Good seafood dinner. The scallops were excellent! The salad bar was sketchy but the meal was great.

Can't vouch for food as we didn't stay long. Seated where salad bar patrons could shake their tushes in our faces. Salad bar looked weary. Place was cleaned up but still had the smell of the old place. Good News is that waitstaff maintain their arrogant indifference toward customers. We love to eat local but won't be returning. Just not worth it. Did I mention prices??? A little high for such a mediocre place

Worst experience ever! Our waitress continually said horrible things about the owners/ cook George. Our food took two hours and her excuse was George is taking a break because he was sweating so much! Gross! Frozen scallops and shrimp and we are in Florida!! Horrible service and horrible food! Never again!

Decided to try this place after it had opened for three weeks. Was not disappointed. Although it was very busy, we were seated in about 45 minutes. The food and service was very good. We would recommend this place for good service, prompt service, and quality food.

Unfortunately the first visit here will be my last. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a lukewarm staff. After seating ourselves at the bar we ordered an 'Uptop' IPA from J Dubbs brewery. I immediately noticed the light yellow color, Uptop is supposed to be copper color. After tasting it we knew it was not an IPA of any kind. This was brought to the attention of the bartender, her response was "That's what the label says, so that is what it is". Being avid beer drinkers we definitely knew this was not the beer we love. Unfortunately the bartender did not offer any suggestions for an alternative, just stood there looking pissed off that we dared to even say anything. Her attitude pretty much ruined our view of this place, we will not be returning.

I'm not sure if my lobster was even lobster. Coconut shrimp was soggy. This was our first trip to Landys and it left a lot to be desired!

Not the best seafood in town, but definitely not the worst. Shrimp cocktail was enormous and absolutely delicious, although the cocktail sauce could've been a little bit hotter. The salad bar isn't much, but it's nice and was fully stocked. I had a blackened grouper that was fantastic. Another member of our party had the soft-shelled crabs and was disappointed because they were covered in sauce, which made them too soggy. He said the flavor was good though. The service was quick and we didn't wait at all to be seated on a Wednesday evening. Prices were in line for fresh seafood in the area.

Being a general manager in food and beverage industry, Landy's exceed my expectations. Upon walking in on a busy Wednesday night (peak season) we were immediately greeted by fellow guest waiting for a table. They were upset about the wait and first words were "did you see their Yelp review". The bar was a busy and not much room to order a drink. However the bartender made it a pleasant experience with a warm greeting. When I initially called I was told the wait would be 45 minutes, we were sat in 25!! It was clear once sat the servers were overwhelmed. Alisha made up for any wait for service related problems. The food was outstanding and portions plenty. Final thanks to Sandy who manages the door and reservations. I can't think of the last time I've meet such a happy employee in such a stressful position!!
