I am very disappointed. I called today to order a cookie basket. When I spoke with a women who claimed she was "new" I told her that it was okay and that i believed i had an account with the store that she could look up (we are a nonprofit and order for our donors all the time). She proceeded to place me on hold (or so she thought) to ask another employee for help. Little to her knowledge, she forgot to place me on hold and I heard her entire conversation with the other employee. She claimed that I was "bitchy" and thought i was a "big-shot" for having an account with them. I was not rude at all even though it took me a whopping 18 minutes to place my order. When the other employee came on the phone she was very polite. I dared not to say anything for fear of having my order "messed up". This company who orders products all the time WILL NOT BE RETURNING. If the store owner would like to address this please feel free to email me.
Real Class Act. Location displays exceptional customer service. I placed an order online & it was to be directed to this location however, the order was not delivered. Once the location was made aware of the mishap Georgie immediately contacted me and credited my account. For the inconvenience a larger even more beautiful bouquet was delivered than I originally ordered. Their generosity reflects their commitment to servicing the consumer and ensuring a loyal repeat customer.
This is a go- to for birthday cookie cakes, sending cookie cards and decorated cookie pops. I know its a chain, but whenever i pop into the shop or call to place an order directly, my order is customized and executed perfectly. I always get a free cookie sample. It feels like a mom and pop experience, where the artist will come out and talk to me about my idea, to create exactly what i need.

Service was great. Waitress was on her game. Food was excellent, highly recommend the chicken Marsalla. Owner even stopped by our table to say hello. Great dinner experience.
I had Carrabba's at Jacksonville was fantastic. We wanted to try this one, the food is good however, the service needs improvement. I didnt have a second sip from my wine while having appetizer, the server brought my main. It was just too fast.
Well... This is my 5th time here... This is a cute place. If you come here on Sundays everyone who works here is in a slow motion..... The CHICKEN SOUP that I always crave can be spicy as hell. The Mahi was really salty.... Good luck if you need a manager... You can"t see one... They are suppose to walk around checking on the guests..... Overall I give this place from 1 to 10,'a 5....... yep...... This is better than if you are not in the mood to cook... Bartenders with no personality specially the guy on a pony tail... Gess

Jersey Mike’s Subs

Reviews:
For a strictly sub place, I must say, delicious. Staff as friendly and fun and most accommodating. I ordered a Philly which was perfectly well done with all the additives they use to make it blend together nicely. The place itself was clean, parking was limited, and a bit crowded during lunch, but then again it's lunch time. Will return soon. They offer both hot and cold subs which is a great alternative to your typical cold sub shop.
If you can't go to LaSpada's this is an acceptable substitute. Had the Italian sub "Mikes way" and no doubt the ingredients were fresh but lacked the "WOW" factor a LaSpada's sub delivers!
Ok, so now that my headache has caused me to press "post" instead of "save draft" I'm forced to edit this review to be something sensible lol. Lately a few people have mentioned Jersey Mike's to me. I'm not crazy about subs (I prefer hot food) but I did notice the website allowed online orders. Today was supposed to be hectic at work (and it was, hence my headache) so I placed my order at 9am and figured I'd have time to pick it up quickly at 11:40am. I opted for the Super Sub on a wrap. Some of the meats in this sandwich intrigued me and I was excited - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. I arrived at 11:35am and was shown the order pick up counter. I was grateful to have skipped the line (which was about 5 people deep at 11:35am)... not too long to make me crazy but still worth skipping. My wrap was ready for me and since I had paid online I waltzed right out. The wrap itself was good, but a tad on the salty side to me. I do have a low tolerance for salt so this may just be my impression. Overall I'd order from them again as I appreciate the online option, but it won't be my first choice for subs. Maybe I should try a hot sandwich and see if those are any better.

HoneyBaked Ham

Reviews:
Let me start by saying that I wish I could give this filthy place a minus five stars. Starting from their dirtiness all the way up to the quality of their food and especially their employees. I have been on several honeybaked ham stores and I have never experienced such a bad moment like the one I experienced yesterday. Went to the store and there was no one there. Empty. Not.a.single.soul. Asked for a turkey whole wheat sandwich to the sleepy woman that was behind the counter doing nothing. She said "one moment" and went to the refrigerator, came out TEN MINUTES LATER and didn't even look at me! Asked again - and she finally responded that she can't do a sandwich because their "policy" for the "holiday" is not to make any customized sandwiches. She then began to prepare the same sandwich I wanted...ON A CROISSANT!! mind you...twenty five minutes had passed so far. I inquired again if she could just change the bread for whole wheat since I am on a very strict diet. She said "one moment" again!!! And went for TWENTY MINUTES to the back office. At this point I don't know who was more stupid: me for waiting on a completely dumb, useless employee with no customer service manners, or her for treating me like a piece of crap!!!! I asked her if she was going to do my sandwich and she BARKED that she will not do it even if she had the ingredients in front of her and STILL NO CUSTOMERS coming into the store!!! I then inquired for a manager and she said she IS the Manager!!! Oh Lord...of course I am calling headquarters and I really hope she gets fired or a seriously reprimanded...I left almost 45 minutes with my lunch time completely wasted and NO FOOD!!!! Avoid this store!!! Is filthy and no need to say...no customer service or education and respect is delivered to customers. Avoid!!!
I came from Michigan where honeybaked ham was my favorite. I came to this location by house and was discussed. The girl that made my sandwhich kept her gloves on when she went into the cooler to do wherever and even answered the phone with her gloves on then continued with those same gloves touching my sandwhich! Gross I Even worked at one and this girl was rude and wouldn't explain to me my bread choices. Step your game up!
Like Emma L. I love their honey baked ham. Every year around Christmas/Thanksgiving I crave the sweet and salty crusted ham. What I don't crave are the long lines during the Holiday season. So beware, this is a tiny parking lot and they even hire police to manage parking (they do a fantastic job). But that's just to be expected, and Honey Baked makes it so much better by offering free samples as you wait in line. To my delightful surprise, the line went by super fast! The staff really knows what they're doing here.

I didn't receive what I thought I ordered Manager came over and gave me a full steak sandwich at no cost . I didn't ask or expect it. I had paid for what I received. Thumbs up!!!!
This is only my 2nd time to Panera Bread and I am more than impressed with not only the quality of food but also the customer service. It was my first time to order togo and I had 3 separate orders. While waiting on my orders, Sebastian was extremely friendly and attentive to my request and so was Mark. I feel they both went out of their way to answer my questions and put my order together correctly (I have a prego coworker so this was exponentially important hers was correct lol). As a consumer, I appreciate the attention to detail and the timely manner they completed my order. Especially being I was leaving immediately afterwards and not eating at the location. The food... I had the Thai Chicken Salad which has to be my new favorite salad! Phenomenal flavors but light, crisp and refreshing. Thank you Panera Bread for a great experience. I will be back.
Worst Panera experience to date. Horrible, horrible service and such an attitude from everyone on staff. The line was 10 people deep at 9am and the manager and cashier were standing off to the side talking. 3-4 walked out after 10 minutes of this. Once she came back she had an unbelievably catty attitude towards the next person in line and it continued with me. She made sure everyone knew that she was unhappy and never said "Thank you" or anything to that effect.

This is a good location to grab a quick bite or just a cup of coffee and hang out. I had some work to do and was looking for a quiet spot to get away from the office and relax. I was hoping to take advantage of the free wifi they offer but the program I was using needed more bandwidth so I had to use my own connection. I sat for a couple hours banging away on the IPad but had to leave when I tried talking to a coworker and the background music was too loud to the point of being obnoxious. I'd still recommend Panera to others, especially this location which is usually clean and the people watching is a added bonus.
I've been to many different Panera Breads over the years and they've always had great food and service. What I don't like is their prices!! You easily spend more than $10 for a half salad and a drink!!! I wish I could've given them a 5 star, but I can't.
This is the second of three Panera locations that I've visited in South Florida recently that seems below par. The one in Palm Beach Gardens was great. Maybe the other two have the same ownership (also tried Pompano Beach). Just a little tired on the interior. Service is slow and hap-hazard, preparation wasn't the quickest and so forth. Certainly disappointing compared to other locations which I've tried. Manager seems to run around frazzled and angry. Needs to be sharpened up all the way around.
