Good donuts and coffee, efficient service. Not the easiest place to turn into, but that's okay. Will be back again.

Strictly on service. I think 18 minutes is about the average time I wait in the drive thru. It's a bit ridiculous. I would at all costs start avoiding this place. Most people come here on there way to work and if that is the case this place will will make you late, I think they need management in here that understands the concept of quick service and getting people in and out. At this time there is absolutely no care or consideration for the customers. As I do sometimes still come here till the next best happens. I do not recommend this place.

I like to read reviews but sometimes you have to try something yourself in a pinch even after reading bad reviews. This one had only 3 bad reviews about slow. Since I wasn't in a hurry we went ahead and tried them. We were presently surprised how fast they were. The food was ok could have been better. No attitude and fast service got them 4 stars. Would have been 5 if food was better.

I waited ten minutes in line because the guy at the register disappeared. Then they didn't have any dark roast coffee brewed, so I had to wait longer for just my plain coffee. The large ice coffee I asked for with a hazelnut shot was made with hazelnuts swirl and when I informed the person making the coffee of this she rolled her eyes and huffed away with my coffee to remake it. When she returned this time without any milk in the coffee she threw it on the counter in front of me and walked away. Her attitude was obvious and made me feel like a customer of no value who was putting her out and the coffee still wasn't made correctly. The manager didn't seemed concerned until she realized I was still waiting and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I was still waiting on a plain regular coffee and was told now they were out of medium cups now and they had to get more. I tried to find a large straw and these were out too and when asking the lady making my coffee for a straw she said condescendingly, "There aren't any over there?". I told her no that's why I am asking for one. It took 10 minutes from when my receipt was printed to when l I received my brewed coffee. I settled without the dark roast because it wasn't brewed then had to wait on them finding cups somewhere because they wouldn't just put it in a larger cup so I could get on with my life. I like Dunkin coffee and the price is lower than Starbucks, but haven't had many good experiences with the service from any of the central Florida Dunkin Donuts.

It's funny to read other reviews. I literally drive to the Ocoee location just to avoid this extremely convenient location. Extremely rude. Ridicukous wait times. I just waited at the window for a bagel twist for 10 min with at least 10 cars behind me and at least 3 cars ended up leaving. When I asked what's going on she rolled her eyes at me. If I hadn't already paid I would have driven off. Yesterday my coffee was hot and I ordered cold so they dumped it in ice and it tasted horrible throw that on top that for some reason every bagel sandwich I get seams soggy. Trust me just wait a couple minutes and go to another location unless you just want to throw your money away. Such a shame too

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. Felisha is so unbelievably rude that it causes me to travel in the other direction to a different local Dunkin Donuts. Aside from the rude staff, the coffee is always burnt and the donuts are stale or soggy. I called once and I was informed it was due to the humidity in Florida. What a joke, every other Dunkin Donuts doesn't seem to have any issues. Avoid at all costs!
