Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Dropped by on free pizza day at around five! The line went a little bit out of the door, but nothing too crazy. Despite the amount of people in line for free pizza, the staff managed to get everyone through relatively quickly. They were also very enthusiastic and friendly. As everyone has said, it's like Chipotle in pizza form! You can either choose from a few 'Signature Pizza' ($7.95) choices on the menu like 'White Top' and 'Green Stripe', a 'Simple Pie' (Red sauce and cheese, $5.00), 1-Topping ($5.95), or build your own ($7.95). I opted for the White Top with grilled chicken and mushrooms added. If you build your own pizza, there's great variety in the toppings and you can pick from three types of sauces as well. The pizza I ordered was hot and delicious! The toppings were fresh and the white sauce was great, but what I really loved was the thin and crispy crust. I grabbed mine to-go and towards the last few slices, the crust started getting a little soggy, so I'd recommend eating in. I paid Blaze another visit a couple days later and built my own pizza, which was just as great as the last. I'll be back, for sure! The food was fresh and tasty and the staff were friendly and quick at their tasks. It's a great place to stop by for a quick bite of pizza at a great price!

I don't understand why this place has good reviews. The interior looks like a Chipotle and the pizza is sub par. The gluten free crust tastes more like the wrapper of an egg roll. It is very thin, almost like a tortilla. Definitely not reminiscent of pizza crust. The sauce is ok and the toppings are just average. The regular pizza crust was good, but still nothing special. As for the s'more cookie that everyone was raving about, I just don't get it. It is a piece of chocolate and a fake marshmallow sandwiched between two digestive cookies. Like something you would make when camping, only worse. Overall, just nothing that I would go back for. Maybe a good idea if you gave kids who all want a different kind of pizza but that's it.

What a genius idea! This is the Chipotle of pizza places and it's a beautiful thing. Where else can you create your own pizza in 2 minutes for $8? I'm pretty sure no where. They also have gluten free options, which is always nice.

I really love the pizza here. It is so tasty and amazingly good, considering the price and the quickness of making it. I am so impressed. Will definitely be back.

Came here a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the pizza. Loved the idea that you could completely customize your own pizza for about $8. I decided to come back with a friend who is vegan after checking out from my first visit that they have vegan options. Bad idea. NONE of the staff is properly educated on the ingredients in the sauces they offer (whether they contain dairy or not), the regular cheese is contaminated with the sauce, and while my order was being made I watched them use the same gloves in the veggies and meats and cheeses. So my friends glove change request was basically pointless because it was all contaminated anyway! Makes absolutely no sense, don't offer vegan options if you are going to cross contaminate everything! It's a shame because although I enjoyed my pizza, my friends experience really ruined it for me. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

Very good fresh and made your way.. For 7.95 with unlimited toppings it's a great deal.. Will be back!

Love this place ! Been wanting to go to one of these for a while! The customer service was great. The pizza took about 5-10 min to be made. You get unlimited toppings on your pizza! You might not want to over due it to avoid your toppings from falling. Besides that the food was delicious! Highly recommended it if you like to personalize your pizza!

Happy 300th review to me! Also, I'd like to point out the irony that I am writing a review for Blaze pizza on 4-20. Okay, now that those two very significant factors have been highlighted, I shall begin. The 'create your own' assembly line concept is so not revolutionary anymore, and nearly every genera of food, from burritos to pasta bowls to stir-fry, is utilizing the trend. But if I had to pick one kind of food that I thought would be exempt from this style of restaurant, where it just wouldn't work, it would be pizza... but Blaze blew my mind! They have a menu from which you can select an already created specialty pizza, like BBQ chicken, Green Goddess, etc., or you can choose to totally create your own, although I will say that the pre-designed pizzas go through the same process, so they are extremely customizable. If you choose to make your own, the process starts just how you would expect. You pick either regular or gluten free ($3 extra) crust, and then you select your sauce. They had regular tomato, white cream sauce, a spicy sauce, and a few more, so A+ for options. And then... you go crazy. I was kind of feeling like a white pizza when I went, so I chose the white cream sauce, and then when they asked me which cheese I wanted, I asked how much extra it would be to pick more than one type. To my surprise, you can pick as many and as much of any topping as you want! I am so used to restaurants of this nature saying "choose 1 from this category and 2 from this, and if you want extra from this station it's an additional 25 cents" blah blah blah. Not here, though. I got shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, some parm, and big spoonfulls of ricotta. Then you just move through the lineup and tell the guy or gal creating your pizza exactly what you want. And there were SO many options! Minced garlic, cloves of roasted garlic, spinach, every vegetable you could think of, pepperoni, ham, bacon, meatballs, chicken, olives, roasted tomatoes, zucchini, pineapple, I mean it just kept going and going. And some of the pizzas I saw being created were massive, but the workers always asked for you to tell them when to stop or if you wanted more of a certain topping-- they were just so generous with it, which is unusual and fabulous. Once you are done, they put your pizza in the oven, which takes 180 seconds to bake it to crispy/melty perfection. And these pizzas are not small, 8 inches I'd say, and it was enough for two meals for me. And the price for the value was incredible - the pizzas are just under $8 bucks. I rarely get this excited about food, but I'm pretty freaking excited and I can't wait to go back... I'm already thinking of my next concoction.

Trying again. Hubby made me get him 2 pizzas lol. Spicy red sauce and fresh roasted garlic yum

Man oh man the pizza I had here was DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the white top pizza online so I didn't have to wait in that super long line. That's how great the pizza is and the price is very reasonable!!! I'm so happy I live right behind them! Lol. I will come back more and more as long as they are around!!

This place is new and heard it was good so I went in to check it out. The interior was set up exactly like chipotle. We ordered the veg out pizza and it was not worth the price. The pizza was really soggy and the sauce did not taste good at all. It was a complete soggy mess. We wanted to get the salad but it was pre made and they didn't even have all the salads that was on their menu. The dessert was not even good also. It was a smores pie (which was the only dessert) but it was just a cookie with chocolate and marshmallow The idea of the place was pretty neat. I could see why it brings a lot of attraction. However if you do not like loud places i suggest not to go here. I can usually tolerate loud noises but the place was way to crowded especially near the cash register since you have to wait for your pizza to be cooked. It was chaotic and i would never go again nor would i recommend it to anyone This is not worth it for a pizza. Just go to dominos

Cool concept. You go through a line chipotle style and have your own personal pizza assembled with many interesting toppings. The prices are very reasonable. They have beer and wine in addition to soft drinks. The only negative is the place is loud. They follow the recent decorating trend of leaving the underside of the metal roof deck exposed with no acoustical ceiling tiles. Every time the girl screams someone's name that their order is ready I jumped a couple of inches off my seat. I'll eat outside next time.

We came on a rainy day around lunch time and the place was packed. I didn't do a custom pizza because I wanted something safe. Instead I opted to get the BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza came out in thin crust which I liked. It was cooked perfectly and crispy. The place is new and their ingredients looked really fresh! They serve beers as well. I didn't care much for it. I'll probably get something different next time. Love the concept of make your own pizza. Good prime location.

  • Elizabeth P.

Always good food for quick and cheap. The only draw back is the noise level. The noise level reminds me of a chipotle. But the pizza is super yummy and you can always sit outside as well.

It's very good - it's very tasty. It just didn't settle the next day. I went and ordered for the first time a white pizza wiht cream sauce and spinach and chicken. That was for my fiance. For me I had the red sauce, pepperoni and mushroom. It was delicious. But unfortunately, the next morning proved rough for both of us. I'd tell anyone to try it because it's inexpensive and it's good - just, maybe, a few Tums after eating a lots of water.

I love this place! The concept is quite simple - every one gets the same sized pizza and can basically put whatever topping on it for the same price. There are so many toppings you can choose from including your standard veggies and meats, but special toppings like whole roasted garlic, basil leaves, and artichoke to name a few. If you don't feel like creating a pizza on the fly, they have some ideas of some combinations on their menu board. I'm a huge fan of the Art Lover (artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic, and red sauce dollops). I like that this place is open until 11 pm, gives me an option for quick and easy food late at night. Popularity has skyrocketed here. It seems like every time I come here for some pizza there's a line out the door. But I think there's an option to pre-order and pick up your pizza as well. There's seating inside and out, so if you wanted to come with a good group of people you'll be able to. This place is definitely the first place I think of to get my pizza fix on!

  • Monica C.

Cool concept for a pizza place. You pick as many toppings as you want if you get the Build Your Own Pizza option and they make it for you right away. All the pizzas are personal size with 6 slices. The taste of the pizza was really good and I loved the thin pizza. Staff was also very friendly and pizza was done quick.

  • Chris R.

They took Chipotle, and said, "hey, let's do what Chipotle's doing, but with better food." And then they did it, and it was glorious. Everybody who works there seems to love being there. Super cool staff. The food was excellent, and they had such a wide array of toppings to choose from, there's just no way the pizza was going to be bad. Honestly, my pizza was a little burnt, and it STILL tasted like perfection. The place was clean, the service was quick, the staff is awesome. I'll be a regular.

LOVE! There is finally a place to get thin crispy pizza in my area. We went for the soft opening and everything was free. The employees were friendly and not stressed out considering how many people were lined up. Blaze pizza is set up like chipotle..where you go through the assembly line and they will add whatever you desire to your personal 10 inch pizza. I liked that there was a variety of cheeses to choose from, I got mozzerella, goat cheese and ricotta. There are 3 different sauces as well, including a white sauce and a spicy marinara. The line moves fast but what's more impressive..the pizza is done in 3 minutes. We liked it so much we went back for the grand opening. My boys ages 18, 13, and 10 are so happy they dont have to order the same thing to share a pizza like they do in other places. They rate the smores dessert 5 stars too. Looking forward to our next visit this weekend.

Keeping in mind what this place is about, it is perfect for a quick lunch and an amazing pizza! Not a five-star restaurant, not even a local food chain but if you're looking for quick gourmet style pizza this is where to go. We started off with a plain pizza I did two meats and a load of vegetables. Be careful to not add too much though. Roasted garlic is a must! We also had lemonade, blood orange lemonade (wow! But cut w a bit of water BC it's sweet), and a s'mores dessert. Price: 5 stars Service: 5 stars I love the staff here! Pizza: 5 stars Drink: 4.5 stars (only because way too sweet) Desert: 4 stars Cleanliness: 5 stars Cool concept: 5 stars See you all soon Blaze!

Was good! Not great (yet). I may update this review after they have been open for a few more months. First of all, the ingredients taste fresh and they make the pizza in front of you! I have been wanting a pizza place like this ever since I moved down to Davie last year. Funny enough, my college campus has had a Blaze pizza (for a few years) so I know they will get better. I'm hoping they take some business from chipotle so the lines are quite as long. Complaints. I don't think the pizza oven was quite hot enough when I visited. The crust was dry on the edges and soggy in the middle...making it quite difficult to eat. The ingredients were good though. Pizza has a special place in my heart. They make pizza in the exact style that I love, ultra thin crust, light sauce, good ingredients. I will probably be back because they have little competition for fast food pizza.

Great place positive energy anything you want on your pizza you can have the one price with multiple cheeses and sauces

In general we found the place decent and enjoyable . Only one complaint, it would of been nice if they had fresh garlic on the condiment bar Bottled diced garlic is a poor substitute for a garlic lover

Went on a Friday night and it was insanely packed. I was glad to see a new business doing so well but I don't think they were prepared for how busy it was. They had a lot of employees working but they couldn't get it together. I ordered four pizzas for my family and they just couldn't get it right. They called my name very fast when my pizzas were supposedly ready but only one order was correct. They were giving pizzas to the wrong people and had to redo some. My husband's pizza was given to someone else and it took them over 10 minutes to even start remaking it. By the time he ate, his beer was warm and we were almost done. The pizza itself was just eh. I usually love pizza no matter what but unfortunately this pizza was a little soggy. I only got two toppings to avoid this but it didn't work. Overall, love the concept and the prices are good but they need to improve on some things. The girl working at the register was extremely unfriendly as well. Couldn't crack a smile no matter what.

One of my new favorite pizza places!!! The ingredients are so fresh. The build your own is a great concept and the price males it a great value. Yummy smores for dessert that they can warm in the oven. There are half pizza boxes available for your left over slices too ;-)

my favorite pizza place in all of south Florida. Not even a Lebron fan and I give him credit for owning a few of these. Must be making a killing.

This place is very good!! Love the fact that you can customize your pizza right in front of you!!! Also, the staff is super nice and have awesome attitudes and they help guide you through the process. If you have time, you can stand in line, but I prefer to order online... There is nothing like a fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza!!

Excellent! Pizza is delicious because of the fresh, quality ingredients used. The staff understands the meaning of customer service. So much fun to build a pizza exactly the way you want it.

Delicious! Pizza is something I've REALLY missed since going gluten-free over four years ago. I've had quite a few horrible, super crunchy, basically dry cardboard pizza in the past. But Blaze Pizza definitely got it right! The crust is thin and not fluffy like traditional pizza (which my husband got and Loved too) but the flavor is there so it definitely works. I got the simple cheese with the spicy tomato sauce, everything tasted and looked fresh. We will return for sure! Glad I don't have to miss out on one of my favorite foods anymore.

  • Sharon B.

Enjoyed how they had pre-selected or build your own type pizzas and they were the same price. No matter how many toppings! Most places charge for any additional toppings, but not here. Fresh toppings and pretty quick made-to-order pizzas that I would come back to again.

I first experienced the "make your own pizza" concept at MOD pizza while visiting Seattle and absolutely loved it, so when I heard about Blaze I had to try it. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by friendly staff which continues as you walk down the line, and they give all first-timers a quick rundown of their menu. There's a different person for each part of the pizza (i.e. sauce, cheese, meats, veggies), and you can add as much or as little as you want. Once you're done, the pizza goes into the brick oven. You can add additional toppings before they box it up, then you're ready to go. As for the pizza itself, the crust is really crispy and all of their ingredients seem pretty high quality. Even my New Yorker bf and my mom who's really picky about pizza gave it a thumbs up. Also, this is kind of out there, but the boxes they use are really convenient - the tops fully separate so you can easily "family style" multiple pizzas or use the top as a second plate if you're sharing. All in all, great pizza and great value!

  • Lina A.

Loved the style of this restaurant! The staff was really friendly. My boyfriend got the signature bbq chicken pizza and I made my own with every random topping I could put on it - they have an impressive array of toppings. They both tasted amazing but I think I added too many toppings to mine and it was falling apart. Maybe don't go overboard like I did? The pizza size is pretty large too, If you're not too hungry two people could share one. We'll def be coming back.

  • Steve S.

Good hot pizza fast and inexpensive. Tasty. The line to get in was a bit long and the inside was warm due the oven and the front door being propped open as people came in. Should lower the AC a bit. But the Pizza was baked fast and was delicious.

  • Mary P.

The pizza was very good .... and on that alone I might go back however it was so loud I had to repeat myself like 5 times the the staff was well the girl who checked us out had hickeys all over her neck please cove that up when you come to work and the guy that was helping cooking the pizza had a cigarette on his ear really ..... that's so unsanitary. ....I don't wanna see that....

  • Chad B.

First time and wow what a great concept and product. The assembly line has gone a long way from cars, electronics, to burritos & pizza. Great flavor and great variety. This looks like it will be a great success.

  • Helena C.

Their pizzas are very good. Prices are decent, too. You can order whatever toppings you like...

    (4)
  • L G.

The idea is better than the experience. It's a make it as you want pizza, something like Subways but flat. You pick the dough (regular, gluten free, and I think wheat), then tell which sauce (regular, spicy, or white). The pizza's are all the same size, a personal pizza. They have maybe ten standard pizza's (meat lovers, veggy, etc.) or you point and tell them what you want and how much of it. Great idea, but....... The sauce is bland, the items standard, the dough thin and burnt around the edges. If you eat in the dining area is small, and HOT. I mean open pizza oven and not enough air conditioning. It's next to a Starbucks so parking is also a problem at peak times. Went there twice to make sure I'm not being to harsh but not again.

  • Tiana T.

This is a build your own pizza place and it is amazing. Similar concept to chipotle. So many options as far as cheeses and toppings to choose from and service was awesome!

    (5)
  • D B.

This is the Chipotle of pizza restaurants: you walk down the line and tell them what you want on your pizza as you go, and then they put it in the oven. The pizza tasted pretty good, but this was not a pleasant dining atmosphere to me. My biggest complaint is that when your pizza is done, someone yells your name out so you can come pick it up. Who wants to hear all that yelling when they're trying to eat? Also, the layout of this place is not very stroller friendly. We had a hard time getting ourselves situated.

  • Jenn E.

So I came here on opening day, when they were offering free pizzas to the public from open to close. We waited in line for about 40 minutes (hey, peeps be wanting their free food) and finally reached the counter. Its basically where they bring out a fresh dough and it makes its way down the ingredients line eventually to the register. Its a flat fee of I think $7.95 (?) and you choose your sauce and unlimited meat and veggie toppings. It takes about 90 seconds in the fire and you are ready to go! I really like the concept here and its completely reasonable prices. I will be back for sure.

  • Tim H.

Some reason this is listed under salad. But, it is Pizza! And it's awesome!! And not expensive at all. Going there again today for lunch. Crust is pre made, but that morning. You pick the sauce and the toppings and about 5 minutes later it's done!

    (5)
  • Luz B.

Delicious pizza, excellent value! You're allowed to put as many toppings as you want on an oversized personal pizza for $7.95 - great deal. Reminds me of Chipotle, only for pizza.

We just moved to Fort Lauderdale and just saw this place by chance. We had never heard of it or knew what it was. We were greeted by a super friendly girl making pizza who realized we had never been there. She was patient and explained all the options. From there on, it was GREAT. The options are WONDERFUL. Fresh mozzarella, three types of sauce, and many many fresh toppings!! I absolutely loved this place. Our pizza was extremely hot and so so yummy. The oven fires the pizzas to perfection and they are so hot you cannot even eat them! What a great place and so fast too! Loved it!

    (5)
  • Amber M.

I heard super great things about this pizza place. You can make your own pizza with as many topping and cheese you want. Super cheap and good. The long was super long but they move fast! I would go back to this place for sure!!

    (4)
  • Michelle R.

Delicious! Great topping choices. The staff was very attentive. You do have to ask for "extra" cheese at least three times though to get the amount of cheese that would seem normal on most pizzas. That was annoying, but at least they don't charge extra for it. Also it's be nice if they had an option for a thicker crust. My husband is not a fan of thin crust, so we won't be able back as often as I'd like. All in all though it was yum, fresh and not too expensive. We'll be back.

    (5)

Awesome pizza place. Fast and delicious personal pizzas. You can get any topping you want at no extra cost.

  • Lyndsie B.

Good pizza. Not worth the wait in lie. I would recommend ordering online and picking it up. It's definitely worth the money. I will say that I wish they had a bigger size pizza than the personal pan pizza but u can't complain about such good pizza!!!!

Can't wait for a Blaze Pizza to open close to where I live. While I was back home I went to check this place out and it was so good I ended up going multiple times that week. I love the concept of this restaurant and the pizza is delicious. Every time I've gone the line has been huge but the staff does a great job keeping the line moving quick and the pizza is made REALLY fast. 5/5 Love this place.

  • Roxanne M.

Obsessed with this place!!!! Love love love this pizza and all the toppings to pick from... Love that you can't go wrong with what you get here because technically you made it!!! And love the fact that everyone can have the kind of pizza they want instead of fighting over which toppings to get on that shared pie!!! Seriously LOVE this place... If I could eat here daily I probably would... If I had to say anything that could be improved here would be 1. Get more locations EVERYWHERE!!! 2. Expand current location in Davie just because you guys are AWESOME and there is never enough space for all your customers to sit!!! 3. Get some more desert options?! Just because I am sweets person and like options ;) Besides that Blaze is AWESOME!!!

  • Alice C.

I've been here several times and it's always good. It reminds me of an adult version of a lunchables pizza but with healthier toppings. If you're looking for a gluten free crust Blaze pizza offers that option. To get your money's worth order the build your own pizza. You get the choice of different toppings and even more than one choice of meat.

  • Ilene F.

On a whim we stopped by last weekend. Glad we did. Love the concept. Make your own pizza. Have as a little or as much as you want. Try a little of something that you never thought to have on pizza (I tried zucchini and let me tell you delicious!). $5 for just cheese and $7.95 for make if your way. My husband was satisfied and even got to have spicy red sauce. My leftovers warmed the next day perfectly. Smores treat hit the spot. Definitely will be back to see what kind of creations I can come up with next. Great service. The team comes around and helps clean up and get refills and Togo boxes. Please tip them. The girl helping our table seemed so shocked and happy that we tipped her.

When you think of an assembly line, Pizza making isn't the first thing to come to mind. However, Blaze has successfully Chipotle-ized the art of making pizza. Although it is hard to picture until you experience it, all of a sudden it makes perfect sense. First you pick your crust - regular, wheat, or gluten-free. Then you choose your sauce, then after that either choose one of the menu selections or make your own. I would highly recommend make your own because unlike Chipotle, you get UNLIMITED toppings for $7.95. Say WHAAAAAAAT? So that means if you are a carnivore like me you can absolutely overload your pizza with multiple meats. Extra pepperoni and meatballs - Included. Double Chicken - Included. You can load your pizza with as many toppings as you want. The fact that the toppings are all great quality only makes it better. My sole complaint is that it definitely takes more than 90 seconds to fire your pizza, but at this price and quality WHO CARES! I can see why this place has been slammed every time I have come during lunch so definitely come early if you don't want to wait. Blaze is an awesome addition to the Davie lunch circuit.

Imagine a chipotle restaurant layout pizza version with different toppings! Create your own pizza, for cheap! Great flavor, great choices, awesome variety. They even have gluten free choice for the pizza dough! Great for vegetarians and vegans too! Truly enjoyed it would definitely go back for more :)

High energy pizza place with a great vibe! Some girls obsess over shoes, others over purses... me: cool new restaurants & coffee /tea shops. Build your own! Put whatever the heck you want on what seems like a small pizza..... Keep in mind you will be wrapping half of it up!! Shout out to Britt who made me the most amazing decadent BLAZE pizza!! Being vegan I skip the cheese & all of the meat options..... So it's pretty cool that I can get every single veggie if that's what I want! I ordered 2 build your own pizza's. You don't need a breakdown of toppings: my pics will tell it all! My daughter was pleased & so was I! Britt came outside to my table to see if we liked it. We LOVED it!!!! Also the manager (without us asking) brought To Go boxes to us. Who does that? Usually you have to ask for something like that. She anticipated our need & that's quality service 100%! Place was clean, plenty of employees to help you out, & indoor/outdoor seating. I prefer outdoor seating & be happy to know they have fans! I forgot to grab napkins & no dispensers were on the table. No big deal my car was right there so my kid grabbed some from my car. So if you eat outside grab napkins! lol My only complaint & it's not really "Blaze", but seems to be the trend in most places: if you want vegan cheese "Daiya" you pay $2.00 more which would make my $7.95 pizza $9.95 x 2. I wish companies would see we are skipping all the meat & regular cheese and only taking a small amount of Daiya. In publix Daiya and Kraft are the same price so it confuses me. Someone please explain?! We will make this our regular pizza place & I recommend if you haven't tried it yet..... Go soon!!! youtu.be/VfwUcMfyBw8 . My daughter made a video

Dang - I've been here twice in one week. They got me. Day 1 - it was empty. It was actually about 30 mini before closing and they were already preparing to close. Without missing a beat the staff cranked out our pizzas - with smiles on their faces. That customer service really means a lot - and I've noticed that it's pretty common here....... Day 2 - It was SLAMMED! Like a line almost out the door. I was actually not expecting so many kids - seems this is where they go out instead of the movies lol - that's cool. Also a lot of college kids. Hey for the price / quality this is the ideal food for a college kid. I want to point out that the staff was EQUALLY nice. They had an assembly line this time - and each person took the time to say your name and ask you "What cheese would you like" or "what veggies would you like?" - once again, top notch customer service. Now, to the pizza. First I will start with the concept - it's basically an assembly line of pizza. Some compare it to Chipotle. Now customizable pizza isn't a new concept - but the way they do it is. Pick the crust, pick a sauce, choose from various cheeses, choose from a ton of meats, stack on the veggies - goes in the over...and then add some sauce on top of you'd like. As many toppings as you want for one flat price. I know right? So here's my go to: Regular sauce (they also have spicy, which I haven't tried yet!) Shredded mozz Ovalini mozz Ricotta Italian sausage Italian meatballs mushrooms black olives sea salt oregano And when it comes out of the oven - a splash of pesto! They offer many more toppings - pepperoni, onions, garlic, turkey meatballs, parmesan, peppers, bacon, grilled chicken, ham, artichokes, pineapple, fresh basil, tomatoes, bbq sauce, olive oil, gorgonzola, and more! As many toppings as you'd like for just $8! The ovens are pretty cool - this is where the business gets it's name from! The ovens have open flames around the perimeter and the pizzas cook at a blazing fast speed of 3 minutes! They offer sodas - and a nice selection of craft beers and wine! They have local beers, which I thought was super cool. I will also give a shout out to the smores pies. Just get them. I think we have found our new take out spot - already planning to go back this week.

I've been here twice already! Its really really good pizza! I always get the build your own pizza and it comes out to about $8. The staff are really nice, helpful, and friendly. If I am ever hungry and need food stat I would probably come to Blaze. Their ingredients are fresh and they always have really good customer service. They greet you when you come in and there is someone walking around asking if you need anything of they could get you something. I just wish they had more selection in dough and toppings! Currently, they onle have one type of dough (white) you can order. Hopefully, they'll roll out with some wheat, garlic, parmasan, etc dough.

Cheap, fast, and with quality ingredients, I am glad I discovered this place before EVERYONE else did. It's located very close to Nova Southeastern University so for a $5 simple pizza, an $8 specialty pizza, or an $8 build your own pizza with a seemingly endless array of toppings, you really can't go wrong. They also fast fire it in a few minutes, and it's a decent sized pizza, I was barely able to finish it and that's while starving!! They even have gluten free crust! Seriously, try this place out before it gets too packed, your stomach will thank you for it.

This is my new favorite place! Best pizza for sure made me SO happy to come here. I couldn't stop talking about how excited I was while I was there. Thanks Quang for suggesting it! Wow can't believe this is a chain but this is going to get addicting quick. I came here on Memorial Day, no lines, clean, and friendly service. Everything was on point from the first person at the door, the people in the assembly line, the cashier, the last person in the line (the sauce and arugula person) and even the person checking up on the tables. From a service standpoint, 5 stars. The food was amazing! Make your own pizza with unlimited toppings + drink for $10?! GET OUT OF HERE!! You have to check this place out! Extra roasted garlic? Haha YESS!!!! 6 different types of cheese... YESSS!!! Pizza heaven, I didn't know I could get so excited about pizza!! They also have an outside area so you can bring your pets :) I've heard it gets busy there but I didn't have any problems. Definitely coming back!!!

Holy spaceballs this place is good and all those large chain pizza companies need to take notes from here. For less than $8 you get to build your own custom pizza. You choose your crust, sauce, meats, cheeses, veggies, and extra fixings and then it's into the oven! An amazing 180 seconds later and voila! Pizzas ready for devouring! But wait! There's some finishing sauces you might be interested in, like the pesto. Get the pesto! I created a masterpiece : regular crust with white base sauce, goat cheese, ricotta, sausage, bacon, mini meatballs, red onions, spinach, zucchini, roasted garlic, and a pesto drizzle when it was toasty and done. All of the ingredients was fresh and tasted of high quality. I created with my eyes, but my body tapped out in defeat after only conquering half the pizza. Lucky for me they have take home boxes, including half size for folks like me. So if your a pizza lover, throw away those magnets on the fridge and hidden menus in the kitchen drawer to pizza hut, papa johns, and where ever else. Get in your car, buckle up, and drive to blaze. Your taste buds will thank you.

The chipotle of pizza! Staff members were very friendly and quite organized, their "please follow your pizza" routine really works. I had the signature White Top pizza which was mozzarella, garlic, oregano, BACON and arugula. The arugula was scattered generously on after the pizza was cooked and some leaves were too bitter, so next time I might just omit them or ask them to be cooked with the pizza. Other than that, my pizza was real tasty and real fresh. I'll be back again and may very well build my own pizza just to try it out but their signature pizzas are something you can't pass up!

Itt's like the pizza version of Chipotle... telll them what you want and they assemble it in front of you. Good thin crust pizza. Got a simple cheese for $5 for my son and custom toppings for me, 7.95

I tried Blaze Pizza for the first time the other week and it was amazing! I built my own pizza and asked for recommendations from the staff. The staff was friendly, funny and sweet. You can easily eat the whole pizza at once! I agree with another review, Satan came and is taking my appetite to wanting Blaze Pizza. YUM! BTW great social media presence you guys.

Blaze is a genius to be able to combine "assembly line" and "fun and creative" in one sentence. This place is now totally my favorite pizza place. Only problem is, they don't have one in Dade county yet. There are enough reviews explaining the process, so I won't repeat here. It's nice to watch your pizza being assembled, more fun than clicking on a virtual pizza online. There's quite a selection of toppings, both meat and vegetables. Nothing too fancy or gourmet-y, but they do have toppings like goat cheese, gorgonzola, fresh mozzarella, arugula and roasted garlic. Which is more varieties than many other pizza places. I also like that they use cherry tomatoes. Add in the options for vegan cheese and gluten-free dough, it gets most dietary preference covered - unless you are into paleo or raw food (and if you are reading this I'm sure you're not). It takes about 3 minutes after you finished ordering for the pizza to be ready, which sure beats waiting half an hour for delivery. "Super Fast" and "Delicious"! Another winning combination. I thought they are a bit stingy with the toppings - when I asked for artichoke, the girl peeled off leaf after leaf and tore it apart to spread out on the pizza - but when eating the pie, there were plenty toppings in each bite. And you can always ask them to add a little more of whatever you like. We tried the blood orange lemonade but it was waaay too sweet for us. Tips: - Don't forget to ask for the pesto drizzle (and arugula) after they pull the pizza from the oven. - Next to restroom is a shelf with condiments and empty take out boxes. Grab one to put your left-over in, should you have any.

Lesson learned from my first visit to Blaze pizza: order the "all the toppings you could want" pizza for $7.95. I ordered the 1 sauce/1 cheese/1 topping pizza (I chose mozzarella and bacon!) for $5.95 and was very disappointed by the very small amount of cheese they put on it. Very little cheese. Pizza needs cheese! Wish I had taken a picture to post with my review. That said, I liked the crust a lot and the size of the pizza for the price was good. The staff was super friendly and impressively efficient during the lunch rush. Be aware that this place is very loud. You will be shouting your order to the smiling employees, and asking them to repeat themselves. My friend ordered the BBQ chicken pizza. He said it was ok. He is a big guy, and I was surprised when he only ate 1/2 the pizza. I love the concept of Blaze and will be back to try it again, utilizing my lesson learned.

A concept I've been interested in for some time, it was only a matter of time before Blaze found its way to Broward county. Pizza is loved in so many locations, and Blaze delivers. Even with a line out of the door on opening night, the employees pushed everyone in and out of the door with efficient service and customer attention. Also, the price is unbeatable for the pizza size and the toppings offering. Top of the line Fast Casual Pizza - it can't be beat! I WILL BE BACK!

When I think of Blaze, I think of the old Burger King slogan, "Have it your way", because at Blaze you can truly orchestrate the creation of your own pizza. The only part of the pizza that is pretty standard is the crust. You have a choice of regular or gluten-free. I have only had the regular which is thin and crispy. There are three sauces choices: tomato, spicy tomato, and creamy white. Then the sky's the limit! Choose from a huge variety of cheeses, meats, and veggies to make your own personal pie. If you choose the unlimited toppings ($7.95), there is no limit to the amount of toppings you can choose! But unlimited toppings would not be important if the final product was not good and this pizza was absolutely delicious! My only hesitation about going to Blaze is that during lunch and dinner hours is that the line can get very long. I have been there when the line was out the door and it took about 15-20 minutes to get to the front. Once at the front, the friendly staff will take your name, your choice of crust, sauce, and then you move down the line to choose your other toppings. Once your creation is complete it goes in the oven for 90 seconds and then it is done. There is only one person in the family who did not like the pizza at Blaze: My 11 year old. So the next time we went to Blaze he ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and enjoyed it. The place is fairly small but we have never had problems getting a table. There is always staff on the floor to make sure things are running smoothly. For us, Blaze is great food at a reasonable price in a convenient location. I think if it wasn't for the carbs and calories we would be here a lot more often!

It's really pathetic when fast food pizza tastes better than 95% of the pizza I've had in South Florida. Unbelievably Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is operated by a bunch of "Ork" like teenagers who've probably just learned how to wipe their noses. One of my all time favorite movies is "Risky Business" starring Tom Cruise and Rebecca De Mornay(OMG she is so sexy). Do you remember Guido "The Killer Pimp" played by Joe Pantoliano, that's who I expect to be making my pizza But that's not what I saw, I didn't any see Vinny, Vito, Gino or even Guido flipping pies? Even the girl who greeted me didn't remotely resemble Snooki or Jwow, she appeared more like a 5'4" blonde ex-girl scout high school cheerleader. Either way, Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is a rapidly expanding restaurant chain located all over America. Basically you order the kind of crust you want, traditional or the Gluten-free( gluten free is a bunch of liberal lies). Then you can order a signature pizza(preset topping) or "build your own" both for $7.45, I always choose the latter. Then you choose between multiple types of tomato sauces, cheeses, meat toppings, vegetables & fruits. Whether you're a carnivore, vegetarian or vegan( another liberal lie) they have enough different toppings to suit everyone's culinary lifestyle. bit.ly/1GuqHo0 bit.ly/1GuqLUD It takes about 3 minute's in the oven, then you're presented with a pipping hot delicious pizza! bit.ly/1GuqMYH Blaze fast fired has earned the right to become one of my new regular lunch spots. **service is always excellent! **they also serve salads & deserts **lots of parking -- around noon the line can be quite long, but moves quickly unless they are geniuses holding up the line. **parmesan & red pepper bottles are located along the wall adjacent to the oven. ** they are ECO-FRIENDLY, they use packaging made from post-consumer recycled and/or sustainable materials

I was really impressed with this place. First time trying this pizza! I definitely liked the concept, it's like Chipotle but for pizza! Since it's new, the place was super clean and the staff was on their 105% customer service. That means opening the door for us, greeted us, helped us throughout the process, and continuously checked on us while we were seated. Hopefully this just isn't for the opening and stays this way! I had a "simple pie" which is $5.00 and my bf had the "build your own pizza" which costs $7.95. Your pizza goes down the line with your name on it as different employees work in different sections. What I got is that 1 employee hands off the dough to the line, 1 works on spreading the sauce, 1 does the cheese, 1 does the meats, and lastly it is handed off to be cooked in the oven. The pizza was perfect. Not too sauce-y, not to cheesy, thin and crispy! The total with one drink was below $20, which isn't bad at all considering each pizza is made to YOUR standard and it's prepared directly in front of you. Since they aren't fully opened yet, it was very packed for their 5-8pm free event tonight so the staff behind the counter seemed a little over whelmed but they seemed to have things under control nonetheless. If you aren't full by the end, treat yourself to the "s'more pie". You won't be disappointed! Thank you to Chris R, Amanda, Jake, Cara, and Leslie for making my first time experience great. Can't wait to return for more pizza!

A solid 5 stars. They have a similar concept to Chipolte, besides they serve pizza not Mexican food. You have the choice to order a simple pizza ($5.95) a signature pizza ($7.95), or "build your own" ($7.95). And for $7.95 you can't beat it - your own personal pizza along with unlimited toppings! In addition to pizza, they have prepackaged salads. And for the drinks they offer soda, homemade lemonade, craft beer and wine. My boyfriend and I both opted for the "build your own". I ordered a pizza with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, sausage, red roasted peppers, sautéed onions, garlic cloves and oregano. My boyfriend ordered a pizza with red sauce, white sauce, meatball, sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, sautéed onions, minced garlic, sea salt and oregano. I was really shocked about the overall attitude of the employees. They were really upbeat, friendly, and accommodating. Not to mention, on Wednesday they were offering free everything & all day today (Friday) they were offering free pizza. Of course my boyfriend took advantage of this and dinned Wednesday for lunch and Friday for lunch and dinner.

I went ahead and took a chance and came back since school is out, and there are less young whipper snappers running about. This was a good decision. I ordered online again, and this time, they had my pie waiting for me when I walked in. I have to say for roughly $8 bucks, I think it was a steal. The pie was delicious, and I could only finish about half! I will definitely be back on days like today when I am not as worried about my protein requirements.

Great fresh pizza. Sauce is not too sweet like most southern places. Fresh ingredients, fast polite service... Busy place but good food!!!

This place is not too big, but has seating for about 40 ppl, not counting the limited outdoor seating. The space for the order line is small and at lunchtime, I'm sure the line must be out the door and parking might be an issue since they are right next to a Starbucks! Like another reviewer said, this place is like the 'Chipotle' of pizza. You tell the person the type of pizza you want to order, he marks it on the parchment paper with your name. If you choose the Build Your Own pizza, you get to pick what you want going down the line. Sauce (reg, spicy or white cream sauce) , cheese (they have a few varieties}, toppings (meats and/or veggies) and choice of the 'Finishes' (bbq, pesto, arugula and olive oil) . The pizzas are 11" personal size, but definitely reasonably priced (from $5 - $7.95). Vegan cheese and Gluten-free options are also available. I ordered a Green Stripe Pizza from their 'Signature' list and have to say, it was really good! Doesn't come with sauce on this one, but you can customize it your way if you want sauce. Since I like spice, I will definitely add the spicy sauce next time! Hubby did the BYO with salami and spicy sauce and it was good. He wasn't wowed and said he will try something different next time. The crust on both pizzas were cooked perfect (for me). It was thin and crusty. This place claims it is cooked in 180 seconds, but maybe because I was hungry, it seemed like it was double that time. Had to try the Blood Orange Lemonade, which was good, but super sweet! Had to cut it down with some unsweetened tea to make it a half-and-half (like Arnold Palmer's). They also serve bottled drinks, beer and wine. I will definitely try their Beet & Goat Cheese Salad for $3.95 next time, to go with my pizza. Salads are packed in small containers in the cooler by the cashier. They also have a few other salad options. Service was good and for our first time, we would definitely go back! Like that they have half-size boxes, herb, chili pepper flakes and cheese shakers by the drinks for your convenience.

This is the Chipotle of pizza the same exact concept. You wait in a line order what you want pizza is $5.00 for a plain cheese, $5.95 for one topping, or $7.95 for the fun pizzas or you can just create your own with any toppings for $7.95. You go up order and go down a line, when you go to pay your pizza goes in the coal fire oven and is out in about 4 minutes. They guy told us the entire process from when you order is from 8-10 minutes. Totally a cool concept pizza tasted good. It was fun to try, but I am not running back to this place anytime soon. I think it is more for locals in the area wanting to grab a quick lunch.

Ever since Kramer's "build your own pizza" idea on Seinfeld I've been waiting for the concept to materialize. It's a bit overwhelming when you walk in for the first time. I get the idea: choose your pizza or choose your combo or create your own (like Subway). Walking in, it's hard to see the options when the place is so noisy, crowded, and the line snakes to the door. Fortunately the person who greeted me saw my "deer in the headlights look", and explained the whole process. She also drew a smiley face on my order sheet :) when I told her I was new to this. I like the way they have a different person for each process: dough, sauce, cheeses, meats, veggies. I don't eat meat and wouldn't appreciate any mixing due to using same person using same gloves , etc. After your custom pie goes through its "assembly line, It is placed in the pizza oven. In 180 seconds you have fresh delicious pizza with a thin crispy crust. My delicious creation had classic red sauce, extra mozzarella, Gorgonzola, spinach, basil, tomatoes, artichoke, sautéed onion, roasted garlic, zucchini, and mushrooms. While I'm not usually one to use a fork and knife to eat pizza, I needed utensils for this baby! Check it out....

Build your own pizza and get it fast - such a great concept. Was so excited when I stepped in the first time. As other people have said it's like Chipotle, but better. The personal pizza looks big, but it's a thin crust. I was able to eat the whole thing. I chose the classic sauce, fresh mozzarella, more mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, spinach, tomatoes. It all came together nicely. Tasted great. Energetic staff. The line can get long, but moves pretty fast.

It's as if Satan himself works behind the fires responsible for cooking up your pizza in 8 minutes! I don't know how else they do it. Pizza is amazing, atmosphere looks great, and the prices are very competitive. I added blue cheese crumbles, spinach, olives, and a lot more plus a lemonade and only spent about $10 or so. Will definitely be coming back :V

I heard about Blaze from a friend who visited the fort Lauderdale location, I was waiting patiently for the doors to open. I came by around the second week of opening, very busy crowd at lunch time. My brother ordered a custom pie and I went with one of their signature pie's the "meat eater" ... like the other reviews say, this is a chipotle/subway style of ordering--- you can customize your pizza however you like. It's great. The personal pizza takes less than 5 minutes to cook and they call you when ready. I have been here three times since and I love telling my friends about this great new concept.

Amazing value for the money. The pizza was fast and high-quality ingredients! You go through an assembly line and get to choose whatever you want on your pizza. There was a large selection of toppings and the staff was very nice.

Went to Blaze Pizza for the first time tonight. Everything was great - from the service to the toppings to to super hot pizza right out of the oven. Didn't have to wait in line which was a plus. Planning on coming back here to try more pizza combos

It's always nice to find good pizza. Even better to find good pizza that's quick and not expensive. Blaze pizza was not anything close to authentic Italian pizza, but it's a really good slice of pie that's a definite bang for your buck. I had the white too, which was a light cream sauce, mozzarella (fresh and shredded), bacon, garlic and oregano. I added some meatballs and called it heaven. An excellent combination of flavors and all the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. My wife's pepperoni pizza was equally delicious. One con about this place was the station for pick-up. It's a jumbled mess. There's customers crowded at the station making it difficult to get to the drinks. Our pizzas finished at the same time but she got hers 4 minutes before mine. So something that does need some tweaking. The blood orange lemonade was great and for that alone I could keep coming back. All in all, a definite must-stop for pizza in a hurry.

I usually don't eat this late, but had a busy night and was struggling to find a good place to eat after 10PM in the Plantation/Davie area. I was driving by this place and the name looked very familiar to me (I remember reading someone's review or check-in here on Yelp). In any case, I most definitely had to stop in and give it a try. This restaurant is located in a brand new shopping plaza across from the Tower Shops in Davie on University Drive just south of I-595 (directly south of the newly built Whole Foods Market). The parking lot appears small in size, but I anticipate it being more than sufficient for the number of stores that will be located here. So far only this place and a Starbucks is open. A Sleep By Number store is opening up soon....and maybe one other store (I'm not entirely sure). The restaurant was nearly empty when I arrived. Two or three customers ordering food and about four people dining in the restaurant. The restaurant was very clean and the employees greeted me upon entry. They welcomed me and asked if it was my first time there. After confirming that it was my first visit, the gentleman assisting me immediately began to explain the menu to me and advising of all my options. After taking a minute or two, I finally decided on a pre-selected pizza (Chicken BBQ - with no adjustments or amendments in my part). The pizza was prepared right in front of me...similar to how subs are prepared in front of you at Subway restaurants (...as an example and point of reference --- I guess Chipotle would be a good point of reference as well). Once all the toppings are added, while your pizza is placed in the oven (which apparently only takes 180 seconds to cook....bake....BLAZE), you then proceed to the cashier to pay. A few moments later your pizza is removed from the oven and any final additions (in my case, the BBQ drizzle) are added. The pizza itself is a thin layer pizza and is quite tasty. The pizza didn't seem greasy either. It wasn't the best tasting pizza I've had, but the overall ease of ordering and the speed of which your custom made pizza is ready, will make me return for subsequent visits.

All the toppings you want for $8? Sold. They have a decent number of topping selections, multiple cheese selections, and different sauces. I also saw that they have a gluten option for those of you who are gluten sensitive or have Celiac disease. I was starving so I went to town with the toppings and finished it in one sitting. It's a bit loud inside, but they seem to have a decent amount of seating with the indoor and outdoor options. The also gave me a coupon for 2 for 1 since it was my first time. Overall, I like it, although I may just order online in the future to avoid the lines and pick up. The line does move fast but in the digital age, I might as well take advantage of time-saving conveniences.

Great new concept for making your own pizza! They have a large selection of toppings so there is something for everyone. The price doesn't change with the amount of toppings you add so you can pile it on! The only exception is if you only get one topping then the pizza is cheaper. The pizza cooks quickly, they aren't lying when they say it cooks in 180 seconds! The pizza was tasty and big enough to share if you aren't that hungry

Ducked in for a Ribbon Cutting and to support my business partner, Marnie as she is a board member with the Davie Cooper City Chamber of Commerce. The place has been open a week. Welcome! Great experience: * New * Clean * Cool and distinctive decor * Plenty of orange, Go Dolphins! * Excellent pizza! I dig it. They have a set menu, or you can build your own pizza with your choice of their fresh ingredients. Kinda like Subway for pizza! The kids were digging it as they made their own with staff assistance / guidance. Good, fresh ingredients. Brand spanking new building, too. And the property is in great shape in this new little strip mall. Starbucks is at the South end. All pizzas under $8 bucks, SCORE! I enjoyed the Green Stripe. Pesto drizzle over chicken, red peppers, garlic, mozzarella, and arugula. Thanks Lou for all the insight and information. Cabeza OUT!

What an interesting concept! A pizza on the go! I must admit, this was a first for me. Getting in a line and watching an assembly line of workers prepare a pizza for me. It was pretty cool! There were so many choices of toppings that I couldn't make up my mind at times. I finally decided on the Build Your Own Pizza. My pizza included: Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Basil, Spinach, Red Onions, and Garlic. I enjoyed the thin crust pizza. I believe that I would ask for more Classic Sauce the next time that I come to this location. I also tried the s'mores dessert. It consisted of chocolate and a large marshmallow melted inside of two cookies. It wasn't bad, but it was very sweet. My 6 year old had a field day with it. Maybe that explains why she couldn't stop giggling on the way home. Lol! The atmosphere was very relaxed and casual. I found the staff accommodating, warm, and friendly. The location was pretty busy when I went and the seating was limited. I noticed there was an option to order online and pick up the pizza. I probably would give this a try in the future.

Remember when Kramer had the brilliant idea to have a make your own pizza joint but it was quickly shot down because someone could burn themselves on the open fire oven? That's where Blaze Fire steps in... I read about the free pizza on 3/20 for their opening and thought, why the hell not?!? I stopped in around 5pm and the line outside was beginning to grow but I had anticipated some sort of a wait. As we waited in line, an enthusiastic employee handed out menus, explained the concept, and made sure that we were following them on some form of social media- great marketing! I finally made it inside and ordered the Red Vine and a Simple Pizza for the bf and I. I know the employees were new but they didn't seem to know what the Red Vine was (basically a margarita pizza). I moved through the line (sauce, cheese, toppings) similar to Chipotle. I have to say they were a little chincey with the cheese on the Simple (plain) pizza but since it was free, I didn't say anything. We took the pizza home but I think it would have tasted better right out of the oven and not 7 minutes later. The red sauce on both pizzas was good. As I mentioned the plain pizza lacked cheese so basically it was sauce and bread. Honestly, I would give them 3.5 stars but since it's their opening week and the employees worked super hard, I rounded up. I would try it again but I think I would eat the pizza there rather than home.

If you're in the mood to customize your meal, have it prepared quickly with everything your heart desires but first make a long line in a super loud restaurant, watch flys sit on your pizza while you're waiting for the next server to move your pizza along, go here. I wish this place was just a bit bigger for the sake of the customers and employees because everyone is bumping into each other in the eating area, and all the employees are doing the same in the prep area. I can't imagine what it's like during lunch times, and to be quite honest I don't think I'll ever go because anxiety attacks aren't my thing. But regardless of the small space, loud surroundings, long lines, I will probably be back next week because you can't beat the price for a create your own pizza made with good ingredients.

This place is pretty darn amazing! Great fresh super crisp crust pizza made just the way you want!! $7.95 for unlimited toppings is such a great deal!! We will be back and soon! This is a chain in the rise and I think the growth potential is unlimited!! Love love love this place!

They had me at unlimited toppings. UNLIMITED! And for $7.95! At first I was a little overwhelmed with the large variety of toppings but it is well worth it to "build your own" pizza and be able to try new combinations every time you go! If you have trouble making decisions though, they have their own Signature Pizzas to choose from. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

Love this place. Awesome for vegetarians and vegans. TONS of toppings to choose from. My favorite is the create your own pizza with no cheese and spicy red sauce and pretty much every veggie available. If you like Daiya cheese they have it here. Vegan crust!!! Can't go wrong with Blaze.

This place is awesome. I got 3 pizzas and 2 drinks for 23.00. I love that for one set price I can put as many toppings on my pizza. The crust is thin the sauce is good and there are many topping selections. Will definitely be back.

Love this concept! We ordered the cheese pizza for my picky daughter with Alfredo and she ate half! My hubby and I had the BBQ chicken pizza and the combination of flavors with the Gorgonzola cheese what fantastic! Line didn't take too long despite being busy and the employees are very friendly. Their Blood Orange Lemonade is delicious!

Such a great lunch here today. The employees are extremely kind and welcoming. The pizza is delicious and inexpensive! My boyfriends pizza had tipped over while cooking and it took some time to get it. The employees made it a point to apologize and even gave us free desserts and free pizza coupons for the future. I was very impressed and can't wait to visit again!

They take their time to get your pizza just how you want it- asking a lot of questions and gladly offering add ons. They also make sure your pizza is well done- I've been to others where they take them out too quickly just to get you done and on to the next one

Everytime a restaurant opens the line is out the door because of the "HYPE" factor. Well, except the Chipotle across the street, that will always have a line out the door. Anyways, I waited in line for about 20 minutes. The concept is a great concept. Like Subway and Chipotle, you walk down a line with many different choices. First, you order your pizza, either create your own, or whatever other menu items they have. Then, you pick your sauces and toppings. Once at the end of the line, they pop your pizza in the oven and in a few minutes your pizza is served. The actual taste of the Pizza is alright. Personally, I would rather go to Chipotle.

Best pizza I've had since moving to South Florida. Ordering is much like Chipotle but for pizza... Blaze uses fresh ingredients and makes you feel of value as they talk to you by name as you create your pizza as well as to get your pizza. Pizzas took less than 5 minutes from the time we paid. I had the gluten free with unlimited toppings and it was delish. We'll def be back soon!

Loud environment - The "Chipotle" of pizza restaurants. The pizza is excellent. I have been there 3 times. I suggest making your own pizza.

Absolutely great pizza! Fast, fresh, great selection of quality toppings. Extremely fast service. Great value. The noise level is unacceptable. This place is so loud that I did not enjoy the dining experience at all. There is no sound absorbing material inside. They blast music, but it is so loud you can only hear the sub woofer.

Its like a healthy, fresh, delicious chipotle-style pizza spot. Very unique in my experience. Great concept and atmosphere. Prices are fair in my book. More toppings/options (like beef and whole grain crust) would be nice. Definitely worth trying!

Excellent place for great pizza! I'm going back with several friends next weekend. I'm sure they're tired of hearing this, but they are set up just like Chipotle, except for pizza. At the beginning of the assembly line, a worker has a round of raw pizza dough ready. You start with sauce and cheese options. The next stop is meat topping, then veggies. Then your pizza goes into their Fast-Fire oven for 180 seconds. You've got a crisp, yet chewy, pizza ready in minutes. I had their "Signature Pizza," BBQ CHKN - grilled chicken, onions, gorgonzola, and mozzarella - to which I added bacon and roasted red bell pepper. A sweet/tangy barbecue sauce drizzle was added after the oven bake. Perfect! I did give 4 stars instead of 5 because their salads are really a waste of money, in my opinion. I chose the side Caesar. It was fairly basic - lettuce crammed into a plastic clamshell with shredded cheese and little cups of dressing and croutons. Nearly impossible to dress and eat. Also, my lettuce was brown under the label. Expect to pay $10 to $15 per person.

Stumbled upon this place while getting my daily coffee fix at Starbucks next door. Glad I went in cause the pizza is pretty good! Really fresh ingredients , a lot of options, and you can customized to your liking. Not bad for 7.95!! Only issue I have is that the dough is too soft so when I pick up the pizza all the toppings fall off and it gets quite messy. Will definitely go back when I get another pizza craving!

I love the concept but there are 2 things that are very wrong with this place. The staff seems untrained as how to actually make a pizza. The girl saucing moved the sauce around so much that I was concerned it would get into the dough which is to be avoided. I had to ask 4 times for more of each topping I ordered. There still was not one topping on every piece.

How are there good reviews on the place?!? Pizza is horrible. If you want a vegan pizza don't bother cheese is mixed in with all the toppings and they use gloves that are caked with cheese. Plus the vegan cheese was nasty. My husband had a regular cheese pizza and didn't like it either. We decided to give them another chance given they were really busy the first time. This time it was slow and the pizza was the same as the first time. Nasty and a waste of money. We will stick to pizza fusion.
