This place always has great food. I love the shrimp fried rice the best! It's by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. They also have a drive-thru, which is a plus!

This place blew my mind. My friend works their and I told her I won't sugar coat this you know that! But the she made my sandwich like so much better than panera. Alittle pricy. Drinks extra but it was freaking fantastic. I had the club and it was fresh crispy bacon yummy veggies. Ugh I wanna relive it if I didn't leave the other half in my hot car haha! I seriously recommend this place for parties , dine in or whatever it may be. Best service best food best desserts. I had to make my self leave or I'd spend my whole card hahaha. I love this place !
I was in green cove for a few days for a class. Found this place because of the crowded parking lot. What a find! I had the muffuletta , best I've had outside of Nola. Tomato bisque soup was great. Key lime pie was amazing. I plan to go back for the Cuban. I might even bring the family, it's worth an hour drive. Hard for this place to be much better.

Best place in Green Cove and is worth the trip from Jacksonville to Green Cove. Every time we go to Middleburg or Green Cove we eat here. Cant beat the price or the quantity.
This is a fun place to go when you want good sushi made right in front of you. Take a seat at the small sushi bar and watch your meal prepped beautifully while you wait. Ample booth and table seating for everyone in your group. Choose from a wide variety of Asian cuisine. There is Chinese, of course, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, to name a few. Food is plentiful, tasty and there is lots of it. My Hibachi Chicken and veggie dish was delicious and enormous, and I took home enough for another filling meal. Beer and wine available. You can get take out here, too, or if you just want Chinese Take Out, you can also step next door to China Wok (affiliated) and order excellent Chinese food to go in about 10 minutes, usually. Same M.O. Good food, plenty of it and reasonable. We go to these places quite a bit and always get a good meal served with smiles! Love having them locally in Green Cove.
The best place to go to get Asian food! Their menu is huge! Filled with Sushi, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Pho, Korean, Boba Tea, and more! Plus Everything is delicious! Our favorite place to go in Greencove!

Spring Park Coffee

On my last visit I was told that if I purchase a drink and then pour it into my own cup, I would be charged EXTRA. WTF? That was the last time I visit.
First the good: The coffee is decent. Not great, but better than average (Vanilla Latte), The decor and feel of the place had me thinking I had found a new coffee shop, until I noted a few other things on BOTH of the visits there ( I usually give second chances.) The counter guys (Same guys both times) both seemed like they would very much rather be working construction or something else, and they probably should. They never looked me in the eye, never greeted me, and seemed entirely unconcerned with anything to do with me. I am not hard to please, simply not looking like you would rather be anywhere else than serving me coffee would be enough. One other thing, turn down the music. You can't even have a conversation. (Yes, I asked them-and no, they did not.) I suppose I should have been grateful for the loud music, because the next time I came in it was sports radio. They are the only coffee shop in Green Cove, but I will either just go to McD's or will go to Fleming Island Starbucks. And If I want a really cool coffee experience where the staff appear to actually not be disgusted to be serving coffee I will go to Bold Bean in Riverside. Now that is everything that SPC COULD have been. Oh, and the coffee is better too.
Great place. Locally owned and operated. I had The Mexican and a bagel sandwich. Both were very good. Nice atmosphere, can't wait to go back.

We can now confirm that the 'slow service' mentioned in our earlier review is no longer, it was just early days for the staff. Food came quickly, the wait stall was friendly, the coffee good and hot. There is free wifi now, just ask for the password.
Fast and great service every time we are all ready prepRed to become regulars here. Prices are very reasonable as well.
American style diner, regular food, whipped sweet butter, and excellent service. Plenty of locals chatting, a few glances at the strangers... Good eating...

Pizza Hut

Reviews:
This newly rebuilt Pizza Hut reopened recently. We went tonight for the first time. It was not very full, a large birthday party was taking place. We were greeted by an enthusiastic young lady and enjoyed our meal (lasagna and a beef rollantino (sp?) served very hot. We did not have to wait long. There is a bar serving wine and various beers. Draft beer is $1 after 8 p.m. We will go again.
Bring your jacket, last few times here (over several months) the A/C is JAMMED on cold. It's July and people are working here with jackets! Order your pizza in a box or your second piece will be cold! Otherwise, good pizza and COLD Beer.
I visited Pizza Hut during lunch for the pizza buffet. There were 5 flavors of pizza available at the time on the buffet, along with a corkscrew pasta and bread. The purchase of the buffet lunch allows you to request pizza if you do not see a flavor you like, except for the pan or cheese crust pizzas. As the restaurant was not busy during lunch (6 tables), the buffet was not refreshed often, the food was hot. Service was decent and interior had a fresh look.

Probably the best pizza we've ever had. We actually found this randomly... the scent of Italy was calling our name when we were fortunate enough to have the windows down at the stoplight right outside the door of this restaurant. Our stomachs leaped and we decided it was lunch time. Since then we've been back almost once a week. I highly suggest the spinach pie if you want something a little different. I don't think you could go wrong with anything though. We've had calzones, strombolis, pizzas and fried mushrooms and everything has been fantastic. Talk about a lucky find... eat there! Drive to get there if you have to. It's worth it.
Food is actually decent. The service is horrible and the manager Don is the reason. The staff and cooks try but this guy needs to be replaced immediately. He constantly lies to customers and forgets to put people's orders in and then blames the customer. He is super slow whether they are busy or not.
The WORST Pizza we have EVER had!!!! I had the veal parmigiana and it was pure CRAP!! My wife and I have owned two very large diners in Florida along with a fast food joint in the Boca Raton mall so we KNOW FOOD! DON'T WALK, RUN FROM THIS DUMP! The veal was a cheap 'frozen' off-brand, which if the provider was any good my meal would of tasted better a little. They must get the bottom of the bottom wholesale food delivered. There's no reason to eat here, none!! Do yourself and family a favor and pick another joint.

Stopped in for a late dinner, 10:30 pm after a night of barrel racing. Nearly empty restaurant on a Friday night, BEST waitress ever!!!! Good food, fast service and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?
There are not many bars and restaurants in Green Cove. Ronnie's is a great place. The food is good and the beer is always cold. It's right near the river so it's a great spot. I like coming here.
We stopped in here while on vacation and spending a day on the boat. It was nice to dock the boat and walk around to discover this little place. It almost has a sports bar ambiance while still giving the family restaurant vibe. There was 6 of us and we were promptly greeted and seated immediately. They weren't too busy and our server was great and attentive. We ordered the fried blooming onion as an appetizer. Definitely beats Outbacks' by a mile. I ordered the wings and split with someone. They were great and tasty! My boyfriend had the Mahi and he definitely enjoyed it. We also tried the dolphin bites, they were enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stop in for a bite to eat! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Larry’s Giant Subs

1405 S Orange Ave
Green Cove Springs, 32043
Reviews:
Anytime I'm in FL, I overdose on Larry's. I can't help myself. I like this particular location because even though it's in a run down shopping center in the boonies in GC (I think Fred's is the only other store that hasn't closed up shop), they have better deals than some of the other Larry's. The place looks like you stepped back into the early 90's, but who cares. The bread is soft and the meats are fresh. Why oh why isn't there a Larry's on the west coast? I'd make them rich, I swear I would.
I ordered a Cuban sandwich with no pickles, no lettuce or tomatoes, just mayo, the meats and cheese. I got no mayo and got pickles and the bread was burned! Worst sub ever.
I use to love Larry's subs, Well.... that is until this became the closest to home. The subs seem really flat. The rolls always seem to be pressed almost as flat as sandwich bread. Cold Subs should not have their rolls toasted by default. You need to order double meat to get the sub to look as full as other Larry's Subs locations look. As for the staff... A prior poster may be correct. on my third and final visit to this location the one staff member was again in a bad mood and not shy to let anyone know it. If you are looking for a mediocre Larry's location, you will hit pay dirt here.
