Great sushi and typical Japanese menu. Tasty food, only downside are prices are a bit high for your average Japanese fare, but not too far off. The yelp listing says it's not good for kids, but we brought our two-year old and she did great. She loved everything we ordered, but then this wasn't her first Japanese restaurant either.

Great bento box lunches. Quality food and service. Nice location in downtown Celebration if you have to be in the area.

I am a big sushi fan, and Seito in Celebration hits the spot. It is definitely way above average. I am usually pretty picky and can find negatives with everything, but here no problems.

My friend has been wanting to try this sushi place and as a sushi lover of course I agreed. We were both very impressed with the prices on the menu, very affordable especially for the Celebration area. I ended up getting the salmon bento box that came with a California roll, gyoza, and a house salad, with another order of the chicken tempura roll. As far as the bento box goes, I typically don't like California rolls but this one was very flavorful! The gyoza was really good, the salmon was also maybe just a little bit on the dry side though. The chicken tempura roll was okay, I've had better. Our waiter was nice and very patient with us as we took forever to decide what we wanted and sat and talked for awhile after we paid our bills. Would come again!!

I enjoy eating here! The food is good and it's never extremely crowded which makes it really nice because it's rare to find that in Celebration. I like the sushi, this place is a little expensive when I feel their sushi is just as good as other places I have eaten that offer more affordable prices, but it's not unreasonable. The service is good, no complaints. But the only thing I didn't like, is the table they placed us at last time we dined. I was staring at the entrance to the back and the area where they keep the dirty dishes which really wasn't that exciting. I just kind of wish there was a curtain or something to distract from that.

[Take Out Review] Sushi was fresh and exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I was a bit leery just by the previous reviews. I did ask for extra ginger and wasabi and wasn't given it sadly. I will be ordering again in a few days and I hope the sushi I order then is just as good as today. Not bad pricing especially being in Celebration.

This place is pretty good. I've eaten here 3 times in house and gotten sushi take out a number of times. I enjoy their specialty rolls. Their menu is pretty standard for a Japanese restaurant. It's always empty in there whenever I've gone or passed by I always wonder how they stay in business with so many empty tables. They have good saki and it's fun to go with a group to have some saki since it's never really crowded.

Ari has become one of my favorite local places to get sushi and sake. I have gone there with a few groups of friends and each time, we had a great time. They have a good selection of alcoholic drinks including my favorite, Electric Lemonade. It's like you're sipping lemonade on the beach with a twist. As far as sushi, they have a variety of types ranging from traditional Rainbow or California to their own creation Lobster Katso. Each time, I try something new and enjoy it. My favorite so far is the Lobster Crunch Roll.

Stopped here for a leisurely lunch. I had the bulgogi bento box. Service was attentive. The food was yummy, but pretty standard fare.

  • Evelyn P.

The wait was long. The service wasn't as inviting. The sushi's were bland. The miso soup had better flavor so I enjoyed it more than the sushi rolls. We knew the prices were high but was craving sushi and japanese food. This was a waste of money and my cravings were not satisfied. Never again.

My fiancé and I were hesitant in coming here based on the 3 1/2 star overall review. I think the rating is mostly based on the slow service we observed around us. We (however) had "Lucie" as our waitress. She was fantastic! Friendly, attentive, made excellent suggestions on sushi and saki choices. We started with the special "pineapple " saki. It was good but sweet. More of a dessert to me. loved the appetizer she recommended: Hamachi Kama. Grilled yellowtail collar with ponzu sauce. Amazing! Other favorites: Ari Roll, ultimate spicy tuna roll and the Godzilla roll. Will definition go back when we are in town and of course- ask to sit in Lucie's section!

We loved the tempura sweet potato roll. Absolute favorite. Bagel roll is also delicious. The service has been great every time we've been, unfortunately it has started to slow down because of the increase in patrons and only 2 sushi chefs at a time. We also felt a bit cramped at this location, yet the food is amazing.

Oh Ari, I'm so sad. When you were Seito, you could not be beat. But now, smaller portions, more expensive Entrees, and a one hour wait for sushi? I quit you. This is not meant to be malicious in any way. But I just can't wait that long for subpar food. It's been a great ride. But sayonara!

I visited Ari Sushi on a Saturday evening for dinner at around 8pm. I was surprised to see that it wasn't very busy. When we walked in there was no hostess at the front but after a couple of minutes the hostess who appeared to be busy helping the wait staff, seated us quickly. The restaurant was smaller than I expected and decor was simple. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered the cucumber salad, miso soup, and shumai as appetizers. All were delicious. As far as the sushi, we ordered a Mango Tango Roll, Godzilla Roll, Crunchy Shrimp Roll, and the West Roll. Our orders came out pretty quickly. All of the sushi rolls tasted great, were beautifully presented, and were fresh. The Godzilla roll was my favorite - spicy tuna in the roll, baked salmon on top. Delicious. I would definitely visit again!

Came here late one night when everything was about to close. Even though I'm sure the staff wanted to go home they welcomed us with open arms and made some truly fab rolls! Wine was so so, but maki was delicious:) Service was quick and great! Would recommend!

Very good experience. The service was quick and everyone was nice. The chicken fried rice was delicious. It was listed as a side, but was enough for 2 people! We had a group of 6 and the only room they had for us was outside, even with no one sitting inside. If you have a big group, they probably won't have room.

We ended up here for my birthday because my first choice was closed. We were seated immediately although they were pretty busy. Our waitress greeted us quickly and was friendly. The atmosphere was pretty nice. We were given the menu which has an extensive sushi list but they also offer bento boxes, appetizers and various items from the grill. I started off with an adult beverage called Pineapple Pearl. It's made with Sake, pineapple juice and vanilla syrup. Can you say yum? I ended up having 2 of them. Since I have a shellfish allergy I opted for the deluxe bento box. It came with your choice of 2 different meats. I chose sea bass and filet mignon cooked medium. It also came with steamed rice, salad, miso soup and something called harumkai which looked like an egg roll. The soup came out first and it was a pretty decent miso soup. It actually wasn't that salty like most miso. My dinner arrived in a reasonable amount of time in a nice presentation. The sea bass was absolutely delicious. My filet mignon was cooked perfect. Everything paired well together. I actually ate everything in my box. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the dessert. They have a pretty decent selection but most items aren't made in house. One thing to note that if its your birthday your dessert is free. I chose fried ice cream although my first choice was fried bananas. They were out of bananas. The ice cream came out in 2 pieces that looked like little logs and had whip cream and a chocolate sauce. It was all just ok. Nothing to get excited about. With that said I look forward to my next visit as it overall was a good choice.

we were a group of 7 visiting celebration on a Sunday afternoon great stop. It was mid afternoon and we were seated right away. We started with a few appetizers the Firecracker Shrimp was great with big pieces of shrimp. and the pork gyozas and tempura veggies were good. The BBQ Calamari we could of pass on very small calamari and nothing special. THe meals of chicken teriyaki with steamed broccoli and white rice were a good portion and the fried rice could of feed the entire table. Our Sushi was amazing! We had the mango tango, the sweet hear roll was delish( coconut shrimp/ mango and cream cheese) and the spicy volcano roll was AMAZING! Great presentation and we enjoyed our meal. Service was good and they even brought us fried ice cream for the birthday boy. The restaurant did have a strobing light that needed to be changed which was a bit annoying.

Stopped by for a late lunch, lite snack. Arrived at 3:20 and asked for something from the lunch menu, but they would not honor it since it was past 3. I was the only one there at the time too. One would think that there would be some flexibility, but not here. Ordered 2 traditional roles, a division the one with salmon in it tasted too strong for the salmon... Should have sent it back. There are much better places than this for sushi IMHO

    (3)
  • Ning Y.

We ordered yakiudon, seabass and Sweet Heart roll. All items were well presented and tasty. The delux bento box was a bit small (my friends were still hungry). However, The seabass was heavenly! Even though this restaurant was very busy, the service was excellent!

  • Rachel S.

Great atmosphere, great music, great service and most Importantly great sushi! My favorite was the crunchy tuna. Will be back!

  • Kim M.

It's only getting a one star because the staff shouldn't be punished! I still am In shock over how bad our sushi was. Nothing stuck together, the flavors were all off, and it was sadly a horrible experience. My husband and and I have a three strikes and your out policy - the Third time was worse than the first. Move on...this place doesn't have it together.

    (1)
  • Scott R.

Food was good here. I miss this places when it was the original owners year ago! Service is really bad here now. Our server didn't know the menu at all. We asked what was in the udon noodle bowl and she said its " stuff " that really don't have much flavor. And that she wasn't really sure. It's a nice setting and lovely city of Celebration but this place didn't have me really wanting to return ASAP

  • Keith B.

The quality, portion sizes & speedy service definitely decreased when this restaurant changed, but it is still the local spot for lunch Bento boxes. Today my meal came with barely any wasabi or ginger for the sushi, and the sushi fell apart as I ate it, but it was a good lunch in a nice setting. I miss Seito's though.

    (3)
  • Kim M.

Seito was a great place for a midday bite with coworkers, or an after-work dinner/drinks spot with nice outdoor seating for that incomparable Celebration "do these people really live like this?" people-watching experience. Sigh... I miss Seito. Ari is something different altogether. Under the new management (and new name), the quality of the food has suffered to the point that it's very noticeable. Not to mention the higher prices. Overall, not a place I'd revisit unless, for some reason, it was someone's ultimate birthday or Christmas wish. For the sushi beginners, I can't recommend it because it might turn them off sushi completely. For the sushi enthusiasts, I can't recommend it because the food here would be an insult to a discerning palate. However, if you're one of those people who's like, "Oh I love Sushi! I get the pre-made California rolls at Publix all the time!" Then you'll be in heaven. Ultimately, Ari gets 3 stars because the food is still edible. It's not horrible by any means, but it's not great either.

Great part of downtown Celebration. Nice variety of rolls! We started with the lobster tempura. I have never seen that before. I thought it was absolutely delicious! We then got the What's This, Sweetheart Roll, and Fireworks on the Beach. I loved the Sweetheart Roll. With mango, coconut shrimp, and cream cheese it is a very different roll. I really appreciate when a restaurant comes up with something unique and this definitely was. The other rolls were good too. It has a great atmosphere and the decorations are beautiful. These three rolls and the appetizer easily fed three people. I would definitely suggest trying here.

  • TJ M.

The name and (I am assuming) the owners have changed, but I find it odd the old name "Seito" is still on the awning. Anyways, the food has gone downhill, especially the quality. The sushi especially is lacking - rice too vinegary, fish mushy, sauce overwhelming ... I could go on. However, what especially bothers me is when getting sick after eating here I looked up the health inspection reports and found some pretty disturbing stuff. This restaurant has a whopping 28 health code violations!!!!! Needless to say I will not risk eating here again.

Everything was delicious. Seaweed salad, sweetheart roll, Mango and angel roll were all 5 stars. Tuna carpaccio was amazingly good and different. Had like Parmesan with red Fish eggs and olive oil. Definitely would come back over and over again

  • Stephen S.

Much better than expected. Service was attentive and portion sizes were good. Sushi was fresh and signature menu had some great takes on traditional sushi rolls. Location in downtown Celebration allows for a great after dinner stroll and maybe even an ice-cream from the shop next door.

The next time I'm in Celebration/Orlando I will definitely be dining here. The miso soup was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. I honestly couldn't decide what I wanted to try so I ordered the bento box which came with 2 smaller sized entrees and the kalbi which was a standard entree. I chose the sea bass and filet mignon for my 2 smaller bento box entrees. Kalbi was essentially small beef flanken ribs which were marinated to perfection and grilled so that they had a sweet, soy smoky flavor. They were served over a bed of sweet sautéed onions. The filet was tender and tasted ok. The sea bass....oh the sea bass. I'm going to wait a minute and say it again...oh the sea bass. The meat was delicate and sweet. So tender and full of flavor. It tasted like it was kissed with honey. The bento box came with salad with the standard ginger dressing and soup. I went with a group so I also had a chance to try the Udon soup. These were thick, heavy, dense noodles in a light broth (very similar to miso in flavor). They were awesome. They tasted fresh, homemade. I also had the opportunity to taste one piece of their sweetheart sushi. After pregnancy, I have had a sushi aversion. This got me over it. It tasted like sweet coconut shrimp. I loved it. They have these really cool wooden boats that they bring the larger orders of sushi out on. I'd definitely dine here again. Next time I will try the spicy pork dish!

Refreshing list of creative signature rolls, all presented like much more expensive sushi bars. Priced right, sevice was exceptional and Celebration is a breath of fresh air away from WDW.

I was pretty darn happy with this place! The atmosphere is adorable and warm and super comfortable. It's an easy walk (like anything in this town) from like anywhere and nearby everything. I had a cocktail - the name I do not recall, but it was a take on a mojito with sake and was delicious. I quite enjoyed it. The food was also good. They had a solid age dashi tofu (a dish we are sure to try everywhere) and their bento box was a really fun item to get. The tempura was perfectly done, but I wasn't overly a fan of the kalbi but the bul go gi was pretty darn good. Their miso soup was solid. A place I would go back to - I find pretty much every restaurant we've been to in Celebration enjoyable though.

I prefer definitely the lunch period rather than the Dinner here we went previously for dinner and was not impressed at all with the dinner the short ribs i had gotten were inedible and were basically like pieces of touch jerky so they were definitely not appealing. Now for lunch we recently went and i do love the katsu bento boxes they offer during lunch the sauce with the Katsu is delicious. We recently went and ordered sushi that I could eat being pregnant so we ordered the chicken tempura ari roll and since im allergic to shellfish we let her know that s well so now raw fish or shellfish and when it came out they had put the fish eggs on top of the roll which was disappointing because it was something I could not eat. I did love the sweet potato tempura rolls though they are fantastic!

  • Rafael C.

Decent sushi place. I really want to give it 5 stars, because of the location (gorgeous downtown Celebration), the variety & originality of the rolls, and the service (good, almost great). But the fish is not the freshest or the best, and it's a bit overpriced (maybe because of the location??). Ari, I know you can do better, just try a little harder...maybe get a better fish supplier. See you again soon.

I love Seito for their lunch bento! Great price and a lot of food for the money. I go there every 3 weeks after getting my hair cut at the S Todd Barber shop. Staff is great and attentive, food is delicious and prices are reasonable.

The sushi was okay, but nothing to write home about. It was very hard to find a roll that did not have some sort of tempura in it as I am not a huge fan of tempura. They did have nice outdoor seating though and the service was great!

Loved this place. The sushi was great. We ordered 4 different rolls which were all delicious. The service and ambiance were great too. They even put on the blackhawks game for us ;) It's in a great spot too. Celebration is a nice town to walk around in and is never too crowded with tourists. In terms of price, its what you would expect from an upscale sushi place. I would definitely come back.

Came in here with a colleague for Lunch and the place was somewhat empty. We were seated and my colleague had her baby with her at the time - There was a wait on recieving a menu and so we ordered a bottle of Korbel ($9) and 2 orders of shrimp tempura bento boxes and a mixed tempura appetizer. We asked the server if there was any items "baby friendly" and she offered the clear soup with rice. The wait for the Bottle of Korbel was quick and also the baby's food however the wait for the appetizer and bento's were a long wait and we didnt understand the whole wait due to it was not that crowded for an afternoon eats. I noticed they served the bento boxes and never served us our miso soup -- so we ignored perhaps they forgot it and will serve it later? After everything was served I noticed this location only serves 4 pcs of california rolls and not 8 unlike the Baldwin Park location. It also seemed that this location seemed not as polish and clean compared to the Baldwin Park area. The lady gave us the bill and I noticed that they charged $2 for a bowl of rice UNLIKE Baldwin park they serve extra rice for free .. as a courtesy. Also they NEVER served us our miso soup and the server decided to remove the clear soup of the baby from the tab - I found that okay however they should at least just removed a few more things because the clear soup was about $3.. 2 orders of miso soup costs more than that. The good thing about this location they still had my colleagues debit card after she realized she had left it when we were @ the Sanrio Store. They had asked for her ID prior to handing her the debit card which was a good thing however I warned my colleague to check her bank daily just in case they scanned or took her card # for unauthorized usage. I would not recommend coming here again even though the $9 bento boxes are a great deal!

We had read negative reviews, but the menu looked unique enough that we thought it was worth a shot. So happy we did! The sushi was very good. They also had lots of unique rolls which is my favorite part. My absolute favorite was the "What's That" roll. We also enjoyed the Spicy tuna and the Snow White. I did not think the prices were unexpected for a nice sushi restaurant. This is a far cry from the typical tourist "all you can eat" place. Would definitely return when back in Disney.

  • Amy Y.

Tuna carpaccio that I heard so much about was such a disappointment that I did something I never done before- send it back to the kitchen. The Tuna Carpaccio came with a thick layer of Parmesan cheese that was not listed in the menu and it totally destroyed all the other flavors. Other than that, the rolls we carefully selected without any fake "KRAB" (ie imitation crab) and requested to come without any sauce on top, were actually tasty. The favorite was lobster roll- usually not a fan of fried things in sushi rolls but it was delicately fried and very flavorful. The service was very slow, we had trouble waving down anyone for refills of tea several times during the night. Most of the time the dining room is empty of any servers- It's ridiculous that such simple needs of the customers would turn into a painful ordeal. If I really have to return to Seito again, I would order the bento only. At least they're not going to cover the rice with parmesan cheese. .. one can hope.

Had the rainbow roll and kamikaze roll. Both were really good and the service from order to table was fast.

I found Celebration creepy as all get-out, and wasn't thrilled to be staying here alone on a work trip. So it was comforting to find Seito, where I dined two nights during my trip. At least I had a reliable dinner option in this manufactured proto-town. Sushi was excellent here, as other reviews indicated. Very fresh, and a lot of creativity with the rolls. I don't think you can go wrong if you order a roll with ingredients you like. I paired my sushi with a glass of wine each night, although in retrospect beer might have been a better choice. I did appreciate that the waitstaff at Seito was appropriately interactive. Sometimes if you dine alone, waiters either ignore you or hover, but the waiters here were available without being intrusive. Despite the excellent sushi, Seito lacked the "je ne sais quoi" that makes a restaurant five stars for me. In fairness to them, the restaurant had only a few patrons the nights I dined there, which made the atmosphere kind of dead. If you came here with a large group, it could be a great time.

  • Rob S.

Plenty of seating, so not much of a wait. There's hand dipped ice cream, a Hibachi station, standard asian buffet items, and a huge sushi selection. The Sushi is decent and preparation is in plain sight right behind the bar. My favorite item here, despite the fact that it's not really asian cuisine, was the boiled cajun crawfish. ~$50.00 for 4 people on a Sunday afternoon. Good value.

Sushi is my favorite food so we had to try some in Orlando! Seito was recommended to us and they held true to each positive word. The fish was fresh, service was attentive and helpful. On top of it their location is great. We enjoy their patio that overlooks a small lake and took advantage of walking the rest of the boardwalk they are located on. Go enjoy a great sushi dinner here and then stop in for the perfect deserts at the ice cream parlor down the boardwalk!

For the many times we visited Orlando, we never stopped by Celebration until this recent trip. We were pleasantly surprised. But this is not about the town Celebration, but about the wonderful meal we had at Seito. We started with Tuna Carpaccio. It was soooo tasty. Love the garlic and balsamic with the nicely sliced pieces of tuna. For sushi/sashimi, we tried the Ultimate Tuna Roll, hamachi, tamago, and scallops. Everything was tasty and fresh. Lastly, we shared a hamachi kama. I have to say, it was one of the best, if not the best hamachi kama I've ever had. The skin was torched crisp, but the meat underneath just melts in your mouth. The dish came with a side of baby green salad and ponzo sauce. Add a side of sushi rice and beer, I could of just had that for a complete meal.... The atomsphere was cozy and wait staff attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back again.

I've visited this location several times before writing this review, but this was probably my worst experience visiting Seito out of all of them. First off, don't come here expecting high-quality, upscale Japanese food. If you want that, visit NYC or LA. The food is ok quality for the price point. But quality isn't the issue, it's portion size. Especially for the Japanese Chirashi. I've had Chirashi in several other restaurants, and I usually receive twice the amount of sashimi (raw fish) than what I received at Seito. Seito's interpretation may have more variety, but only one-two pieces of each. While I've come to expect consistent quality across various visits, the thing that irked me the most was the lack of attention by the wait staff. It took our waiter 4-5 passes by the table before he decided to clear the table of empty entree plates. Other servers, who weren't responsible for our table, did most of the clearing. Seito needs to step up their attention to customer service pronto.

What a great selection of sushi!! Reasonable prices, nice location. We had 3 different rolls: Mango Tango Roll, Spider Roll, & Spicy Lobster Roll. All were delicious!!! Great sushi place in Celebration. (visited this restaurant in May).

Awesome Sushi. The Tuna Crunch roll is my favorite and the Spicy Tuna is consistently great. I even tried a vegetarian roll that was sweet potato that they fry first. It was amazing and great for friends who are afraid of raw fish. I have been on Tuesdays which is $3.00 Sake bomb night and it was a lot of fun sitting outside by the lake in Celebration. I highly recommend this location over the one in Dr. Phillips. That one is fancier and newer, but the quality of sushi is not as good.

Very surprised by the lack of reviews. I was happy to find a sushi spot within this little restaurant area of Celebration. Really enjoyed the sushi too--very fresh and a good cross section of sashimi and roll selections. The cuts could be a little finer sliced (but I find it hard to complain about extra meat). After eating, there are plenty of spots to walk around and let your meal settle.

I grew up in Japan, so I know Japanese food. The price of their food does not match the quality of it's taste. I was disappointed in their slow service; there were many delays and mistakes. It took us 45 minutes to receive our first dish. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

    (2)
  • D S.

This isn't a bad place for sushi; it's reasonably fresh and tasty. Service usually misses the mark and is slow. I always end up here for work lunches and will either get a bento box or the sashimi plate. Both do the trick and fill me up. Prices for lunch are reasonable, with a bento box being around the $10 mark. Not my favorite, but it will do.

Seito in Celebration is my go-to place when I need a sushi fix. The food including sushi is consistently good and the service is always friendly & efficient. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. It's hardly ever crowded and the al fresco dining option is always nice to have on a beautiful sunny day. I have tried just about everything on their sushi menu and here are some of my favs: TGIF Roll--All my favorite fish topped with eel sauce. Ultimate Spicy Tuna Roll- Spicy tuna topped w/ more tuna; what more could a girl ask for?! Spicy Volcano Roll--One of the best I have ever had. Mango Tango Roll- Great Tempura batter and the combo w/ mango is fantastic! Mexican Roll- Jalapeno inside a sushi roll---brilliant! Philly Roll--Tried and true favorite They also have great Mixed Tempura appetizer. The Baked Green Mussels are fantastic and the Tuna Three Ways makes a great starter for a group. Bottom line= Seito offers great sushi at fair prices in a clean restaurant with great ambiance and friendly service.

  • Aboud Y.

Another awesome find in Celebration! The sushi here is top-notch (dare I say...as good as what I can find in LA or NYC). All the sushi was melt-n-your mouth fresh and the rice used for the nigiri was excellent (firm but not too grainy). Sashimi and appetizers were excellent too. I'd love to come back for some sushi and sake-bombing! Yay! I'm a fan.

Time: 1:55PM Atmosphere: Active, upbeat, lots of animated conversations. Staff is courteous and prompt. Dishes: Note: I asked for regular Soy Sauce because Miso Soup: Finally; Miso that is flavorful. Mixed Tempura: Batter seemed thick but was good. Dipping sauce was an aromatic and flavorful gingery soy. Tasty Fresh Matsusu Boat: lots of great rolls, we love wasabi!!! The fish was fresh, especially the salmon. Wonderful Salmon Sashimi: good and fresh Spicy Volcano Rolls: rice roll topped with flame browned crab cradling little red gems of fish eggs. Writing the review from inside the restaurant and I have not a bad thing to say about the experience so I gave it five stars. Not cheap; if you want cheap go to a different McRestaurant.

I've visited several seitos in the central Florida area and am normally pleased. Unfortunately the celebration location needs to get it together. Tea came out boiling hot and all 9 miso soups came out lukewarm at best. While this isn't a huge mistake what was disappointing was the complete disregard the manager showed when we politely asked the soups to be warmed. In fact she plainly looked at us and walked away. This is unacceptable. 1 * for terrible service, 3.5 stars for food.

Pleasantly surprising sushi in the land of chain restaurants. Skip Logan's Steakhouse and go here. The area is nice too - just be prepared to walk a bit - parking is limited.

Disclaimer: The last time I visited this place, it was called Seito, now it's called Ari, so the new owners may have made some changes. But here is my experience: The good news: (1) the food is very good The bad news: (1) Portions are small (2) It's a little pricey (3) The service was relatively slow (4) They "suggest" to diners on the receipt that 18% is the bare, acceptable minimum to leave as a tip, and further suggest 20% for good service and 25% for outstanding service. I googled: "Average tip American resturants", and discovered from neutral sites most people leave 15% pre-tax for "normal, routine service". A 25% tip is left less than 1% of the time in American restaurants. I find this practice deceitful, dishonest and highly offensive. I don't need anyone to "suggest" a minimum tip to me. One caveat, this place is in the tourist corridor, and they probably get a lot of European tourists who don't tip because service charges are customarily added to the bill in Europe.

My boyfriend and I visited Orlando for New Years. In search for something different we decided to check out Celebration. We ended up going back two nights in a row and on the second night we ate at Seito. We started with dumplings which were tasty but pretty standard. I enjoy dumplings with a little bit more crunch from the pan fry. The highlight of the entire meal was the salad for the amazing ginger dressing. I get salad with every sushi dinner....for the Ginger dressing. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, but this time it was fantastic. The best I've ever had. It was light and flavorful. I considered drinking the excess from my salad bowl once the lettuce was gone! So good! For sushi we had The Ultimate Spicy Tuna, and fireworks on the beach? The spicy tuna was good, surprisingly the spiciness didn't overpower the flavor of the tuna. The firework one was ok. It had a lot of smelt roe on it which dominated the roll, which I've learned I have a personal distaste for. I'd obviously go back to this restaurant for some salad with ginger dressing and would definitely re-explore the sushi menu. The roll list was long and unique from other sushi restaurants so I'd definitely try some other rolls if I was ever in the area again.

I was in town for 3 days and I ate here twice! The sushi was great, well priced and had a lot to choose from. The staff were fun. It was 2 for one sake on Tuesday night, so that made things interesting. I recommend the seaweed salad to start then a Godzilla roll and some hot sake. I enjoyed my visits here.

The A/C was out - BOTH TIMES - that I visited. It was a little hot for raw fish. That said, the food was good, staff attentive. I'd recommend it. The decor is not 'all that' but it's solid sushi in a very cool area (Celebration town center).

I went to Seito two nights in a row just to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first night I went, I ordered a simple sushi combination, which really should have taken no more than 30 minutes to make with the rush of the dinner crowd and all other factors included. On top of that, I was seated at the sushi bar and was in plain vision of the chefs who didn't seem terribly concerned that I was just sitting there, getting hopped up on caffeine after about 4 iced teas. After about 50 minutes, I just asked my waitress to tell the sushi chefs to box my food, because I was tired and no longer wanted to eat in the restaurant. It did finally come after about an hour and I paid the check and rolled out. When I got to my hotel room I was expecting to see some unbelievable work from the sushi chefs. Possibly they had taken so long because they had cut the sushi into awesome shapes or something. Maybe they had spelled my name with the fish, who knows. But nothing really. Just fish in a box that should have taken far less time. I was pissed. I went back the next night because I have been on this ridiculous Asian fusion binge and can't get enough of the flavor. I sat in my same seat and immediately the waitress and chefs recognized me and apologized for the wait the previous night (hence the fourth star). I ordered the bulgogi this time and it was really really good. I had a side of seaweed salad as well and it didn't disappoint. I would have given them five stars had I not waited so long for my meal the first go round, but so is life. The food is good, the decor is nice as well. I'd go here on a date or with friends if I lived near there and I'll probably go back when I'm down in Orlando next for business.

For Chinese-run sushi, it's OK. Yellowtail was good, rolls OK. It's bland, but for child-mild types, it may be fine. May be spoiled by real sushi in LA Wish they had done a roll with Rooster sauce (they serve it with the fried chicken). Won't be back.

Not tremendous but not bad either. If you're a hard core sushi fan yu will probably be disappointed. If you are a casual sushi eater like me it will do. Reasonably priced.

I was in town this week to do an install, and took the customer to Seito. The service for the lunch crowd was OK but not outstanding, and the food was good, but not great. They have one of the largest menus of rolls I have ever seen at a sushi place. I probably would have gone to four stars if the Hamachi had been better, but alas it was not as fresh as I had the day before at Amura. The Volcano roll was delicious, and maybe that is their specialty. If I get back, soon I may try again, but it's hard to not go get the salad at Columbia....

Better than the one in Baldwin park. I'm allergic to seafood and shellfish, but go here for my bestest friend. He adores the sushi. They are super accommodating for my allergies, and I have never had a bad experience. Staff is very friendly, and you can sit outside and people watch just across the street from the water. Convenient lot parking, or street parking. Super fairly priced- and I've never had a problem getting a table. Great atmosphere with a good crowd-

Have been here twice. The Bento boxes are perfect for lunch and there are a wide variety of a la carte sushi rolls of wonderful quality.

It's been awhile since I ate here, about a year. It keeps popping into my mind how great this place was. I was in Orlando for a conference and the concierge at our resort recommend this place. My wife and I tried about 4 different rolls to get a good variety, they were all great. There was one with crawfish in it, I can't recall the name but I enjoyed it the most. The little town it was in is so freaking cool, we grabbed a seat outside in the summer heat just to enjoy the scenery. Two thumbs up on this place!

Sushi here was reasonable and fresh, and the creations were tasty. Our party had a few particular requests which were accommodated without hesitation. The sake suggestion was delicious and we enjoyed the wine as well! Dining outside: always a plus!

I had a very pleasant lunch at this off-the radar restaurant. It's location was a bit odd, but the food was quite good. I would highly recommend the spicy edamame and the vegetarian sushi was great. The pricing was reasonable and I would definitely go love to go back again sometime.
