We went to Richey's a few days ago. The selection of chocolates was incredible! However, the woman working there (owner?) was VERY abrupt and rude! As we were questioning the chocolates with NO ONE else in the store, she was short with us and acted like we were wasting her valuable time. My son was purchasing chocolates for his girlfriend up in NY state and my friend and I also purchased chocolates. We almost walked out of the store but my son was determined to buy something before he headed back by plane. I was very disappointed that someone would treat a customer like that! Even though we enjoyed the chocolates we will not be returning to that store.
