Been here for drive-tru but ended up a walk-in customer. There was this problem on their drive-tru, so I just decided to dine before I get lost a lot time and a lot of patience. The inside was not that okay, well. I had much better place in the first place. Food was mediocre, not too good if you ask me.

Service service oh yeah...40 MINUTES LATER!!!! THE SERVICE! We order our food in an establishment that isnt crowded & maybe 4 tables full...and we paid the price of lazy slow service. Total time: an hour and a half of time not able to get back. Enjoy your time if you go here...cause the food will not be served to you on time.

Frisco melt is amazing and I get it almost every time. Great place for a good quick meal, old school diner style. Excellent shakes. Definitely recommended and will stop by again.

The food was as expected for a steak and shake though my Frisco melt barely had any sauce on it and wasn't cut in half like they usually do. The service is an all different thing. I went through the drive thru at 1:30pm on Sunday so it was not busy. Woman (found out it was an overweight white woman - not being rude, only trying to be descriptive if a manager wants to know) who took my order made me feel rushed, never said thank you and sounded annoyed). When I pulled up and asked her about the Steak and Shake app about how to add my purchase to it, she said quickly I had to do it before paying and enter my credit card info. When I started answering to let her know I had already done that, I hadn't said 2 words before she said "Have a nice day" and turn around and closed the window in my face. Again, not a busy time and only had one car behind me. Seriously? That's what you call customer service? I guess they might not be aware of how many choices I have around here other than them. Unless I get a response from a manager or DM, never coming back.

BELOW sub par....granted I ordered at 3:30 AM, and I was the only customer in the drive thru & the dining room...My schedule is different than most & I expect the food to be prepared and served to the same standard as 3:30 in the afternoon. None of my food came out correctly as well as cold fries, and a terrible burger. Probably because they do not have a manager working at this time of night. So if and when(&that's a BIG if) the manager may or may not read this, please contact me and let me explain to you how you are slacking at your job for the company that you apparently have no concern for.....dare you.

Very good. ReasonAble prices. Always come here. They always send coupons weekly. Meals under 5.00 dbl. bacon cheeseburger. I recommend it for a quick decent reasonable meal. You can't go wrong. Lot of locations.

Drive thru is a giant time suck!!!!! Pulled up to the speaker at 1:55 after a long morning at work, the woman says it's too early for the happy hour discount so I order a soda but get to the window and as I had suspected it was 2pm so now it wasn't too early so I asked if she could add on a shake since it's half price so she told me to go back around. I do that and three people get in front of me before I circle back around and now I'm sandwiched in the drive thru line with no drink and it's 100+ outside and I've been here 20 minutes!!!!

Popped into this Steak N Shake for break fast but we weren't in the mood for eggs we wanted burgers and onion rings and they were ready to oblige. They have a terrific $4 menu and it does not disappoint. with many options. The triple cheeseburger is hearty and delicious and the onion rings are divine. Our server was Sarah, she was terrific, very friendly, kept my hubby's iced tea glass full and was very attentive. The gentleman cooking the food was also very friendly. The service, food and price were all outstanding. We will definitely be back and it is because of our fantastic server. Thanks, Sarah!

I have eaten at this place a couple times including dining-in and drive-through. Meals are made to order and come out fresh and hot! The service is always good too. They always hand out their coupons in a weekly advertisement. Also they have Happy Hour for their delicious shakes 2-4pm and 2-4am. I like their fruit smoothie rather than milk shake. If you want to have a cheap meal and tired of McDonald's , then this is the place to go.

From what I've researched online their $4 burger combo has the lowest calories out there and it tastes better than all the others. I try not to eat too much fast food nowadays but getting one of theses every once in a while is guiltless :)

Super friendly and accommodating staff. The shakes are fantastic and the burgers are pretty tasty as well. The fries are not as good but are more there for the convenience of having fries. I would recommend going in during lunch hours because it sure can get crowded during dinner with both sit down and drive-thru services.
