Afternoon and evening visits are average and pretty much what you can expect from any Dunkin Donuts. The drive-thru line can get a bit hectic at times but moves quickly for the most part, although usually I just run inside. However, this location gets 5 stars just for one particular employee. She seems to work very early mornings (I usually saw her about 6:15am) and she is just as much of a pick-me-up as the caffeine in my coffee. I like to think of her as my black mother, and she is honestly the kindest, most caring person I've ever come across working in any restaurant. Not to mention her coffee is flawless. Thankfully I don't have to work a crazy shift that necessitates that early morning coffee anymore, but if I do again, I look forward to seeing her smiling face and perfectly prepared iced coffee again. :)

I've been coming alot and able to judge fairly. The floors never looked mopped. Lots of crumbs too. CARPET NEAR tv is so old and filthy. Not appetizing. Yes the menu is good and services. Please keep up the cleanliness. I just sent Corporate a review. Thx

I've been coming to this dunkin donuts a couple of years. My son, I'm sure like any other kid loves their donuts and I'm addicted to coffee. This place is pretty busy, some mornings I just don't even bother. They are pretty good with orders but occasionally they get the order wrong (like today) but I've never seen the guy at the drive thru before so it could be that he was new. In the afternoon their usually out of the good donuts. But one thing I dislike about dunkin donuts is that one day your coffee would be amazing and the next day it will taste disgusting. Is not a persistence flavor. If I go to a Starbucks in NYC and one in BPB my iced coffee will taste the same if not very similar.

WOW! I have going to this Dunkin location for about 18 months. I am not a "regular", but there enough to provide a fair rating. Usually, I can grab a coffee and a bagel and be outta the place within minutes. Not so today! I waiting 15 minutes before going back to the counter to see where my sandwich was. At the same time, another customer returned, stating that he received the wrong order (mine). The employee behind the counter tried to hand me the bag the other customer had just returned. I said: "you can't do that! Please make a new sandwich." She looked at me like I was nuts! I am pretty sure the Health Department would go crazy to hear this! I'm done with this location. I'll go hungry next time.

This place is the absolute Worst. You will wait and wait and wait to get your order. I have been here several times and it is always the same terrible service. Customers wait to pick up their Oder and are always agitated from the long wait. This place does not have their act together at all. I would only come back if this was the only Dunkin Donuts left in America. I would not recommend you coming here unless you have a half hour to waste waiting to pick up your order.

I was told that this was the fastest Dunkin' Donuts in the area to get through in the morning rush hour. Usually I drive in just to see how long the line is to gauge whether or not it looks like I have enough time for a detour. Most mornings the line goes through the parking lot and is at least ten cars deep. I was fortunate this morning (perhaps because I was there earlier) that there were only five cars in line, so I decided to take the chance (even after having nightmares of being so late to work that I almost lost my job). So you know the situation is dire, and I'm still nervous even with having the extra time. It took only four minutes (less than a minute a car) to get through the line, and I was even upgraded to a large coffee. I'm sure it was a mistake and not divine intervention, but either way I'm happy. I also ordered a bagel with egg and cheese. I have been so several Dunkin' Donuts and default to the egg and cheese bagel most of the time. This particular bagel was much softer and seemed much fresher than any I have ever had. Additionally the egg and cheese somehow tasted better as well. I cannot tell you what makes the difference as I did not inquire within, but I can say that this Dunkin' Donuts serves a higher quality bagel and cheese (the egg is the same pre-made microwaved etc.)

Coffee is good and service is good. Dunkin is by far my favorite coffee. However this must be a franchise store as it excludes itself from corporate promotions! Luckily for me as a consumer there is a participating Dunkin just a few blocks away. Might stay away from this location on principle.

Not a fan of this particular DD for two reasons: first, there are very few donut flavors from which to choose. At least this has been true the few times that I have been here in the afternoon at around 3:00. Second, the coffee. I am a coffee addict. Sometimes I take it hot, but most often on ice. I never put anything in it. Nada! I love the coffee flavor, and don't like sugar or cream getting in the way. I have noticed lately that DD (all of them, not just this location) is brewing lousy coffee. It tastes bitter and almost burned. The first couple of times this happened, I thought it may have been a bad batch, but it has now happened too many times. It's not that it's a dark or robust roast; it's just bitter and lousy. I can have coffee just about anywhere and not complain, so it's not me! I think today was my last DD coffee.

Your standard dunkin donuts with two variations. The line is always moved with assembly line efficiency and precision. And there are couches towards the front to sit and relax. Oh, and there is even a TV here. This cannot replace my loyalty to the staff on the beach, but this is an impressive dunkin donuts.
