Jimmy John's is always as good as ever. If I'm hungry and can't figure out what to eat, JJ's always seems to be the answer to my indecisions. Their deliveries are super fast. I was quite shock to receive my food 15mins after I placed an online order! Kudos to that! The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because my favorite sub is the Beach Club, which I order almost every time, because it's that good, and this store has stopped putting alfalfa sprouts in it. This and avocados were the best parts in the sub! At least it's not every JJ's that has stop this.

Freaky fast and really good. They have the best mayonnaise ever plus they give free smells! I always get the #2 with extra mayo and bbq chips. If you haven't had the bbq chips from here you are really missing out! Yup

Very good, very fast as I usually expect with this chain. Everyone was also very friendly. Not my favorite sandwich place but if I want something fresh quick and cheap this is perfect. My husband doesn't like this place but he ended up eating and loving half of my sandwich.

I have had them in the past and was not to crazy about them, but my wife loves them and so we stopped by. I did not order anything because I was not very hungry. I ended up finishing her sandwich and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and quick.

Okay... Last week, I am at work and company policy is I don't leave the office for lunch. If I want lunch... I have three choices... Either bring it myself, have some delivered, OR STARVE!! The latter being the least desirable of the three. So I called Jimmy John's on the same street I am about 10 blocks down the road. This store tells me that we are literally 1 block outside of their delivery area. I wanted to make a $100 order and told them that I was unable to drive down. He was very rude about not making an exception to deliver to me. It could've been handled very differently. I love Jimmy John's and eat a sandwich from there at least twice a week. This is the first time we've ever asked for a delivery. I have a Non-Profit Group here that I wanted to order a big lunch for from Petty Cash. I chose sandwiches over pizza. He told me the cut off is 66th and I am at 6801. That is literally a difference of about 200 feet!!! I could see if I was a mile away, even a half mile! Jimmy John's just lost my respect and my business over 200 feet!!! WOW!! I'm sure the person I talked to was not a manager and should never be a manager!!! I'm one of those vindictive consumers too... You burn me with a bad experience once... I never come back and will spite the entire chain... 10 years ago I had a very bad experience with Sonny's BBQ. I told the management I would never return. They sent me "Free Meal" coupons and I ripped them up. I have never stepped foot in a Sonny's BBQ again. And to make matters worse... I've seen one of their vehicles cross into the forbidden zone the other day... It appears they were making a delivery at the 6700 block across the way from me where they have some doctors, lawyers, and insurance offices!! WTF? Really! Companies that hide cowardly behind that whole "company policy" thing sicken me!!!

Had lunch there again today...yummy as ever! I had them make a change to my order and they did gladly (added provolone cheese). It's very clean, fast, delicious...and my two friends, one who'd never been there before, also gave their lunches 5 stars. We were glad to see it so busy. We want you guys to be around a long time : )

Fun staff-great simple subs. Bread and meats are prepared fresh throughout the day. Freaky fast service and speedy delivery within ten minute drive of the shop. The owner really cares and it shows. No hot subs-no soups-just cold subs done right and fast. Go have some Jimmy Johns !

ok food n service is good but access is a challenge because the wheelchair ramp access is in front of a pool store n they usually have items blocking access to get to Jimmy Johns So I haven't returned because of the. limited access...

Strange, they have no knives and forks and refuse to cut a pickle (I said I wanted it thin sliced to put on my sandwich) except into 4, saying it was store policy. How wacky. I'll stick with Subway.
