Went for a second time because the first was so AWESOME! I din't think the Chicago pie could get better, but it did. Just can't go back to NY Style now. Have ordered the 12" Classic Chicago both times and have not been disappointed.

Deep dish pizza was aight. Not sure if it was cooked hot enough. Sauce was a little bland for my taste but not bad. I did eat it all and would go back to give it another try. I would rank it behind Giordano's and Uno's as far as Chicago Style Pizza available in Florida. Staff was friendly.

This place is amazing. The breadsticks and dipping sauces were like none other. Any other breadstick I have now just seems bland! Also had the Greek pizza and I can't recommend it more! So much flavor.

Let me preface by saying, my mom and I are born and raised in Chicago. Dobros pizza is not only amazingly delicious, but spot on Chicago deep dish pizza! My mom is a regular here and I visit whenever I come home to Deland. Today I had soup and salad, as well as a stromboli, which is not on the menu, but they do make if you ask. I saw one passing our table and when I asked she shared that secret menu tip! Oh my god was it delicious! The dough here is truly their secret: it is not heavy or chewey... It has a light flavorful taste and isn't doughy at all! Their breadsticks that come w the soup are made from the same dough and brushed with a little butter and topped w sea salt. Omg they were amazing! The salad was huge and fresh:nice cold, crispy iceberg lettuce which I don't normally like but bc it was the green leafy parts and not the gross white junk it was awesome. The minestrone you could tell was home-made... Not salty at all like many restaurant soups. So if you are a Deland native or just passing through, do yourself a favor and head to dobros for delish fresh ingredients and amazing service.

I have been meaning to try this place for a while, and finally did recently. I ordered the spinanch and mushroom pizza with a salad and breadsticks with marinara dopping sauce. We were all underwhelmed by the pizza. I guess it had to do with the sauce. I like more of a spicy, flavorful sauce, and their sauce is sweet. The food wasn't horrible, but it was just meh. I think it is funny that when you ask restaraunts if their sauce is spicy, they immediately assume that is what you don't want, and start assuring you that it is totally bland. Disapppointing.

Had the pasta the first time I went and the sauce was really sweet. Not really my cup of tea. We ordered it as take out and there isn't really much of a place to sinkhole waiting for it to be cooked if you get there early. Price was good, pasta was well made, sauce not my favorite. The breadsticks however weee to die for. You can tell they are homemade as each little morsel is different in size and shape and I love it. Overall, better than expected but not perfect.

Love Chicago Deep Dish! Had to try this place tonight. Very good pizza crust and toppings were delicious. Sauce was very strong almost overbearing. Will definitely come back and order it with light sauce!

Very good but kind of pricey. My son and I polished off a large pizza for lunch but we're still hungry when we'd finished it. It was quite tasty though. If you're into Chicago style pizza you'll probably enjoy it.

I can't say enough about Dobros. The food is great. Best pizza and breadsticks in town. Everything is homemade and tastes delicious. The food is priced fair and the service is good. It can get busy at times, especially during lunch but the food is well worth it. I have recommended this place to people and they liked it.

Most likely a 3.5 will update on next visit. New restaurant serving Chicago style pizza and subs. Wife had the Italian Beef sub and was impressed with it. I had the Classic Chicago deep dish pizza. Ingredients were good and crust was good but it was slightly undercooked. Most likely due to lunch rush and Trying to serve us in a reasonable amount of time. Will try them again and ask for well done. Staff was friendly and responsive. A bit one the pricey side for Deland but the quality of food was good. Worth giving them a try.

The stars are for the pizza, as that is all I had. Really like deep dish but don't get it often. I went to Dobros with two guys that claimed they did not even know what deep dish was. We all enjoyed it. I was really impressed. I hope a lack of familiarity with deep dish doesn't keep people away. Deland seems to me to be lacking a bit on quality pizza. If you feel this way, you need to try Dobros.

Everything made here is "homemade." I heard about this place from 4 other people that had eaten here and they went on and on about how good the food was and they were right. The sauce they make for the pizza is very good. The calamari is excellent and the Alfredo sauce was amazing. The chicken wings were the best I've ever had. The house dressing they make for the Greek salad was tasty. The breadsticks were great. My wife and I will be eating here much more often.
