This place is a hole in the wall/biker bar (literally), so if that's not your thing then don't go here. That said, everyone was really nice to us and the food is some of the best we'd had in the area. Everything was fresh and tasted great, not to mention that the mullet dip was unbelievably good! The bad on Sunday was worth staying for, and we drove the 45 minutes each way on Tuesday to have lunch there a 2nd time.

We had to slam on the brakes and do a u-turn when we saw the sign for fish dip outside this little hole in the wall. It was a bit scary walking in, as it's more of a rough bar than a restaurant, but the food did not disappoint. We had smoked mullet, fish dip and oyster stew. The oysters were shucked right in front of us. Just close your eyes and go eat here.

Great hole in the wall local dive, perfect for a cold beer, amazing fish dip and plenty of eclectic people watching. We came to listen to a local band and met a few bikers, a local family with a daughter our age, and a carful of tourists from Japan (seriously). Don't miss the oysters, which are super-fresh from the area. Come by on a weekend night for live music by the toilet garden (no really, there's a toilet garden). Don't let the appearance fool you- give it a try!

If you want southern hospitality, fresh oysters, and cold beer then you found your place. We stopped in on a Sunday for lunch and couldn't have had a better experience. They have a great selection of food and a smoker able to do ribs, pulled port and smoked mullet. We tasted mullet for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The grouper sandwich was delicious as well as the oysters and fried Oreo Deseret. It looks like a dive from the outside but will stop in for sure the next time we come through this way.

I only give it one star because zero stars is not an option. Had I went to the bathroom or looked around at all before we ordered we would have left immediately!! When I took my son to the bathroom and saw the huge roaches crawling along the base boards in the bathrooms almost threw up. Then I looked at the floor...big mistake! Is there no health dept in backwoods Florida? Wtf?? Seriously...this place needs to be shut down! Oysters with bacon bits should not be called oysters with bacon, fakon bits maybe, but never bacon. I didn't die of food poisoning, but probably should have. Drive by, don't stop here. People were nice enough, but visible roaches in a restaurant is not a good sign! I felt like throwing up all afternoon as did my husband. Our son didn't finish his food and we didn't care and didn't take it with us. We just paid our outlandish bill for such horrible food/environment and got the flock out of there as quick as possible. Didn't let the reviews fool you too! Keep driving folks! There will be someplace else to eat someplace down the road. Wait It Out!!! Don't eat at Outz!!! Trust me on this one!!!

Mediocre food - bad service- dirty - waited over two hours for fish sandwich that tasted like a McDonalds fish sandwich.

The outside of the place looks a bit "authentic" but the food is great. They say it's all home made and I believe it. I had a cup of gumbo and I wished I had ordered a bowl. They had a lot of fish and meat in it. It was probably the best gumbo I've ever had. Next, I ordered 12 steamed oysters in butter and garlic. Wow!!

No frills Florida biker stop in the middle of nowhere...and I'm not a biker. But I was looking for decent seafood in the area, and after looking around St Marks, I found this place instead. Good food! I had the basket combo with fried shrimp & fish, hush puppies, and fries. All excellent...especially with beer. Place is simple and people are friendly enough. Dylan would say it's "real." Give it a try....

Quite the place! The food was good-blackened fish sandwich and fries, but the toilet garden in the back was the best part! Great local people

Loved this dive restaurant/bar as we were passing through. Seemed shady from the outside but was pleasantly rustic. The bacon wrapped shrimp that came highly recommended did not disappoint. The grouper sandwich was deliciously messy. Staff was super friendly and helpful especially to our young children.

This is not the cleanest place you will ever visit. It is not the most modern. It is not high city, high class, or high dollar. In short, it's just about perfect. They shuck the oysters in front of you, straight from a cooler, and they are hyper-friggin'-local. As in, they probably drink with the tongers who bring 'em there. This is a local place that tolerates locals with plenty of good humor. I've been here twice to eat and stopped other times as well. The story behind the place is pretty cool: Miss Dorothy was a dog groomer, and the owners wanted to close down the place, so rather than let it go dark or get bought by developers, she bought it - and she works the place, too. Locals seem to love it, as do people driving US 98 who stop by for the oysters or fish dip. Look, this is a vintage Florida roadside oyster bar. If you don't like it here, you should probably not be in the state. Outzs Too is as real (and as tasty) as it gets.

Stopped here on my way to a beach weekend, had a dozen oysters and a beer. It was good. Stopped on the way BACK from the weekend, and had a dozen oysters, and a large smoked mullet, and iced tea. It was good. Place doesn't look like much from the outside (or the inside either, come to think of it) but it's clean, the staff is pleasant, and will talk with you if you like. A couple of tables inside, and lots of bar stools. Large seating area (picnic tables) outside, with netting to keep the bugs down. Right at the St. Marks River bridge on US98, west bank. Don't be afraid. Go.

Don't fool around. Get the bacon wrapped shrimp, smoked mullet dip, pulled pork, and deep fried Oreos!

While on a road trip we were looking for a place to watch the FIFA Women's World Cup--a difficult task in the South. Ouzts, Too did not disappoint! Despite the fact that no one here was the least bit interested in soccer, they put they game on for us on their best t.v. Tasty food--oysters were shucked right at the bar in front of us, friendly service, and an overall cool place to hang out. Large bar, one pool table, two t.v's, one of which is big-screen; there is also seating outside on the patio. Compared to California prices, the food we ate was cheap. This is not a 'rough-bar' as one reviewer said. Looks like primarily a hang-out for locals, most of whom are bikers, and all of whom were friendly and kept to their own business. Just don't be a jack-ass in their establishment and you'll have a good time. Next time I'm in Florida, I'm coming back here for sure.

All the food is over salted. Confederate flags everywhere. Kind of scary. "Gourmet" grilled cheese is American cheese on bread. Nothing gourmet. Went for alliteration over substance. Pass over if you can.

Not many places on the way to Panama City but well worth the stop. Quite friendly and interesting folks here. Cold beer and tasty gumbo. Very eclectic interior, kinda like a Key West vibe.

I believe my entire family enjoyed the meal. This is definitely one of those "hole in the wall "restaurants. It's an old building. It's a family owned and rundown place. My guess is they barely passed the health inspections. But if you can get by all of that, the people are nice and the local people enjoy eating there. We sat at the oyster bar and my mother-in-law really enjoyed the oysters. I had a pulled pork sandwich which was good. The oysters were definitely fresh, we watched him remove them from the shells.

Passing through and discovered this little gem. Don't let this dive fool you... the food is stellar. We had smoked mullet, which was incredible. The fish basket came with very tasty hush puppies and fries, all served to order piping hot. The service is super friendly. When passing through, recommend stopping on by.

We were looking for a last minute spot for a poorly planned wedding rehearsal dinner. Me being the groom, delegated the responsibility of finding a place to one of my groomsmen. Not an easy task to find a place with cold drinks and yummy food that can accommodate a group of 25 on very short notice. But the kind people at Ouzts Too told us to come on down. Upon arrival the look of the place put a few people in the party off immediately. Be warned, it is quite the hole in the wall. You will not find a white tablecloth anywhere in the place. But once we got seated, the same groomsman who found the place kicked it off with the first song on the karaoke machine and we were off to the races! Not only could the two seasoned waitresses handle the large group, they did it with kindness and grace. Because of our group's size the food did take quite a while but the wait was offset by the steady flow of cold beer and an even steadier flow of fun! The smoked mullet was awesome! In fact, everything we had was awesome. Cody's ribs are to die for and the dude can sing! I think the staff had just about as much fun as we did! If you look around, you might find our signed dollar bill on the wall. It reads, "Thank you from Michael and Lydia's wedding party! Wakulla Springs Lodge 4/4/15" If you are at the Lodge, don't miss the short trip up the road to Ouzts Too!
