Worst location I've ever been to! I would give no stars if I could! In short, unorganized, chaotic and no customer service at all! I was visiting with my family from Canada and we had a long day of driving, so we ordered pizza online around 944pm. We order 4 medium pizzas, chicken wings and cheesy bread. We typically order online because of the online tracker and it basically tells us when the order should be ready for pick up. We check and it said "Todd began custom -making your order at 9:44pm," Order should be ready for pick up between 30-45 mins. We arrived around 10:30pm and we were completely ignored. I went up to the counter and ask if my order was ready. I waited a few minutes and asked again and they said they were waiting for the rest of my order. We went to the grocery store in that plaza to buy milk as we were traveling with 3 children and 4 adults. We got back to Dominos around 10:50pm assuming it should have been completely ready. We waited for another 20mins and no one called us that it was ready for pick up. I heard the people at the back speaking about our order and holding empty boxes. We asked if our order was ready and they said they had half the order and the rest was going in the oven. They forgot the rest of our over after an hour that it said it was ready for pick up. We asked to talked to a manager and completely ignored us. We told them we were walking and they said it was in the oven, they said it was missed as online orders don't come out all together. Unfortunately, we didn't get pizza that night and I haven never been to a place with such bad customer service. We got back to the hotel with no food after 11:30pm because everything else was closed! To top it off, I even check the online tracker and it said it was picked up! That is really bad service!!!

Finally gave in and ordered today. My kids kept wanting pizza from here. I usually choose Mia's or papa johns. Wasted $24 and got a burned pizza and wings with so much uncooked skin I gagged trying to chew it. NEVER again will I order domino's. I had domino's probably 6 years ago till today wonder why.

We ordered gluten free pizza since Dominio's was the only place we could find it on short notice. When we went to pick it up, they told us they didn't have our order so we re ordered but the delivery guy took our pizzas and gave it to someone else because that person walked in complaining about gluten free pizzas they didn't order. Needless to say we ordered at 7:30pm and didn't eat until 10pm. Not happy.

This dominos SUCKS! Our pizza was not cooked properly. We ordered an XL pizza and didn't even finish one slice. Straight in the bin. The staff are rude and I personally feel it is unprofessional to play heavy metal music.. We had a gift voucher for here so we decided to use it, otherwise we would never go here. We will be sticking with Papa johns pizza - at least you get a high quality pizza for the price you pay. Not happy.

Domino's pizza sucks so bad. Do yourself a favor and order a pizza from Mia's and place it in your refrigerator before you go to the parks. Then when you return at 11 PM or later, you can heat yourself up a slice or two and actually not want to barf after a little munch.
