Sub par food. Much to loud in this restaurant to enjoy anything.

Food was not great as the last time. The wings weren't fully cooked and almost slimy. The service was the worst and sooooo slow. The manager walked by twice and each time never got any employees to clean the floor. The menus were sticky and there was food and dirt all over the floor. Our waitress picked up only the fries from floor and that was it. I paid my check and had to actually get up n ask the hostess for boxes to take my food home. Horrible experience and not going back ever. I went around 8pm on a Saturday and there isn't enough people paying attention to the customers I can def agree to most of the negative feedback given for this restaurant

I always say. "If I can make it better myself I won't eat there"! That's why I haven't been to a chilis in over 15 years. I didn't enjoy anything. This is a perfect place for a few teenagers to hang out and eat but not the place for the sophisticated pallets.

Great service from the minute we walked through the door. Food was fantastic. The servers were attentive and very personable. Great crew! Totally satisfying experience.

We ordered takeout one night when we didn't have time to dine in. The ordering process was great and quick. The service was courteous. The food was not what you normally get. Fries were very soggy. The burger we ordered was over cooked and the Lettuce was so oily and wilted. The chicken crispers were fried for way too long. The inside of the chicken was like dehydrated. Nothing good about this takeout food wise.

Wow, where to begin?! First night at this location. Very busy for a Tuesday, waited 25 minutes. An hour passed and did not have our food. Waitress came by and asked if the manager stopped by. No, but he passed us about 5 times. He finally came and said the order was lost, and that only the kids meal will be taken off our check. The food came and the mini burgers were burnt and hard as a rock. They replaced the burgers. The whole night took about 2.5 hours. Never going back there again.

I know Chili's always do a high volume of business but the one issue I have with them is that they always seem dirty. The menus are good and usually do not have a problem with the food but when you sit down and have to ask someone to clean the floor around you it does not leave a good first impression. Maybe they need to slow down and take care of the messes that are left before they reseat people.

Had a night out with my kids here, waited about 15 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night not bad at all. The staff was pretty professional and it didn't take too long for the food to arrive. Here's where it went wrong. My kids food was fine no issue there, Unfortunately my dinner was less than expected. I had the new Sirloin avocado dinner. I ordered my steak medium rare and was looking forward to it, not even close. Not only was the steak overcooked but, the steak looked and tasted like it was boiled or microwaved I was starving and didn't want to wait so I just ate it. Not flavorful or enticing at all. I also tried a mango margarita which lacked flavor I'm not sure if i'm going to return, maybe give them a second chance, but I definitely wouldn't order a steak.

One of my favorite restaurants to visit ever since I moved to Clermont. First off the service is always excellent while I'm there, the waiters and waitresses are always polite and kind, and if there's ever a problem (which there hardly is) they do whatever they can to fix it right away. The food is always delicious especially their Classic Nachos and we'll cooked too. I'm always satisfied with an excellent meal, so that's why I think this Chilies is worth 5 Stars.

This chilis is great! We really have NO good places to eat in the Clermont area and I have been here a couple times and it has been good but I recently went in and sat at the bar and the bartender was more than helpful! I love the two for one drinks but they don't have fresh lime juice in them and normally don't make an effort to let you change the drink order and she was awesome! She made it exactly how I wanted it and was very attentive the entire time especially for how busy she was!!

Not the absolute worst place I've been too, but in no way good. Slow seating (at 2 on a weekday), slow food (for us, and also heard one couple leaving before food came and another being apologized to for the delay), surly service, and poor food. I mean, I don't expect chili's to have amazing food... But this was either too hot or too cold, overlooked, and lacking even basic flavor. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they were having kitchen problems and microwaving everything.

So far, I'm not pleased and I haven't even sat down at the table. Me and my guy entered at 5:45PM on a Saturday evening, with only a party of 6 and a party of 2 waiting ahead of us. There were 5 empty booths in the dining room (that were visible) and a bunch of open tables in the bar, but unfortunately there was a pack of wild kids running around unattended in that area to make any of those bar tables remotely appealing- even if either if us had walked to this Chili's from the beach. We left our name with the zombi-like hostess and were given an estimated time of 10 minutes for our table. At 6:05, we were seated by another extremely friendly hostess, (while zombie-hostess stood dead-eyed staring out the front door) who apologized for our long wait and thanked us for our patience. All the empty booths- minus the now occupied "ours" still remained empty. We sat for only a few minutes and our server arrived to take our drink and food order. She was efficient and quite pleasant. Drinks were on the table in minutes and were well made. During the wait for our food, I was "entertained" by the "balloon clown woman" who walked the floor making balloon hats and animals for the kids and grown-up-kids who just had to partake in the all of the wonderment of twisting a balloon up into a phallic looking thing one than sticks on their head in a public eatery and sits there with a crow-eating grin for the rest of their meal. I completely "get" that Chili's is one of the furthest places from fine dining, but I really don't want to hear the symphony of rubber balloon animals squealing together while I eat- and when did Chili's become a circus? If I wanted clowning around, I'd head to Sarasota and join Ringling Brothers. It may be a better career choice for this balloon gal too. It is now 6:45 and our food has not arrived despite our server taking our order no more than 5 minutes or so after we were seated. At 7:15 our fajita plates were cleared and despite the long wait, we DID order dessert on the "ziosk" since we are craving the molten chocolate cake. This dessert is usually pretty epic if you are a chocoholic and only once was it ever ruined by some caramel fettish freak (drowned in enough caramel to smother Jill Masterson from 'Goldfinger'). Overall, this location fares well on service once you get past the door zombie, but is SLOOOOW out of the kitchen. Again, I can't fathom why the high-horse people thought bringing low-brow entertainment (remember the balloon animals?) would be a good idea. It's distracting, noisy and kids scream and cry when they stab their creations with knives and forks once they have them anyway. When grandma has a heart attack from the *POP* will they finally "get that this isn't exactly a good way to entertain the kiddies"? Bring back the crayons. And lastly, why did they change so much on the menu? There was nothing wrong with the food before and now everything has some "secret sauce" on it or something. Most of it tastes like balloon animal poo. Chili's was an inexpensive, casual place that we enjoyed for a quick meal that now has become slow that has too much of a free range, circus feel. With the exception of the above mentioned service- which is this locations ONLY REDEEMING features, we pretty much have lost our taste for Chilli's everywhere.

This particular location is really cool. The kids and I usually get a kick out of the games, while my girlfriend and I usually like the drink specials. The food isn't bad, either. Really tasty, and always fresh off the grill! The wait staff doesn't miss a beat!

Went here for some food and a few two for one draft beers. I ordered some wings to start out with, had a Chili's Cheesesteak for my entrée and a few draft beers. The food was very good and the service was outstanding. The waitress took great care of us. 4 Stars for service alone.

Ok, Ok, Ok, I get it Chili's Bar & Grill is a chain restaurant and the food is all the same! But I have to say this Chili's has good service and the food is prepared well. Well done to the employee's at Chili's on Hwy 50 Clermont.

Help! The chicken changed and is some processed yuck now. I ordered chicken fajitas and was so dissapointed. It looks like Chilis is now just starting to use some fake processed chicken breast that looks and taste like hot dog meat. I am bummed :(

We went to eat dinner and were seated as we walked in. It was before 6:00 on a week night. We were told we'd have 3 servers. After 4 or 5 minutes a young man came to our table for our drink orders. He brought our drinks and took our food order. All of us chose items that were appetizers for our entrees. He brought our drinks out. One of us got coke the others sweet and un sweet tea. The tea had a really weird taste. We've eaten here before so it wasn't like the water is bad in the area and that's how it tastes. So none of us kept drinking our tea and were going to get new ones when he returned. Now none of our 3 servers returned to our table for over 30 minutes. When he did return he said "oh your dinners should be out shortly" I said if they aren't here in about 2 minutes we are leaving. He said "oh" and walked while smirking slowly to the kitchen. I timed him. At the 2:00 min mark we put money down to pay for our un used drinks and left. There were 3 people being sung to for their birthdays while we were there so we thought maybe it's big parties. No, 6 people was the biggest group in the bldg. There were only 15 or so people in our half of the restaurant at all. All with food already on their table when we got there, and no no trays came out while were there. The menu is very greasy and we don't eat there often as a chain. But we know that going in. The lack of service this time was just too much. The one in Winter Garden is much better , but still has left something off or made something wrong each of the last 3 times we were there. We seriously have decided not to eat at Chili's after this. Sub par greasy food with bad service is just a waste of money.
