For an uncommon cuisine in a small town, this restaurant for my family of 3 small children and my husband and I was perfect. It was cleaner than most and decently decorated, plus, they've got a beautiful reception area! The tables have ample room around them. Now the cuisine...traditional. Delicious. I had the thai tea, and when I asked for less ice, they didn't ignore my request like most others have in the past. My children were fussy, they brought them small toys and stickers, and thus my husband and I had a hot meal for once. We both had Pho, and despite not having tripe or tendon for his usual Pho style, the steak, brisket, and meatball were tender and the broth a lovely flavor. The noodles were yum, the Pho veggies crisp and fresh. The waitstaff were well-dressed and sweet as could be. The bathrooms in front are undergoing some repairs, but using the reception area ones afforded me a chance to see just what a great restaurant this is by getting to see an area that could be used for large parties and receptions. We can't wait to visit again. Very reasonably priced, as well. Coke products served here, along with traditional Vietnamese drinks.

The best Pho in the panhandle. I had the Pho Tai. the broth is amazing, flavorful. The meat is served thicker than normal but still good.

After pondering for a few minutes on wether or not to give this place 2 or 3 stars, I decided to be nice and give it a 3. This is only because the pork and shrimp spring rolls were delicious. Flavorful and very large for a spring roll, and the peanut sauce was perfect. The phó on the other hand was only mediocre. The broth lacked flavor, didn't serve it with cilantro and the bean sprouts had seen better days. The service was pretty dull and we had to wait for our check even though we were the only table inside.

They've moved to a new place closer to the highway. Friends and I stopped over on our way back to Daytona Beach. New place is much bigger. Servers are friendly, helpful, and all smiles. We ordered the lunch portion of the chicken fried rice and one of the noodle items on the menu along with a shrimp viet roll. The lunch portion was much too small. Taste was alright. Nothing spectacular.

Open on Sunday despite what is posted on yelp. There are a lot of vegetarian / vegan options which is rare when traveling in the South. The vegetarian ban mi can be made vegan if ordered without mayo. FYI- fake meat is suppose to be pork which is a little unsettling. Non vegetarian options look legit.

Driving through and stopped for dubious fast food and saw the place. My thoughts, Vietnamese on the highway 90 miles from Tallahassee? I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised at my $4.00 5" chicken Bahn Mi. It was really good. It could have had a bit more veggies but you could not expect any better road food. We did not stop for a full meal but if a quick sandwich on the road is your need do this!

Seriously the worst Vietnamese I've ever had. I have no doubts they use MSG because I went in feeling fine and left with a massive headache and a nasty "after-taste". I had the chicken Pho which was a massive bowl of just noodles. There were so many noodles in it I had a hard time getting any broth and the noodles tasted "chalky". I also ordered a chicken, rice noodle, stir fry type dish hoping that could salvage the terrible Pho. I took two bites and asked for the check. This place is totally overpriced for what you get. Save your time if you're traveling and keep on going! There is nothing of quality to eat off this exit. I question the other reviews on Yelp- there is NO way anyone who loves Viet food would enjoy eating here. In the plus side, the staff was super friendly.

Drove through area in our RV while on vacation and stopped & got a pork banh mi sandwich and an order of chicken fried rice. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was thrilled with how good the food was. My family will definitely be back the next time we are traveling through from ohio.

Service was not that good but the food was excellent. The pho came loaded with beef brisket, meatballs and rice noodles and an accompaniment of fresh jalapeños, mint and bean sprouts. The spring rolls were huge and stuffed with meat, shrimp, rice and vegetables and come with a nice peanut dipping sauce. My wife had ribs which were falling off the bone and very good. With a Thai tea the bill was $25. Great find!

What a hidden gem. I've eaten in Vietnamese restaurant all over and who would have thought the best one in Florida would be in Bonifay, of all places. The Pho is excellent as are the spring rolls. Hopefully, I'll get here often enough to try out the rest of the menu.

Only place within an hour of Ft. Rucker that serves Pho....LOVE IT! Not the best I've ever had (but I'm from Cali!) but, certainly the best in this area!

Driving on 10 when suddenly hunger pains penetrated my soul. Behold, a billboard, the next beautiful sight. I ordered the first thing my eyes found. Dazed and tired as if I walked 500 miles. I would definitely walk 500 more for this.

Love the Pho Noodle Soup. All of the fresh herbs and nice spices. On a cold day the soups surely hits the spot, nice restaurant for Bonifay

I drove an hour to try this place from Fort Rucker. Originally I'm from Dallas, Texas where we have a Pho joint on every corner like Starbucks. Traveling there I got lost because the address isn't it was a little further down the Waukesha St. They advertise how 100% authentic and have no influence. Well when I called because I was lost. A southern accent gentlemen answered. He was super friendly and my girlfriend and I looked at each other with confusion as if we called the wrong place. As we pull up the establishment it was really small. Just to describe the town it was like trees then gas station then old building then boom a pho restaurant. As we walk inside there is about 10 four person tables. We sat down and notice we were the only Vietnamese in the established. One could of been in the back but didn't make an appearance. This was about 1:30pm so sort of after the lunch hour. However, It soon got filled up quick. I loved people watching all the non-Vietnamese customers eating pho and spring rolls it was quite a culture shock to see. Let me paint the picture on how Vietnamese establishments work when Vietnamese waiter/waitresses serve you. You sit down, You order 10 seconds after you sat down, they bring drinks out first, then pho within 5-7 mins. After that they leave the check on the table. Then you wont see that waiter/waitress again. At PNK, This waiter came back and check on us ever now and then to see how we were doing ............................. Woa 5 stars for service! We ordered Springrolls, Eggrolls, and Pho. Spring rolls Tasted like any Springrolls I could of rolled it not really hard to mess up. It was quite interesting they shredded up the lettus. Now that I think about it could of been iceberg lettus and not romaine lettus. Either or it was fine. 3.5 stars on that. Eggrolls I loved that it came out with both fish sauce and sweet Chile sauce. They both are good. It was served with a bed of lettus and pickled carrots. 3.6 stars as well. Pho They were out of bean sprouts which was sad but not a deal breaker. Culantro was also missing which I find important you should wiki it if you don't know what it is. They had the rest of the fixings such as the thai basil, lime, siracha, and hoisin sauce. Maybe they were just trying to cater to the non Vietnamese by serving my bowl cooked well done. The broth over cooked my noodles and the meat was well done. I prefer when the meat comes out still a little pink then over time it slowly cooks while I'm eating. Next time I will see if they will just serve the meat on a side plate with lime and dunk it my bowl while eating. The meat balls were very smooth and soft tasting. Brisket was soft and that's really all you can ask for. The white onions were cut thick which I wasn't used to also I prefer red onions in my pho. 3.4 stars Overall Service 5 star, Food 3.5 stars, The shop was funky on the outside but beautiful on the inside with all the décor etc 4 stars on that. I think this is a must stop for anyone who traveling thru or reside here.

Traveling through the panhandle we found this place and were amazed how good it was. Eating pho and listening to country music lol. Really nice experience, prices quite low for such great food.
