The location is wonderful but the rooms need updating. Could be fantastic with renovations and the service was just ok. Not a good place if you have kids. The Inn keeper told me she isn't too fond of them...

We just discovered a new restaurant in downtown Gulfport now housed within the quaint and lovely Sea Breeze Manor! Sit on the porch overlooking Boca Ciega Bay and have a lovely crepe for breakfast, lunch or dinner - 7 days a week! A great new gem!!!

We were there not a while ago,really nice place,very nice view,nice lady owner Lori,a lot of privacy,I did like everything except cleaning service which is important,room by itself looked pretty normal,nice bed,looked clean,I have this habit as most people do to check bathrooms in the hotels,there is some basic level of cleaning exists,I don't ask for a lot of things,so it was dusty in the bathroom,hairs on the floor,which is not good,last thing was a shower,it was a glass door there,water drops all over it,I doubt smd cleaned it at all,so that make me ask myself if anybody actually cleaned this bathroom.This is really important,a lot of skin infections people can catch,never know who was taking shower before.Overall experience was good,just a cleaning complain.

Just returned from an enjoyable stay at the Sea Breeze Manor Bed & Breadfast overlooking beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable and Lori, the innkeeper ,was very accomodating and helpful. It has a great location to everything and the staff (servers) in La Creperia are awesome! I will return soon!

The Sea Breeze Manor is one of the most beautiful, welcoming, enjoyable places I have ever had the pleasure to stay during travel. Beautiful and conveniently located on the bay right by the quaint, artsy downtown area of Gulfport, the Manor is run by a kind, friendly, personable woman who is connected to and informed about everything in town! Lori, the innkeeper, went well above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and relaxing - and this was not an easy task, as we were there for a large wedding celebration! Our family had reserved all of the rooms many months in advance, so we had the place to ourselves and Lori made sure it was a restful and pleasant home base for our long weekend of celebration. We ended up having a room we didn't need to use, and Lori turned down a potential client so as not to disturb our celebration! But while the only other Inn in town seemed to go out of their way to make things difficult for our guests, Lori worked as hard as she could to make us happy and picked up the slack as much as humanly possible for others. There are not enough good things that can be said about the beautiful Sea Breeze Manor and the delightful experience of staying there - I strongly suggest you visit to see for yourself!!!

Love this bed and breakfast! My sisters stayed here on a trip down from the Carolina's and Virginia and had a super time. Lori Rosso, the owner, will treat you to a great stay!
