We had a great pizza for the entire family - Large they made Veggie with one half with Mushroom and other half without Mushroom (Since i dont eat healthy). The girl who did was super quick, fast, washes her hand, puts the glouse- really professional. her name was Claudia. My mother-in-law really loved the hot and they made it was really good. we could knock off the entire lunch within ten dollar and sixty nine cents -this is amazing. This is on our way to Inverness, Florida-this was our great place for lunch.

Stopped in after spending a day at manatee springs. Ordered a 2 meat combo-brisket and turkey with 2 sides -sweet potato fries and jalapeño poppers (2). The food came out quick and was awesome! The brisket was super tender and succulent while the turkey was smoky and moist!! The sweet potato fries were curly cut ( my favorite ) and the home made jalapeño popped stuffed with cheese then wrapped in bacon.....anything wrapped in bacon scores big with me and these poppers delivered . I highly recommend this joint any time you might be passing through.....
Fantastic food great service the chicken wings we had were something special. Thank you
We are always looking for a quick place to eat when we drive from Panama City to St. Pete Bc we get so tired of typical drive thrus. We were all very pleased with our meals. Husband got brisket, I got pulled pork and kids got chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious! And banana pudding just topped it off! We were in and out in 30 minutes! We will definitely stop there again!

Pizza/salad bar lunch buffet is worth it and come just for that. Tasted other items on the menu (meatball sub, gyro, eggplant fries) and they were just okay. Eggplant fries were probably better than the two others. We come here only because there aren't too many options in town.
Not great, but one of the better places in the area. The lunch buffet is a good deal.
Stopped in for lunch on the way home to La. Really enjoyed the food. The service was slow at the beginning but improved after awhile.

Favorite stop on our way from Clearwater to Tallahassee! Burgers are great! Very big with fresh toppings. The star of this place is the milk shakes though!!! My personal favorite is the peanut butter. It is to die for!!! At the end of the shake you will find peanut butter on the bottom of your cup so you know it is made with the real thing. Thick & a great value because you get a giant shake for an amazing price.
This will be our new stop on our drive north to visit the in-laws. Oh my goodness. Cannot believe we used to stop at McDonald's on our way through to Tallahassee (there really aren't a lot of choices on the drive through this area). This place was fantastic. Great burgers and peanut butter shake was amazing. Reasonable prices. We'll be back again. Too bad they're closed on Sunday or we'd likely stop on our way home too.
Great milkshakes! Burger and fries are not bad for a drive thru! We have a home in GA so HWY 19 is a familiar route. Burger House is one of the best to choose from for HOURS! We always stop here! Never disappointed! We always recommend it to fellow hunters that often travel HWY 19. The bathrooms are a little sketchy so I usually find somewhere else to potty. :)

Looking for a plant-based option for lunch in this town is difficult but Mya's Noodle House fit the bill! We both ordered the vegetable noodle soup with extra vegies and it was quite tasty. The vegetable fried rice was very bland and needed a lot of spicing up, but at least we could eat out!
One of our favorite places to eat in Chiefland. What you want made to order.
We are from the west coast and have really been missing some good Chinese food and/or some Pho. Saw the sign Mya's Noodle House and thought we would give it a try. Pretty basic decor, kind of old, but seemed clean. We were greeted right away and told to sit where we liked. Turns out it's Chinese not Pho. We arrived early and ordered from the early bird offerings. Hubby had roast pork with vegetables, fried rice and wonton soup. He was real happy with his decision. A generous portion with a great brown sauce. I ordered the roast pork lo mein, fried rice and wonton soup. The soup was very good and had three nice wontons in it. The lo mein was good, could have used a few more veggies in the mix, thicker noodles that what I'm used to. The fried rice was a little dry and bland, but, when you mixed it in with your other food, it was fine. For $6.95 a plate, you can't go wrong. I even ended up bringing some home. In summary, probably the best chinese we've had since we crossed over the Rockies!

As far as Chiefland goes there isn't a lot of choices of actual restaurants, this is however one of the better ones. The food is good and the service has always been great. They have the best salad bar in town.
Was in Chiefland on a business trip. While the place is quite depressing (Chiefland that is), food is excellent anywhere in town. I loved the genuine BBQ taste and the price. That's my destination during my next visit to Chiefland!
This was another stop on my grand stay in Cheifland for work. After checking in to the local Day's Inn (see review), my associate and I were starving and it was gas stations and fast food as far as the eye could see. We saw this and Noodle House as we came in and asked the front desk clerk her thoughts. She immediately advised to stay clear of Noodle House and suggested this place. The first thing we noticed about the place was how cheap the food was. My buddy and I got a huge BBQ sampler with basically every meat they had, 3 sides, and a trip to the salad bar for about $20 each. They do not skimp on the portions here. I'll break things down by my impressions: Meats- Pretty terrible. They were a bit greasy and didn't have that nice smoked flavor. Salad Bar- One of the best fucking salad bars I've ever experienced. Sides- The baked beans were the best I've ever had. Also, this place had the friendliest staff I'd encountered in a while. Overall, the place wasn't bad. It's sad that you stop in at a BBQ place and the best things you have are the salad and sides. If you're ever in Cheifland, give it a try. There's not much to choose from and the price and portions are right, just don't expect BBQ heaven. However, do expect baked bean heaven and you won't be disappointed.

Hmmm. I've been there 3 times but i haven't been recently. Two times, I had a huge salad that was a 4/5 and another time I had a rib dinner and it was fantastic.
For what it is--a chain BBQ place with a cute but overdone redneck theme--it's pretty good. The interior of the Chiefland location is cozy and better planned-out than others I've visited such as the Bronson one, too. The staff is friendly and seem to care that their customers enjoy their meals. As for the food, it's not of the home-cooked caliber of Pearl Country Store (Micanopy) or Akin's BBQ (Bell), but it's far far better than Sonny's or any other chain I've ever tried. My pork sandwich was juicy and they have a variety of sauces at the table including a really good Carolina-style sauce. The mac-n-cheese side was ok, but not impressive and I found their greens also to be fine, but nothing special. The serving sizes are more than ample and their sweet tea is done right. If I was looking for the best BBQ in north-central Florida, no, this wouldn't be it, but for a quick meal it sure beats other fast food or chain places by a long shot. I was not aware until I read Carl B's review they have a full bar however, I thought at the most they offered bottled beer. Interesting.
Stopped in for some BBQ on our way to Tallahassee. We ordered the ribs, fried pickles & fried green tomatoes. Mmmm good!

We were super hungry and desperate to eat anything! But, there is no McDonalds here, just several trailers. Do not turn down this road, because it will be a waste of your time because there is definitely no McDonald's here or nearby! :-(
