I ordered cookies from here for my boyfriend who is the ultimate cookie lover. I ordered them Saturday evening, they delivered them Monday afternoon which I thought was great for the price. They were not too expensive and they baked them the morning of, wrote out the note that I sent to add to the cookies which I liked much more than them typing it out. They hand wrapped them and delivered them so fast! They also called me to let me know my boyfriend received the cookies and thanked me for my business. They are AMAZING and so professional! I will most defiantly be purchasing from here again!!!!

One of the best places to stop for a Sub. Never disappoints. All their meats are sliced right in front of you. Have it Mikes Way!
Only location I've been to in the area. Always pretty quick and they are consistent. I usually get the chipotle cheesesteak but thinking of trying something else next time. I tried a Giant recently and it was huge. Overall good little sub shop. I hope the Estero area gets one soon.
Got a Italian sub to go. Good and tasty. Best it was free because of my birthday.

Good service and delicious subs. Wee bit pricey but its quality subs. I shall return.
This is a subway on steroids! The regular subs are better than subways foot longs! The staff is very friendly- the place is upbeat with tv' s and the day manager was very efficient and pleasant (Sarah ) I frequent this place a lot- love the philly steak- but be prepared to drop $10 for a sub drink and chips- pricey but worth it- if you want to save $3 and aren't that hungry then buy the mini sub or go to subway! Advice for manager- could you put sliced black olives as an option for the subs- l love them on my subs!
PRETTY GOOD SUBS... I guess this chain is a rival of Subway. It's clean with pleasant help and fairly good subs. We had the Chipotle Philly Steak & the Reuben. Both were good. It is quite a bit more expensive than Subway. Faux News was on the telly. Bummer.

My wife and I shared a quick dinner while shopping at the Gulf Coast Town Center. Our waitress, Allie C., was very knowledgeable about the menu. She suggested one of the new Signature Combinations, the Damian. This was grilled salmon and Spiedino di Mare (with shrimp and scallops). A great choice and we appreciated Allie C's familiarity with the menu.
The atmosphere is great. Our server Katherine was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I had the baked chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. Oh, we also had mozzarella sticks. The best around. I'm very happy to give them such a great review. Would definitely return.
The service was excellent. The ambience, good. The food? Well, we must have caught them on an off night. My Chicken Marsala was a tough, over cooked breast with a mystery brown sauce that had no flavor of Marsala wine. The side of Fettuccine Alfredo tasted like something out of a box. My wife's mussels were tiny little creatures with no taste. Oh, the bread and dipping sauce were good. I've eaten at other locations and was satisfied. Not here.

Fantastic. Would be a 5-star but it's not quite as good as the original. I recommend keeping it simple: get the two tacos; they are very large and come with chips. The food is delicious, the hot sauce bar is classic (they aren't all real hot, which is nice sometimes). The sweet tea is delicious. The downside is just that sometimes the service is crazy slow even when it 'a not busy. You can pretty much always order real fast, but then sometimes it takes forever for your food to come, or they don't come around and do refills. But those are the only negatives. The good is awesome.
Service was fantastic, new store was very clean. Great atmosphere. Great colors and style, makes you feel like your on vacation. Okay, with all that said why 2 stars? The food! It is very bland. If you want any flavor it is all in the hot sauce bar. I am not a fan of HOT. Not the place for me.
I've been eating here since they opened. The food is consistently fresh, fast and very tasty. Sometimes it's difficult to find a seat because this establishment is popular. The food is priced right. And the hot sauce bar has several choices.

Love Italian and this place does not do it for me. 20 minute wait time actually took 50. Party of 6 got a variety of dishes, reviews were split 50/50. Did enjoy the bread and olive oil. Waitress accidentally spilled one of our glasses of sangria and brought us a new glass of ice and fruit...no sangria saying that it was almost empty anyway...really??? That's why it took 3 dinner napkins and her returning with a rag to clean up. My 3rd try at this chain and my last.
The food mostly very good. So is the service. Portions and pricing is also in line. But this is the Noisiest restaurant I've ever been in. And unfortunately that ruins for me. If I ever eat here again it will be carry out
All on point to a "T" minus, the Johnny Rocco salad greens. Just romaine no spring. Services to a "T" Kudos to Brandon!

One of the few places left with a decent salad bar. Look for coupons and specials as there are deals to be found. The menu is extensive enough to keep you from getting bored soon. A good list of appetizers too. The full liquor bar is an asset.
We have always had good service and good food. The salad bar has been cut back to less ingredients. That's the only issue I have. Pleasant staff and management.
Food and service were excellent! We barged in to meet our family, and even then was our waitress keeping us happy! I really appreciated her help! :)

Love the food here. Affordable price and great atmosphere. My only issue is sometimes you wait too long for your food. However, there are a few great servers there that do their best to make everything great. But if your not in a rush I recommend this place
This is a great place to go if you're doctor tells you to gain weight. Eating here will put pounds on you. I've eaten here after long bouts of the flu, to get my energy back up. Food sticks to your ribs. Chicken fried steak with SOS gravy is good, but don't eat for another 3 days or you and Oprah will be having something in common. Service usually sucks but sometimes you get lucky. Summary Great place to go if you eat like a cow and don't have a lot of money.
For what it is, it is a great value. Period. Burgers on the menu are between 5 and 6 bucks. Martini cocktails for $5.50 to $6.50. No wonder this place is packed. The burger was good, the bacon on it was good, and its hard to believe that you have to pay about only a buck less for much less of a meal at a fast food restaurant. We arrived at about 8:45 pm and were worried the kitchen would be closed. They were open until 11 on Monday. Labor Day.

Hard to find if you're not careful. GPS on smart phone says it's on the left on 41, if you're going towards Page Field (from Gladiolus, Cypress Lake, College Parkway, Daniels). However, it's on the right hand side... there's a Dunkin Donuts right next door. They share the same parking lot. It's one of those lots where you have to watch your turn, because it's not signed great. When we were in, the line was real short - like 10 minutes. It just took 20 to decide what we wanted for lunch! We over heard a customer say she's so shocked she could walk right in and order, as there have been times she's waited in line, out the door, for over an hour. Is this place really that amazing??? Seriously? Parking lot makes it look like a hole in the wall, and as you walk in, you get the same thought about the inside. The lunches seemed reasonably pricey (6.49+. Only includes sandwich. Drinks and chips extra), and there wasn't a lot to choose from for those who aren't into ham that much. But, why go to a ham store, if you're looking for chicken? There *are* turkey options, as well as one lonely veg dish. Salads (chef, cobb, roasted / turkey for example), sandwiches range from ham to turkey, but I noticed the "Mediterranean" ... Sliced cucumber, green bell peppers, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olives, banana pepper rings, ranch dressing and balsamic vinaigrette on multigrain flatbread. They have "deli" by the pound. At the time I went in, it was pound only. Sorry, for a household of two, a pound of ham will see the lining of the trash can quicker than it can see the lining of a stomach. Major upsell and points go to the fact they take out the whole ham and show it to you, if you're looking to buy it. You get the whole shpiel about the cost, the cooking, the delivery. Pricey, but tempting. Check in on Yelp and receive an upgrade - when ordering a sandwich, you get a drink and chips for free. I honestly can not say whether I'll be back or not, as I'm not a ham person. I'm the one who got the veg sandwich, if that says something. I was up in the air with the turkey meals, but wasn't feeling the whole poultry thing at the time of ordering. Who knows where life will take me - maybe I'll stop in to Dunkies one day and find myself ordering the Turkey Classic.
