Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

All Flanigan's are greasy pits of deliciousness, and that is why my husband and I love them. I occasionally visit this Flanigan's on Saturday nights, and they usually have booths available. If by the rare occasion, they do not have a booth, I am more than happy to sit at the bar because the workers are very friendly and open to answering your questions. Come here if you want something greasy and savory. Try their ribs--they are just amazingly delicious. Try their desserts. They are heavenly. Burgers are juicy-- comfort food at its finest! Sometimes, you may have trouble finding parking, but just be patient. The service here is usually fast, so people are coming and going, so just try to find the next visitor leaving, and follow them to their parking space. And the adventure continues...

Best baby back ribs in town!

This place is awesome. I come here more than what I should. Having tried most of the the menu I can with one hand in my heart recommend everything in there, except for the nachos and pastas. If it's going to be your first time visiting get the wings, with no sauce, the ribs (the best in miami) and baked potato. Not a trash food fan? No problem, go for the tuna hoagie or blackened tuna steak. If you still have some space left to fill try the mega brownie, oreos, kit kats, brownie and ice cream, what else can you really ask for.

You know this place never disappoints. Their lunch special is like $5.99 with the purchase of a drink. net effect is you spend a dollar or two more than fast food and get to eat real food. they have a great burger which is my go to for a delicious satisfying lunch.

Flanigans has the best wings, this is what brings me here. The clam chowder is really good too. I'm originally from Boston so that's a huge compliment. the only thing I question is their blue cheese dressing. I'm pretty sure it's just mayonnaise. they need to look into that because it's the same at all Flannigans. I promise to give 5 stars if they find a new blue cheese dressing vendor.

Service is good or bad depending on the waitress you get but the food is always good. The wings are my favorite !

Bad parking. Meh service. Always packed--you'll always have to wait for a table. But I would kill. a. bitch. for those wings. Whoever is cooking those knows what's what. Husband said the baby back ribs were melting in his mouth. We'll be back.

Coming to this location is always a discussion between here or hooters across the street. Decided for Flannie's this time around and wasnt dissapointed. This is a great place to watch games and they have specials every day of the week! I LOVE their nachos and the rib rolls.. probably my fav items they have. The ribs are really good too. Havent tried everything from their menu.. im a creature of habit and always stick to the same things. Ill make sure to give some seafood a try the next time i come around!

Best food and service. Amazing wings and steaks. Rib rills are amazing and surprise to know that they are home made. A little loud during happy hours however fun to go but without the little ones during this time. Our favorite hometown restaurant...

The good - 1) We were a party of 8 for a late lunch (about 2:30pm) on New Year's Eve and we were seated immediately. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful in combining tables together to seat our party. 2) Our waitress greated us promptly and retrieved additional menus for us to look at. She explained the menu and the various specials they were running at the time. 3) We placed our order, which included a pitcher of diet coke, with the complimentary chicken wings (Wings Wednesday promotion) and the diet coke arrived quickly and the wings shortly thereafter. The wings were delicious. The not good at all - 1) After delivering our complimentary wings, our waitress disappeared for about 45 minutes. We asked another waitress for some help as our food had not arrived nor had we seen our waitress. A few minutes later our waitress showed up - from where and from doing what, who knows? No explanation or apology was given. 2) Our waitress said our food was ready and was on the "serving area" in the kitchen, then she walked off to take some orders of another table, leaving us wondering how our food was going to get to our table. After another 5 minutes, other wait staff starting bringing our food to the table, 3) Several items we ordered were not brought to our table. We caught our waitress on her way to the kitchen and asked for these to be brought to the table. We also asked for some cocktail and tarter sauce for our seafood dishes. None of these showed up. 4) The Manager came to our table and asked how we were doing. We let him know the situation and he apoplogized and said he would take care of things. (More on what he meant by that later), 5) After a few more minutes, the remaining parts of our order starting showing up, as well as the asked for condiments. 6) Our waitress failed to refill our drinks, and evenutally we took it upon ourselves to refill them from the fountain dispenser right next to our table. 7) As far as the Manager "Taking care of things" - when presented with our bill he said "Please accept this $20 gift card for your next visit to Flanigan's as compensation for the poor service". Not exactly taking care of things in our minds, but it seemed like a legitimate effort at the time. Then we remembered our waitress had mentioned something in her menu overview about getting a $20 gift card with a purchase of $100 or more. We verified our memory by seeing this special offer written on one of the chalk boards in the dining room. So the Manager wasn't taking care of anything at all, as our bill far exceeded $100.. Not only was he and his staff providing poor service, he was being disingenuous about how he was compensating us for the poor service. When confronted with this information, he got very defensive and said that "That's all that Corporate will allow me to do". The "Average" - the food was average. Certainly not something that any of us would have raved about, nor go searching for. We will make it a point to avoid Flanigan's, in favor of just about any other alternative.

I love to come here for lunch. There specials are very attractive. Great clam chowder. It's a little over priced for the amount you get but it tastes great.

I think Flannigans has some of the best burgers out there, especially for a chain restaurant. There burgers are very beefy and cooked just right, and I'm a fan of the barbecue sauce and curly fries. Of course, there baby back ribs are amazing, they have great chicken wings, and the new chicken stickers are excellent as well. For bar food, it is hard to beat and a good spot to hit late night when most places are closed.

The one star is for their service. Based on food, Its a 0 star place. I tried a fish dish and there was little flavor, even in the fries. Plus the flies constantly hovering over my food made it that much more unappetizing.

Crowded. Great prices. Good food, huge variety, cold beers. Very friendly service, also fast and efficient. Very casual. Look, this is a great place to get together with some friends, attack some great chow, enjoy the brewski, talk and laugh al gusto. In summary: just go, have fun. Cheers!

The Kendall flannys is much closer to me but I loooove doral so much more. The service, food & even drinks are better here ! The boo & I always end up here when there's not much to do, and we always end up here way after 9 when happy hour starts lol. We always sit at the bar, eat wings, have some cheap top shelf drinks & beer, laugh at all the miami goons & enjoy the show when 2chainz "I'm different" comes on ! It might be the little goonie in me. Lol I love my goons & miami wouldn't be the same without you !

Had dinner last night took us for ever to find a parking space luckily I had put our name on the list 30 minutes before that. I have been to a few Flanigans but this time the food and the server blew us away Jose our server was outstanding and the food hit the spot we left very happy...

Food is OK. Kinda overpriced. Atmosphere is daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaark. Like, if you go during the day, be careful when you step into the parking lot because you'll be temporarily blind while your eyes adjust to the bright South Florida sun, and you may just get run over, especially with the lack of driving skill that plagues 99.9% of Miami. Anyway, last time I went here, I got wings. The wings themselves were great. Crunchy, juicy, everything a wing should be. I asked for bleu cheese to dip them in. So, I'm dipping away, and I'm into my second wing. And I can't help but keep wondering WHY my wings taste like pickles. As I'm dipping my 3rd, it dawns on me: I've not gotten bleu cheese (which I had to pay extra for, mind you), I've gotten tartar sauce. Yep, mayo with pickles in it. W.T.F.?! So I tell the waitress. And she's all like, "Uh, OK. I'll bring you bleu cheese." And she returns with tartar sauce - AGAIN. *facepalm* At this point, I didn't argue it. I just finished the wings sans sauce, but did tell the waitress, "Hey Bro, you brought me tartar sauce again. No big deal, I just don't wanna be charged for bleu cheese I didn't get." I get the bill. I was charged like $1 or $0.75 for the bleu cheese I never got. DOUBLE W.T.F?! Anyway, the place is not worth the hassle. Parking sucks. Traffic sucks. Waitresses can't tell the difference between bleu cheese and tartar sauce. I'll go elsewhere.

Worst experience ever at Flanigan's. The food just downright sucked. Sent my burger back twice...yup...twice. The baked potato was good. I guess cuz I ate the potato they felt I should pay for the burger. My advice...stay away from this location. Visited 8/30/13

Fidelito que vuelta? I came to this Flanigan's for a quick BBQ lunch after a busy Saturday at the office. While the food was the usual Flanigan's yumminess (love, love, love their BBQ sauce; I wish they would bottle and sell in the grocery stores) service at the bar was a little less than attentive. My usual Flanigan's in Pinecrest has been just as crowded yet the bartenders is attentive to drink refills. The free Wi-Fi was also down today. Nothing wrong on the food. The ribs were still juicy, seasoned and meat falling off the bone good, and made better with the sauce. The skinny fries were still their curly goodness, if maybe a little cooler than usual. I think I'll defect back to the Pinecrest location!

Overpriced! Not worth the bad parking and subpar food. Was sat down at a dirty table and then given an attitude when I kindly pointed it out to the server. This area is high traffic and bad parking but then again, welcome to any big city. But that doesn't mean we have to settle!!! There are many other spots that are glad to see you and will serve you with pleasure. Seems like these guys really think we have no choices.l.....HA! Its greasy and mediocre at best. I would visit some other place next time rather than feel like I got raped by the grease gods!

Let me start off by saying that I actually like Flanigans as a whole. I've always enjoyed the food and always a good spot for late night pitcher and wings! This particular location though has been problematic for myself. First off, the PARKING is a major pain in the a.. I've tried going numerous times in the past few months and every time there is never any parking. Forget about trying to make it during the busy times to watch a game or for happy hour. On the subject of happy hour, I would definitely avoid it unless you get off early and can beat the after work crowd. For some reason their happy hour specials seem to only apply if you sit at the actual bar. (which there is never a spot) Why it doesnt apply to the entire bar area drives me nuts. On one occasion, I did make it in after work for happy hour and sat at the hightops only to be turned away by the rude waitress because I was ONLY a party of two. We tried explaining we were there for happy hour and she just continued on how the specials are only at the bar seating and that we could not sit there. I just ended up leaving and taking my money elsewhere. Happy hour recommendations: Head to Chilis, Hooters, or Ale House instead a few blocks down. I really wish Flanigans would improve their parking situation and extend their happy hour to the rest of the bar seating. I'll just have to do without those wings for now.

Rude service, they treat you like they are doing you a favor by giving you a table and serving you, parking is always bad. Better deals and service at the Doral Ale House (not to be confused with the Carolina Ale House) which is pretty close by.

\Great place to come and hang out, grab a beer and some good eats for good prices. My gf and i were not that impressed the service was great, the ribs she ordered were not to my liking, the wings were under cooked and even after the waiter took them back to cook some more i was hesitant in eating them. Over all it was Ok.

My 4 star review summed up? 3 stars for the food and +1 for service. Any time I rate a restaurant 4+; it because the service and the food fall in line; food or service alone will rarely generate a 4+ star rating. Great service, very attentive and friendly (I think the host forgot to tell the server we got seated, but once we started he took good care of us!) If management uses social networking; Ryan should get Employee of the month or one of those plaques I saw on the wall behind the host stand! He upsold when he was supposed to and was attentive throughout the night and checked on us throughout the meal, which is very rare when it's busy at places like this. I have to say that the service was extremely good; I've been to more expensive posh places where servers could learn a thing or two from the service here. (Ryan- bar section along the wall entrance) We came in during a Heat game, but got seated promptly or a bit before. Okay to the food! Wings: They have a spiced rub wing, which I really like and the sauce came on the side. The sauce was nothing special; some vinegar based hot sauced that reminded me of tabasco, but the wings were juicy and well seasoned. I liked the kick of the hot sauce, but the wings stand on their own. They are good sized and cooked well. Grilled Salmon: Um for 14.99 I didn't expect a huge cut of salmon, but I feel it was about a quarter of a filet of one side of salmon (16oz?) or something? For the price; it's an awesome dinner. I got my Salmon blackened with a baked potato. The salmon was almost perfectly cooked; a bit over, but it tasted good and was very close to being perfectly cooked. So the fish was well cooked. The blackened seasoning was good too; it gave the salmon a good flavor without over powering the salmon flavor. Tuna Steak (friend had it): I like it? It's very dense and I feel my friend should have gotten it a bit more rare, but it tasted pretty good. There isn't a lot of seasoning on it so the fish speaks for itself. All in all? A good place that reminds me of an upscale Irish pub version of Friday's. I'll be back when in business on Miami again; for the price and service you can't beat this place =). I don't know why ppl are knockin' on this place over burgers and sandwiches; I had a good experience and want to try the blackened tilapia sandwich or ribs next time I come back and we'll see then.

This place is cool and consistent. I go there to meet friends for a quick happy hour on the way home or lunch. Everytime I come here the staff is pretty fun. They introduce themselves, talk about the specials and ask wtf are you drinkin... The lunch specials a great. U can fill your tummy for about 8.50. The chicken wings are good, I have tried the bbq chik sandwich, delish. The ribs are good too. The have a late night happy hr starts at 9:00 half off everything. Gotta love that. Good place to start the night too if you knw what I mean... Keep it going will be back for Mo...

When we showed up at 11pm on a Friday, we were not expecting this place to be so crowded. Tons and tons of people! The wait was long and the food wasn't that great, but it was late and we were hungry. There are wings and burgers and other things on the menu and of course cold beer. The waitress was friendly, but we didn't see her as often as we'd like. Looks like it's the go-to place for folks in the area, so you can probably be assured the food is fresh. Parking lot fills up really quickly.

HMMM what happend to Flanigan's? I came in today. We asked if we could have the pitcher of Beer deal that comes with 10 wings. I was responded with "Not Today" Um alright... "Do you have a 2 for 1 deal?" "Nope" Well what the heck do you have? We ended up getting some Wings, Fries, and 2 Long Islands. $40. Half the food was taken back home. We only seen our waitress twice the whole time. One to order, and one to give us the check. Things have gone down since the last time i been there. I can honestly say i will not be going back anytime soon.

You cannot go wrong with this place, this chain and family of restaurants. Good food, good service, just great people serving their community for a long time. If you are looking for a no frills American bar fare with weekly fresh catch of the day specials,.. or a chill place to watch a game with friends and drink a little too much,. go to your local Flanigan's... There's a good chance you'll meet your local community leader/ politician that when once drinking, can easily be persuaded to change that traffic pattern outside your home.... haha Thank you sir. Happy Hour (Half Off drinks) start's at 9:00 everyday! Review is for the Doral location,. but same would apply for Surfside and da Grove.

So after a few visits for lunch and early dinners, I am finally ready to take my notes and make them a review for this place. Here goes .... Good alternative for lunch, their menu is light on the portions and decent on price. I find myself ordering the grilled Mahi Mahi sandwich over and over ... so it must be pretty good - Dinner is a whole different experience, depending on the day of the week you may have to wait a few minutes for a table. Service is generic in the type that you expect in a franchise place even with some "flair", albeit at times spotty. Wash it all down with a cold brew and everything is a lot better. Good alternative for a quick business lunch or a budget dinner with beer - No Pub or Euro Bar feel just your regular American large plasma TVs sports bar ... wait... where am I ? Ale House, Flanigans, Sports bar ???? They're all the same .....

I am a personal fan of Fanigans. It is a good choice for a last second celebration or happy hour. I would give them four stars, but I feel that service of this Flanigans tends to lack compared to other locations. I was there recently with a group of 8 people and the waiter would mix up orders and rarely ask if we needed anything extra. In addition, parking is a headache, so you need to arrive earlier just for parking. Weekday perks: Mondays: Free loaded nachos with first pitcher; Wednesdays: Free order of 10 wings with every order. They have others, but I cant remember. Happy Hour starts at 9, which is 50% off every alcoholic drink. After 10 pm you get free order of wings for every pitcher you order.

The food is perfect, but the pitchers and pints of beers are watered down. Keeps me from going with friends.

The best restaurant in the area. All the food are great! Better than Fridays! My daughter loves the crazy dessert. My wife and I love the ribs and the delicious tastiest garlic bread! The people are cool and nice! The parking is a problem...

I've come here countless of times before, I don't know why I haven't written a review yet. I came here last night with some friends to have a drink or two with some food. I'm aware about the free wings with pitcher deal, but I didn't want a whole pitcher to myself (I'm trying to watch my figure ;) ) Ordered a miller lite bottle and 10 wings. The bill came out to like 13.50. didn't mind paying, the beer was 1.99..but I felt the wings were kinda steep in price, that's like almost 1.05 for each wing. They were good, next time I'll just get the pitcher with free wings..I'll give the pitcher to one of my fat friends

I went to this Flanigan's with my girlfriend for lunch and I ordered a Tilapia sandwich with salad and mash potato. The waitress told me they don't have mashed potato, that the Tilapia sandwich comes with frenc fries I ask her if they can do it for me because i am trying to stay away from fried food. She told me she will bring the potatoes so I can do the mashed potato my self? I think if I ask for mash potato they should do it, it's not hard to do it and they have professional chefs. So I was stuck with the french fries, no refills, bad service. The only thing the waitress told me to do was to fill up and card they have in the table for feed back. If I go to a restaurant and I order mashed potato just do it and give me my freaking mashed potato ok.

I usually do not like chain restaurants, but Flanigan's is an exception. This location has great service, and very friendly front door hosts. The food is the same as all the other locations, very good! My favorite being: the rib rolls appetizer, Joe's meal deal: the ribs, and the dolphin sandwich. YUM

    (4)
  • Carla L.

For this type of restaruant, this is one of the best. No less than what you would expect from it. I have had the ribs (ooohhhh yuuum, one of my biggest weaknesses) and the dolphin sandwich. Loved them both. My daughter had some fried mac n cheese (so wrong on every level for your arteries), I couldn't believe I actually let her order it due to its questionable nutrition values but I did. I must say any fried cheese and carbohydrates is oh so sinfully good. All in all a great place to hang, to have a beer and chill out. Parking can be bad in peak hours (lunch and happy hour). Service is hit or miss.

Good place to watch a game, have some drinks, and have some fun! They have specials every day of the week and their cosmos are delicious! My boyfriend and I have tried almost everything at Flanigans & love it all!!!!! Appetizers: Signature Chicken Wings- Just the way we like them; tasty and crispy! The Dolphin fingers are extremely good-tender and really juicy! Breading is just right! Loaded nachos (but that's just a great decision from the start). However, easy on the lettuce! Joe's Rock & Rib Rolls- Awesome!!!!! Very BBQ tasting! Mozzarella Sticks- Really Yummy! Breading is also a plus! Potato Skins- Fav of ours!!! They are just cooked so right! Chicken Stickers (Full meal & Appetizer) are really good, meat is squishy though, almost like fish meat! Pastas: Dinner Cesar Salad- Really Good (Not healthy at all!!) Pasta Salad- Served cold (love it) and really tasty! Shrimp Scampi- Too Saucy,! Sandwiches: The Chicken/Steak Philly are great! Very tasty and chessy! The Dolphin Sandwich is really fresh and tasty! Burger: Flanigan Burger is amazing- Love the Onion & Cheese! (No Mushrooms) Caribbean Burger is very good too, very loaded-Love the bacon!! Meals: Their Tuna is very good! Juicy and well cooked! 1/4 BBQ is OK if you like that type of chicken meat. It is tasty though! Surf and Turf is not bad. Not the best steak I've had, but decent for the price of 2! Dolphin is very juicy and delicious! I love the Tartar sauce! Also, their Award winning Baby Back Ribs are incredible! They are finger-licking good!!!!!

I am a HUGE fan of our local Flanigan's Bar & Grill! Great casual atmosphere, never disappoints. The food is always consistantly delicious. Wings, Ribs, Appetizer's, even Salads...all delicious! They have great lunch specials for under $10 & daily specials including Free wings with the purchase of a pitcher (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic...no pressure lol). My absolute fave's are their Rockin Rib Roles (Appetizer), the baby back's are finger lickin good, they have a very yummy Caeser Salad & nice sized un-breaded wings! They even have yummy deserts, my fave is their Dulce de Leche Cheesecake ::my mouth is watering as I type:: Did I mention they have TV's everywhere & great music? So you wont have to worry about missing a game while your there nor that it'll be dull & quiet. This is my absolute favorite spot to unwind!

First, parking is VERY limited so if it's busy then I say it's not worth it and find another resturant, there are plenty in the Doral area. I sat at the bar for lunch and the initial service was good but I was never checked on. Never asked how my food was or if I wanted something more to drink. This might as well have been fast food service because.i ordered, served and then nothing. The person who actually brought my food out wasnt even the person who was bartending. I still feel bad for.the small tip I left but what was I.really tipping? I should have just went in the back and.tipped.the.cook. Food was decent, but I wont be back here anytime soon.

Ever since I found my take-out wings covered in feathers....I've never been back to this Flanigan's location. To add insult to injury, when I called to let the manager know that my grilled wings had feathers on them he said, "Oh yeah, that happens all the time. Just bring them back and I'll give you some new ones." Excuse me?!?! "All the time"?!?! Um, no thanks, Buddy....

I've never been a Flanigan's fan, and I mean, I'm still not really...but the server at this location, Jill, made it worth it. All I ordered was dolphin fingers and they were pretty yummy - but she was really nice and funny...at other locations I've been to, the server appear to hate their job...and life...but she was great :)

I've been to plenty of Flanigans across South Florida - and this was, by far, the most memorable experience. Stopped in Sunday night for some football, beer and wings. We sat at the bar, and didn't expect much else. There was plenty of good music playing, not too big of a crowd, and we had front row seats to the plasmas with football playing. Just around 11pm - the place transformed. I don't know where all the people came from, but all of a sudden it was packed! We had an "Only in Miami" moment when the bartender put on a cop's hat and began doing a striptease (minus the 'strip') behind the bar - and then walked out and began salsa dancing with customers. This was obviously a crowd of regulars, but strangers or not - they were dancing and cheering and laughing. The pitcher of beer (plus free wings), and dolphin fingers were delicious - but the best part was the side of free entertainment. Will definitely be back, and hopefully the party atmosphere wasn't a fluke.

Ok, so it's 12:00 am midnight, you just got your project completed at the office so the world can now move-on, you're hungry, most places are closed and you've got an outside consultant that has spent the past 7 hours with you and he could prove to be a decent drinking buddy..... What to do to satisfy your hunger and thirst that isn't 10 miles away and a sure disappointment???? Flany's of course... So just down the street and around the corner we go (racing a bit of course as we guys do....) and wholla! Wings and Guinness, nuff said..... Oh and the "drinking-buddy" doesn't eat meat so he had a salad..... He did like Guinness though. Unlike Flanigan's, his food order was disappointing and he still put a dent on my pitcher of Guinness!

When in doubt, Flanigans is the place to be. Watch any game and enjoy their tastey food. Wings, burgers, nachos, ribs, great seafood as well and good service. Open bar but usually no happy hours, a few specials. Open from 11- 4:30AM. Everyday there's a different special. On weekends till 7pm all beer is 1/2 price. Become a member & dining between 11am-4pm gets your ticket stamped. Your 10th visit is free. It's an ok insentive.

Dont waste your time here. This location is the worst out of all the Flanigan's locations. The service is mediocre. The food is very bad. Cant make drinks. Couldn't even make a simple Pina Colada. The soft drinks were flat. All food is frozen then thrown on the grill. No taste and no care for the food.

Flanigan's, Loggerhead, whatever you call it, you can't go wrong. Flanigan's is another South Florida locals favorites. They've been around for enough years to keep their good thing going. It's always a great place to go whenever you're in the mood for something casual and relaxed to hang out. Happy Hour? sure. Lunch? sure. Just finished biking Key Biscayne where to go? sure. Monday Night Football? sure Late night stopping place? stop by here for one more beer and some wings or nachos. Their wings are well known by locals. Their seafood isn't what you'll write up about in cuisine magazines, but it does the job and is always consistent. The last year or so they've had a great lunch deal ($4.95) and they have nightly specials, such as Wings Wednesday, buy a pitcher of beer or soda and get a free order of wings, or Nacho Mondays, same pitcher deal and free order of nachos. Make sure to start filling out the frequent diner card, get 10 stamps and your next meal is free.

Almost everything was good in regards to Alcohol and Food, the only thing was that our server was talking very low and you can barely understand him, the enviorment was pretty nice and the manager from what I can tell was attentive to the customers.

Great drink specials and I'm super addicted to their ribs! Better than Tony Roma's.

Ok, I know this is technically a chain, but they are pretty well spread out in Miami so I decided to have dinner here with a friend who just came in from out of town. We happened to walk into Mexican Mondays, the deal is, buy a pitcher of beer and get free nachos... which are pretty good here.... Yum! Then we shared some wings n fries, nothing crazy... service was good, not memorable in a good or bad way.... so this seems like a safe bet... Over all a very neutral feel... phew... I was worried there for a sec...

Wow! Rib rolls are a unique treat to start with, but the blackened Dolphin Francais is beyond words. If all fish (and it is a fish not the porpoise - easy Greenpeace) tasted like that I would eat it every day. I can't help buy wish for a better beer selection. But I'm hard to please in that arena.

Being that I work in the Blue Lagoon area and there aren't many places to eat around here, at times my coworkers and I drive the additional 5 minutes to the Doral area for some lunch entertainment. My old coworker used to love going to Flanigan's in Doral and who can blame him? For the lunch special of $6.99 + tax you get a tall drink and your choice of food... I specifically enjoyed the seafood gumbo (which is great, but a little on the spicy side) and the chicken salad sandwich (which is huge!). All this and a tall soft drink with free refills. Great food at a great price...

You just can't go wrong with Flanigan's. Great food, great beer, great service...nothing negative. Some locations may have more of wait than others, but many restaurants are like that. And, yes, not the healthiest food, but are you really thinking "healthy" when you come to Flanigan's? If you want to hang out, eat, and have a good time come to Flanigan's.

I stayed away from this particular location due to bad experiences in the past. I'd say it's been about 3 years since I've been to this location. last night we decided to order "to go" for about 20 people. We ordered 10 full racks & 50 wings. Plus baked potato & dirty rice. The ribs were excellent and the chicken wings a lot better than I remember. I'd say my opinion changed of this particular location and I hope they continue not to disappoint.

Flanigan's has great happy hour specials! Went on a rainy Sunday afternoon only to find out that beers were half off! WINNING! Wings are delicious as well as their curly fries! Can't go wrong with this place!

Best ribs anywhere! Friends and I visit that location frequently during lunch, almost regulars there, and always order their half rack meal deal. Awesome and HUGE lunch portion. As far as service, we usually sit at the bar and German is "The man" at the bar that usually takes care of us. He's great and fast. Although we've sat at tables around the bar before where service is no so great and a bit slower. My only big gripe on Flanigans is the fact their lunch card cannot be used to order ribs!!! WTF! That's all I eat there! So I have a few of them already and I'm just waiting for them to change their policy hopefully...

The best ribs in town! also the fries are really good. Went with some friends on a Saturday night so it was pretty packed there was a line out the door. We ended up sitting at the bar. the service was excellent. They had Ocktoberfest pitcher special and you got a free order of wings. Which was kinda cool. The wings are good. Im just not a huge fan of wings.

Maybe it's this particular Flanigan's that doesn't do it right. I had a blackened tilapia sandwich with a baked potato. The sandwich was alright, but the potato was really dry, like it had been sitting there for a long time. My husband's burger was super overcooked, nowhere near a medium. On the other hand, the servers were friendly...but if the food isn't good, that's not good enough.

I stopped here for dinner w/ friends on a Friday night. We had to circle around the parking lot 3 times before we finally found parking (there were others who drove through once, then simply left), but after we put our names in for a table we got a booth in less than 5 minutes. I really, really want to love Flanagan's and I know many people are big fans of this South Florida chain. All their restaurants are laid out bit differently from the others and each one is a little unique and has its own character, which is refreshing after seeing so many "cookie cutter" chain restaurants where the layout and decor of each one is identical to the next. Flanigan's tries to create a fun atmosphere with lots of eclectic photos, memorabilia and decor hanging on the walls and from the ceilings, it's very laid back and casual, they nearly always have some kind of drink special happening at any given time, and the Trivial Pursuit cards at every table are always fun. The main reason I don't give them more than 3 stars is because of their menu. If you're not terribly hungry and/or you want something that isn't deep fried or covered in butter or cheeses, your options seem to be really limited here. Even places like the Ale House or Tobacco Road seem to have more of a variety and at least some healthier options on the menu. Don't get me wrong, I love Flanigan's ribs and their wings are great as well, but unless you're in the mood for deep fried bar food, this probably isn't the best place to come to dine.

We stopped here today after pictures with Santa at Bass Pro at the Dolphin Mall. We wanted to go someplace close by to catch some of the Dolphins game. As huge fans of our "local" Flanigan's in Pinecrest, we figured we couldn't go wrong...On the plus side, we were seated quickly and the food was on par with our favorite location. We were pleased that my son's entree came out at the same time as my husband's appetizer. On the negative side, the service was a little slow and we were constantly flagging down our waiter for assistance (drink refills, sauce, etc.) rather than him checking on us. The kicker, though, is that they never stopped pumping the (loud) techno music through the restaurant... even when the game started. It was very strange that they didn't switch to game commentary. Generally, you can't go wrong with Flanigan's, but we're going to stick with Pinecrest for a better overall family friendly football experience!

I'm a big fan of Flanigan's. Love their food and it's a great place to casually hang out. For some reason, there's a different vibe to this location. My main issue here is the service. Last time I went the service was quick and pleasant but the waiter didnt really speak English. Another time, the waitress seemed to be in a bad mood and took forever. I go to this one because it's not far from my house but I prefer the Grove location.

3 stars for middle of the road cuisine, but very polite and attentive service. I stopped here because I believe Doral, FL is a culturally vacuous area in between the airport and miami proper. Using yelp I figured this was the best place to go (candidly, it was one of a very few selections which had a bar along with restaurant...ok so I needed a beer!). All in all I can't really complain. As said, the service was nice and attentive. I appreciated their "meal deals" even including an accompanying pint of beer free depending on menu selection. I had a half rack of ribs with baked potato, ceasar salad and garlic buttered rolls. Rolls were swimming inn buttery garlic sludge, but were really damn tasty (can feel my arteries clogging). BBQ sauce which has been so previously lauded wasn't really my style (much sweeter sauce than I prefer), but that said I still appreciate all ranges of BBQ and this, while not my preference, was still good. I just happen to be more of a spicy man than sweet when it comes to my BBQ. Atmosphere was more "roadhouse" than I'd anticipated, but I sat alone at a high top in the bar and observed the comings and goings and it was quite entertaining. Not exactly the ZZ Top crowd, but my waiter kept jamming some old school rock on the juke box which tempered the occasional "J Lo" and "who let the dogs out" selections. If I didn't have another more enticing choice I'd come here again. Next time, I'll forgo the beer and hit a local Cuban joint.

I have come here many times with my two teenage kids, they always love Flanni's. This particular round of food was quick, wings were great and the waitress was attentive. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is my burger (which I ordered medium) came more rare than I have ever seen on a burger. Do yourself a favor- unless your a vampire- order medium well, unless you like the warmed over middle :-) Every time that I am here, I can count on a manager to come by and ask how was everything? I didn't mention the burger as we were on a time crunch that night and I didn't want to have to wait for another one. And I'm not about the 'complain to get it free type'.

I used to love this place but what happened?! Went for a late dinner and to watch a football game on a Saturday night but could barely enjoy my evening. The service was alright but it was busy so naturally we had to wait-- understandable given the crowd. This place was filled with too many people too young to go to a club. So they used this place as a substitute to take selfies all over the place. Instead of being able to concentrate on the game, I had to listen to music blaring from the speakers. I know this is Miami but if I wanted to listen to reggae ton all night I would have gone to La Covacha.

  • Lizandra J.

Just Don't. This place is really really bad. First of all, I went and had the whole experience: There was a football game, it was a Sunday mid-afternoon, and I had fish (it's a Seafood Bar right?) Well...although I need to point out there were enough tv screens for you to have a 360 degrees football experience, it was too loud. People scream to players, which is fine, but also servers will stop what they are doing and scream IN YOUR EAR to players on TV. I think they should learn to do their job better first, because service is the worst. They put two different plates in our table by mistake, TWICE, and all this with us without having ordered not even water. They just did not ask us who ordered X? they just threw the plates on the table and then WE had to tell them it was not ours before they ran away without making eye contact. Now, I know we are in Miami, but if your are going to speak Spanish, speak it, or if you are going to speak English, speak it...but ...if the only thing you know is Spanglish, at least speak it slow so the rest of the world can strain their ears and actually comprehend you. Service was really bad...like, really. Food was bad, fish I mean. If you advertise your business as a Seafood bar and grill, please do not dump the fish in a pool of oil and call it sauteed, or do not shovel a pound of butter with salt and call it lemon pepper ...it was just disgusting. I also tried the keylime pie, ugh, it had a green jelly on top that look like alien's blood..and the pie was too defrost and tasted like kind of a whip cream mousse ...just bad. I will not come back here...I know there are other locations for this franchise and I might check those out if my friends wants to watch a game there some day...but this specific location, nah thanks.

Service here sucks. Super packed all the time loud and obnoxious. We waited over 2 hours for our food and the waiter was nowhere to be found. On the plus side the drinks are good which is why I gave 2 stars. But the service is terrible here. It's not a place to go and have dinner with your family.

    (2)
  • Jenny C.

I love this place. Their specials are amazing (buy a pitcher of ANY drink and get free nachos...? um YES) and the food is good ole bar food. Can't go wrong with a dolphin sandwich or their wings. It get packed here but the service has always been good. The chocolate Kit-Kat dessert is insane and must be split.

I don't usually eat at Flanigans, but one night after watching a movie we were contemplating on where to go eat. It was already 11pm and we saw that flanigans was still open. So we decided to give it a try. Since it was after 10pm, they had a special that was if you buy 10 wings you get a free pitcher of beer. It was a great deal. I wasn't expecting much from the wings, but once I tried them I became obsessed. Those are the best wings I've ever had. I got them plain and had BBQ sauce on the side. My bf thinks their BBQ sauce is amazing. We both had the Big Daddy burger, excellent burger. I also want to mention that their manager Martiza is very nice and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and she walks around the restaurant to see how everyone's experience is going. I really appreciate that, especially since you don't see that too often. I'm definitely going back.

The food here is awesome especially the ribs and my personal favorite the Texas Burger! The price on the drinks are great and the food too. The only issue I have is the service is a bit slow and they forget the little things like the dressings and second round of drinks but nothing that would keep me away from the awesome burger! If you are hungry and want a great drink it's a must go. If you are looking for excellent service maybe not. Overall awesome place would recommend...

This Flannigan's was my preferred location for a long time, despite the mess of a parking situation. However, it's really gone down hill. The bartender is a jerk and he seems to water down your drinks for no reason. I ordered my usual martini, took one sip and sent it back. The girl next to me was served a "frozen margarita" that had already separated. She also said that it tasted like water. The ribs are always great, as are some of the other options, but today's experience will lead me to never visit this location again. They weren't even packed for once, so there's really no excuse. I'll stick to the location on bird or Kendall.

This was my first time eating here. We went because our shuttle driver said the food was good. Had a burger and it was fine, not the best I've ever eaten but certainly not the worst. I'm giving it 2 stars because this place is extremely loud and the food is okay. I could barely hear my friend who was sitting beside me talking. And it took forever to get our food and when the food came, the runner just put our food down on the table and walked away, leaving us to pass plates to the person who ordered it (basically we served ourselves). So the loud atmosphere and bad service gets this place downgraded a few stars.

Service was good.. food terrible :( my dirty martini super bad :( the manager pass by and checked everything the server was really nice but I repeat the food was not good.. the ribs were flavorless the texas burger was too oily and for me just tasted to meat and blue cheese .. "we ate" and left I don't want another martini here .... oh curly fries are good lol 3 stars bc of the service and bc I dont do bad reviews I dont like it :( oh and also bc chicken wings were good :)

I've been a customer for 13yrs and I can say food quality and service is awful but I keep going back in hopes it will change. The one in the Grove seems like a different restaurant all together with great food and waitstaff. What keeps the Doral Flannigans alive is the influx of Venezuelans who for me can kill the vibe of what once was a great spot to eat and have drinks. Locals beware it sucks don't waste your money there with so many other great spots in Miami.

5 stars for the rib rolls 2 stars for the bartender.. Wow dude, watered down drinks galore .. I asked for a shot a black label.. I got a yellow drink with ice:: I later got a Long Island and received a spiked lemonade.. These bars are trash

You cannot come to a place like this and expect to be wowed, however today was an unexpected experience. Walking in there was no running air conditioner and it smelled like the entire restaurant has been cleaned with one wet rag. We stuck around regardless because of the lunch special, Note: $5.99 applies to your food. The special says food with beverage but the beverage is charged separately. I will return, but likely only for happy hour specials.

    (2)
  • Mitchell G.

Parking is terrible at this location. You have to make a spot up avoiding any blockage of other cars. Happy hour offers Buy 1 drink get 1 50% Off. However, they do offer $1 off of Ciroc. I didn't eat here, but, I plan to avoid this place like the PLAGUE. If they don't fix their parking issues, they will lose customers.

What can I say? Its Flannigans. Stickers were on point as always. Ribs were excellent. Salad, we need that pretty much comes premade. LoL. Nephew did order a burger and it came with no cheese. That was horrible. I dont know if I dig this Flannys to much bc the draft beer selection isnt to selective as the grove location. Overall it was pretty good.

My only reason for such a low rating for this particular Flannigan's is the HORRENDOUS parking lot system. I had a group of friends (6 in total) driving in three different cars from BJ's Brewhouse by Intl' Mall to Flannigan's. While one car managed to park within 5 minutes, the other two took upwards of 20 minutes just to park. Now, we could have parked in other lots, but it was 1 in the morning and the parking lots nearby were either not lit or not attended. We were sat down fairly quickly by the hostess and sat near the bar, thinking drinks would be handed to us fairly quickly. I ordered the pitcher of beer(every drink order was 50% because of late night happy hour) with fries. My friends ordered various drinks like the Flannitini, a daiquiri and of course lots of beer. Our waiter was courteous at first, but he left a lot to be desired as far as attending to us and making sure we were doing well. Our bills came out being dirt cheap, and we tipped fine. I just suggest taking one car for your group of friends if at all possible and make sure to get a table close to the bar - your drinks will arrive much faster that way.

Was in town with some coworkers and needed a nearby, decent, place to eat. Went here on the recommendation of the hotel staff at the Hilton Garden Inn. Well, I'm sad to disappoint there's really not much happening here. We sat in the bar area, which was clearly a mistake as the music was just thumping at 7pm, on a TUESDAY NIGHT. Mind you I am not 50 yrs old, nor am I a stranger to a night club, just out of place for a bar/grill. Tried to get a order a Pineapple Skyy vodka drink bc it was on their drink menu of liquors offered, told nope, they don't have it but the waiter did try to push upon me a Ciroc drink instead. Um no thanks, I ordered what I ordered for a reason, stop trying to upsell me. Then tried to get a regular vodka with grapefruit juice and lo and behold, no grapefruit juice. SMDH.... Surf and turf is offered with FRIED shrimp only, no substitutions! for those who don't like their seafood scooped out of a deep vat of oil, guess we're SOL. Settled on the pork chops special, which was not a bad entree (they were super tender) except for the 1/4" pool of butter/oil it was swimming around in. Overall, I've def had better, in all areas, and no I won't be back.

My teammates and I visit this location for lunch from time to time. Lunch specials are a great value. Big Daddy Burger and drink for $8 all-inclusive. 8 oz. burger, cheddar, lettuce, tomato. Ketchup and Mustard. Can't get more American than this. Food offerings are vast, and if you like fish, there are many good 'catch of the day' options. I'd stick with Mahi-Mahi (dolphin) or snappers, though. Both seem to be their specialties and are always solid. Grilled or blackened, you ought not to be wrong. Curly fries and bbq sauce are a team favorite. Happy Eatin'

Service was marginal. Ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich with blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Received chicken breast with blue cheese on a roll. Asked the server for the lettuce and red onion and when she came back, she had lettuce and white onion. She explained they don't have red onion, which was in the salad my friend was eating. I proceeded to open my sandwich to put the lettuce on only to find tinfoil stuck to the chicken. She quickly took it on a napkin to point out to the manager and explained this is because it's cooked on foil and it happens. Manager showed up ten minutes later, after dancing in the doorway deciding whether or not to come over. Asked 'so who had the chicken sandwich'? That quickly followed with the same explanation that it's cooked on foil and it happens, then walked away. Wonder if that was the same explanation I would have received if I ate the foil. Not to mention the cold, hard and dry curly fries. Caesar side salad was good though, even with the $3.99 up charge. In the end, the manager took 10% off the check, or the equivalent of my Caesar salad.

I eat at Flannigan's at least three times a month. Legendary baby backs are the best in town. At lunch at the one on University and 595 today. Service was awesome. I'm at the one in Doral for dinner and waited 45 min to be seated. Waitress had us waiting for 20 min without a drink or a food order. This place sucks at night. Go to the one in the Grove. Next time I'm going to hooters in Doral.

The food here has always been good, but for the best service and atmosphere I recommend you eat at the bar. Yes it gets a little loud and boisterous when there's a game on, but that's the whole appeal of this place. The bartenders are alwasy on top of their game and make sure you have a good time, receive excellent service, and follow upwith you every chance they get. I would bypass the hostess stand and just walk right up and sit down at the nearest empty barstool....after that get ready to lick all your fingers. Ribs and chicken wings are the usual fare. The burgers are good, and there are always appetizer and drinks specials galore. Cash tips are best for these guys, so if you're paying with plastic....please tip in green!

Is it football season yet? Flannigans is one of my go to restaurants to watch my beloved Dolphin's play. They have the best happy hour in town with all drinks 50% off and of course my favorite the RIBS! Service is always great and if you sit at the bar try to get deeter or Jimmy as your servers trust me you wont regret it. Place is always packed especially on the weekends. Bunch of t.v's so you are able to watch any game on all at once. The only complaint I have is that parking is terrible! I usually see people parking at the lot by the walmart and walking over.

    (4)
  • Ana R.

The hostesses are extremely entitled with a horrible attitude, that they refused to sit me at a 2 person table because my friend had not arrived and the whole party needed to be here. No space at the bar so I was left standing waiting for my friend. Now there are no tables available and I'm standing waiting by the bar... With of course a drink at this point. The food never disappointed me, but today I wouldn't know since they refuse to sit me.

I wasn't expecting much when we chose this place. It was late. There wasn't a lot to choose from. I had the tuna steak. It was fabulous! It exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Our server was a lot of fun. Very attentive. He was very knowledgable about the food offerings.

Not much to say USA soccer game on, full bar, half restaurant full, I wasn't allowed to sit in a four chair table because I was by myself (not any other kind available). So my business was not welcomed. Left hungry and thirsty but head over to Hooters, they and their wings welcome me warmly

Service and atmosphere was nice. I got the drink special of the day and it was watered down. I got the blackened Dolphin specialty of the house. It didn't have much flavor. The portions were quite big though. Nice drinking spot but don't expect a lot out of the food.

This review is for doral location ... Place is management disaster, let's start with parking. Cars parked curb side impeding traffic or blocking you in. Additional parking is half a block away you can take a chance to cross a darken path across railroad tracks. Once inside sitting get ready long wait if you are a party of two. Table locates have you sitting in the main hall way. Now to the staff, bartenders well bartenders server drinks these folks are just rude treat women like ****.

Remember the last time you had the best Baby Back Ribs? If not, welcome to Flanigans. To those that remember savoring each & every fall off the bone bite, welcome back! When I was growing up, I always remembered Tony Romas being the rib place to go to. This all changed the day I stepped foot in my first Flanigans. I have eaten here many times & in just about every Miami location, but this one seems the busiest. We lucked out & scored a table without a wait on a busy Thursday night. We ordered 20 Hot Wings Naked which were not very hot at all. On the scale of 1-10, these fall around a 4. On the other hand, our garlic rolls that accompanied our Joes Meal Deal Baby Back Ribs were amazing as always. Service was good even with the place being jam packed so tight you could barely move your shoulders without bumping into the people crowding the bar. Drinks got refills, orders came out properly, & all was well with another visit to Baby Back Rib heaven. Lastly, Flanigans has the best BBQ Sauce around!

This is my second home! It's the only "chain" restaurant/bar you'll catch me at. This is the only chain that doesn't have a cheesy restaurant feel with little kids running around everywhere, it actually feels more like a bar. Between the awesome food (fall off the bone ribs, non frozen huge burgers, glazed salmon), 50% happy hour after 9, and staying open late till 2am, this has easily become my favorite bar and grill. Literally this is the only place you can go to, drink all night and your tab is only $18.

This place never disappoints! the food is awesome especially the ribs and the beer is always cold. I have always gotten great service and you can pick your own music with a digital jukebox. Overall it is a great place to hang out with friends for drinks or to watch the game.

The service was flat out horrible . And worse than the service was the dumb manager on duty. They need to get it together. Brought out half of our food while our friend waited for over 10 min and got nothing. The manager was more lost than the waitress.

  • Maylin G.

  • Karla M.

  • Jonathan C.

The clam chowder in this place is amazing! Love getting it with the lunch special. It's a good deal if you get it with the special because otherwise it will cost $5 by itself. Great place to come with coworkers for a quick lunch.

  • Jesse L.

YUM

  • Veronica C.
