Amazing and attentive staff who are truly professional and passionate about what they do. The atmosphere is immediately comfortable with ambient reggae music that is played at a perfect volume. The setup is efficient for a smaller space, but can accommodate larger groups with an outdoor patio. The food presentation is very lovely, food accompanied together with bold flavors and textures makes it an experience. There is a blend of spices and sweet that makes it indigenously authentic: don't be fooled by the portion size, you will be sufficiently stuffed! If your appetite allows, they have beautifully crafted desserts like their banana spring rolls and cheesecake filled strawberries. Please give yourself the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place. Parking appears limited but there is ample space in the back for patrons to park. It is worth your time and money, absolutely. The chef herself will come out and talk with you, sharing her passion for food and her business. 'Welcome Home' is their theme and feeling at home is what they achieve.

Amazing place with nice music and a spotless decor. Castle creole has a nice ambiance with a really friendly staff and is the perfect spot to relax after a long day. I had the fried pork (griot) which was served with fried plantain and black rice. The presentation of the food was perfect and the taste delightful. I would say that castle creole is the best caribbean restaurant in Tampa. Would definitely recommend it.

This little place is a hidden gem amongst a bunch of Brandon Fool's gold. First of all the place was spotless. It was super clean physically as well as its decor. The menu is rather short but there are some very uniquely delicious meals available. I had a conch stew that was tasty. It came with some black beans and rice that were so good I had to eat them first as my meal and take the stew home. My hubby had the chicken. It was super moist and in a very tasty sauce. The owner and chef came out and greeted everyone and she was very friendly. I will definitely return. I would love to see them add more dishes to their menu. I'm sure they would all be super!

Great food and service! A gem that will only get better with planned creole style music delivered on their comforting back door patio. I know I will recommend to my Lakeland contacts - worth the 30 minute commute! Brandon residents should welcome and promote a promising Creole owner and authentic Creole chef and a delightful staff.

Excellent Creole food. Try the black rice. The Poule Creole is a winner. Nice to see a restaurant like this in Brandon. I will certainly will come back for more. It was a nice discovery.

My wife and I came for our anniversary. When my wife first suggested the place, I was a bit apprehensive about the menu...LOVED IT !! Black rice (yes, I said rice) was wonderful. Wife had salmon, I had fried goat. We both were very pleased! Will definitely be back!

Great flavors and food, however please be mindful of the salt. It can be a bit too much. I would love to bring my parents to this great restaurant but because of their high blood pressure, I can't. I brought a friend of mine who isn't Haitian and she made a comment about her salmon being overly salty. My griot (fried pork) was a little salty as well but the flavor was great. I absolutely loved my meals and dessert but if you cut back on the salt it would be very much appreciated! I'll definitely be back to try more dishes for my third visit!
