Will not order from this location again!!!! I called and ordered instead of ordering online, the girl taking my order was too pre-occupied with talking to the boys in the kitchen then providing customer service. She kept asking me" oh are you talking to me?" Then before giving me a total she said ok 45 minutes for deilvery and hung up. I immediately called her back and told her i was not done irdering and needed to ass cheezy bread onto my order and i believed there was a cheezy bread credit from a couple months before she said "oh yes there is but you are just gojng to have to wait longer for your delivery now"then hung up. An hour late the delivery driver called me mocking mw and being extremely rude telling me i provided a fake address and he was in the middle of the road miles away and i needed to gove him the real address i gave him directions from where he was and immediately called the store, the manager agreed they knew where my address that the old delivery driver had delivered to dozens of times did exist and it was a mie away from the store and he would call him, 30 minutes later the delivery driver showed up no cheezy bread and with an ice cold pizza. The manager said there was no credit so they didnt add the bread and the phone girl swore she never talked to me about it. When j told him if he didnt know about the credit i should have been called back since i could see my card had already been charged for a stale cold pizza and bread he said " oh ok yes i see well i get them right out first delivery with a new order" he promised delivery of a fresh order i 2t minutes. Fast forward another hour and a half later no delivery and ive caled 10 times and veen put on hold every time ive been informed the manager left and i can call back in the morning and i cant be refunded until the morning if they DECIDE that a refund is due. Our order was sitting under a heat lamp waiting for a delivery driver as nlw there were 12 orders ahead of us I gave the phone over to my fiance who then told them he would come pick our order up as now it had been 3 and a half hours since originally ordering and 11 P.M. Jake told him not to come pick it up and we informed him we had already waited 3 hourz and paid for it we were coming for it... he then agreed nd said he would remake a fresh one to be hot...now the THIRD PIZZA! When we got there 8 minutes later the pizza and bread were sitting on the counter and it was cold, not just cooled off but 2 hours sitting under a lamp in a counter cold, they then said they would make a new one like they said... the girl at the front counter who had "never talked to me or taken my order" was having rders cancelled on the phone and said they were just so busy and 2 delivery drivers had left, yes peopel were calling about their orders but when we were walking in all the teenagers were standing in the kitchen joking around... as we waitied for iur food to be made a 3rd time the owner showed up and she just went to the back wiping counters in assuming so they had a chaperone in the building, the counter girl then proceeded to yell at the only boy who was helpful to us about another order being cancelled, we were not given a receipt when we finally received our food and o went back in to ask this time got the owner and she said i should have already been recunded i was not i made her do it while i was standing there! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER BUT BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY THEN BE BLAMED FOR IT!

This was the worst pizza I have every had on my life. I'm from new york and definitely know my pizza. It. was inedible, dry, tasteless and painfull to smell. Stay away from this place like the plague. You want good or even great pizza go to villa maria. Now thats a pizza.

Our delivery driver altered the receipt to get a bigger tip! Luckily I check all our accounts daily and caught the fraud! Unfortunately the manager was very rude and sided with the driver! Who pays a $9 tip at all, in this economy, and then makes the total $29 when the original price was 21! 21 + 9 doesn't equal 29! Be careful ordering from here and Caleb the manager has no skills dealing with customers! I even started out nice and then was treated like a thief myself!

I am a fan of their thin crust pizza. To be honest, I haven't tried their other crusts so I cannot comment. But if you like that cracker crust, its good pie. The service is quick and polite. Their cheese bread and desserts are OK, but not great.

One star is being nice! This place is a joke. Over charged me for 2 pizzas so I called to speak to a manager and she told me it depends on who takes your order on what the price is! I was livid and asked if that sounds logical? Then the manger hung up on me twice!!! NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE!!! Who knows what price they'll charge you!

Received a coupon in a mailer for a free med 2 topping pizza. Figured I would give it a try. Pizza was really good. Kind of tucked away in a side plaza behind a supermarket but worth going. Even without a coupon I would go back. Basically pizza, subs and salads. They have 2 locations. They have some really nice specialty pizzas. Highly recommend them. Very friendly staff.

Pizza took nearly an hour for a close delivery and was a barely warm, soggy, greasy mess. Really had little flavor yet the box talks about their secret spices that make it different. Asked delivery driver for a crushed red pepper packet and he replied in a smart aleck way if I had requested it beforehand. For a guy standing there expecting a tip, get a freakin' clue. How hard is it to carry this stuff with you? This was my second try for Marco's East Lake (first was eat-in) and though we have money to spend, my family won't be back. There is nothing special about this place and in fact the product and service is below average. And average is not good.

Great pizza! I enjoy trying new pizza places, which us how I ran across Marcos. I am very impressed with the pizza here. Lots of flavor at a decent cost. If I'm in the mood for some great pizza, Marcos is the place to get it.

Crispy, thin crust pizza with mozzarella cheese and very fresh toppings, Tasty sandwiches. Eat in, pick it up or have it delivered. What more do you need to know? The staff actually smiles and they appear to like working there - huge plus - chaances are they don't take out their frustrations on your order!! Seriously, this is a chain that is new to the area. I had low expectations, but wanted to try it. I was very pleasantly surprised. Marco's has become our favorite place for pizza delivery. Service is prompt - pizza is HOT on arrival. Pop in a DVD, pour yourself your favorite beverage to have with pizza and enjoy! Warning: Dogs think it's great that the doorbell rings and someone hands you food. They also tend to get a little testy when they figure out this great smelling box is not for them!!!

I first gave it four stars then switched it five because I can't figure out any way that I'd improve on Marcos. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. It's incredibly fresh and flavorful and better than all the big chains. It's not quite "NY style" but that really doesn't matter to me, it's still awesome. Their salad is also quite good and very cheap. The prices are VERY reasonable and the staff is always very kind...they even gave me a free drink on a hot day once while I was waiting on a to-go order. If you're in the area of the strip mall where it's located make sure to go this pizza place and not Anthony's at the other end. You'll be glad you did.
