes and not like grease. I ordered a vegetable and egg croissant Benedict, a croissant sandwich prepared with grilled tomato, red onion and asparagus with two poached eggs and Hollandaise Sauce. There was perhaps a bit too much Hollandaise for my taste, and that was unfortunate because the asparagus was surprisingly fresh and tender but the sauce tended to mask the flavor. Nevertheless, that may be my own personal taste and I should have thought to have asked for the sauce on the side. I really did not need all the calories anyway! Our server was very nice and made us feel very welcome, so much so that I really want to give Peach Valley a 5th star which is usually reserved for non-chains. I did not offer up a 5th star, however, because I had to wait far too long for refills of my coffee cup. Peach Valley and every other breakfast venue should always have a floater wandering around and filling coffee cups during peak hours on the weekend. It might be a small detail, but on Saturday morning, it is never a small detail to me! On the whole, we thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing breakfast at Peach Valley and I hope that my wife tells me we have errands in the Lake Mary area again soon! Peach Valley will be on the itinerary!

This place is great. Sunday mornings are nuts but it's a freakin breakfast place, that's the name of the game. I love their lochs and bagels, corned beef hash, and they make a pretty good cup of coffee. Take your grandmother here if you want her to put you in the will. ;) Depending on the weather, the outside dining can be really nice.

After driving around the parking lot for about 10 minutes, I finally parked in the shopping center next door and walked over to Peach Valley. Apparently this is a common occurrence at this location if you go for a weekday lunch. To save time we sat at the bar and were served right away. We started with the orchard fresh apple fritters. I wasn't expecting to like the the strawberry yogurt dip, but I did. I got the vegetable & egg croissant benedict. It was good but needs to be eaten fast or the croissant gets soggy. I had a couple bites of my sisters TCB wrap and it was awesome. The havarti cheese and cranberry-chipotle sauce were delish. Instead of fries she got onion rings. With the panko breading, they were probably the best onion rings I've ever tasted. If its not too hot, try to sit outside. There is a great view.

I am 27, phyisically fit, and love some good food! This place rocks. The pros: Homemade, fresh, apple fritters! Make sure order these at least one time in your life. As for healthy food, there is plenty to choose from. The salmon salad is wonderful, and they have some great tasting sandwiches. Anything off their breakfast menu is fabulous, The cons: Long waits on the weekends, not open for dinner. Give this place a try, its similar to First Watch.

My favorite place to eat in Lake Mary. I eat here 2-3 times a week for breakfast. The service is great, food done right, and prices are reasonable. I love their oatmeal with fresh fruit (best ever!) and the grits are exceptional. They are trying some new items (quiche and chicken/waffles) so I am excited! Great place to eat.

I've been to Peach Valley many times and I am always happy with the food and service. My favorite breakfast item is the Philly Steak & Eggs Benedict Croissant. So wonderful! The peach bellini (similar to a mimosa but with peach juice) is quite tasty and their potatoes and corn beef hash are yummy. Beware that they are usually pretty crowded Sat & Sun morning but I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a table.

I've been a fairly regular customer of Peach Valley for the past 4 years at least. After searching here at Yelp, I realized that they have several more locations - not sure how long they've been around, but my experiences have all been at the Lake Mary location. Today I ordered the Philly Benedict, coffee, and apple fritters. This was my first Philly Bene, and I must say I was less than impressed. The eggs were barely cooked, and for this treatment I'd expect at least medium cook on the yolks, and taking the time to let the poached egg dry of its water. This was a wet mess between my croissant. They've changed their potato recipe, and not for the better. Potatoes are now big slabs of slices instead of nice edible chunks. Too many onions, and lots of garlic make them too spicy, especially first thing in the morning. The apple fritters were too much fritter and not enough apple. If there are more than two small chunks per fritter consider yourself lucky. They were hot, and the cinnamon sugar and yogurt were yummy as always. Peach Valley is usually very busy and given their past excellent food, worth the wait. After this meal, I'm not so sure. I might return, but it won't necessarily be my first choice. I'm not sure why restaurants feel the need to fix what ain't broke.

I have never had a bad meal at Peach Valley. We usually sit on the patio because we bring our dachshund. They are super pet friendly and the patio is always clean. The view from the patio is a green belt with a small pond and a bike path. If you are one of those florida people who like to sit inside while you enjoy a meal, I hope you like tight spaces because it sure is a tight fit with all the people trying to get the fingers and taste buds on those crisp apple fritters. The staff is always friendly and the food delicious. Try the Philly Steak and Eggs Benedict, its my favorite

Very good. Mom and I came here for brunch for Mother's day. Less than a 15 minute wait because we called ahead. The apple fritters with strawberry yogurt were very tasty. I ordered the asparagus/beefsteak tomato eggs Benedict on croissant, which was so delicious a complete stranger walked up to our table and asked me what I'd ordered because it looked so good :) Mom ordered the Asian chicken noodle wrap which she liked very much, but couldn't finish. Lots of food to be had, all very good. Will return.

Best breakfast in the Orlando area. I love a good breakfast, and this is definitley the best. The best things here are the potatoes, bacon, and the must have apple fritters. If you can get there for breakfast you won't be disappointed.

we are HUGE breakfast fans, so for this place to serve it all day is a great bonus! Food - everything was fresh and exactly as mentioned. agree with others, apple fritters are a yummy sweet delight to start with. i ordered the Greek omelet and my husband tried the American omelet. Both of us wanted substitutions/add-ins, and both came out as desired. Service- our server was very friendly, gave great suggestions, often checked on us, and was wonderful with our baby Atmosphere - pretty busy, but not overcrowded for a Friday morning. i can't vouch for inside, because we only walked through to get outside. the inside seems like a clean diner, no strange smells, not too noisy. We got a table by the "valley" and it was so pleasant to hear birds and watch the cows play in the field. Very quiet and private, a serene place to enjoy a mimosa! Drinks - we tried a peach Bellini and mimosa, both were yummy, we liked how the mimosa was made at our table. Overall this place has very good quality food for the prices. we will visit again. not your typical First Watch place!

Favorite breakfast spot in Lake Mary. Love the Philly Steak Benedict. Expect a wait on the weekend but it's worth it. Include a walk or bike ride on the path behind the restaurant and you have a great beginning to your day.
