Excellent food, always a great time and a great value for the food. Hands down the best philly cheesesteak around these parts of town!

Stay away! Delivery is HORRIBLE. They were 35 minutes late and the manager couldn't understand why the pizza was cold. "He would never send out a cold pizza" says Arnelle. Multiple issues with the delivery from the delivery driver not using GPS to find an apartment 1 mile away, not complete delivery instructions entered into the order by the manager, driver going to the wrong side of the building/apartment # when he gets here and still tried to collect cash on a grubhub order paid via credit card. NO apology from the driver. Speaking with Arnelle, he said he doesn't know how he could refund my order because I had a pizza (even though it was cold). He had to call and get approval. I requested a call from the owner and to my surprise, the owner actually called. Other than being able to get 2 words in, the owner (Craig) wanted to get me off the phone and that was it. He wanted to issue a store credit or have me come in to pick up a credit...how about just refund the credit card (grubhub offered to do that when they called and spoke with your manager). Good pizza is hard to find in this area, I was so hopeful!

Very small place. Eat outside or order to go. While trying to ordering the cook was hollering at the cashier and I about my order before I could even get my words out. Confusing us and making it feel very rushed, to the point she didn't even hear what I was saying and had me repeat everything I was saying twice maybe three times. Kinda rude, really no manners at all. We each ordered the cheese steaks and a small fry, which were good. They spread a garlic butter on the hoggies and grill them so they really don't get soggy. The fries they sprinkle with a season salt, which makes them tasty. Probably will go back as long as the cook shuts up and lets us order.

Went to this small place in hopes of getting a decent cheesesteak for the Eagles game today. Cheesesteak was good, not too heavy but really good flavor. Side of fries were nothing to write home about, though the onion rings had good flavor as well.

I found the prices reasonable. The grilled chicken in the fetuccini alfredo was grilled nicely. The decent remarks end there. The salad was wrong, the roles were inedible because they were so burnt and drenched in olive oil. The fetuccini sauce was so watery and had absolutely no flavor. The drink was flat. Overall, I am disappointed with this meal especially given the other great delivery services in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Pretty decent cheesesteaks for being outside of Philly, and YES, being born & raised in Philly (amongst other places), I would know a REAL cheesesteak! The only issue is that I've gotten the same thing twice, so I'll update the review when I further explore the menu! Stay tuned! ;-)

I just finished my second visit to pat's. I enjoyed it as much if not more then the first. For the Chesse steak they use excelent quality meat that's perfectly prepared and seasoned. I will take a picture next time. I couldn't manage to stop myself from eating before the picture could be taken. Give them a try and let them please you. And by the way they have cheese wiz.

The cheesesteak is probably one of the best post work out meals I've had, very filling and fresh. The service was proper. On game days it's also a good place to grab some wings and beer. I haven't had a cheesesteak with such flavour in while! I recommend it especially to grab food to go and hit the beach.

Ok do not confuse this with Pat's King of Steaks in Philly! Again the name is all they have in common. It's really a just a greasy spoon in the Hood with just a couple tables. Again this isn't the best neighborhood nor does it draw the best crowd so the lack of tables is on purpose. They don't want their clientele hanging around or staying all day. Get in, order and get out! Should be take-out only. Don't go in dressed nicely you'll be putting a target on your back to be approached! Now that I said all that you'll ask why the heck did you go in there? Well I was curious and I grew up in the Hood so I know how to deal with it. My inner Hoodiness (I know it's not a word) likes a good greasy meal every now and then. Guess what, I was expecting nothing and the food was pretty good! Like Philly, please tell them how you want your cheesesteak or you'll get what they feel like giving you. No cheese-whiz but they have an assortment of choices. The bread was fresh the meat was good and it was greasy enough that it was like a 6 or 7 napkin meal! That is if the napkins are thick! They have pizza as well and it looks pretty good too! If your going by the slice it's a good inexpensive option. If you're grabbing some grub before or after hitting the beach or you're looking for a quickie meal to take out, it's a pretty good option. I'll get those grease pangs again so I'll stop by for more. :-) Someone once told me that you can judge a good cheesesteak when halfway through your meal you have grease dripping off your elbows, so on that scale this passes the grade as well!

Pats use to be one of my fav places to go. It's right down the street and use to have good food with good portions! The past few times have just gotten worse and worse. Today I ordered a cheesesteak and fries. Well I got what I believed to be a child size fries for almost 5$ and a cheese steak with next to no meat at all!!! I took a picture of how little meat it had. I felt I was eating bread with cheese. So sad they raise their prices and decreases how much you get.

First impressions are everything. And my first & last impression of this restaurant is that I'll never order from them again. I'll admit this review is based solely on customer service & not the food. The reason for this is because it took them almost 2 hours & fifteen minutes to deliver my order & I'm only 2 miles away from their restaurant. After 2 calls to the restaurant inquiring about the location of my order I was reassured it was 5 minutes away. Five minutes turned in to twenty then thirty minutes . When my food finally arrived the driver walked into the lobby of the building; had the front desk guy call up to my apartment and ask me to come downstairs to get my food. It was in this moment I was apoplectic. I refused delivery, called the restaurant for a full refund without so much as an I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Again I can't speak on the quality of the food but this singular experience ruined my appetite going forward for this restaurant. I ordered delivery and instead I got "meet me half way". I wish I could give them less than one star. I will forever tell this story & experience to those I come across. When I drive by this restaurant I'll remember this experience and will tell anyone willing to listen about it. I will never have anything good to say about this restaurant.

Visited today. First, parking is an issue. Very few spaces. The service was good. I love little hole in the wall spots typically the best food. I enjoy a good wiz cheesesteak very much and have eaten at The Pats in Philly. This was nothing like it. I spent over 25 bucks today and felt cheated. Sure, the sandwich is filled w meat (love that) but the bread tasted strange almost like baking soda ish idk. The meat was good but I was not in love or like with the sandwich. I also ordered jalepeno poppers, not good. They weren't hot and they fell apart and crumbled to the touch. I was disappointed. I will say that the staff was friendly and maybe the pizza and other menu items are great, I just didn't try those... Only the cheesesteak. Sorry Pats. I won't visit again. I think you should rethink the bread. Give the meat a burst of flavor.

Went for a Super Steak Bomb, which includes sausage and pepperoni. It was okay, but for 11.99 plus tax, I kind of expected it to be bigger. Nothing fell off the sandwich while I ate it. We used to split these years ago before the name change and I guess you still could with fries or chips, but again, that would be a little expensive for what you're getting.

The pizza isn't bad and the weekday special is nice. The cheese steaks recently increased in price. They are very inconsistent. Some days they're incredible somedays they're dry or over cooked. With the recent price jump I'm less willing to gamble and will stick with the pizza. Bonus is they have birch beer

Dropped in to pickup a Pat's Cheese Steak Hoagie for takeout. It was one of the largest Cheese Steaks that I've ever had. I ordered mine large, light onions and provolone cheese. When I arrived home, it was still very hot. I had planned on eating only the half, saving the other for a late night snack but that didn't happen. There was a good quantity of meat, but it could have been larger and maybe spicier. Perhaps I should have added more toppings. It's located on East Dania Beach Blvd, just south of FLA Airport. There parking lot in back.

Being born and raised in Philly, I am usually pretty disappointed (or more often than not downright appalled) at the cheesesteaks that are peddled out in other parts of the country as a "Philly Cheesesteak". In this case, however I have to say that these sandwiches are pretty damn good. (No Cheez Whiz and not served on an Amoroso roll but still and all a respectably tasty sub-stitute ;) It was definitely worth stopping by and we were not disappointed for the one day or so a month that we do eat meat. I got my fix yesterday, thank you!. We'll be back.

Since I was prepping for my baby shower the next day and had family in town I opted for pizza instead of making the brood of 5 dinner. I had been driving by Pat's for a while and wanted to check them out... We ordered 2 large specials (one special was halved cause of my picky family) which added on 3 bucks to the price, an order of garlic rolls and a chicken hoagie for my dad. I almost had a heart attack when he told me the cost - $57 for the order. I guess I really should figure out the cost before I actually go and order. When the delivery guy arrived he didn't bring the garlic rolls - I called back and he kinda argued with me that I didn't order the rolls... um, for $57 I better be getting garlic rolls! He then remembered that I did order rolls and brought them back pretty quickly. My dad took one bite of the hoagie and practically spit it out - nothing against Pat's hoagies. I forgot to specify to make it chicken and since my dad is going all crazy cause of his cholesterol he refused to finish the hoagie. Well, I had it the next day and can say he certainly missed something amazing! - I think we all should have ordered hoagies instead of the pizza. The pizza's were good - I've had better. From 2 large pizza's feeding basically 5 people we still had about 4 slices left over, so it was very filling! Will I order pizza from there again? Probably not... Will I order a hoagie from there? You betchya!

Tried the Cuban.... loved the Cuban! This is a tiny restaurant with super friendly staff. They use boars head meats for their sandwiches abd I just dont think you can find better deli meat anywhere. Great place with great sandwiches!

Didn't have a great experience first time. Although I did take it to go, it still tasted good. I will definitely be back to try in house next time.

Hands down the best philly i've had in SoFla. nice clean place, a bit small but whatever as long as the food is good. they had a very extensive menu rangin from hoagies and subs to pizzas and calzones. my first visit I ordered a philly cheese and a side of fried raviolis, both were excellent.

Little dives like these often hold unexpected treasures. Not this one. With a name like Pat's, you can't help but think that maybe, just maybe, a great cheese steak can be found here. Even with Wiz, this was not to be. The amount of salt in this sandwich was way beyond normal. Bread was mushy. The chicken Phili was equally as bad. We ordered a cheese pie, which was acceptble, at best. We found out from an employee that the owner is never around. This very much shows by the total lack of care that is put into the food and service. Return trip? Not a chance. My advice to you? Keep driving.

I just spent an awesome time at the Dania dog beach and I was starving as the ocean tends to make me feel after a swim. When I got hear I noticed they used boars head meats which is a good thing in my book. After deciding between the Hot Pastrami and the regular philly cheese steak, I opted for the ladder. The Steak in the sandwich was hearty, and stringy like real steak (Stringy in a good way). The Bread was really good and soft. All the ingredients were just the right combination of meat, onions, and cheese. the person working there offered me a sauce they called "bleep" sauce that was just the right amount of spice and tang. It looks spicy, but my girlfriend who doesn't handle spicy well, even liked it. We also got the crinkle cut fries and soda for 2.50 more. Over all a great experience. They also have pizza, nothing fancy, just you're standard buy a slice and they heat in the oven kinda deal, but good. Give them a try if you get a chance.
