Um, it's Dunkin donuts, kinda hard to mess up. Just stopped in for a coffee and free sandwich. I was in and out at 8:15 in 2 mins. Really great service imo

This is by far one of the best DD! I come here about 4-6 times per week and they never fail me. They always get my order right and my coolatas come out perfect each and every time. There could be 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru and they maintain a punctual pace. I dont think I have ever had to wait more than 5 minutes!

I stop in this DD location rather frequently. I must say the employees are always real nice and in a good mood. Its a high volume location so service is usually very quick as well.

After new management I give them a 5 star since they are now faster,cleaner,looks more organized and with the drive thru moving fast it makes the stop for breakfast worth it!

Rarely does the staff here give a care of what you want. They will take their time coming to the register to take your order. Iced coffee with cream & sugar here means that you will basically receive a glass of milk and sugar that is a murky brown color. Apparently they don't realize that when you order coffee that you'd actually like it as the primary ingredient in the drink...

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! I've never experienced the customer service I did tonight at approx 8:30PM. To the guy that "has been working since 3AM," give me a break! I used to come to this DD every morning for my coffee before work. I'll have to find someplace new. I have never been so turned off before by customer service. Initially went through the drive thru to order a coffee and a couple of donuts. Unfortunately, the person working the drive thru had a difficult time hearing us. OK, no problem, we pulled around and went inside. The person working was extremely rude and obviously upset that he was still working since he had been there since 3AM, which he HAD to tell us about. He went on to give us a hard time about a specific donut we inquired about.. Whatever. Never again. P.S. if working at DD is so miserable, perhaps you should work elsewhere!!! Don't take it out on the customers. Jerk!

Fast, friendly service. Drive thru us extremely quick and professional. Major renovations inside as well. Starbucks is fancy but this honestly is better as they prepare it for you.

I usually come to this Dunkin Donuts every weekend for my morning coffee and it's a toss up as to whether they get it right. Normally it's about 75% of the time. This time they didn't. When you say extra light extra sweet you would expect them to load it up with sugar, but I guess they ran out or are watching their sugar inventory. I wish they would listen to the customer more.

A neighborhood Dunkin Doughnuts on the West side of S. Federal Highway with a drive up window. The service is friendly and the coffee hot. There is an open wi-fi, but I wasn't able to get it to work. There's plenty of parking in front.

24 hour drive thru. It was after 11 pm after I got out of work and the lady was still busy with a line behind me after I left. I wanted something nice and juicy for the breakfast the next day.. so I got the original and the lemon filled one. I almost forgot to give the lady the change and she said she didn't have time and that it was ok without it. But, I gave her the change anyways.
