While dining inside, i have been asked for refills of my drinks and always noticed that the staff pays attention to their patrons. For a fast food chain, i feel as though chick-fil-a knows customer service. Always polite and go above and beyond.

I visit this store regularly; great location, fast service and friendly staff. The wireless is pretty reliable, there is plenty of parking and place is kept very clean. SAFETY WARNING: be careful in the parking lot, this place stays very busy, especially 11am to 2pm and then again after 4pm...cars moving everywhere and drivers not paying attention, mostly texting while driving. I don't like how the path to the main and side entrance door force customers to cross the drive thru lane. Another interesting safety issue worth noticing is, after cars pick food from the drive thru window, they ended up right at the beginning of the drive thru lane, which essentially goes around the store 360 degrees creating confusion among drivers getting in with those getting out of the drive thru lane. This is not including drivers trying to park and exiting the area. I don't believe they had a choice considering the angle and space available to build this store. Again, worth noticing because I have witnessed kids running as soon as they exit the store and cars getting pretty close to them. One last note; in all fairness to the store; I have also witnessed Managers out in the parking lot directing traffic or at least trying to keep some kind of order, which we all know it's almost impossible with South Florida drivers.

The only fast food I eat is from Chic Fil A. This location is so professional! The staff is so friendly and I love the fact that the drive thru is faster. They have employees that stand outside in the drive thru lane using IPads to take your order before you even make it to the order screen!! I love that!! Since it's always busy for lunch, them doing that helps with the service. I have never had one bad experience at this Chic Fila! It is hands down- the BEST Chic Fila in terms to cleanliness and professionalism! My two favorite lunch items are the following: The Spicy Chicken sandwich with Pepper jack cheese & extra pickles. I order this with lemonade and a side of coleslaw. I also love the Asian Salad!! I usually throw some of the dipping sauces (buffalo ranch) in there and mix it all up! What a delicious salad!! It sucks to have to work the day after Christmas. So to reward the office staff for coming in to work, we decided to treat the employees for breakfast. We had pre-ordered online and made an appointment to be picked up in the morning. It was a large order for a staff about 30 (but feels like we are feeding 50 because some of those guys could really eat). And they actually had our orders ready at the promised time! That's incredible for a fast food joint. We had ordered all kinds of different stuff: Small Cinnamon Cluster, a large Chick-n-Mini try, some bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I tried a little bit of everything and all tasted pretty good. And the service I received in the store was excellent,. The staff were courteous and friendly, I got my food on time as promised, which made my first Chick-Fil-A experience a very good one.

Being the only Chick-Fil-A in the area, this one is pretty popular and can be pretty hectic and busy at times. If you're military, police, EMS, etc, they offer discounts on the party trays. Pretty useful for fundraisers or office parties. The food is always good. I've been here about ten times in five months. Out of those ten times, I've only had one order screwed up. Not bad odds. Chick Fila is like a classy fast food restaurant. It's your typical fries + burger fast food diner except the quality is top notch and service is excellent! They actually care about you. After you order your meal, you may sit down where you please and when your meal is ready, the employees SERVE it to you. Warning: they are overly smiley and kind, don't be freaked out. Must be a standard they have to follow... And they say "my pleasure" to every "thank you" haha. I LOVE their breakfast! They stop serving it at 10am, I think. So you have to be an early bird to enjoy. Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit, put some honey on the biscuit and it was DELICIOUS. Tip: don't put the honey or whatever sauce you use on the filet, put it on the bun so it doesn't drip everywhere! And try the chick Fila sauce! It's a zesty blend of barbecue and honey mustard. I also ordered their chick n minis. they're little nuggets placed into a mini bun, which is the best part haha. The bun is lightly glazed with honey, so it's sweet but not too sweet. And it's fluffy! I definitely recommend both these items for breakfast! Personally, I like their breakfast menu better than their lunch. But they do have amazing salads and spicy chicken sandwiches for lunch! So try those if you're not an early bird hehe
Good place to get chicken nuggets, strips, shakes, waffle fries, and chicken biscuits for breakfast. This location is about 5 years old and is Closed on Sundays like every other one. The chicken is lightly seasoned, battered and fried. You can also get it grilled. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I just wish they opened on Sundays and stopped using Foam cups.

This has got to be my favorite fast food place, and I mean real fast food not like a Chipotle or Five Guys... I don't go as often anymore because I work farther away but the service is impeccable. I've been meaning to leave a review for this particular Chick fil a because more than the food which is definitely delicious as we all know, the service is impecable. The owners are lucky tp have such an amazing staff, not sure what type of training is done there but I have never ever experience bad service there, not even when I have had to wait which is rare or when the place is extremely pack which happens very often. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I swear this place is not only good to go eat, but if you are feeling down go to the chick fil a in Doral im pretty sure the staff will cheer you up haha. I have taken my daughter out to dinner everywhere from fancy steakhouses to Panera for bagels, and this particular Chik-fil-a location is the absolute most child friendly restaurant I've ever been to. I get that my child will not be served organic chicken here, but that doesn't mean she has to eat an unhealthy meal. The nuggets are available grilled, and the kids meals can be ordered with a fruit cup, which she loves. Any time we come here we have a clean high chair waiting for us at our table along with one of those plastic stick-on placemats. They always bring our food to the table, which is the most convenient thing you can do for any parent. AND the employees go by the table a couple of times to ask if we need refills, napkins, or anything else. Honestly, it's the best, friendliest service I've ever had anywhere. The best part? You're in and out within a half hour.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant! I have a personal connection to Chick-Fil-A as it was my first job. Most people after working in a restaurant don't eat the food any longer after seeing what goes on behind the scenes. Not me with Chick-Fil-A. I eat at Chick-Fil-A at least once a week with a smile on my face knowing the value they have in their food preparation. Everything on the menu is delicious! {Not kidding!} The Lemonade really is made from real lemons and yes, the chicken is real, not processed. The customer service is like none other. You're greeted with a smile, listened to to make sure your order is taken down perfectly, they ask for your name, and when you say thank you you'll always get a "my pleasure". Unlimited refills on your drink and the facility is kept clean. At this location, lunch time gets busy and they have two employees outside taking orders on tablets to help the drive thru line keep moving. The great thing is all Chick-Fil-A locations are like this. It really is a pleasure to eat at Chick-Fil-A!

Even though it's been open for almost a year now, I've been avoiding Doral as much as possible. Looks like I've been missing out. What really surprised me is this place has yet to follow the same downward spiral that most chains suffer from in Miami: The food was fresh and the service was great! Service in a fast food joint? Yes! As I was eating at my table, one of the staff walking around cleaning the tables offered to refill my drink! Pinch me! Did I leave Miami? I have to plug the shakes here although I didn't have one this time. The shakes are AWESOME! The vanilla shake isn't vanilla, it's crack. Definitely worth substituting your combo drink for. I hope we see more of this chain throughout the area so we can all "Eat Mor Chikin"!

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe blows away Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich! The meal comes with a plentiful serving of waffle fries and a choice of drink (get the iced tea instead of soda!) Been here a couple of times already and it's always been delicious. I used to love going to Chick Fil-A when I lived in Texas because they are all over the place...but you don't see them here very often. So when I found out there was one down the street from Miami Dade West Campus (where I was taking some classes) I immediately ran over to grab some grub. As far as fast food goes it is probably the healthiest option out there. The grilled chicken sandwich is excellent and the fact that you can substitute your fries for a healthier side dish is excellent. I don't eat in Doral often, but when I do...I eat at Chick Fil A. I am not the most interesting man in the world, and Chick Fil A is not the most interesting restaurant in the world either. But this place serves fresh, tasty chicken, sides and salads. The chicken, always boneless breast, is lightly battered and seasoned and it never fails to come out at just the right temperature. They also served grilled chicken for a healthier option. What separates this fast food outlet from any other is their impeccable customer service and management. Every employee I came in contact with was smiling and helpful. Even a lady taking care of the tables insisted on getting me a refill of my drink, and a few seconds after I was done eating, she took my tray to the trash for me. Wait, I'm not done yet. They had a fresh fruit salad display set up with small plastic cups filled with fresh fruit...for free! Now where do you ever see that? When I was leaving, the manager said goodbye and wished me a good day...yes I said the manager! Even if I didn't like the food, the effort made to accomodate the customer and make them feel good about coming into their store is something that truly should be applauded.

I was going to start by saying that Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets are the best, when compared to the other fast food places, but it is almost unfair. Whereas other "restaurants" that feature chicken nuggets, has them looking like spongy oddities, Chick-fil-a's actually look (and taste) like chicken. Not to mention that they're really fresh and their sauces are amazing. Today I tried the new Chick-fil-a sauce (check out the story here fredericksburg.com/News/… ). It was really hard to describe what it was like, but it was really delicious, and I can see why it was in such high demand. My waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, delicious with some ketchup. I had a lemonade to drink (which is about $.20 more than a soda) and it was superb. Of course, I had to ask for a refill. They also offer a diet lemonade, with Splenda. Overall, I have always loved Chick-fil-a. Their sandwiches are great, and the service is always prompt and attentive. They easily blow other fast food places out of the water. I'm hoping to go back very soon, and next time there is a party or gathering, hopefully I remember to order a tray of nuggets to enhance the event!

We have a tradition of going to this Chick-fil-a every Friday night. Actually, the Doral location is the nearest one to where we live. We go there because the service is AWESOME and the food is DELICIOUS. Example: Last Friday we went as always, ordered and sat down. The manager of the place called our name and apologized for taking so long with our food. When he delivered our food to the table, he gave us 2 chocolate chip cookies for having to wait. When I found out that they had opened a new restaurant in Doral, I just had to try it and I was very surprise and how clean this place is. The employees where very attentive and my order was taking right away. I order the eight piece nugget with waffle fries and lemonade. Everything was yummy just like I remember. One of the best fast food restaurants I've been to. The other one I like is Wendy's. I read (somewhere, can't remember where right now) that Chick-fil-a is one the healthiest fast food joints in the nation. With their menu, I can certainly see why people would think so. I've really got to commend them on their service. I didn't expect such great service from a fast food place. But you walk in and you feel like you're not in Miami, which is always a nice thing (for me anyway). You are greeted and all the cashiers are very polite. I had the chargrilled chicken sandwich and it was YUM!! I opted for a salad instead of the fries, which I took home and had later. That was really good as well. Fresh ingredients = excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would love to come back.

At one point in history there was a restaurant chain named Chik-Fil-A. Unfortunately the Chick-Fil-A's wasn't clucking around here. Definitely of the best & healthiest fast food joints anywhere. Always fresh, cooked with the healthiest ingredients possible & the staff is always super nice. I can say that for every single chick fil-a I've been to from here to South Carolina...lol. Breakfast Fave: Chicken minis Lunch Faves: Chicken strips :) waffle fries (yum!) Chicken nuggets carrot & raisin salad (delish!) Dessert: Strawberry shake (best ever!!) and of course their Fresh squeezed lemonade diet or regular are awesome! The diet one is sweetened with Splenda so it taste just as good as the regular. They don't have waiter service but from time to to you'll have a staff member come by and ask you if you want your drink refilled or if you'd like them to throw your tray away for you...when have you ever seen that happen at a fast food joint? In many ways, everyone else on yelp apparently live in great spots where great restaurants spawn up like anthills. I, on the other hand, live in the middle of nowhere. Middle of nowhere just so happens to be west miami in this case. Well now, I have chick-fil-a (AND anthony's coal fire pizza). This place is worth the trip just for the shakes, but if you're hungry you can't go wrong with basically anything on the menu. Not to mention the waffle fries, but I did, because they're worth mentioning. And I also have to say, I get THE best service in any other restaurant, and that's crazy to think since this place is a fast-food joint and the image of fast-food joints with service aren't cohesive at all! I even had the manager get me a refill. NUTS. Take that wendys/burgerking/mcdees.

I'm constantly craving everything from Chick-Fil-A. I know, I have a problem. I need help. If it wasn't so far from my house, I'd be there every other day. For a fast food place, they are extremely clean and helpful. The cashiers are always polite and super friendly. The counter area and what I can see of the kitchen is impecable. Now on to the food. I always get the 12 piece chicken nugget meal and for some reason, am always left wanting more. They are so tiny that I sometimes wish they would upgrade them to a bigger size but after scarfing them down with their delicious waffle fries, I realize I am full and just eating with my eyes. The Polynesian sauce for the chicken is the best in my opinion. So if you are ever in doral and want something else other than McDonalds or Burger King, go out of your way a little and head on over here. It's delicious!!!

Chick-fil-a... pretty ok I guess, nothing out of this world. Reminded me of any other Wendys around the corner. I do have to say though, the brownie I had was pretty close to perfection. If I do ever go here again it would most likely be just for that brownie. I must add though, the service was pretty good, no complaints on that part which is a good thing.

This happens to be one of my all-time favorite fast food joints. It's just a shame that there aren't many of these here in Miami. The reason why I love this place so much has in a huge part to do with the the way they treat their customers. From the moment you walk in the store, to the time you walk out you feel well taken care of. Their prices are comparable to all of the major fast food chains and their service is spectacular. There's no need to wait in line to pick up your food, they bring it out to you. They won't hesitate to stop by and refill your drink for you. And that pesky little tray, don't worry, someone will be right up to pick it up for you.

Although the breakfast is good, don't come to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast. With only 2 people in line, it took close to 5 minutes to take my order. All the while, two of their employees sat at a table talking, looking at the line and hugging on one another (PDA). I must say it was not a usual experience, for when I come at lunch there is usually a manger or two who are running a tight ship, and would have been able to have had those employees, who were sitting around, help out, even if it had been their break. I give it a "yes" for lunch and a "no" for breakfast.

The service here is excellent. Even though the place was packed I got my order in and it was ready before I even paid for it. It was cooked right had great taste, yeah even for a fast-food place...The potato waffles are great!!!! There were employees directing traffic to parking spots and others were coming around clearing the garbage from your tray so that you did not have to get up. The mascot (cow) came around and greeted those already eating, taking pictures all while ringing his bell. Once you sat down employees came to give refills on drinks and samples of their homemade lemonade and "chicken nugget burger bites" (don't know the real name but its the #2 meal). It was really fun especially the songs the employees had to do every time someone got a free lunch or the caw made his entrance...lol. Oh, and for those on a budget, I only paid $12 for two adults. The price can't get better than that.

I just ate lunch here with some coworkers while on a business trip outside Miami. Wow, were we impressed. It was crowded crowded crowded, but this manager knows how to run a franchise! I mean, it's Chick-Fil-A, so you should have a pretty good idea of what you're going to get before you step foot in the place. Here's what surprised us: - A courteous security guard directing traffic in the parking lot, keeping the drivethrough people moving along, pointing out open spots to parkers, stopping cars to let pedestrians across. - An employee handing out free brownie samples - An employee going around getting refills for patrons - An employee busing, clearning, and cleaning tables IMMEDIATELY. - An employee handing out coupons for breakfast. - A *spotless* bathroom. We were totally shocked, and will definitely be back.

I visit this store regularly; great location, fast service and friendly staff. The wireless is pretty reliable, there is plenty of parking and place is kept very clean. SAFETY WARNING: be careful in the parking lot, this place stays very busy, especially 11am to 2pm and then again after 4pm...cars moving everywhere and drivers not paying attention, mostly texting while driving. I don't like how the path to the main and side entrance door force customers to cross the drive thru lane. Another interesting safety issue worth noticing is, after cars pick food from the drive thru window, they ended up right at the beginning of the drive thru lane, which essentially goes around the store 360 degrees creating confusion among drivers getting in with those getting out of the drive thru lane. This is not including drivers trying to park and exiting the area. I don't believe they had a choice considering the angle and space available to build this store. Again, worth noticing because I have witnessed kids running as soon as they exit the store and cars getting pretty close to them. One last note; in all fairness to the store; I have also witnessed Managers out in the parking lot directing traffic or at least trying to keep some kind of order, which we all know it's almost impossible with South Florida drivers.

The only fast food I eat is from Chic Fil A. This location is so professional! The staff is so friendly and I love the fact that the drive thru is faster. They have employees that stand outside in the drive thru lane using IPads to take your order before you even make it to the order screen!! I love that!! Since it's always busy for lunch, them doing that helps with the service. I have never had one bad experience at this Chic Fila! It is hands down- the BEST Chic Fila in terms to cleanliness and professionalism! My two favorite lunch items are the following: The Spicy Chicken sandwich with Pepper jack cheese & extra pickles. I order this with lemonade and a side of coleslaw. I also love the Asian Salad!! I usually throw some of the dipping sauces (buffalo ranch) in there and mix it all up! What a delicious salad!! It sucks to have to work the day after Christmas. So to reward the office staff for coming in to work, we decided to treat the employees for breakfast. We had pre-ordered online and made an appointment to be picked up in the morning. It was a large order for a staff about 30 (but feels like we are feeding 50 because some of those guys could really eat). And they actually had our orders ready at the promised time! That's incredible for a fast food joint. We had ordered all kinds of different stuff: Small Cinnamon Cluster, a large Chick-n-Mini try, some bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I tried a little bit of everything and all tasted pretty good. And the service I received in the store was excellent,. The staff were courteous and friendly, I got my food on time as promised, which made my first Chick-Fil-A experience a very good one.

Being the only Chick-Fil-A in the area, this one is pretty popular and can be pretty hectic and busy at times. If you're military, police, EMS, etc, they offer discounts on the party trays. Pretty useful for fundraisers or office parties. The food is always good. I've been here about ten times in five months. Out of those ten times, I've only had one order screwed up. Not bad odds. Chick Fila is like a classy fast food restaurant. It's your typical fries + burger fast food diner except the quality is top notch and service is excellent! They actually care about you. After you order your meal, you may sit down where you please and when your meal is ready, the employees SERVE it to you. Warning: they are overly smiley and kind, don't be freaked out. Must be a standard they have to follow... And they say "my pleasure" to every "thank you" haha. I LOVE their breakfast! They stop serving it at 10am, I think. So you have to be an early bird to enjoy. Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit, put some honey on the biscuit and it was DELICIOUS. Tip: don't put the honey or whatever sauce you use on the filet, put it on the bun so it doesn't drip everywhere! And try the chick Fila sauce! It's a zesty blend of barbecue and honey mustard. I also ordered their chick n minis. they're little nuggets placed into a mini bun, which is the best part haha. The bun is lightly glazed with honey, so it's sweet but not too sweet. And it's fluffy! I definitely recommend both these items for breakfast! Personally, I like their breakfast menu better than their lunch. But they do have amazing salads and spicy chicken sandwiches for lunch! So try those if you're not an early bird hehe

One if the few joints if not the only out there with fresh food and you always get what you expect. If all established business out here had the same costumer service they would be booming with sales. I would love to speak to someone up in the chai. And see their strategy for training and employing. They just gave the perfect service and it doesn't seem fake at all. For example: I got up to get some ketchup and the manager who was walking the floor ask me if I needed any sauces or even a refill. I've been meaning to leave a review for this particular Chick fil a because more than the food which is definitely delicious as we all know, the service is impecable. The owners are lucky tp have such an amazing staff, not sure what type of training is done there but I have never ever experience bad service there, not even when I have had to wait which is rare or when the place is extremely pack which happens very often. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I swear this place is not only good to go eat, but if you are feeling down go to the chick fil a in Doral im pretty sure the staff will cheer you up haha. In regards to the food I am sure there is not much to add when it comes to "fast food" restaurants this one is #1. One more thing, be sure to try their honey roasted bbq sauce and their chick fil a sauce, I cannot get enough of it.

I have taken my daughter out to dinner everywhere from fancy steakhouses to Panera for bagels, and this particular Chik-fil-a location is the absolute most child friendly restaurant I've ever been to. I get that my child will not be served organic chicken here, but that doesn't mean she has to eat an unhealthy meal. The nuggets are available grilled, and the kids meals can be ordered with a fruit cup, which she loves. Any time we come here we have a clean high chair waiting for us at our table along with one of those plastic stick-on placemats. They always bring our food to the table, which is the most convenient thing you can do for any parent. AND the employees go by the table a couple of times to ask if we need refills, napkins, or anything else. Honestly, it's the best, friendliest service I've ever had anywhere. The best part? You're in and out within a half hour.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant! I have a personal connection to Chick-Fil-A as it was my first job. Most people after working in a restaurant don't eat the food any longer after seeing what goes on behind the scenes. Not me with Chick-Fil-A. I eat at Chick-Fil-A at least once a week with a smile on my face knowing the value they have in their food preparation. Everything on the menu is delicious! {Not kidding!} The Lemonade really is made from real lemons and yes, the chicken is real, not processed. The customer service is like none other. Unlimited refills on your drink and the facility is kept clean. At this location, lunch time gets busy and they have two employees outside taking orders on tablets to help the drive thru line keep moving. The great thing is all Chick-Fil-A locations are like this. It really is a pleasure to eat at Chick-Fil-A!

Reviews on chains, I know I know, the ULTIMATE sin for hardcore Yelpers. But, man, I am always SO IMPRESSED with the customer service at this place that I had to leave a review. It seems as though Chick-fil-a puts service at the forefront when training employees. Everyone is so nice! So attentive! So POLITE! It almost makes you feel like you aren't in Miami any more - lol. I have tried a variety of the items on the menu and they are always great! Can't really go wrong here. I loveeeeeeee chickfila ! It is bar far the best fast food chain you'll find. You really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. My goto item is always chicken nuggets which actually resemble real pieces of chicken breast. You can't go wrong with the grilled chicken sandwich, a diet staple if you're looking for that kind of thing. Craving for something new, quick around the area; Chick-Fil-A stood out with the chicken as I drove pass by it. U-TURN!!! I walk in and chicken is the only thing I spot on the photo menu above me. As much as I love the chicken sandwich, I wanted nuggets this time. I order the Combo #5 with 8 piece. I though it was going to be enough, but it wasn't. These nuggets are smaller than my honda radio radio knob. Although, the sauce I was recommended by the friendly staff "Chick-Fil-A" and the "Per...." (The red one) I can't remember correctly, but they were really good. With the fries too!!! Oh does waffles fries were pretty good! I love the ketchup packets too. This place is really organize/clean and I smells delicious. Fresh food and good side options. I'll come back fro more and I'll be trying the shake too!

It's so sad that we only have three Chick-Fil-As in Miami, but this one is the best! It's the only drive-thru option. I was amazed at how friendly and efficient the staff were. The sales member on the drive-thru speaker even introduced herself by name! They were so very polite and accommodating. Not to mention that Chick-fil-a is DELICIOUS and some nice healthy options. I'm not a big fan of "fast-food", but this particular store in this particular location really does deserve all the stars it can get. Every time I've been here the service has been excellent. Everything always exceeds my expectations. Because it is a fast food place and every time I've been here everything has been so good, whenever I come back with friends I think "today will be the day something is off", but it really is not. Employees will always greet you with a smile, food served actually looks like the picture on the menu, and food is served in a timely manner. Cannot complain.

Finally, a Chick-Fil-A that doesn't require sampling the competition while walking through the food court! Even though it's been open for almost a year now, I've been avoiding Doral as much as possible. Looks like I've been missing out. What really surprised me is this place has yet to follow the same downward spiral that most chains suffer from in Miami: The food was fresh and the service was great! Service in a fast food joint? Yes! As I was eating at my table, one of the staff walking around cleaning the tables offered to refill my drink! Pinch me! Did I leave Miami? I have to plug the shakes here although I didn't have one this time. The shakes are AWESOME! The vanilla shake isn't vanilla, it's crack. Definitely worth substituting your combo drink for. I hope we see more of this chain throughout the area so we can all "Eat Mor Chikin"!

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe blows away Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich! The meal comes with a plentiful serving of waffle fries and a choice of drink (get the iced tea instead of soda!) This location gets super packed during lunch hours since it's in the center of business crowded area. However, they manage to get the food out pretty quick. You'll notice that the staff is super friendly and really polite...if only all fast-food chains would follow their friendly motto.

Been here a couple of times already and it's always been delicious. I used to love going to Chick Fil-A when I lived in Texas because they are all over the place...but you don't see them here very often. So when I found out there was one down the street from Miami Dade West Campus (where I was taking some classes) I immediately ran over to grab some grub. As far as fast food goes it is probably the healthiest option out there. The grilled chicken sandwich is excellent and the fact that you can substitute your fries for a healthier side dish is excellent. This location in particualar is always clean...and the staff working there has always been really friendly the few times that I've been in there.

I don't eat in Doral often, but when I do...I eat at Chick Fil A. I am not the most interesting man in the world, and Chick Fil A is not the most interesting restaurant in the world either. But this place serves fresh, tasty chicken, sides and salads. The chicken, always boneless breast, is lightly battered and seasoned and it never fails to come out at just the right temperature. They also served grilled chicken for a healthier option. What separates this fast food outlet from any other is their impeccable customer service and management. Every employee I came in contact with was smiling and helpful. Even a lady taking care of the tables insisted on getting me a refill of my drink, and a few seconds after I was done eating, she took my tray to the trash for me. Wait, I'm not done yet. They had a fresh fruit salad display set up with small plastic cups filled with fresh fruit...for free! Now where do you ever see that? When I was leaving, the manager said goodbye and wished me a good day...yes I said the manager! Even if I didn't like the food, the effort made to accomodate the customer and make them feel good about coming into their store is something that truly should be applauded.

I've tried the chicken salad sandwich and also the grilled chicken sandwich and they are both delicious!.U can substitute regular fries with fruit salad..that's always a plus for those like me who rather eat healthy. I am mildly obsessed with Chic-fil-a, won't lie. I am happy we have one in Miami that does not require me to step foot in a mall. The folks who work here are always super friendly and super helpful - even during the lunch rush! The food is good, though the nutritional information depresses me.

I was going to start by saying that Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets are the best, when compared to the other fast food places, but it is almost unfair. Whereas other "restaurants" that feature chicken nuggets, has them looking like spongy oddities, Chick-fil-a's actually look (and taste) like chicken. Not to mention that they're really fresh and their sauces are amazing. Today I tried the new Chick-fil-a sauce (check out the story here fredericksburg.com/News/… ). It was really hard to describe what it was like, but it was really delicious, and I can see why it was in such high demand. My waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, delicious with some ketchup. I had a lemonade to drink (which is about $.20 more than a soda) and it was superb. Of course, I had to ask for a refill. They also offer a diet lemonade, with Splenda. Overall, I have always loved Chick-fil-a. Their sandwiches are great, and the service is always prompt and attentive. They easily blow other fast food places out of the water. I'm hoping to go back very soon, and next time there is a party or gathering, hopefully I remember to order a tray of nuggets to enhance the event!

We have a tradition of going to this Chick-fil-a every Friday night. Actually, the Doral location is the nearest one to where we live. We go there because the service is AWESOME and the food is DELICIOUS. Example: Last Friday we went as always, ordered and sat down. The manager of the place called our name and apologized for taking so long with our food. When he delivered our food to the table, he gave us 2 chocolate chip cookies for having to wait. I have been to high end restaurants and they have not been this nice and polite. Having said that we will keep our Friday tradition. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to visit this Chick-fil-a.

5 Stars in this category due to the most polite and friendly staff I have found in a fast food type restaurant. Someone has trained them right or they pick staff that was raised right. This sort of performance happens each time I have gone and we have been there alot even though we drive two miles out of the way of the other place to get there. The Breakfast Burritos are our favorites. The coffee is very good. Their milk shakes are a cut above. The chicken strips, while not cheap are worth the price. We have had tasty sandwiches and salads that are also clearly a cut above the rest. This family friendly place deserves your business.

This was one of the reasons i transferred from Coral Gables to Doral back in July when my boss asked me if i wanted to change locations... Chick-fil-a was the deciding factor...lmao... From their tender strips to the chicken nuggets to the grilled chicken club sandwhich and their waffle fries I am in love. I first tried chick-fil-a in North Carolina and have been hooked ever since. When I found out that they had opened a new restaurant in Doral, I just had to try it and I was very surprise and how clean this place is. The employees where very attentive and my order was taking right away. I order the eight piece nugget with waffle fries and lemonade. Everything was yummy just like I remember. I have been back twice since it opened and both times through the drive through and both times the service and food have been excellent.

One of the best fast food restaurants I've been to. The other one I like is Wendy's. I read (somewhere, can't remember where right now) that Chick-fil-a is one the healthiest fast food joints in the nation. With their menu, I can certainly see why people would think so. I've really got to commend them on their service. I didn't expect such great service from a fast food place. But you walk in and you feel like you're not in Miami, which is always a nice thing (for me anyway). You are greeted and all the cashiers are very polite. I had the chargrilled chicken sandwich and it was YUM!! I opted for a salad instead of the fries, which I took home and had later. That was really good as well. Fresh ingredients = excellent. I can say that for every single chick fil-a I've been to from here to South Carolina...lol. Breakfast Fave: Chicken minis Lunch Faves: Chicken strips :) waffle fries (yum!) Chicken nuggets carrot & raisin salad (delish!) Dessert: Strawberry shake (best ever!!) and of course their Fresh squeezed lemonade diet or regular are awesome! The diet one is sweetened with Splenda so it taste just as good as the regular. They don't have waiter service but from time to to you'll have a staff member come by and ask you if you want your drink refilled or if you'd like them to throw your tray away for you...when have you ever seen that happen at a fast food joint? Never till now!

In many ways, everyone else on yelp apparently live in great spots where great restaurants spawn up like anthills. I, on the other hand, live in the middle of nowhere. Middle of nowhere just so happens to be west miami in this case. Well now, I have chick-fil-a (AND anthony's coal fire pizza). This place is worth the trip just for the shakes, but if you're hungry you can't go wrong with basically anything on the menu. Not to mention the waffle fries, but I did, because they're worth mentioning. And I also have to say, I get THE best service in any other restaurant, and that's crazy to think since this place is a fast-food joint and the image of fast-food joints with service aren't cohesive at all! I even had the manager get me a refill. NUTS. Take that wendys/burgerking/mcdees.

I'm constantly craving everything from Chick-Fil-A. I know, I have a problem. I need help. If it wasn't so far from my house, I'd be there every other day. For a fast food place, they are extremely clean and helpful. The cashiers are always polite and super friendly. The counter area and what I can see of the kitchen is impecable. Now on to the food. I always get the 12 piece chicken nugget meal and for some reason, am always left wanting more. They are so tiny that I sometimes wish they would upgrade them to a bigger size but after scarfing them down with their delicious waffle fries, I realize I am full and just eating with my eyes. The Polynesian sauce for the chicken is the best in my opinion. So if you are ever in doral and want something else other than McDonalds or Burger King, go out of your way a little and head on over here. It's delicious!!!

Chick-fil-a... pretty ok I guess, nothing out of this world. Reminded me of any other Wendys around the corner. I do have to say though, the brownie I had was pretty close to perfection. If I do ever go here again it would most likely be just for that brownie. I must add though, the service was pretty good, no complaints on that part which is a good thing.

This happens to be one of my all-time favorite fast food joints. It's just a shame that there aren't many of these here in Miami. The reason why I love this place so much has in a huge part to do with the the way they treat their customers. From the moment you walk in the store, to the time you walk out you feel well taken care of. Their prices are comparable to all of the major fast food chains and their service is spectacular. There's no need to wait in line to pick up your food, they bring it out to you. They won't hesitate to stop by and refill your drink for you. And that pesky little tray, don't worry, someone will be right up to pick it up for you.

Although the breakfast is good, don't come to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast. With only 2 people in line, it took close to 5 minutes to take my order. All the while, two of their employees sat at a table talking, looking at the line and hugging on one another (PDA). I must say it was not a usual experience, for when I come at lunch there is usually a manger or two who are running a tight ship, and would have been able to have had those employees, who were sitting around, help out, even if it had been their break. I give it a "yes" for lunch and a "no" for breakfast.

The service here is excellent. Even though the place was packed I got my order in and it was ready before I even paid for it. It was cooked right had great taste, yeah even for a fast-food place...The potato waffles are great!!!! There were employees directing traffic to parking spots and others were coming around clearing the garbage from your tray so that you did not have to get up. The mascot (cow) came around and greeted those already eating, taking pictures all while ringing his bell. Once you sat down employees came to give refills on drinks and samples of their homemade lemonade and "chicken nugget burger bites" (don't know the real name but its the #2 meal). It was really fun especially the songs the employees had to do every time someone got a free lunch or the caw made his entrance...lol. Oh, and for those on a budget, I only paid $12 for two adults. The price can't get better than that.

I just ate lunch here with some coworkers while on a business trip outside Miami. Wow, were we impressed. It was crowded crowded crowded, but this manager knows how to run a franchise! I mean, it's Chick-Fil-A, so you should have a pretty good idea of what you're going to get before you step foot in the place. Here's what surprised us: - A courteous security guard directing traffic in the parking lot, keeping the drivethrough people moving along, pointing out open spots to parkers, stopping cars to let pedestrians across. - An employee handing out free brownie samples - An employee going around getting refills for patrons - An employee busing, clearning, and cleaning tables IMMEDIATELY. - An employee handing out coupons for breakfast. - A *spotless* bathroom. We were totally shocked, and will definitely be back.
