From the staff to the food the service & quality is 5 star. You are always treated like family there. Even at the busiest of times staff is always up. I'm always in & out in a timely manner. The drive thru line moves faster than most other chains in my opinion. Also this establishment in particular is very hands on, owner Scott is always on scene helping his store flourish.

Friendly service and very quick and efficient. Very busy restaurant that quickly handles and lines forming. I saw 4 open registers open when a line forms until it's done. The dining area is clean and employees were consistently cleaning and checking on customers while they were dining. Food was good and very hot so I know it was fresh. Kudos to this location.

As usual, chick-fil-a doesn't disappoint. The service was fast and friendly. The price is good for the quality you receive and the flavors were there. I brought a foreigner to try it for the first time, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the sandwich with waffle fries and the chocolate shake. Everything was great. I miss not having Chick-Fil-A near me.

I have gone here many times and never have I been dissappointed. The staff is friendly and there is always a a huge line. The food is great. The only problem is the size of the kids and 8-12 chicken nuggets. They are tiny and it is rare to have extras. Overall it is clean and family friendly. I would reccomend going here.

You'd have a hard time to find someone on staff who doesnt greet you with a smile or is not genuinely courteous. As a frequent customer, i have always received great service and food....even on their busy hours (which is always). Going in at lunch or dinner time? Prepare to wait in the drive thru for no less than 15 minutes. Go inside for faster service. Cars pile up quickly outside.

I don't know what some of these guys are smoking (and I'm usually pretty tipsy -- I'm just a duck :V) but I've been treated better here than most other fast food restaurants I've ever been to, and this restaurant does an exceptional job handling lunch rushes while keeping up to par in terms of quality and speed of service. The staff has always been friendly, I always got my food quickly, drive-thru or dining in, and if they made a mistake, they'll apologize and make up for it if you tell them. Be warned it's usually quite busy until the late evening hours. Cypress Bay High kids will usually head here after school so if the school year is in progress, you might want to avoid this place from around 3:30 to 4. But despite the drive-thru being backed up, wrapping around the parking lot, the line always moves. The inside of the restaurant is very clean. Tables are usually cleaned up immediately after a customer leaves. The bathroom feels like a hotel bathroom; it's updated to modern standards, unlike a lot of other fast food restaurants. And for those of you stopping by the area, free wi-fi is included. Had Chick Fil' A for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the same day once: no regrets. Hope these guys keep up the good work!

The service here is whatever. The staff seems distracted most of the time. Or they're playing around. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. It has smelled like straight horse manure for several months. The sinks have look as if they have NEVER been cleaned before with dirt caked on the sides and hair in the drain. You can't even wash your hands and feel like you're clean after walking out. The chic-fil-a sauce here taste like soap unlike other locations. The ONLY reason this has 2 stars is because I love chic fil a food. But MANAGEMENT definitely needs to step it up here immediately with cleanliness and staff friendliness.

There shakes are also the best shakes I have ever had in my life! NO JOKE! Try the banana and peppermint when in season. I pass by a Chick-Fil-A without stopping.

While most Chic Fil A's are pretty much all the same, I do have to say i have always liked the location of this one as well as the general set up of the actual store. The quality has pretty much always been on point until this last year where it has seemed to drop off a bit. Service is a bit weird here too. I have seen some of their mgmt start on the register and work their way up to being good managers, but have also seen at least one employee who has always been kind of rude (especially to other staff while customers are there (big no no for me)) still working there. These days the service waffles from an pleasant whatever to the most contrived ass kissing in fast food with basically only a handful of consistent employees in the house.

I absolutely love the staff at every Chick-Fil-A! They are always wonderfully friendly, If you don't leave there with a smile on your face, then you have got to be a serious grouch! :) Love them! The restaurants are always clean and the food hits the spot. I usually get a chicken salad sandwich but every once in a while I endulge in one of there original chicken sandwhiches. So yummy. And don't forget the waffle cut fries! Tasty stuff! Enjoy!

Driving home from Markham park we saw that a new Chick Fill A had opened up next to Home Depot. Tried to go through the drive through but there were cars winding around the whole place. I sent my son in for sandwiches and out he came with some of the best Chick Fill A original chicken sandwiches I have ever had. They were hot, crispy on the outside and moist inside. The waffle fries were hot and full of potato flavor too. I'd give it the five stars however I haven't stepped inside yet. The crowds are incredible. You would think that they were giving this stuff away!!!
